Troubleshooting Tips
If the vacuum loses suction and stops picking up. Have you emptied and cleaned the canister? See image to left. A blockage is the most likely cause. The key areas to check are:
- Within the handheld unit.
- The hose leading from the floorhead.
- Within the bush bar, the brush bar can be easily taken out to remove and tangles or blockages. Simply unscrew to release the coloured clip.
For Optimal Performance
To maintain suction, the dust canister filter(s) must be cleaned each time the dust canister is emptied.
- Follow steps of emptying the dust canister this can be found in the instruction booklet.
- Pull out the filter assembly from the dust canister.
- Pull the pleated filter out from the back of the filter assembly and remove any debris or blockages from the filter assembly and clean the pleated filter. Some models also feature an additional foam filter between the cyclone cone and the pleated filter – this should also be removed and cleaned.
- Open the clear perspex lid on the filter assembly and remove any debris.

Not very quite
When I brought the hoover, it didn’t have the filter with it, I didnt realise so I was using it, now it is so load I actually can’t hear my partner speak when using it.
I blame my self but it would come with a filter as on the pictures it has the filter with it, I brought it second hand for half the price but it still should have the filter in or advertise to buy one with it when buying the hoover.
So impressed I bought it again.
I first bought one of these about six years ago and I loved it. Unfortunately it died but I had been so impressed with it I have replaced it with the same.
It is so easy to use. I can run through my bungalow with it in 10 minutes.

Fit for purpose
Approx 1.5 years now and still is good to be used with the filter. We didn’t even change the filter. Not a great vacuum clearer when it comes to clearing hairs on the carpet but still serves the purpose
Easy enough to use
No complaints does what it’s supposed to do, ideal for carpets and hard floor. Only downside is having to empty compartment basically after ever use.

Very light, easy to store and fun to use
I love this hoover! It’s so light and easy to clean with. The suction might not be as strong as a powerful plug in hoover, but it’s perfect for daily once overs. The only downside is that it takes four hours to charge up for twenty minutes of run time – not great for deep cleaning, but like I said – if you’ve got a little house that just needs a bit of a daily clean like us, this hoover is magical. 🙂 so easy to store, too!
Cordless vac
I’ve has cordless Hoover’s that cost double this little machine and didn’t clean half as well. The battery has lasted longer than 20 minutes allowing me to do the whole house. So far I’m very pleased it picks up dog hair well too
Amazing cleaning power packed into lightweight vacuum
I absolutely love this dinky little vacuum. It is so small and light, easy to tuck away in a corner when not in use and equally easy to maneuver around the home when cleaning. But it’s small size doesn’t mean you miss out on any cleaning power – it has amazing suction and I feel like my carpet gets a really deep clean when I hoover. It’s also so easy to empty and clean, and there are handy attachments included.
Good machine if it lasts.
I hope this one lasts longer than two years like my previous one did.

We have now purchased 2 Supervacs, as we recommended our last one to a family member. They are great for having at uni where you mainly want to keep your own room tidy. I also use it to clean the car as being able to take the handheld vacuum out is perfect! The section is good enough for little jobs and I’ve never had an issue with charge running out before I’ve finished.
Light and sma
I use it everyday on my carpet. the charge last for more than 4 days. Handy and light, it’s a pleasure to use it. Unfortunately not strong suction, good for dust, hair and crumps. Easy to clean and it doesn’t take to much space. Recommended for everyday not for deep cleaning.
Goes on and on. Very happy.
I bought this in june2015 to save carrying a heavy vac upstairs and it is still going strong. We have a dog and a cat and it deals with the hair fine. We are very happy with it.
