I got 2 of the lights, they are very bright and cover a good area, a bit sensitive on the pir and can be set-off by cat going past but better to be too sensitive than miss things.

On the instructions it said the sensor range was only max at 3m that had me worried as it was mounted high up on the house wall. (no worries it is working well picking up at around 5 m) sensitivity settings are easy to set up. (need to do this in the dark). Being pre-wired you do need a waterproof cable junction box. Would buy again, good quality.

Great light and definately lights up the garden only thing would like is it to have a bit longer when it comes on as it only gives about 7 minutes. Would have preferred up to 30 minute option but would definately recommend timing is just my preference only.

This is the second security light I’ve bought based on how well I was pleased with the first purchase. A very compact light and PIR. I’m really pleased with the build quality, brightness, and area covered by the PIR (it’s on the corner of my shed and covers a good 3 metre range). Cable length is adequate for my needs.

Could do with some washers as the screws provided only just fit the slots on the mounting bar.
Also it’s hard to get an angle to screw them on the wall as the light is always in the way.
So used a ratchet screwdriver.
But it’s bright and throws strong white light over a good width and distance.

Usually I don’t leave reviews, but this floodlight is very good and bright, we have it nearly 6 months, still works and looks like new. Very bright, nice white light, sensor works well. We have quite big garden, it lights all of it. Would recommend it to anyone, good value for money and gives nice modern light at night.

Had this up now for 3 months. No problems – bright light that triggers as desired. Easy to install except that the icons on the ‘adjustment knobs’ are difficult to read at arms length – so note them down on a piece of paper before fixing the light high up on a wall!!

I purchased this light, to replace a halogen one that regularly needed the bulb changed. I wanted a light that would be reliable and bright and this seems to fit the criteria.

I bought this to replace a 13 year old halogen version on which the PIR had died and was looking a little worse for wear. I was looking for one which also had a sensor sensitivity dial as these don’t seem to be the norm, most on here just had settings for light level activation and light duration.
Now these LED units have a wire directly attached into the back of them so they cannot be installed on a like for like basis with the old units if you already have a wire for this purpose coming out of the wall. To get around this I installed a Wiska junction box where the old unit was, fed the wire out of the wall through the back of this box and then wired this unit up into the junction box using some Wargo clips. I’ve attached a picture of the finished job. Easy enough to do. Installed it yesterday in a couple of hours.

Very bright and comes on quickly. Note you cannot use this with a light switch, if you have an existing one, only with motion sensor.
Don't know why I didn't switch to LED years ago
An excellent security light (very bright and lights up whole garden) that was easy to attach to the wall and get up and running. Only issue on install was the length of wire was shorter than my old light but easyily extended this.

I fitted this today as a direct replacement for a 150W halogen security light. It was easy to fit and the product feels like a high quality product. The set up was well explained in the instructions and once itgot dark itweeked it to how i wanted it to oprate with the 3 dials. Very bright and modern. If i need another i will purchase this product again.

Bought this to light up the back garden, really easy to fit, PIR has good range and is detecting over the 10ft range it says. And well for brightness the only complaint is that it maybe a tad too bright, makes day time any time! I just had to get another they are that good.
Does exactly what I wanted
Easy to install, though I removed an older security light to fit this. The ability to switch off in the daylight is essential, and it works perfectly. The sensitivity and range are perfect for my application, though of course they can be adjusted. It appears a well made product, and I would happily buy more, should I need them.

Quality product I’ve not fitteit yet, but it should be easy because it will replace an existing unit. This one is more sturdy and appears to have a better designed PIR sensor. The existing one has filled with water.

good when it's working
excellent bright light. worked well. until last night 13/4/2020. Bought it in August 2019 so it’s lasted 6/7 months now stays on as soon as it get dark. So I’m going to have to buy a new light. Dissatisfied with this product.

My old security light worked for 2 years and now it is time to upgrade. This one is 50w but compare with my old one (100w), seems no difference. The color is so bright. Working perfect on night. Hope it can last long.

Excellent unit and so far working well. I justify my statement as I have replaced all of my LED security lights which last just about 13 months each time! However they are relatively inexpensive and easy to change.

Easy to install PIR outdoor ligh
I brought this to replace my existing PIR light at the back door, the quality of the light is excellent and the construction of the light makes it much lighter than the old big style lights, first thing I notice was the size of the light, very streamline and very bright, easy to install and set up.

Please note no plug included would be easy to lengthen power chord using waterproof connectors and cable original length about 1.5 to 2 metre may be too short for some.

Good but a pain to wire to your existing wiring
This is a great light the main drawback is that it cannot be directly wired from the cable coming out of the wall as on the older more traditional types. The only way to connect is to use an electrical joining block from your house cable to the cable from the light and tape that up securely.

Solid metal frame to the light that appears to be better than average quality. Easy set up and whilst I haven’t had it long it seems to be a very good buy.

Overall it’s a great light for the price, mega bright, it illuminates my entire garden… both neighbor’s and the bungalows behind me, only criticism is that it flickers on and off dimly in bad weather conditions.

Sensor is a nightmare to get right. I should have returned it within the 30 days. II is far too sensitive which means that the light triggers too easily and can be annoying for neighbours. I now just it on from the main power box when required.

Item has been working satisfactorily for 3 months now. It’s sturdy and with a decent length of cable. Adjustment is easy enough and I like the rectangular array of the led’s – it seems to give a better spread of light than an equivalent-wattage product with the more usual square array. I will try to remember to update this review in a year’s time. Having bought quite a few led floodlights, I’m coming to the conclusion that, while the leds may well last the claimed 20+ years, the circuit board controllers don’t – I’ve now had 3 different makes fail between 10 and 18 months.
Item has been working satisfactorily for 3 months now. It’s sturdy and with a decent length of cable. Adjustment is easy enough and I like the rectangular array of the led’s – it seems to give a better spread of light than an equivalent-wattage product with the more usual square array. I will try to remember to update this review in a year’s time. Having bought quite a few led floodlights, I’m coming to the conclusion that, while the leds may well last the claimed 20+ years, the circuit board controllers don’t – I’ve now had 3 different makes fail between 10 and 18 months.
Led is the way to go
This is my first led light and it doesn’t disappoint. I was looking at a led in my home town a 30w 24 led for double the price of this one a 50w 64 led. It lights up my entire yard no problem and makes going outside to get something very easy with such a bright light. A must buy if your getting one
Lightweight & slim.
I am very pleased with my item.
It took a couple of goes at getting it at the best angle and for how long the light should stay on.
Now, I’m happy.
No option for light to stay on longer.
Ok, but no option to leave on longer if wished, when having a get together with friends. Extra lights are needed to stay on longer when sitting out at night with friends.
Bought this as I already had the 30w on my drive. The old 20w wasn’t powerful enough for my garden so have upgraded to the 50w. received the item very quickly. Easy to wire in with pre made boot lace ferrules. A straight swap for the old light.
It’s as bright as my old 500w halogen and illuminates the whole of my garden. The motion sensor has very good range and adjustment. Had the 30w for over a year now with no problems, gone through 2 cheaper makes in the back garden before this one. Recommended.

The product is hand down one of the best flood lights i have tested, and believe me i have tested a lot and currently have 12 flood lights in total around my house.
The build quality of the flood light is exceptional, all areas have been sealed to prevent Ingres of water. The glass on the from is very quick and rugged, also the material that it has been coated in is very durable. I have had 2 of the 30W version of these flood lights for about 3 months now and they have been the best floodlights i have bought and i can see that this light is going to be the same.
The PIR sensor is the best design i have seen on any flood light. With it having a spherical sensor dome on the outside with small hexagonal dividers on the inside make this PIR sensor very responsible and can even pick people up walking against the wall, and from where the light is placed is about 8 meters away.
The adjustments on the PIR are very simple to change as some require you to use a screwdriver in order to change them, whereas this light doesn’t require that as it is as simple as turning a few dials. I also like the addition to change the LUX which is how dark it has to be before the light comes on as when setting the light up it can be very useful as you do not have to wait for darkness to adjust the settings.
Overall this is a well built floodlight that is very slim, durable and powerful. If you are looking for a slime profile security flood light this is the one for you.
