Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersManaged to clear my blockage! However be aware you MUST soften the wax in your ear for a few days with olive oil (not otex) or this won’t help you! Then just use warm water (boiled to remove bacteria from the tap) and spray it in your ear until chunks start coming out. Make sure your ear is facing the basin so gravity can help.

Still recommend getting it done by a doctor but if your ear is completely blocked and you’re in lockdown… use this, do not try and get rid of the wax by scraping it out with anything.

Highly highly recommend getting a small camera to see what the problem is and ensure you actually have a blockage.

This Syringe Kit actually works well BUT you must first soften the ear wax with Cerumol or a similar Olive or Arachis oil product three times a day for at least 3 to 4 days and maybe double that massaging around your ear on each occasion and plug your ear with cotton wool for several hours. Use WARM not hot water to syringe your ears.
Persist if the wax is stubborn dont give up. You may have to fiddle around to get the syringing angle right and you really need someone else to do the syringing for you. Do not use the syringe on children of any age and do not use excessive force likely to cause pain. Read the instructions provided. It worked for me !

I used this product after three weeks of not being able to hear very much. I had used olive oil for the last three weeks in the hope of softening the wax until I could get my ears syringed. However, due to Covid and the risk of another lockdown decided to have a go at syringing my own ears. Well with the help of my husband we managed with ease the syringe and to remove the wax which was giving me soo much trouble.

I recommend this product if you’re able to soften the wax beforehand and to position the tube into your ear with care.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is amazing! I was deaf in one ear for 3 months it was getting unbearable, after using ear spray from the doctor, 2 telephone appointment another actual appointment with the doctor, one bottle of olive oil drop, one bottle of otex ear drops i was giving up and was considering booking the procedure at spec savers but when i saw the reviews on this I thought it is worth a try. I was a bit nervous at first putting water in my ear as that’s how the whole problem started. i did it about 5 times only a few flakes came out i left it half hour and did it a further 8 times and wow all the wax came out i could finally hear amazing! Do the drops for a few days before to soften cant believe i didnt buy this sooner.

Rarely do I write reviews. However, for those suffering as I was, I needed to write this review

Having been deaf in my left ear for three days, I was getting fed up with not being able to hear properly. Tv up too loud, not hearing my wife properly (!) and being unable to put my phone to that ear! All of these became massive annoyances

I wasn’t prepared to wait for our surgeries long waiting time so, ignored advice and bought this product

It was in use, within an hour of reaching my home. 45 minutes later (constant syringing) my hearing was not only restored but, better than it used to be

    Absolutely awesome

I cannot rate this product highly enough. It does what you need it to do and when it does…. wow – it’s amazing

10/10 – a must buy for those with blocked ears

Due to doing what you’re definitely not meant to do when trying to shift a build up of earwax, (I. e. using a cotton bud), I achieved the opposite result and experienced almost complete hearing loss in my right ear. I used Earex bicarb drops for a few days to soften it but it wasn’t really shifting. Ordered the earwax removal syringe somewhat sceptically a few days previously as wasn’t sure squirting water in your ear was ideal either. However in desperation have just tried it out now. I got my hearing back on the first attempt! Not saying this will work first time for everyone, I guess it depends on how much wax build up you have and how much its compacted. Try softening it with ear wax drops or olive oil for a day or do first, then give it a blast or two with this syringe. Next time I get wax build up I’ll be using this and definitely ditching the cotton buds!

This as saved my sanity during lockdown as I have a problem with my left ear abd it constantly over produces wax and now the doctors won’t shringe due to covid this as been a life saver twice , my best bought gadget ever , give it a go it’s easier if you have someone to squirt it into your ear as I can’t do it myself and as usual use olive oil to soften the wax prior to using it, once my ear is unlocked I put a drop of olive oil into it once a week and this gives me about 3 months blockage free

Had blocked ears for a while went to the Doctors but they no longer syringe ears at the surgery, they suggested using olive oil drops but that did not work ,so tried going privately but couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks plus they were very expensive. I was deaf in one ear the other slightly blocked and so out of desperation started looking on Amazon and came across this product. It took about 5 syringe washes to clear my bad ear with two clumps of wax coming out, my other ear just 2 syringe washes and that one was cleared as well. So saved me money and less time feeling uncomfortable waiting for an expensive appointment to come through. Cured using this product for just 11.99 and it only took about 5 minutes to clear both ears.

The best 12.99 I have ever spent. Despite daily olive oil, my ears regularly clog up so twice a year on average I have to go begging at the health centre to get them syringed. Not any more! Having been suffering with deafness due to wax build up in one ear for a couple of months I tried in vain with the health service only to be told no chance due to COVID. In desperation I turned to Amazon and found the Medi Grade solution. What a difference. Both my ears have been cleared of a big build up of wax. You may need to have several goes as it needs gentle persuasion to unstick a big build up like I had. Even the ear that I thought was clear needed doing. Everything is crystal clear again now after weeks of misery. Thank you Medi Care. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Took a lot of syringe fulls, probably 15-20 before a big lump came right up to the top of my ear canal and immediately I could hear again, I managed to fish it out with my finger. I was about to give up as only tiny flakes were coming out until that point. I think the water might have been too cold, so I made it a bit warmer and then it came out. I did a few more ear fulls just to make sure I’d got it all. Such a relief. Have been deaf in one ear for over a week and its been hard to hear what people were saying, had to have music and TV up loud to hear it. Now everything is crystal clear. I used ear drops for 4 days prior. Great product. Would recommend it to anyone!! And its great that I now have it and can do my ears again if I ever need to. Very pleased.

I was dubious but due to the covid restrictions my Dr wouldn’t see and so i was desperate. My ears were ringing and I was going deaf. I had tried Otex which normally works short term but even that didn’t help this time. I normally have my ears syringed every few years so I have a constant problem. I tried this and at first it only helped the ear that wasn’t the main problem. I tried again a few hours later and then again the next day…at first I thought it still wasn’t working but then I suddenly realised the ringing had gone and I wasn’t asking my husband to repeat himself constantly! I wonder wonder whether the water the first time was too tepid. The time it worked i used a bit warmer and it seemed to be making a difference. I held a jug under my ear which helps as you can then see what colour the water is when it comes out. Will be interesting to see if this helps me avoid going to Dr’s long term as this was certainly so much easier and more comfortable.

This syringe is fantastic & very comfortable with the silicone tips. I used pharmacy olive oil drops for 1 week then following thes instructions I poured warm not hot or cold water in a glass jug used the bathroom sink ( mirror above just to see my ear) plug in sink then filled the syringe & flushed the first lot of water away to ensure the inside of the syringe is clean then filled it again & I placed the syringe into my ear snugly then tilted my head down from that ear & squirted all the water into my ear, repeat this stage probably 10 to 20 times ” amazing” nothing happened the first few times but after that I could see lumps in the sink keep going as this really works & very useful as Drs don’t often offer syringing now. Please do not use if you have a perforated eardrum ( I looked that up as wanted to be sure I don’t have the symptoms)). I decided to get this syringe & chemist ear drops as I had a blocked ear & Louis tinnitus it’s brillia

Prompt delivery and I was so pleased when this arrived. I have severe tinnitus and am unable to use over the counter solutions to clear earwax, so I had previously had to attend hospital to have my ears syringed but only every 6 months or so. For the past 2 days I have suffered from excessive earwax which caused a hollow sound in my right ear and excessive crackling in my left. After 2 days it was almost unbearable and then this syringe kit arrived. My wife helped me by injecting a syringe full of warm water into my ears whilst I held a bowl to catch the water. Yes it sounds loud and feels a little strange but we were pleasantly surprised to see how much wax was being flushed out. It says that the nozzle is not long enough to cause danger to your eardrum and the water does not come out of the tip but from side openings in the nozzle. After several treatments a large amount of wax was left in the bowl. Not a very attractive thing to look at in the photo but to me it confirmed how well this worked. It was such a relief to have decent hearing again. For the 2 days previous to carrying out this treatment I had put warm olive oil into my ears because the hospital had always recommended this prior to their treatment in order to loosen the wax. Having this syringe kit means that when the wax builds up again I can clear them without the need for attending hospital. So pleased with this kit and would certainly recommend it.

    Great product.

I had been suffering from a build up of ear wax for a while, it just kept getting worse. I tried a variety of drops from the local supermarket, they made little difference. Finally I was almost deaf in one ear and called the Doctors surgery to ask about syringing, as expected I was told it had been banned everywhere due to Covid risks. I mentioned to my daughter who mentioned her fianc had purchased one, sorry but I’m pretty sceptical when comes to things like this but the price was excellent and it appeared safe to use. I used my Prime membership to get it next day. It looked pretty simple and plane so I didn’t hold out much hope. The nozzles provided looked pretty good so off we went. After about 4-5 goes and some pretty horrible wax appearing I could hear perfectly again 🙂 🙂

Make sure you hold something under your ear as it certainly does shift the nasty stuff. The nozzles really work and prevent any direct pressure shots into the sensitive bits of your ear.

It now sits quietly in the medicine cupboard safe in the knowledge no more Doctors trips required. Think of the money saved for NHS if we used this in future. My time and safety is worth well more than the cost of this simple device.

Thanks for bringing my sanity back, I hated the deafness.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s not a glamorous topic of conversation but being bunged up with ear wax is not only an inconvenience, it is isolating, painful, embarrassing, makes other people irritated with you and makes it incredibly hard to feel focused and attentive in both your personal and professional lives. I was rather sceptical when I saw this product on amazon but bought this as a bit of a last resort, thinking that I couldn’t bear to wait for an appointment with my lovely but busy local nurse. I was amazed by how well the syringe works and, as my ears are an ongoing battle, would even go as far as to say that this is potentially quite life changing. Thank you so much to whoever invented it – I can’t begin to say how grateful I am! Despite having been a self-confessed amazon shopping addict for many years, this is the first time, I have ever felt strongly enough to write a review.

I suffer from occasional ear blockage due to build-up of earwax, which is made worse by the fact that I am a regular swimmer. I recently had both ears affected at the same time and was driving everyone around me potty as I kept asking for things to be repeated etc. Was using ear drops, which usually work eventually, but was looking for a quicker solution. I was not in favour of anything suction-based and so I opted for a syringe kit.
It arrived within a day and I can only say that it is a simple but brilliant product. I syringed both ears for two days running and perfect hearing was restored. The nozzles are very comfortable and have 4 tiny holes at the end which allow the tepid water (I used previously boiled water) to squirt out at fairly high pressure from the syringe. It is safe, easy to use and very effective. You do need to soften the wax with drops first though. I give it full marks as it is an excellent product.

My ears had filled up with wax, leading to a feeling of fullness and pressure and loss of hearing. As you know, it is tricky getting appointments at the GP’s surgery, and we would all rather not go there at this time.

I had used another brand of syringe in the past, but without success. However my daughter recommended this to me, saying that it works well for her. I used ear drops for two or three days, on the worst side, before the syringe arrived. and the package had hardly reached the door mat, (two days early) when I brought it into the bathroom and used it as per instructions, to get rid of the offending excess wax. There was a lot of it. I could tell the difference immediately as my ear started to feel clear instead of full. What a relief!

So I am very pleased with this syringe and would recommend. Use olive oil drops as advised. I will now treat the other ear, and store the syringe in the bathroom cabinet for future use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have had my ears syringed many times, by nurses and in a pharmacy. The last time I had it done it was very painful so I was a little bit concerned about doing it at home. On this occasion I religiously used Otex eardrops for 3 days, twice a day before the syringe arrived. As I’m sure in the past I probably hadn’t done it enough, hence it being painful and taking an age to clear.
With the help of my partner we used the syringe within minutes of it arriving, and to my relief about 15 minutes later a large lump of wax had been removed along with smaller debris!
I recommend this syringe and would not go back to a nurse (if you can actually get an appointment) or a pharmacy again.
Very easy to use without the extreme pressure from the electric ones that I have had used on me in the past from the so called professionals.

Was a bit worried about using this, but after weeks of a blocked ear, and no sign of my local doctor’s surgery being able to offer an appointment for syringing I bit the bullet & bought one. I’m so glad that I did. You do need to make sure that your wax is soft with either warmed olive oil or over the counter drops being applied for at least a week prior to syringing & then be prepared to do up to 10 applications of the warmed water before your ear has been cleared. Took me 6 attempts & hey presto out it all popped! Not very pleasant, not the nicest feeling having water squirted into your ear, but boy is it worth it!!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThanks to previous reviewers – they’re right, keep trying if it doesn’t work first time. I’ve had tinnitus for about 12 weeks, followed by right ear feeling closed up and trapping water from bath or shower. Tried olive oil and then otex. No real improvement, but a few flakes of wax came out following otex. Bought the syringe on basis of good reviews and desperation as GP not seeing patients face to face – so no chance of getting it seen to there.

Rinsed both ears 3-4 times first go, but not much more than a few flakes. Then had to go out. Later, administered more otex and then had another go, about 5-6 times per ear. A bit more came out. I wasn’t sure of the right angle, but found with a bit of trial and error I could feel when the water was going into the right place. At this point, I was rather wet and used a bit of tissue to wipe the outermost part of the left ear – to my surprise I found a big sticky lump of orangey stuff. Tried the right ear again, same thing, the wax lodged in the outer ear and was easy to wipe away without poking at the ear canal.

My hearing is now much better and the tinnitus has faded – I think there may be more to do but I’m giving it a rest till tomorrow.

It arrived without any instructions and none were found on a websearch, and though it worked eventually, it was a bit of trial and error. I used CERUMOL and a cotton wool plug for 3 days to soften the blockage. Gently screw one of the tips into the syringe, don’t push the tip down. Then warm water in the bathroom sink with a tea spoon of Tea Tree Shampoo mixed in the water. Draw the mixture into the syringe each time and in my case after the third or fourth application the debris was removed. Don’t press the tip in the ear too hard, but enough to allow the jets to flush the canal. I found the tip attempted to unscrew from the syringe a little so check before each application. You can control the pressure by how quickly you press the plunger. I did press the plunger quite rigourously the debris flowed into the basin. Job done.

I’m unfortunate enough to have narrow ear canals, meaning that my ears get blocked with wax fairly frequently. I’ve always had it sorted out by my local doctor’s surgery in the past but due to Covid, they are no longer performing that service AND if people are to be believed, will not resume post Covid. I looked into going to Hearing Clinics etc, but as they cost up to 80 and are working at least 4 weeks ahead [who the heck wants to be ‘deaf’ for at least another 4 weeks?], I certainly wasn’t going to let them profit from my misfortune. Two uses of this syringe, and my head no longer feels as though it’s full of cotton wool, and I can hear properly for the first time in 2 weeks. Wonderful!!

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThis works! I have a recurring problem with wax build up. Covid meant that I couldn’t access my nurse to get them syringed and I could hardly hear a thing! After using Otex and olive oil for a few days I was still no better. Bought this out if sheer desperation. Said it would take a few days but it arrived the very next day. As soon as I got it I ripped it open and set to work. What can I say it’s disgustingly brilliant. Best money I’ve spent. I kept going, using warm-ish water until I couldn’t see anymore coming out. I re-applied some olive oil and tried again before going to bed and even more came out! The next day I did the same with my other ear and again it worked brilliantly. I can now hear EVERYTHING! It’s like having ultra sound! Great investment!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersA few months ago, I had microsuction in both my ears because I had so much wax and could barely hear. Every bit of wax had been removed. A few months later though, my left ear was entirely clogged up with wax again in such a short amount of time! Microsuction is expensive, think it cost me like 75 and while it is very effective, if you get fast wax build up like me I guess then getting something like this is probably better (and much cheaper).

I felt very dizzy and sick after a few uses of this syringe but it got some of the wax out and I can hear through it again which is the main thing. Make sure you are sitting down while you are using it.

It took 2 attempts – got bits out with the first set of flushes (6 each ear); left it a couple of hours then repeated the exercise and suddenly large chunks of softened wax appeared – the size of half a finger nail! After the second large chuck appeared on each ear, my husbands hearing was fully restored!
It took some 12 syringes each ear before they were fully clear and clean. We are completely amazed and very pleased! it’s also a relief to know that in the future we can use this at an early stage! Highly recommended!

Bought this item for my partner who suffers with earwax buildup. Normally goes to have them syringed by the nurse at the surgery. As understandable with current situation appointments practically a non starter, but needed to do something, as if he said pardon once he said it hundreds of times!!!! Advice him to do the usual of putting in olive oil in his ears in preparation. So this syringe arrives from amazon. Have to say we were both abit sceptical when we looked at it. Lightweight, and probly not as big as we thought it was going to be, compared to the item used by the nurse. It has spare nozzles so you maintain hygiene if another person in the household needed to use it. So he syringed his ears, and was utterly delighted and amazed at how well it worked with instant results. He did say it was abit tricky to to hold the bowl at his ear whilst trying to syringe at the same time, but hay ho that’s a small moment of inconvenience for the job it achieved.

Like most reviewers have said on here, it’s hard to find a GP surgery who’ll do ear syringing or flushing these days. So, unless you want to pay a private practice to do it (at 35 per ear and upwards!), then you’re left to find a DIY solution.

After using drops on and off for many years, I had a really big build up of wax and decided to look for an alternative…and I’m glad I did! You’ll need some perseverance with this but it’s worth sticking to it. It took at least 8 goes to flush the main deposits out. I’d also used drops for the previous two days before.

Definitely worth the money and time when you consider the alternatives. Hear, hear!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve been going through a constant cycle of ‘use drops, drops aren’t fully effective, get ears syringed at GP surgery, immediately develop ear infection’ for as long as I can remember – I think I’m just a naturally very waxy person? So while I was uncertain that a home solution would work, I didn’t really want to go to a GP with my clogged ears and made the purchase with low expectations.

Delivery was faster than estimated and the packaging was nicely minimal.

Really, really surprised by the effectiveness. I’d been using Otex drops for a few days previous, but it wasn’t making a noticeable difference. This did. Day 1 restored my ability to hear; I used it again just in case, and Day 2 dislodged some alarmingly large clumps of wax. Will definitely use again when the time inevitably comes, and would recommend to anyone.

Some tips: Use water that’s boiled and been left in a clean cup for at least half an hour. Do this in the bathroom with your head over the sink and a towel ready – water WILL get everywhere. If the buildup is particularly bad, you’ll probably be looking at a few syringes’ worth of water per day, over a few days. (Stop if it hurts!) Regardless, this is a gentler, more convenient solution than standard clinic syringing.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI read many reviews about methods of removing ear wax before deciding on this product. I was worried incase of causing damage to my ear drum. I’ve been troubled with impacted ear wax for months and months now. It’s caused my hearing to go completely in that ear and it got to the point of causing discomfort and sometimes pain. The Gp prescribed olive oil drops but will not syringe my ear to remove the wax. The drops do soften the wax but they definitely don’t clear it out.
So, in desperation to actually remove the wax and relieve the discomfort i decided to try this.
It arrived very quickly, today which I was glad of.
This syringe is very easy to use. I let boiled water from the kettle cool until it was tepid. I tested it on the inside of my wrist to be sure. It’s easy to suck the water up in the syringe and away you go. Make sure to lean over the sink because you’ll definitely get a bit wet but the relief is worth it. I couldn’t get the angle quite right so my daughter helped with that. I really don’t think it’s possible to damage the ear drum because the coloured tip which is soft, can’t be pushed deep into the ear and because of the way the water sprays out of the tip, it isn’t directed at the eardrum.
It took 4 or 5 attempts to dislodge the wax but it came away very easily without any discomfort. 10 minutes and the job was done. It is a strange feeling though so go gently with it and definitely soften the wax with olive oil a few days before to make it easy to remove.
The best thing is that the syringe and tips can be cleaned, dried and put away for future use. Ear wax problems solved!
    I absolutely recommend this product.

My 12 year old daughter has suffered ear issues for a few months, with ringing and thumping noises and intermittent loss of hearing. A number of visits to the GP and we got no further than being advised to put olive oil in. We did use Otex on and off for a little while as well. Bought this syringe as a last resort but has done the job, shifting lots of wax, especially two large lumps of it. My daughter did not feel any pain or discomfort and said it actually felt soothing. Worked like a charm and wish we had bought one of these months ago. I’d still recommend softening the wax with Otex or equivalent for a couple of days beforehand.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersAfter months of being deaf in one ear and just putting up with it, I took the “plunge”. Even before Covid, my GP wouldn’t offer syringing/irrigation and just advised to use olive oil… I tried that for about a month and gave up when there was no noticeable improvement.

After about 10-20 flushes with this product, I got the culprit as seen in the photo! My hearing is restored and it feels wonderful!

It’s amazing what you get used to (and what those around you will tolerate!) but if you’re confident you don’t have an infection, this will do the job very well.

I thought some of the reviewers seemed a bit too ecstatic but I now join them in their enthusiasm … I feel it’s not overstating the case to say that this has already improved my quality of life!

How I used this… Note I would advise following the instructions and use olive oil a few times a day for 3 days or more prior to irrigation.

*About 10ml of olive oil administered in 2ml “doses” at 2 minute intervals with head tilted so ear canal is pointing up

    *Head tilted for 15 minutes

*Lukewarm tap water in a jug and syringe filled from that

    *Towel draped over shoulders

*Insert tip into ear and irrigate… You will probably notice brownish water and flecks of wax first… If the water runs clear, try a different angle.of attack

*Repeat as needed, varying the angle at which you insert the syringe and tip

*Once my hearing had returned,I stopped irrigation… There may be a bit more to get out, but I will give my ear a week or before flushing again

As a side note: I depressed the plunger steadily but probably quicker than the recommendation so as to increase the pressure of the jets but, I was *certain* that my ear drum.was not perforated and also that I did not have an affected ear. Had there been any discomfort, I would have reduced the pressure but other than a tickle, there was no physical impact

I hope you found this useful and if you’re on the fence, do as I did and take the plunge!

Can you turn the volume down please?

I’ve not been able to hear for the last two weeks with a terrible tinnitus keeping me awake all night. I tried Ortex, olive oil, magic beans purchased from a not so reputable garden gnome and human sacrifice; but alas, the gods didn’t take any pity on me. In a bout of desperation I searched Amazon and found this. I had as much faith that Amazon would pay its taxes as this would work. On delivery I read the instructions, well the 4 lines of text that passed for them; I put some more Ortex in my ear to soften the wax and then proceeded with the syringe. Sound, glorious wonderful sound – how I’ve missed you. No more tinnitus, and my ears feel shiny and new. It took two attempts to get out what I thought was most of the deposit, which I followed up with another go of Ortex and a final session which got out the remaining residue. If you’re suffering don’t wait weeks putting random substances in your ear just by this.

My ears were blocked and so uncomfortable! I was at work and asked a colleague of mine about blocked ears. She told me to get a syringe for my ears, but she advised I had to use Warm olive oil for at least a week before flushing out with water.

When using the water it should be water that has been boiled and cooled so that it will be clean.

I bought this and I can hear! I feel so much better. I was going to give up and try the olive oil Routine again for a few more days but I continued doing at least three shots of syringe and it worked. Please remember to push gently.

I have long standing problems with my hearing and particularly with ear wax. I normally need to have my ears syringed at my doctors every 6 months. I would have been due to go in May but due to the pandemic this wasn’t an option. I was struggling to hear and knew it was a build up of wax so decided to give this syringe kit a go out of desperation. I honestly didn’t think it would work. I put olive oil in my ears twice a day for 5 days as I would normally do before a visit to my doctors. I have to say the syringe did remove a good bit of debris from my ears and I definitely noticed an improvement in my hearing after I’d used it. The pressure it generated wasn’t as intense as you would get from the machine at the doctors but it certainly did a reasonable job for a relatively cheap and simple product. I’d certainly use it again.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI used this on my husband whose ear has been blocked for sometime and was unable to get it syringed due to lockdown. After putting olive oil in each day for 2 weeks the syringe filled with warm water brought the lot out straight away. He said it felt comfortable and awesome and you can see by the photo how much came out. Fantastic product which worked best by gently angling and moving it at the same time the water spurts out as to move the jet of water to push the wax out. He said he’ll never have to go to the doctors again. Highly recommended!!!!! Stay safe everyone!!

    Outstanding!!!!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersSo, left ear blocked for over a week now due to stupidly putting a cotton bud down it. Doctor said they couldn’t do anything about due to Covid but said just keep using the ear drops (Earol) and they’ll work (I knew they wouldn’t). Had used the drops for around 9 days. Gambled on this as a last resort after seeing the good reviews but was sceptical.

I went through a large bowl of water to no avail, started on the second bowl, using various amounts of pressure and different angles (I don’t think you’d be able to hurt yourself). Finally started seeing some pieces coming out, went through that bowl as well. Dried myself up and realised that I could hear much better than before. You know when you scratch your ear and cannot hear anything? Well I had that hearing back.

My ear isn’t sore but did go through a bit of a battering so I’m going to rest and use drops for another day or so then give it another go in the shower.

Ear went from 10% hearing to 85% so I cannot complain at all really. It was driving me insane. I think you can buy cheaper ones out there but if it does the job then who really cares. Seems like this one works so go for it. Don’t be annoyed if it doesn’t, I guess everyone’s different.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersVery easy to use, my husband had been deaf for weeks, and with Covid 19 no syringing done by medics. So we purchased this syringe. He had been putting oil into his ears for some weeks so the wax was pretty soft. First attempt, nothing much, second syringe wax began to appear. Third attempt his right ear produced a huge amount and his hearing returned in that ear.

We left the next attempt for another day, and the left ear yielded lots of wax too, he now can hear better than for years, so we will be using this regularly to keep his ear wax down. You cannot push the water too hard as it sprays into the ear, but it works, just be patient.

Remarkable item. Been waxed up for weeks after foolishly using a cotton bud and tried all the wax removal liquids to no avail and have therefore been effectively deaf for quite a while. Saw this on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try. All I can say is wow .. and thank you. Very easy and quick to use. One application and I’m back to normal – it took about 90 seconds to do including putting it together and filling with luke warm water …. Very highly recommended, but soften the wax for a few days first with Otex or olive oil to help it out. Everything sounds so loud and clear !!!!

I would highly rate this earwax syringe kit. I was a bit sceptical, but not any more. I’ll be buying another as a back-up for whenever I go away. I also like the fact that it’s reusable, just wash the scew part and put it away again. Having three of the tips in different colours means both my husband and I can use it without worry of infections. Definitely a must have for anyone who suffers with earwax.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a great device, was told by my local gp that it could be as long 6 months due to the current situation before someone could see me to have the wax cleaned out, I was a little sceptical but went ahead based on the positive reviews, used otex drops 3 days prior to help soften the wax, just flakes came out at first and then big chunks of impacted wax, it was a great feeling to hear clearly again as before felt like I’d got a fish bowl on my head for 10 days, perseverance is needed maybe 20-30 times in each ear, the water pressure is pretty forceful so give yourself a rest every few minutes and start agai

    Great device for clear ears

I suffer with my ears and for the past 20 years I’ve had to visit my GP – and have the nurse syringe my ears. Not any more thanks to this wonderful product.

I used olive oil drops three times a day for three days – my partner helped, just placed a towel on my shoulder sat upright with a container under the ear to collect the water/wax. We had another bowl filled with Luke warm water from the kettle for the syringe – now My ears produce a lot of wax so that’s why the first try on the Sunday evening just a few bits came out after 20 syringe fulls and we de used that was enough. I still couldn’t hear but lots of little bits did come out, so I used some more olive oil drops and tried again the next day, same prep as above, and bingo after another 16 syringes it all came out and it was a bloody amazing feeling – please do not give up just try over multiple days. Good Luck 🙂

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersWow! At first I flushed my ears and nothing came out. I repeated a couple of times, filling the syringe and flushing, filling and flushing. A tiny bit came out and I was about to give up. By this point I’d used about half a pint/a mug’s worth of warm water and had no results. I refilled the dish I was using and persevered, changing the angle a little bit to flush down the side of my ear canal. Lo and behold a huge lump came out my left ear, shortly followed by a large lump from the right ear! Sorry for the disgusting image, but it definitely works! I didn’t realise quite how much it was affecting my hearing!

    It works! Perseverance is key!

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersMoving into a new stage in life, as more cells begin to die than they are replaced, turning 26 has greeted me with blocked ears. Since a night out in Beverly, that was funded by a late Issac Hayden winner against Chelsea, I awoke with not a only a bad head but also a blocked ear. I was partially deaf and was unable to exchange in the banter around a Weatherspoons breakfast with the lads, and had to jet off home early to try and solve my newly developed problem. A few days later, the bad head had disappeared but another blocked ear had been added to my uncomfortable nightmare. Oil drops where futile, buds where bad, I had to see a doctor. 30 minutes of flushing my ears out with a syringe and it was done, my ears had returned to their 25 year old selves…. Temporarily. Both ears returned back to their blocked state, only a month after being at the doctors to have them cleaned. I was worried. Perturbed Perhaps. I wanted answers and wanted them fast. I bought this product delving into the unknown. Will I burst an eardrum with this product? Will I go deaf? Why do people tell me not to put things in my ears when I can’t hear. But I did it. And I will tell you know dear friends and followers, This PRODUCT WORKED! Chunks of black/brown wax floated out of my ear one at a time, as they began to take in the fresh sounds of the world. I could hear the birds. I could here the trees gently sway among the winds. I could hear the silence of my own home. I could hear.

woke up last weekend to discover both ears were blocked with wax. everything was muffled. had been using warm olive oil to remove wax as well as other wax removing stuff from chemist. Several day later. still no joy. Ordered this syringe , which arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I was like an exited child on Christmas day. first ear worked with first blast. lots of horrible stuff came out and a miracle happened . I could hear again. was a little dizzy , but this is very normal I believe. I lay down for 10 min until dizziness was gone. repeated the other ear. it needed 2 attempts. now my hearing is better than it ever was. could not praise this syringe enough. However please do read enclosed instructions first. Do not push syringe too hard as you could do damage to your ear drum. gentle squeeze does it with head over sink.allows water to jet up into the ear and dislodge any wax . I can now hear the grass grow.

I was so worried to use this as I have hEDS and was nervous it would injure me but it was absolutely fine. I have had problems with wax blocking my ears for years, but recently it got to the point where every time I went into the shower my ear would be blocked for the entire day afterwards. It was making me so grumpy! I ordered this after olive oil drops did nothing to help. Well, what an afternoon I’ve had! I had a go at it for 10 minutes and nothing much came out except for a few flakes. I then put olive oil drops in my ear for 20 mins or so to soften the wax. Stood over the bath with my ear pointing directly downwards and syringed the warm water directly up into my ears. More and more started to come out until a huge piece of wax – solid wax – suddenly came free and out into the bath. There was a shocking amount of wax suddenly coming from my ears, truly shocking. Sound was so clear I was overwhelmed by my own voice. This thing is magical, it’s given me my hearing back!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersSo these do work and they do get wax out of your ears.

The problem is that there is a chance that you might get a pretty hefty dose of ear ache if you use them wrong. I doused water into both my ears and my gearing really improved when large clumps of wax came out!

Then a few days later, horrible pain in both my ears, which really sucked. It was pretty hard to sleep until the pain receded in one ear.

I recommend you be careful and while I would say it was worth it after it was all said and done, the ear ache is pretty mad and really hurts. Then again, it might not happen to you. Have stocks of pain killers ready just in case.

Updated review. I had kept this in my cabinet for a year after an unsuccessful attempt to clear my ears. However I had got to the point where I could hardly hear a thing in my left ear and the tinnitus was driving me crazy. I got some earex and dropped it in. I then needed to rinse it out, I decided to give this another whirl.
It moved the wax! Flakes started to come out. I did it about a dozen times and then gave it a rest.
I repeated the process today and lumps of wax have started to to come out, again I flushed about a dozen times.
I can hear a little better it my ear still feels full. I am going to repeat the process again tomorrow as I am still afraid of going too long and causing ear damage. However I can say that this is moving the wax.

It didn’t do anything. I thought that the wax was probably wedged so used some softener over a couple of days……still nothing.

It is basically a standard syringe with an end that has 4 small holes that force the water out when the syringe is depressed. Maybe I am not putting it far enough in my ear to be effective, however I prefer to err on the side of caution as opposed to ramming it in my tab hole!

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersMy husband’s ears had been blocked for over a week and he could hardly hear anything.

As we are in Lockdown and both over 70 the GP couldn’t help – no physical contact allowed. Ear drops not helping at all.

A friend told me about an online syringe and I ordered this on Thursday 2nd April – delivery date 8th April. It arrived earlier than expected on the 6th April.

We couldn’t unpack it quick enough and it took several goes but one ear much better yesterday – TV volume now normal level again – today the other ear also clearer.

Being in Self Isolation and Lockdown is a difficult – but essential – time for us all but a deaf husband was only adding to the stress of the situation.

The GPs surgery rang today to see how my husband is doing and couldn’t believe he’d sorted the blocked ears on his own and she didn’t know you could buy this type of kit online.

Many thanks from a very happy wife and 2 Labradors.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLike many others, I struggle with earwax. I was completely deaf in one ear. I used drops for weeks – several times a day – with no result, and now the doctor’s won’t do ears any more, I thought I was done for. This was a last attempt at DIY ear cleaning, before spending 50 to have SpecSavers suction them. And it worked. It took several goes over three days, but I simply gasped at the size of the plug of ear wax that came out of the ear: no wonder I couldn’t hear, and now I can. For me, I lent over the sink, and found I had to tilt my head sideways, with the ear pointing almost directly down into the sink, and syringe upwards.

Having suffered from tinitus, neck pain, loss of hearing, dry eye, inflamed sinuses for months and taking Nurafen and Sudafed I finally went to my doctor. They said I had a large quantity of ear wax in my ear (could not see ear drum) and to use oil to soften it. Weeks later still no joy. The wax had probably softened but did not come out. So it was try and see the doctor / nurse again (who obviously have more urgent patients to see) , pay 60 to 80 to go private and have my ears cleaned, or try and do something myself. This syringe kit had very good reviews so I bought it. Easy to use and it did the job. The first time just small quantities of wax came out. I left it a couple of days (still putting in oil) and then the second time a large piece came out. Left it for now as I don’t want to overdue it, your ear does need to have some wax in it. A day later hearing great, no pain, eye and sinuses calmed down, and no longer taking any medication. A little bit of faint tinnitus but this to be expected until the ear canal calms down. So thoroughly recommend it if you have similar problems.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersOk so you will need to use this combined with some oil or a product like what I used “otex” which are drops that loosen the wax. First put a few drops of otex in your ear and lie on your side until the bubbling noise in your ear stops. then in a sink, bath or bowl of very warm but not “Hot” water submerge the tip of this syringe and suck it up inside the tube then place in the and push to flush the ear out, after multiple flushes tou will see the grim sight of wax in my case on my shower floor. This really does work and i suffered for months before i got this so i have to recommend it, reasonable price for what it is and i think everyone should own one as a part of ones routine hygiene. You probably like me thought it sucked out the wax but It is better that it doesn’t as that could be dangerous to your health. Also it is possible a powerful shower could do the trick but this is better I think and again probably safer.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWent to the hospital, because I had a blocked ear and could barely hear anything. They told me to just carry on using olive oil and eventually it will come out. They also told me that my other ear was also blocked. So I ordered this on a whim and initially wanted to cancel the order since it would take a week to arrive and I thought by then that my ear would be fine. Thankfully, the order didn’t get canceled and it arrived promptly. It was very simple to use and also very relaxing, A LOT of ear wax came out from both ears and my hearing in my deaf ear was better than ever, I could literally feel the vibrations and was a bit sensitive.
However, I must’ve overdone it since I began to feel a bump and it would hurt if I touched it (I think possible ear infection) but it subsided and now my ears are fine.

    Great price, great service.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis stuff is the BOMB! I used it in my mum who has had blocked ears for a week and left the tv volume on 100 which means the neighbours down the street could hear what we were watching. We softened the wax with Otex for 2 days before flushing a number of times. At first only little chunks came away, but her hearing wasn’t any better so we decided to try after a hot shower and sitting with Otex in her ear for 20 minutes. After the first few floods, giant chunks of wax came out, including one about the size of a penny! She could hear after that! Repeated the same process with the other ear and now her hearing is fully restored, but she has to keep asking everyone to stop shouting because it’s so loud to her! Fab little gadget. Well worth doing this instead of waiting three weeks for a doctors appointment.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBrilliant. As a masters swimmer I’ve had loads of ear blockages from wax, and infections over the years (plus several perforated eardrums …and for the last 7 years gave bluetac as earplugs to keep pool water out (after reading suffers use it). Anyway I recently had a painful and deaf ear and went to the doctors (outer ear infection) and build up of wax. Once the ear drops did their work I couldn’t get an appointment until New Years eve to clear wax …and this was on 10th December! A search on Goggle ‘can you syringe your own ears’ and I found this. After a week of olive oil lubrication I gave it a go tonight (23rd Dec). The first squirt (full syringe) and nothing …but no pain either, the second squirt and the wax shifted. A third squirt and I can hear ….wahoo.

The four jets spread the water pressure I’m sure even if you tried to press the plunger as quick as you could it still would hurt. I depressed it over 2-3 seconds.

    Hope this summary helps.

All would say to anyone who is going to flush out their ear wax is to have put into the ear, over the course of 5 days, some ear drops. Then ensure that the water you are going to fill the syringe is warm, not hot or cold. Gentle action of the syringe, your get the hang of it, and expect to need to flush more then once.

I’ve never used something like this before or had my ears syringed before and bought this product without really reading the description but going by what other reviewers said.

This worked excellently for me! I stupidly tried to clear my ear out with a cotton bud and happened to push a bunch of wax further into my ear. I literally couldn’t hear out of that ear for the last two days. I tried Otex which may have helped leading up to receiving this item but I still could not hear – i.e. the blockage was still there.

When the item turned up and I read the instructions I realised this is not meant for suction its meant to spray the water out of the multiple holes at the end of the soft rubber end. You basically fill a bowl or basin with warm water – suck a load up into the syringe, place it in the affected ear and spray the warm water in to melt / dislodge the hardened wax.

Without question this worked brilliantly for me. I sprayed the first time and it seemed like it was getting better but the second and third time it was clear I could actually hear again. After I’d finished I just took a piece of paper roll and wiped the rest of the ear clean.

Can’t say enough good things about this – absolutely perfect for the job.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersMy left ear had been regularly blocking up over the course of a few months and I would just ignore because I could always unblock it just by playing around with it. Until one morning I woke up with it totally blocked. Could barely hear out of it and had that horrible sensation every time I talked. I went to a doctor and he said use ear drops for the next 2/3 weeks and see. I didn’t realise that he meant it would unblock it in 2/3 weeks, I thought the drops would clear it in day or two and then to keep using the drops to keep it clean. I couldn’t take it anymore and ordered the syringe. I tried it once and got some chunks of wax out but it was still blocked. I then tried again a few hours later and with the second attempt that go it was clear. I then kept going and got enough wax out to make a small candle. My eye was a tad sore afterwards but would take that any day over being half deaf for 3 weeks.

However, when I used Otex ear drops for a couple of days and tried again, the wax started to come out. Used the drops again today and the rest poured out and I can hear again. Persistence is the key, and used in conjunction with ear drops it works perfectly. Would give it a 6 if I could, and as I’m going on holiday next week I really needed to remove the wax as it was like wearing ear plugs. Don’t expect it to work immediately and keep at it and eventually it will work, depending on how bad the wax has become. Great product.

At first few tries nothing was happening water was just going everywhere. Warm water and olive oil before hand works the treat! After numerous tries I felt it unclog and that BIG bit of wax came out!! Will continue to use it great product yet so simple to use!!

    AMAZING

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersGot this for my partner as his ears where blocked and he doesn’t have time to get into the doctor. We used drops for a few days then used warm water with the syringe and it was like half of his brain fell out but he went from being deaf to clearly hearing within 10 seconds.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersBrilliant. Squirted out enormous amounts of wax, which was both disgusting and immensely satisfying. (Decided NOT to post a video or photograph of the basin.) And my hearing returned in a glorious rush of sound.
I did soften the wax first, of course, with several days of Otex.
The syringe has an excellent design: the soft tips spray the water out sideways, so that no jet is aimed directly down the ear; it would be very difficult to damage a healthy eardrum. Obviously, the device should not be used if the eardrum is perforated.
Highly recommended – even if I am now woken again by my husband’s snores.

Golden Review Award: 182 From Our UsersI first started having problems with earwax a few years back and it gradually got worse. I had constant ringing in one ear and the other one kept blocking and unblocking multiple times a day. My local GP does not have the equipment to remove it and I only got prescribed ear drops when I went there for help. They said to use the drops for 2 weeks and get an appointment at another medical centre. I did not want to wait that long and decided to look for alternatives, because blocked ears made me feel a bit confused and (a lot) uncomfortable at all times.
I found this product, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. It arrived in two days and I used it as soon as I got my hands on it.
I mostly used lukewarm water, but also water that was a bit on the hot side. At first, only little bits came out, but after about 20 times on each side, these huge chunks you can see on the first photo came out from my left ear. Nothing like that came out from my right ear, but I thought is must be even worse there because it was the one that was constantly ringing. I decided to try again the next morning and voila! You can see the results on the second photo. I know it’s gross, but I oddly feel like a proud mama 😀

This was such an easy solution with life changing effects! I can hear so clearly now and things like touching paper or typing in this review actually sound loud to me. I guess I didn’t even realise how bad it had got.

    I can hear again!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersI’ve had a 4-year-old sounding like a foghorn for a good six months. When her ears first blocked up, she complained, but then got used to it. Took her to the doctor’s who said to use olive oil drops that did nothing even after using them for 3 weeks. Then used Otex for two weeks despite the pack saying things should clear in a few days and still her ears stayed blocked. The doctor reckoned “we don’t syringe children and there’s nothing we can do really. I wouldn’t worry too much if her speech is fine and she’s not complaining”. Great! We waited a bit longer, encouraged her to always put her ears in the water in the bath and swimming pool but still her ears stayed blocked. Then I spoke to a wonderful person from a hearing shop who recommended these. Two sessions an hour apart and maybe 20 syringes full of warm water per ear later, my little girl is happy again, says she can hear better and is speaking a lot more quietly! One happy mummy!

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersOk, I’ll admit it, I was sceptical but willing to give it a go. I am so glad I did.
I’ve spent most of the winter with one ear completely blocked and no amount of oil or the water in the shower had made more than a minor amount of improvement. It took five attempts to get the desired result and I would recommend administering the syringe with your ear facing straight downwards so that the water (and wax, gunk etc) can flow out of the ear freely. I have spent today hearing things I hadn’t even noticed I couldn’t hear anymore.
I then used it on my good ear which I had assumed was mostly clear and hearing perfectly fine- wrong! In short, my car radio volume has been turned down from 55 to 25 compared to this time last week, the TV isn’t up so high and it turns out the cat hasn’t forgotten how to purr when he’s happy after all. Use it sensibly and I think this could work for most people with simple blockage problems.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’d been going to the doctor with intermittent deafness and tinnitus, and every time they proposed an appointment to have my ears syringed I had other commitments and couldn’t make it. This was around the November time of year, and I soldiered on, whilst tipping raw coconut oil into my ears morning and night (since olive oil made me smell like a pizza and was too viscous in my opinion…) until after Christmas when I started getting ‘neuralgia’ like pain down one side of my head and into the jaw. It was acute ear ache! Took me four days to get another appointment with the GP’s surgery, and then when I was seen the nurse said she’d book me in for a syringe… eleven days later! I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought this, and just two good squirts in each ear had me sorted, a good teaspoon full of waxy lumps was in the bottom of the sink after I tilted my head back up (and lord knows how much more had already vanished down the plughole!) In conclusion I wish I’d done this weeks ago! No pain whatsoever, just warm water and whoosh… now I can even hear when the cat farts…

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersEvery few years I have to have one of my ears syringed and after having a cold I found my right ear completely compacted with wax. I went to see a nurse who said I could use Sodium Bicarbonate and it would take two weeks for my ear to clear again. I didn’t want to have to wait that long as I was very deaf in my right ear and so ordered this device along with some olive oil ear drops. The product arrived promptly and so after having used the ear drops for two days, morning and night, I boiled a kettle of water and after letting the water cool down to lukewarm I used the syringe. I have to say I was VERY sceptical but my husband filled the syringe and squirted the water in my ear. After only two attempts a substantial lump of wax came out of my ear, along with a few other smaller pieces and I could hear clearly again. I am overjoyed that I have found this relatively cheap solution and it is such an excellent product. No more going back to the doctors for me. One small downside is that I was a little bit dizzy after we had done this but that was only for a few seconds and also I got absolutely drenched with water but that was a very small price to pay for for getting my hearing back. The relief was huge and I can’t believe how easy it was to use. If you have any doubts, just try it. I now have to keep turning the tv down as I find it too loud! Excellent product….

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have always suffered with clogged ears as I have small ear canals. My doctor told me this but yet they do not do ear cleanings anymore in my gp. I suffered ear infections often and was just prescribed antibiotics everytime. I also couldnt hear on a daily basis and thia hindered me severly. Since purchasing this item as a last resort I can now hear clearly all the time and my weekly ear infections have disappeared. I simply use this item twice a week in the shower and this keeps the wax in check. This product really works and is so easy to use!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersExcellent product, my ear was really bunged up and this little piece of kit did the job in unblocking it. I did have to carry out the process about ten or eleven times before the wax came out but the outcome is brilliant, I can hear again! Much better than having to put oil in for 3 weeks before the doctor can syrnge it. Very happy customer. Very quick delivery and a decent price, thank you.

Golden Review Award: 116 From Our UsersAfter weeks of quite major hearing loss due to ear wax build up and a stupid moment with a cotton bud making it much worse. I was faced with an irrate wife who had to shout at me all the time even when I was not in trouble! Tryed this as it was cheap and seemed a low tech solution. Used medical grade olive oil the day before and just prior to use. Hot bath and used the syringe carefully on my ear. Lots of wax into bath so did it again and again and more and more came out. Much better hearing but not perfect. Repeated the procedure the next day, including the olive oil, and low and behold perfect hearing again. Seems if you expect instant results you will be dissapointed, but take time and multiple carefull uses and it does what it claims.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersIt was fairly easy to use but it was easier with my wife helping. Orangey coloured water came out, so assume that was the wax. Not having anything to see in the ear properly like they have at doctors or hearing aid place, you don’t know exactly how well it has worked. It’s a real nuisance the nurse at the doctors not doing it. With it costing about 40 an ear, this is definitely the way to go!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMy partner had been suffering for months with bad ears, we tried everything from ear drops to candle wax, absolutely nothing worked until we got this syringe! It’s incredible, so much came out of his ears in the first couple of days after which it started to slow down and run clear. Big bits of wax and discoloured water poured out. He can hear properly for the first time in months and no longer suffers pain from the buildups.

Golden Review Award: 44 From Our UsersI just can’t believe how easy and successful this item is. I had suffered from a blocked ear for over a week and despite using wax softening drops every day, nothing was shifting it. This syringe arrived and although it took three attempts to flush the ear with warm water, it worked! I was so relieved to have my hearing restored and it is completely painless to use. Highly recommended

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis is probably the best bargain I ever bought on Amazon. I have always had problems with earwax build up and have had to have my ears syringed a number of times over the years. After a swim session I came out of the pool and my ear blocked when I was trying to get water out, the ear was totally plugged with earwax and so I started putting olive oil drops in and prepared myself to make a doctors appointment, wait the usual 2 weeks using drops then get it syringed again.

Over a couple of days the ear worsened and I could feel pressure in my jaw and was getting headaches to go with my deafness and the buzzing in my ear. So I decided to look for something online to attempt to clear the ear myself I was that desperate for relief. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a go, at less that a fiver it was well worth a gamble. The day after I ordered this item it arrived and I headed to the bathroom not really expecting it to work to be honest, especially as I had only been using ear drops for 3 days so was thinking it may not have softened up enough yet..

Well after the first 3 attempts nothing, so I carried on deciding I would give it a dozen or so shots into the ear, well on the 4th attempt it dislodged a few flakes, nothing major but at least it was something, the next couple of shots the same, a few flakes then on the 7th attempt we have a breakthrough, a huge chunk of wax came out, I was amazed but still deaf and so on I went, in the end I did around 15 shots into my ear and removed 4 huge chunks of wax and loads of smaller flakes, I dried my ear and over the next 5 minutes I had full hearing again and my pain was gone.

This is amazing and believe me, IT WORKS! If you have problems with earwax you must try this.

Golden Review Award: 253 From Our UsersI had a blocked ear for several days, used Olive oil ear drops for 4 days which made no difference and then Otex ear drops for 3 days, still completely blocked! Tried the syringe and had success used for about 15 mins initially with just flakes of wax dispersing, tried an hour later, had someone doing it for me trying various angles inside the ear, suddenly a huge lump of wax was dislodged and came out and my hearing was restored. Fantastic product, just bear in mind it may take a while if wax is deep inside the ear and very hardened.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersI’d been suffering for weeks with a blocked ear and tinnitus. I used ear drops for a few days first. This product worked wonders, it did make me feel dizzy, but that only lasted for a minute. Felt 100% human again, and hearing was restored. I was shocked at the amount of wax that came out. Definitely worth every penny! Saved myself 40 for private syringing as the doctors do not provide this service any more!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI had dried in ear wax in both ears which I treated with olive oil for a week which got really annoying as my hearing level dropped to about 25% efficiency.

What I then did was sit in the bath with the syringe and a mug of warm water and then began to flush each ear repeatedly.
With the first up to about 9 goes in each ear nothing happened as I did not press the plunger that hard or fast.
I then pressed the plunger harder and faster for the tenth time in each ear and WOW everything was suddenly so loud.
I did it again a couple more times just to make sure.

This is a great product that really worked for me.

Golden Review Award: 143 From Our UsersRecommended to me by my OOH GP as I just could not shift the wax from my son’s ears and my word this worked! You need to use olive oil drops for a few days beforehand and I used cooled down boiled water to flush his ears. Make sure you only insert the tip of the rubber top into the ear as not to damage the ear drum but the lukewarm water did the trick and it was incredible, how much wax it flushed out. Do not use it though if in any doubt if there is infection or middle ear problems present or with a burst ear drum!

Golden Review Award: 592 From Our UsersOh. My. God. I have been almost deaf in both ears for a month!! Doctor refused to syringe my ears saying they don’t do it at our surgery!! Use olive oil! The oil wasn’t working!! It was getting worse!! And actually I was getting really down and fed up!! Constantly asking people to repeat themselves and having the telly cranked right up!! Didn’t hold out much hope for this syringe! BUT! 15mins of using it and I have my hearing back!!! Both ears!! The amount of crap that came out was amazing!! Everything is so bloody LOUD now!! It’s like two plugs been pulled in my ears!! I used warm water with a bowl under my head and a big towel wrapped round my shoulders because you will get wet!!
    Very happy girl!!
