I ordered this to add to the rest of my Michelangelo pots & pans & it did not disappoint. 🙂
It’s a beautiful, well made, pan that heats quickly & evenly. Plus, it’s easy to clean. 🙂
I’d definitely recommend this pan & all others from this manufacturer. 🙂

I use this pan all the time for so many things. I love that it has a fryer basket and a steamer plate that comes with it. I love the Michelangelo brand. I have another pan set from them, and i’ve been really happy with all their products. food seems to heat up evenly, there doesn’t seem to be one side of the pan that heats up quicker than the other. I also love how easily it is to clean their products. food just slides out of these pans with ease. I love this.

I love the stone design of this wok, it really stands out and looks great. The pan is a great size and perfect for many different dishes, whether shallow or even deep frying and boiling. The pan’s non-stick surface is sleek and works great and allows for easy cleaning. I like that the handle stays cool when using it on the stove so I don’t need to risk a burn and hunt down and oven mit. It works fine on my induction cooktop and has even heat. The lid fits well and is clear so you can keep an eye on things while using it. Great multifunction pan with a great design.

This is a great sized wok for the stovetop. I had one of those old ones that sits on a ring and this is far better! The deep fry basket works well. It states in the instructions like all non-stick pans do to not use high heat. I’m not sure what constitutes high heat but I use this regularly for 350* . It works fine

This wok / stir fry pan has been such a useful tool to have in the kitchen. Even if you don’t plan to make stir fry, pretty much any recipe you make is a much easier and cleaner process because of the high wall design on this pan. You don’t have to worry about food falling out of the sides as you would with similar pans. The stone coating does a great job keeping food from sticking, and I feel good knowing that it’s non-toxic. The pan also includes some added accessories, like a steamer, which give you even more applications.

The pot is nice. It’s thinner than my other nonstick stone pot but works great. It’s easy to clean food that may get burn out the pan, all I need is a paper towel to wipe the burnt food off, no soaking or scratching to get it off. I don’t need much oil when using this pot either. I find myself going to this and my other stone pot especially since with my other pot, it has scratches as my daughter used metal utensils in it and I had to tell her to only use silicon utensil or wooden ones to protect the coating. So, this pot is holding up better since no metal utensils has ever been used on it. I use it for everything and use it daily.

I love this pan! It is light weight and very easy to cook with. You see, a year ago I bought a steel wok (the kind that have to be seasoned). I cook a lot of stir fry and decided to invest in a well made pan. Little did I realize how heavy it would be. I have a couple DIY home improvement injuries (right shoulder/left elbow) and I struggled with the heavy pan. I almost did not order this MICHELANGELO pan just because there were no reviews. So glad I took a chance. This pan is a delight to cook with. I made southwest stir fry with quinoa and black beans and peppers and spinach. Quinoa usually tends to stick, but not in this wok! The food literally glided out of the pan and onto the plate. I wiped the pan clean with a paper towel! It came with a steam rack and fry basket. I haven’t used those accessories. I don’t usually deep fry food, but it’s nice to have the option. Seriously, get this pan. It’s amazing. I wish I had taken a video. I have had nonstick pans before, but I’ve never seen the food slide off.

This wok-style pan works great for frying and steaming things. It plenty deep enough for the frying basket it comes with. I managed to fry pork chops no problem. It was easy to clean out too.

They aren’t kidding when they say non stick. Not only do I love cooking with this, I breathe easier knowing it’s so easy to clean and put away. It’s gorgeous, would go with any theme you have in your kitchen. The handle doesn’t get hot, and because your food isn’t sticking to the bottom I feel like everything gets a very even cooking. Doesn’t even go in the cabinet anymore, I just keep it on my stove as my go to sauce/skillet pan.

I really like the granite look of this pan. It’s a nice size and weight. I like that it has a glass lid, so I can keep an eye on whatever I’m cooking. The pan arrived today, and I was anxious to use it so I made my rice for dinner in it. I actually scorched the rice, but none of it stuck to the bottom of the pan. Clean up was a breeze, with absolutely no scrubbing needed. This pan could easily be my favorite, except for one thing. The use and care guide that was enclosed in the box states that the pan should NOT be used on high heat. Idk if this is because the pan will warp, or the coating will be damaged, or what, but that is strange. This is sold as a wok/stir fry pan. In one of the pictures on the product listing page it shows deep frying and boiling as uses for this pan. I would think high heat is necessary for both of these. I’m disappointed by this limitation.

We have used this pan twice and love it. It’s a really interesting finish – it feels like granite but is smooth and nonstick. However, the reason for my 4-star rating is because the instructions are clear that you cannot use this pan at high heat – only low or medium – but it is labeled and sold as a wok. If you use it as you might assume you would normally use a wok, you would run the risk of warping the metal of the pan. I did cook vegetables in this pan this evening for a flank steak peperonata, where onions and sweet peppers are stewed in olive oil. I usually use a cast iron pan for this. Using this Michelangelo pan was awesome – absolutely no sticking, and the sides are high and sloped in a nice steep curve, so I didn’t accidentally slosh the rather liquid mixture over the edge like I tend to do, LOL! The peppers and onions came out absolutely perfect at medium heat, soft with just a tiny bit of firmness left.

Other great features: This pan cleans up really nicely, too. The handle is substantial and doesn’t get hot, so I can move the pan around without fear of burning my hand. And the overall look, a gray granite pattern, is subtle and would match nearly any kitchen. The steamer insert is decently heavy duty; I wouldn’t have any hesitation putting heavier vegetables like corn on the cob or Brussels sprouts on there. And the lid is lovely! Heavy and fits perfectly.

The only other negative I have about this pan set (other than that you can’t heat it up like I would normally with a wok) is that the fry basket is quite small; it is just under half the size of the pan, so you’ll be heating up more oil than necessary for the amount of food you could fit in the basket.

I’m looking forward to trying more pans in this series! Just remember to keep your stovetop heat at medium or lower.
