Have used it to slice ham and Turkey and it works great and is well made. Easy to use. Clean up is not hard.

A bit smaller than I initially expected but it gets the job done. We have been on a Reuben kick as of late, smoking our own meat, so this was really great for slicing the meat into thin even cuts as you would expect from the deli.

When i ordered this i was worried it would be cheaply made but it isn’t bad. It was easy to setup and i was able to slice hard cheese and some bologna for snacking and it did it easily. I haven’t done much else with it but thanksgiving is coming and that means Ham’

This is an awesome kitchen tool. We’ve been using it to slice warm corned beef and let me tell you we could not be happier. Cuts beautifully and is a breeze to use. Barely any set up and absolutely no sweat with the instructions. This is a fantastic addition to any kitchen.

First off it works, now the issue I found was; the plastic piece used to slide the meat through the cutter is very loud like a cringey sound, I sprayed vegetable oil on the metal base that makes contact with the sliding plastic and it went away. You’ll have to re apply, before use after washing. Also I tried this item with frozen meat and thawed meat, works great with semi frozen. While meat was completely soft it wasn’t as successful cutting. Is easy to clean and you can also remove the blade to clean inside, just twist the black cap in the middle of the blade and it pops off. For storage it has a sliding button that folds this machine in half for easy storage. Overall I liked it you can’t expect for this price a deli store grade product. But it does its job, the cringe sound is awful, don’t forget to spray with cooking oil the sliding parts it did make my job easier. Btw watch for meat pieces getting stuck on the bottom of the blade.

This meat slicer is a compact size. It is more than enough for a typical home use. It’s portable and easy to use. Also easy to assemble and disassemble. The 3 parts that can be taken off are easy to clean with soapy water, but the blade and the rest are a little difficult to clean. Also need to be careful when cleaning the blade. There’s a turning knob to adjust the thickness of the meat. But when slicing, the plastic parts are making squeaky sounds due to friction. Overall, it’s a decent meat slicer and gets the job done.

I got this to use for slicing up ham and turkey breast mostly.

We really like to cook our own ham and slice it for sandwiches instead of buying deli meat.

It was easy to set up. It came with clear and concise directions.
It is razor sharp as expected.
It runs very quietly with no vibration.
It is easy to disasemble and clean. I had to remove two parts aqnd then had the blade ready for the sink.
The tray slides perfectly, no hitch no jump.

The only problem I have with this slicer is the press that holds the meat, or what you are cutting, to the wheel feels flimsy in my hand.
It feels like it could break and that makes me more cautious than I should be when using it.
It may be perfectly fine for years, but it just doesnt make me feel secure.

I probably would not buy it again but I will continue using this one.

We received this slicer very well packaged and in great working condition.
We have tried to slice several different types of foods that we have bought
in bulk to save money, such as meats, cheeses, vegetables, and some fruits
and have been very pleased with the results. We found the slicer to be
relatively quiet, it has a smaller real estate footprint, and is relatively
light weight. We found it easy to wash after use and especially loved the
fact it could fold up for very easy storage. The blade is sharp and easily
sliced thin and thick slices of cheeses and deli type meats, not sure how it
would tackle thicker meats such as steaks, etc., since we haven’t sliced
this type of meat as of yet. No, this is not your big commercial slicer but
we found it to be a great slicer for home use. We hope to use this slicer
for many years and we feel it could save us its cost just by slicing the
    foods for ourselves.

First, I’ll start with the pros. This slicer is very compact with is great. I don’t expect to use this everyday so I will store it most of the time. The blade is pretty sharp and can be removed and cleaned. I was able to cut frozen chicken for my chicken Philly cheese steaks. Now for the cons. The feeder doesn’t slide very well. Maybe if you oil it with some cooking oil it may work. The other issue I had was with cleaning. The plate that the feeder slides on doesn’t come apart and you cannot submerge the entire thing in water.

If your looking for a decent cutter that you aren’t going to use often this will work.

I’ve been wanting to buy a meat slicer to cut the thin sliced frozen beef for the hotpot for a long time and I’m so satisfied with this one! It’s easy to install and use. I can adjust the thickness very easily. The blade is sharp and smooth and it’s also easy to clean after use. Like it so much!

I really, really love this electric meat slicer. All of my life I have been getting the deli at some grocery store to slice my meat, but this always comes at a premium price. If you buy the meat and slice it yourself, you can save up to a third of the price.
The base unit itself is very substantial and constructed very well. It comes with a 160 watt motor, and its foldable design makes it easy to store and it can even lay flat. I’m not only cutting meat with this slicer, I’m cutting cheese! A lot of the components are detachable for easy cleaning, along with the detachable knob at the end of the slide bar. It’s not hard to clean this slicer, but it does need to be done every time you use it.
If I had to give some constructive criticism about this slicer, I would have upgraded the removable components which were made out of plexiglass and used something more substantial like a very strong polymer.
I would give the slicer alone five stars, but the accessories would be about four stars. The unit works as described, and I am pleasantly surprised at most of the build quality.

The deli will no longer be slicing my meat and overcharging me!

Very pleased. I thought about getting a slicer for a while, because I usually have to slice up meats and cheeses with a knife. I was always hesitant since they all looked so big. This one is perfect for me. It’s smaller so it’s easier to use and store at home. Does a great job. I think its a nice quality and overall value.

I do like this machine glad I bought it very compact easy to use but the equipment you get to hold whatever you are cutting is no good at all it would not hold the roll of meat for me too cut which was what I mostly use it for maybe I’ve wasted my money LIND SMAIL

Very useful for slicing large loaves of unsliced bread. Have only used the serrated blade and it has sliced through many types of bread with ease.

The only problem is that the clear attachments that stop your fingers getting too close to the blade don’t slide far enough back for large loaves of bread to fit, so I usually just end up not using them.

Also, the little clear tray you put on the output side of the machine doesn’t lock in place at all, so the first slice of bread pushes it out of the way as it comes out! so it’s a bit pointless

It does take quite a while to clean the crumbs away from all the surfaces too (I use a small vacuum cleaner!), but that’s not really the machines fault!

Overall I’m very happy we bought i

Bought before Xmas in preparation for the festival season. My husband loves homemade gammon and slicing is important in getting it right. We tried the slicer on roast gammon, baked bread, and even raw meat. The slicer gives different required thickness and is very easy to operate. We had a manual slicer before which was ok initially on raw meat but quickly became loose and won’t give consistent thickness anymore. So far so happy with this slicer.

The slicer very light on its own. I am impress how sharp and powerful it is given that it’s so tiny and light.
It’s foldable as well so easy for storage behind the bread tin.
I use to cut bread as well as raw meat so cleaning is my concern too. The blade is removable and it’s made of metal so very easy to wipe it. 100% happy me!

Very easy to put together compared to my old one, very good suction so it stays put on the worktop, and will cut meat very thin if required. Only downside is that it says it cuts frozen meat, and I tried to cut a joint of turkey into thick slices and it wouldn’t do it. That is a minor point though as far as I’m concerned.

Have used it for several time, tried beef, pork belly, potato Meat must be frozen first, then defrozen for an hour if I want the slice be very thin. Potato is much easier.

We still have a a big Sunday roast dinner, every week, whatever the time of year. I’m always in charge of the cooking and carving of the roast, but – even though I have a great set of chef’s knives – the carving is getting more and more of a faff. So, when I saw this on one of my regular gadget trawls, it was a no-brainer. It’s basically a home version of the big slicers you see in butchers and deli counters. Setting up for the first time needs reference to the instruction, to make sure you slot all the attachments together in the right way, then it’s a simple job after that. A you can see in my video, there are two power buttons: one that only powers the blade while it’s pressed, and one that spins the blade continually until you switch it off. I generally use the continuous mode and use the attachments to hold / move the joint backwards and forwards – and towards the blade. There’s a dial on the other side, that you turn to adjust the thickness of the cut, and a tray for the slices to drop into. Once done, you turn the blade lock to the right and pop the blade unit off for washing. I prefer to do this manually, but the attachments all go in the dishwasher. After a quick wipe done, the machine folds up and doesn’t take up much space. I actually put in back in the box between uses – and so my wife doesn’t tell me off for having too many kitchen gadgets out. A really fun and easy machine to use, and it makes carving SO much quicker.

    My new favourite toy!

This electric slicer works well. The size is good for a domestic electric slicer that can be folded for storage. The operation is straight-forward and the safety features are, as far as I can see, excellent. My only reservation is that I find the blade not to be sharp enough. Sure, it slices OK but when I sliced a quarter of a whole cooked ham last one inch at the “end of the slice” tended to shred the meat. I expect that the blade is not sharper for safety reasons but still I would like it to cut a little more easily.

I’ve been looking for a foldable slicer for a long time. Hated to slide bread until I found this! I couldn’t say it’s a fantastic buy for everyone as it’s small and light however sometimes we can’t be too picky and have to give up something for the others that are more important to us. For me, I need it easy to put away while not in use, so it’s good for me.

I have Panasonic bread maker and normally make large loaf with it, but that size(pic 1) doesn’t do good with the slicer, however the medium size has no problem!(pic 2) therefore I have no issue against it. I tried to use the accessories coming with the machine and felt harder, so I just push the bread in without using them, just be careful! I don’t recommend to slice the bread with the machine when you only have less than 15mm thickness left as the rest will spin with the blade. Cutting one piece is much easier than cutting all!

Haven’t tried meat tho, will try in the future and update the review.

    Foldable! Space saver slice

I do a lot of home cooking and general experimenting. Recently I have been making my own beef jerky. It is so much better and cheaper than the shop bought imitation stuff. The only issue I have hade is not being able to slice my beef into equal thickness slices. As a result I can across this Facelle home meat slicer. I have good experience with their stand mixer so confident in it’s quality and build. This meat slicer is very sharp and powerful. It cuts through ray steak without any problems. Nice even thin slices. I have used it for slicing a smoked gammon joint over Christmas time. This thickness dial accurately controls the thickness of the cut. It is easy to dismantle and clean afterwards.

Super sharp slicer. Great for hosting dinners.
