Troubleshooting Tips
If the vacuum loses suction and stops picking up. Have you emptied and cleaned the canister? See image to left. A blockage is the most likely cause. The key areas to check are:
- Within the handheld unit.
- The hose leading from the floorhead.
- Within the bush bar, the brush bar can be easily taken out to remove and tangles or blockages. Simply unscrew to release the coloured clip.
For Optimal Performance
To maintain suction, the dust canister filter(s) must be cleaned each time the dust canister is emptied.
- Follow steps of emptying the dust canister this can be found in the instruction booklet.
- Pull out the filter assembly from the dust canister.
- Pull the pleated filter out from the back of the filter assembly and remove any debris or blockages from the filter assembly and clean the pleated filter. Some models also feature an additional foam filter between the cyclone cone and the pleated filter – this should also be removed and cleaned.
- Open the clear perspex lid on the filter assembly and remove any debris.

Brilliant Device as it sucks up everything and is a good little hoover being light to use.
What can I say. We have bought 5 of these incredible little vacuum cleaners for our self catering apartment business and one for using at home. They are very practice and light weight. They work as a hand held and floor vacuum cleaner and the brush accessories enable me to vacuum the sofa, curtains etc and those hard to reach places. Easy to clean out and I am always amazed just how much dust fluff and muck they suck up. Brilliant device!

I have a little Jack Russell terrier who moults 24/7 and her hair gets EVERYWHERE!! The Morphy Richards vacuum has literally changed my life! No more dragging plug-in cleaners with flexes all over the place – and it’s so light and easy to use. The attachments are just ideal – you can really reach those nooks and crannies.

Can’t complain as got this at a discount and only need it for fairly flat carpets in a rented flat, some hard floor and the car.
Great for each of these and seems to have a good battery which lasts long enough for the jobs I need it for. Could use a more powerful suck but I guess that’s the trade-off on a light cordless

I deliberated for quite a while about whether or not to buy this vacuum. I already had a Henry vacuum, but wanted something less bulky and easier to use, particularly for spot cleaning. I have been using this vacuum for around 4 weeks now, and I don’t understand why we didn’t just buy this to begin with! It has made vacuum cleaning so much less of a chore, and it has become something which I can do every day if I need to.
It goes without saying that the suction is nowhere near as powerful as that of a traditional vacuum cleaner, however it is more than good enough for our needs.
100% recommended if you are considering this vacuum.

It’s lightweight so i can carry it easily from room to room, it doesn’t pick up as well as a larger vac but the attachment is useful for picking up larger quantity’s. it’s also easy to store and to empty. Would definitely recommend this product.

Very good, compact vacuum. I have never had a decent vacuum before, but I couldn’t be happier in this product. When I first started using it I found that it had a strange centre of gravity, but once I got used to it I found it very easy to manoeuvre. It had quite a strong suction for its size, and the 2-in-1 aspect means I can get at all corners. The 20minute run time is maybe a little bit short, but if it charges in 5 hours you can easily do two sessions in a day which is plenty of time to cover my flat.

Good value for money
Super little cordless vacuum, ideal for people living in a small flat. It has to be emptied after every use and doesn’t have a fraction of the suction of more powerful expensive models like a dyson, but given the price I certainly cant complain. Light and easy to use with great attachments. Great value for money.
Quick and Easy.
The suction isn’t as good as the main vacuum but for scooting round for a quick tidy it’s brilliant. I’ve got 2 dogs and can quickly run round to make downstairs look tidier and less hairy in 5 minutes! Light and easy to use.
Good Light Weight Cleane
Ideal vacuum for ‘light’ duties. I can whip around the house very quickly with this light weight easy to carry vacuum. Fortunately my house doesn’t get too dirty so I am not sure how it would cope for heavy duty cleaning. Very happy with this product.

Having read all the other reviews I felt this had to be good and I am not disappointed. It has to be cleaned after every use but is very easy to do. I leave it on charge for short periods between use and that seems to be fine. It works very well, I live in a bungalow and it can cope with a quick vacuum every day and picks up well. The charger is very cleverly designed and it will fit in a very small space. The version I bought was much cheaper than others so that was a bonus. The only very slightly negative is that is actually quite heavy to lift but I still say it is worth the 5 *
Spot on for my cats hair all over the house i am nicely surprised it took all the pet hair out of the carpets without force as advertised.
I own 2 cats one of them is long hair and currently shedding all the winter coat for summer. On the top of it both cats are very playful and loosing hair during play. I almost broke in half my previous hoover trying to clean all the hair and this hoover did the job not even fully charged without a struggle.
I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase and would recommend to anyone with pets!

I have owner this producer for over a year and I am still very pleased with it. It works so well, at one point it seemed to be less effective but I gave all the parts a good clean and it was back to new. The suck is good much better than many more expensive products, it’s especially good on hard floors and does a reasonable job on carpets. The handheld section clicks in and out easily and it’s very simple to empty. Really pleased I bought it I am never put off vacuuming.

I really like this vacuum. The vacuum is really light weight and because is cordless is easy to use it. The suction is not super powerful, so sometimes I had to keep going over the same spot a few times to get it. It is super thing that you can put it anywhere.

Bought this to do light cleaning around the home but its honestly putting my dyson (DC19) to shame. It does a way better job of picking up cat hair and is far easier to shift around, as a result my home is cleaned far more regularly and looks great with far less effort with the added plus if being able to clean my car without an extension cord. I never expected this vacuum cleaner to be so good and at half the price of the market leader.
Light and practical!
We use this hoover all the time. Having a 3 storey house it’s a massive bonus not to have to keeping unplugging and plugging in a hoover and it’s very light for hoovering up stairs.
It’s easy to take apart to empty and easily does the whole house on one battery charge. We thought it had lost suction after about a month but then discovered there was another compartment in the base of the main vacuum that had got blocked with dust. Once we had clearer it, we haven’t had an issue since.

Very easy to use, light and still powerful. Found that the charge lasted longer than expected. Only down side is that it needs to be cleaned out more but obviously down to the smaller size. Overall good product.

Love this. doesn’t have the power of my Henry vac but wouldn’t expect it to. Can use it every day without my back causing me pain. Lovely not to have to trail a wire and lift a heavy vac upstairs. I love the swivel head, the utensils and the hand held is great for the car. Better than my previous hand held.
Only complaint they tried to take the money for this twice. However it was refunded quickly.

Placing it into the charger would be easier if the brush part would LOCK in the up position, thereby making placing it in the charger a one handed operation.

Brilliant - just what I needed.
Put together in 3 minutes – a bonus it had charge and away we went. Whole house had a quick whip round. Can’t fault this at all. Easy to use – and just what I wanted. Used it every day since we had it and what a difference it has made to a busy house with a hairy dog. Good price and just registered for 2 year guarantee easily enough on line. Recommend this for my parents; why bother lugging around a big hoover when they shouldn’t need to.
This is probably one of the best things I have ever spent money on. It is ridiculously easy to use! It takes up hardly any space and comes with a neat charging dock. Switching from upright to handheld comes with just the press of a button. You will need to empty it after every use, but it’s just as easy as everything else and you don’t get a face full of dust when you empty it. For the price I was a bit cautious as I know how expensive cordless vaccum cleaners usually are or can be, but this is honestly amazing. Do not hesitate!
Brilliant, so convienient and easy to charge, I have a three story house all carpeted and I did it all within 10 minutes, so easy to use and light weight, would highly recommend it!

First of all this arrived very promptly, within 24 hours. It was easy to assemble and took less than the stated 5 hours to charge. I couldn’t wait to try it out (I normally hate housework!) and it was nothing short of brilliant! I vacuumed my whole house (four bedroom detached) with battery life still to spare. It is so light and easy to manoeuvre and runs very quietly. The hand held attachment is perfect for those hard to reach corners that often get overlooked. The dust compartment is easy to clean with little mess. I can see myself using this more frequently than my other so called ‘lightweight’ vacuum cleaner, which is cumbersome by comparison. So all in all, so far I love it!

I’ve had this a month now and I love it! I have wood floors which show up every little bit of fluff. This is great because you can leave it on your charging station and get it out as and when with no fuss, having 2 kids means this is getting lots of use.
I wasn’t a fan of the colour choice but now I have it its not as bad as I thought and I actually keep it out as its so small. It’s easy to clean. I couldn’t get through to Morphy Richards to activate the 2 year guarantee so I shall see how long it lasts.

Very impressed by this vacuum.
The suction is good. Battery is very long lasting and it’s great to be able to use it as a hand help vacuum too.
The brush on the main part picks up bits really well.
Its perfect for on a boat or camper – a place with limited power and the 4hr charge is quite quick. Other battery battery vacuums I was reading had a 10hr+ charge time for a 15min use. Couldn’t be doing with that.
The hand help unit itself if daily weighty but that’s becuase all the motor and battery are in it.
You do have to keep cleaning the filter out regularly, ever 5 mins but I have never found a small vacuum that you don’t have to do that with. Its really easy to do too.
One small gripe I thought I would have is with the stand it charges in. Id still prefer just a cord to plug into the side but with but I don’t notice it when it’s sitting out of the way.
I would buy this again if something happened to my current one! Go for it. Great price too
Fantastic for everything, great to be able to click out its belly and have a hand-vac for taking down to do the car. Even when the charge runs down a bit, it’s still great at picking up what finds itself on my carpets and hard floors, no bother. Some people don’t like having to clean the filter and inner turbo nozzle and dustbag, but I’m absolutely fine with it. Taking care of that after each use, sometimes a couple of times needed for an entire flat, keeps the suction and the cleaning, nice and strong. Delivered to my door 4 days after ordering, 30 less than Tesco! Super device, super sales and delivery experience. Highly recommended.
Super vacuum
Super vacuum for what I needed. I have a small apartment with white tiled floor and a black labrador. Great at picking up dog hairs. Don’t know about carpets as I don’t have them. An important thing as I live in Cyprus, the motor doesn’t give out any heat. With temperatures around 40 all summer, this is a great advantage! I had a problem with the suction after I had washed out the filter, but an email to customer services cleared that up. It just needed a good brush of the filter. Love it and recommend to friends.

This is just right for what I need. I have a very heavy to use vacuum which is a bit of a pain to use every day so this lightweight is fine. It is not nearly as powerful as my other one but just to whizz around the floor/rugs – perfect.

Charges in about 3 to 4 hours and you get at least 20 minutes of full power – more than enough to clean the floors of our 3 bedroom house.
Lift off the hand held part and it makes light work of chairs and sofas.
It does require emptying after each use but that is so easy and it takes seconds.
‘Henry’ is now sulking as he has hardly been out of the cupboard in the last 2 months.
A lot of powe
This cordless vacuum cleaner has a lot of power. The first one we got suddenly went into an unrecoverable error state (blinking red led). Amazon Customer Service managed to replace it with a new one. This new one has been working daily for the last 3 months without any problem. The battery has a decent runtime. I can clean my apartment without putting it back on the charging station.

Love it! Am a mum of twin toddlers .. 22 months old. And it’s perfect for cleaning up after mealtimes and playtime.
Its brilliant that its both an upright and hand held Hoover in one! Great for cleaning crumbs off the floor without bending down.. And the hand held is powerful enough to suck up all the bits off highchair nooks and crannies.
The charge has not yet run out for me and is enough to clear up mess.. but prob won’t last the entire house. Also easy to clean the container when it gets full.

Fantastic product for the price and in comparison to others. Our house has never been vacuumed so much! We have 1 year old twins so we have a daily battle against crumbs, bits of food and heaven knows what else. It is easy to use, light and maneuverable, quick to charge and the batteries seem to last. Sure the handheld on its own is heavy and the attachments are poor but neither change my mind about how good this is. For me this was intended to be a second vacuum to be used daily and it definitely does the job. i think I would always want the backup of a “proper” mains vacuum but maybe I’ll be proved wrong over time but I am certainly glad I didn’t pay a lot more for some other products.
Picks up as good as the dyson cordless
Looks good in the corner of kitchen on its stand and the battery lasts long enough to vacuum several rooms. Needs emptying every time as it has a small chamber which soon fills up with fluff. Regular replacement of filters needed but it speeds cleaning up the floors and the nause of having to get the big vacuum out . I also have a cordless dyson which only lasts about 6 minutes and this one lasts much longer about 15 -20 and picks up just as much
The morphy richards 732000 cordless vacuum is fabulous. I absolutely love it. Easy to use, so light. easy to store as it is so slim. great suction. I clean my carpets and floors in no time. It just glides over carpets, tiles and wooden floors. It swivels to get into every corner. and goes easily under beds and sofas. After using a heavy corded machine this is bliss.
Cleaning it out is so easy it literally takes seconds. I am so happy with this machine.
Great little handy vacuum that makes a quick vacuum very easy. Very light and portable with a flexible joint making it very maneuverable. Quite good suction for a little vacuum and enough battery life to easily do a small house or flat. The removable hand vacuum and attachments make getting in those tight corners easy and ideal for car interiors.
Had an issue with first unit not holding charge well, Amazon replaced the item straight away without any hassle. I didn’t even need to send the original back until I had received the replacement.

Nick-named the Nimbus 2000 by my wife who I bought this for as she wanted something simple and easy to manage, she has found it performs almost as well as our previous Sebo X4 and at about a third of the cost. The design is surprisingly lightweight despite its robust construction enabling convenience and manoeuvrability going from hard floor to carpet and deep pile rugs with ease. Overhead and staircase cleaning are a breeze as a detachable hand held with the additional crevice and brush tools which also work well on curtains and upholstery. It also turned up a day ahead of the delivery schedule so in addition to saving 50 compared to Currys price, who could ask for more. Highly recommended.

I purchased my first Morphy Richards 7322000 2- 1 cordless vacuum about a year ago, after my daughter brought hers up to demonstrate her new vac., being chuffed to bits with hers. She ordered mine on her phone after only minutes had passed from me trying it. I was so concerned that my present one would break down, I got her to order my new one, so I wouldn`t have to carry my first one, up and down stairs. A friend recently purchased one, and a cousin, on both mine and my daughters recommendation. I have yet to learn whether another friend has bought one.

Great versatile cleaner.
This cleaner is very light and easy to use, I would definitely recommend it especially if you have hard flooring. It doesn’t have a very strong suction so may not be so good if you have deep pile carpets. Emptying is very easy also.
I bought this nearly a year ago as my young teenage daughter had started doing the cleaning and found the dyson too heavy to carry up the stairs. She finds it very light and easy to use and it has lasted well with regular use and picks up all the bits from the carpets leaving them looking clean and fresh. The suction isn’t as good as the dyson as it is a smaller, less powerful machine, but, it is certainly good enough for general use and is ideal for a quick whip round before visitors appear as there is no time wasted uncoiling and coiling cables. This has now become the main vacuum cleaner with the dyson being dragged out for a more thorough job every once in a while. The dust box is tiny, about half the size of a fist, and needs to be emptied frequently. This is easily done, although it does involve getting the fingers a little dirty.
The handle folds down so it can be stored invisibly behind a sofa and I have had no problems with recharging. Overall, I am impressed with how well it has lasted and the level of cleaning, but I wouldn’t throw out the dyson.
Great little hoove
Love this Hoover especially after using a heavy upright for years. Easy to store and charge and lasts for a whole house clean. The only bug bear is the attachments for the handheld. They don’t seem to stay on properly when you apply pressure.

Brilliant! Already making my life easier. Light and easy to use. Was worried that the charge wouldnt last to do the entire 2-bed flat. But it’s so easy to manoeuvre, it takes me half the time. Hoovering used to be a pain in the back, hefting my hoover around furniture, unravelling cables, attaching a detachng hoses, making me feel less and less inclined to carry out this hateful task. Now I can whizz round every day and enjoy a lovely clean carpet again. Easy, easy, easy! Stress gone, aching back gone, happiness is a lightweight hoover. More time to do the things I actually enjoy, without back ache!

This is the best Vacuum Cleaner I’ve ever had. It’s small, have a good sucking power (we have a cat with constant shedding) and I love the fact it’s cordless. We live two of us (and our cat) in a relatively small flat it’s enough for us but maybe to a bigger house with a bigger family or more pets it wouldn’t be enough as it has pretty small container which gets full quickly (I have to empty it twice while I’m using it) but for two people or just a quick tidying up, it’s perfect.

Yes, you have to empty the reservoir every few minutes but actually I find that oddly satisfying! It shows it’s working and it’s reasonably quick to do.
It’s reasonably light so perfect for me as I have an office at the bottom of the garden and it’s no hassle, at all, to carry it down there to quickly hoover up.

Once upon a time I hated vacuuming..
Previously I hated getting the vacuum out with all its trailing pain in the arse wires.
This product is simply amazing! I have used this today for the first time. Did not bother to read the instructions as putting together of the machine is pretty intuitive. Cleaned my 1 bed flat in under 10 minutes pulled up loads of dust that my previous vacuum cleaner had not. My doormat which is normally a pain to get clean of debris came up clean within 10 seconds. Truly amazing for the price when compared to more prestige manufacturers of vacuums even if I have to replace it every two years.

My only criticism is the rotary head would benefit from a few more bristles,also some extra tools for the hand held vac would be handy.The battery life isn’t as long as some competitive backs but for a small property like ours it is ideal.

Lightweight vacuum, works well enough for my purposes – Stairs and quick clean-ups. Yes, the dirt trap is tiny, but it can do a fair amount of space (several runs of stairs) before having to empty. Very pleased and would recommend. Might not have to get out my heavy vacuum as much. Delivery was prompt.

Love love love this, and I hate vacuuming .light but powerful. Can do whole apartment and communal stairs and still has battery charged .was going to get the dyson at 3x the price , so glad I gave this a chance. Only down side is it has a small collection chamber , just get used to emptying it after each use and it’s fine.

This is EXACTLY what I’ve been searching for! After reading hundreds of reviews on hundreds of hoovers I finally decided to purchase this one and I was not disappointed! It charges quickly, lasts long enough for me to do the whole house and the suction is great on our hard floors, carpet and even the shaggy rug in our living room. The hand held is perfect for the car and the little spills made by the children. I’m so happy with it and highly recommend!
Update: after two months of using it every day the suction is still great! I still love it!

Great little vacuum
Great little vacuum cleaner. Lightweight and easy to use. My only concern is that the emptying of the dust is a bit of a hassle and it doesn’t hold much. However, it still does the job.
Simply love it! I have had this vac out more times in the last two weeks than I think I had the Henry hoover out in the six months prior. This Cordless Vacuum moves with great ease around the room, works on all floor surfaces (carpet, hardwood, laminate and lino), is so lightweight and has great suction. It is so easy to just grab off the base charger unit, quickly do a room or two and nip away without feeling like you’ve lifted a finger. Easy to empty after each use and also, today I have easily and quickly ‘de-haired’ the floor brush bit. It’s fab!

This 2-in-1 vacuum has been a godsend to me. I am in I’ll health and with my old vacuum I got tired after just doing one room. I have had my 2-in-1 for a couple of months now and can honestly say that I love it. Not only is is light, I have 3 cats and the vacuum has no problem picking up their fur. The suction is really good. The removable hand held is great for doing upholstery. And the ease at which you empty it is fantastic. If you’re looking at getting a cordless, I recommend this Morphy Richards supervac.
A Useful Vacuum Cleane
I bought this for my mother who is in her eighties and finds it hard to hump her Dyson up and down the stairs to clean bedrooms etc. The Morphy Richards design is lightweight and compact, well designed and ergonomically brilliant. The Docking Stand is a little on the light side but by putting one foot on the side she is able to get the vacuum cleaner off easily. A good piece of kit which stays on its stand as recommended by Morphy Richards when not in use, and receives a trickle charge to enable the machine to be used at any time. For such a small device it sucks well and is quiet. It also looks neat.

Super Duper Vac
This has revolutionised my vacuuming regime in that I have one now. Can get the kitchen and living room done in about 3 minutes. I have a Henry which does indeed offer great suction, but getting him out, lugging him about, tripping over his cord, him tipping up, and his sheer weight meant I hated the very idea of vacuuming. The supervac is light, cordless and literally glides over the floors. For stairs you can fold the handle down which eases strain on your back. Henry, you’re ditched. Supervac all the way for me now.

I recently brought a very expensive Hoover branded vacune cleaner, it was not cordless, very heavy and broke within 3 months of having it. I was reluctant to buy another expensive Hoover, and so decided on a mid range. I was a bit sceptical about a cordless stick Hoover however I read a few of the reviews and they seemed good so I went for it. Today I received my Morphy Richards 2 in 1 and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed. The Hoover came charged which surprised me and was a welcome surprise as I was desperate to give it a test run. I hoovered my front room and was instantly impressed with its suction power for such a lightweight Hoover….I went on to Hoover the whole house and am now wondering what else I can Hoover!!!! The extra added bonus of the hand held Hoover attachment is awesome, I already have my husband lined up to Hoover the car out!!! Obviously it’s only been an hour and I can’t comment on charging life, durability etc but I am most impressed with the price, delivery time, and power already. Well done Morphy Richards for making available an affordable alternative to the expensive hovers and with all the same qualities!!!!
Fantastic Little Cleane
This little cleaner is just fantastic, I spent ages reading through different feedback for other cleaners and came across this wonderful Morphy Richards cleaner. The feeback on this machine was brilliant. I had a Henry hoover for years and kept tripping over the wire & the suction was poor. I have a 2 bed flat & a cat, the cleaner is perfect, it breezes through the carpets, cat hair & my wooden & tiled flooring.
The detachable bit is the business, it’s quick for spills etc and suction is brilliant. I would recommend this Morphy Richards cleaner to my friends, in fact I did recommend it to friends!
Literally couldn’t ask for more! I’ve just moved in with my boyfriend and we’ve had to buy everything from new, so really didn’t want to pay out 200-300 for a vacuum cleaner! After seeing such brilliant reviews on this one, we decided to buy, even if it was just temporary. But after using it the last couple of days, I wouldn’t want anything else! It’s so easy to use and manoeuver and picks up every little thing. The instructions are really simple, as is the assemble! So so pleased with it.
good for hard floors
Brought this as a second vacuum cleaner to just do quick clean ups and hard floors which it is great for. Not as powerful as a cabled vacuum cleaner and not so good on carpets so wouldn’t recommend as a main cleaner or you have a lot of carpet but as said perfect for hard floors and small jobs

It can also be used as a handheld hoover with the middle part being removed from main hoover, ideal for stairs and the sofa or car. Would recommend, the only downfall is the area where the dust is collected is quite small and needs to be emptied each time you use but is worth it as so light weight efficient hoove

I do like it but it's just not powerful enough for me
Lovely and lite but not that much suction. Will be ok as a daily quick run over but need bigger hover once a week to lift left behind dirt. Shame as I have spinal problems I needed this to be my all purpose hover but never mind. I do like it but it’s just not powerful enough for me.

Good for its size
I was very pleased when this arrived, it was simple to assemble. It cleans very well for its size and is well made. The only slight negative is that you do have to empty it every time you use it.
The Best I've Ever Had
Did lots of research prior to purchasing this vacuum cleaner and it so lives up to its reputation. It is so light, quiet, powerful and easy to use I don’t mind bringing it out every day I’ve two black cats and it deals with their hair and cat litter as if it was solely invented to do so. I’ve a mixture of carpets, rugs, tiles and hardwood flooring and it works a treat on all of them. It is definitely the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned.
Good for a quick whizz round - ok with dog hai
This is a good little Hoover. I run a pet services business where dogs come to me for day care and home boarding so I needed a cordless with the ability to pick up pet hair.
No cordless vacuum will ever be a replacement for a good upright. I have a Dyson Animal that is superb BUT when you just need to do a quick whizz around the place to pick up the worst in between a ‘big hoover’ this is very good.
I’ve had it for 1 month now and use it almost every day.
The collapsible handle is perfect so I can pop it underneath the worktop next to my washer.
The charge doesn’t last as long as some others but I find 15-20 mins enough for my needs. Our house is fairly large but then again I don’t have a big clean of the whole place in one go, I generally do a bit here and there each/every other day. It seems to recharge quickly though.
It does need a lot of emptying but cordless vacuums as a rule just don’t have the capacity of an upright.
Essentially it’ll never to a deep clean but to keep the place looking ship shape on a day to day basis it’s been a God send.

So pleased with this vacuum which was delivered, intact, yesterday. Seller advised box had been opened once only, this was hardly detectable and packing inside was perfectly intact. It is very neat to store, functions well and easy to charge. Being on Economy7 tariff means can charge at cheaper time of day. So glad I replaced my heavy, corded and only 9 month old vac, which was also a Morphy Richards, which was a brilliant vaccuum, but 2 large for my small house. The cordless arrived 2 days after order. Would definitely use this seller again …. Thanks
Good little hoove
Good little hoover but would say its best on wooden/laminate floors. Light and easy to use ideal for a flat or for an elderly relative. I still need a big vacuum thou as I have a dog and it just doesnt cut it on carpets.
Good but expect some maintenance cutting hairs out of the turbo brush if any of your household have long hair that sheds....
This is a very good unit but it does require a fair amount of maintenance because the ‘turbo’ brush at the bottom gets clogged up with hair very easily. If someone in your household has long hair and they shed a lot, expect to be taking this apart and cutting them out a fair amount….

Hoovers well, but doesn’t pick up leaves that get blown into my kitchen, does seem to clog quite quickly, but that could be as I have had new carpets put down, but its easy to clean and empty, lightweight, and good to get around the house.

I’ve only had this four days, but so far it’s brilliant. I tested a range of cordless vacuum cleaners on display in a well known electrical store and at a third of the price of some others, this is just as good. Easy to move around, easy to empty and I never want to have to mess about tripping over wires again. I have a dog who seems to moult by the hour and it picks up all the hairs better than my old cylinder cleaner in half the time. It also comes with a couple of tools, unlike some more expensive models. Definitely recommend.
A good buy for a small house or flat.
A very neat and easily storable vacuum. I only have a small house so suitable for me, and good on hard wood floors. However it does not like thick rugs. I like the removable hand held vacuum for doing stairs. I also very much like it being cordless.

It is very light and very good to use. The only problem is that you need to empty it very often or else the suction will become worse. Apart from that I am very happy with it.

Very good products. vacuums well even hairs (although you might need to go over a few times to get everything vaccumed). Easy to clean as well.
The charging stand is very useful.
Only downside is that there is no round hose so you can’t use it for vacuum sealing bags…
Brilliant compact vacuum
This is a brilliant compact vacuum that does a great job. The majority of the time there are just two of us at home and most of downstairs is not carpeted. Having said that, it is quite powerful and easily picks up from door mats and carpets. I read in reviews that the cylinder is small and needs emptying often. Yes it is small but so easy to empty that it’s not an issue (did the three bedrooms and landing in one go). It is lightweight and versatile, and the tools are easy to attach. I just keep it on the charging base all the time so that it is always ready to go!

Really really happy with this. I can just whip it out and run around with it most days when before, getting the main vac out from under the stairs and plugging it in and hauling the cylinder around with me was more of a once a week/fortnight job.
It picks up a surprising amount, and I always have to empty it each time I use it (also, small boys, so lots of crumbs etc), but that is easy.
My boys are also able to use it pretty easily because it goes so low and twists so well.

Only just had mine delivered today, used it once so far and i am very impressed, and i can confirm all the positive reviews before mine.
To test i used my old vac of a few years first, fair enough it is a bit long in the tooth now, but still appeared top work and do a reasonable job.
I then used this new cordless vac, i live in a one bedroom flat, so it easily coped with it.
After use i emptied the vac, not expecting to find much really, as i had just vacced up an hour before with my old plug in vac, i was surprised to find quite a lot in the chamber, just goes to show, how much it picked up my old vac missed. very pleased with this result.
If you want a cordless vacuum at a great price - look no further.
Managed to bag ourselves a bargain in the Black Friday sales but this is our 1 and only vacuum cleaner in our house. We have wooden floors throughout downstairs and I used to loathe lugging around the broom & dustpan & brush every 3-4 hours (we have a cat and a child with very long hair; both of whom moult considerably & we’d notice it needed sweeping again shortly after finishing!). This vacuum cleaner is an absolute godsend; it charges quickly and a charge lasts quite a long time. It is very easy to empty the collecting canister and clean the rotating head. No cords to worry about and it is lightweight. It has even got my 2 children (5 and 2) very interested in cleaning and they generally pinch it off me & finish off the vacuuming!! Win-win!! Head rotates, really agile and gets under the couch. Only downside is that it struggles to pick up along the skirting board and walls but there are 2 accessories which help with this. Looks great and works even better! My life is transformed!!
