Easy to install. Would be even better if it had a longer cable.
Brighter than expected, I am really pleased with this light. The adjustment took a couple of attempts to get the detection sensitivity and duration right, but now it works perfectly!

Great item for the price, can’t go wrong, I bought 4 for various uses and they work well.
Well made but it needs a junction box to connect it as it is sealed wired into the light head so no access to the internal connections, good price, looks great nice right light.
The lamp looks well-made and (compared to many others) is satisfyingly slim. The light shines very brightly, as expected from its lumen rating. It is most helpful that the three knobs to adjust sensitivity, day/night activation and duration are on the bottom edge (rather than round the back like many others), so they are easily reached.
Fixing the lamp was easy enough, but the heads of the supplied screws are too small – they slip through the holes in the brackets – so I had to find my own screws to do the job. Also, the neutral and earth wires have rather faded colours, but you can still distinguish between them in good light.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.
This is my second purchase of this unit. I was very impressed with my first buy, compact, bright and easy to fit. I can’t comment yet on longevity but if I have any problems I’ll report back.
Small compact light. Easy to install yourself and very bright. Quality seems good. Had it a few weeks, out in all weather’s and so far no issues.
I’m so pleased to have found this pir floodlight because I have had a few others of different brand which have been hopeless.
It is still relatively early days but do far has continued to work perfectly.

Would be better if it could be hardwired directly into the back of the light , but it’s a sealed unit so you have to join the cable supplied to your supply cable .
A reliable product. I bought one and installed it. Then I decided to get another. I’m happy with the lamp. Instructions are clear. The light is bright. Works well so far.
To insert screws into a wall, you may need to hold the screwdriver at a slight angle to get around the lamp. This should not be a problem if the screwdriver is in a good condition. An old worn screwdriver may struggle a bit.
Great little light, easy to fit and feels good quality. I am sure it will out last the old halogen lamp versions, which seem to blow just when the access screw is rusted in place! It’s cabled which means you may not be able to use your original wiring without a waterproof junction box. I just fished the cable back into the loft and put a junction box inside.
Works a treat, easy to adjust, good bright light. No problems at all. Good long cable for flexible installation options eliminating the need for an external waterproof junction box.

I purchased this motion light to provide light and security and it certainly ticks both the boxes , not only was it , extremely good value for money but the installation and operation thereof impressed me , very user friendly .
Brilliant, so easy to install its ridiculous, I got a junction box for 3 of rm and if one conks out its even easier to replace. Well worth the money. Its plenty bright enough as well without blinding the people behind you.
Just the job. But needs a plug fitted and to be installed within three feet of a socket.

This security light was easy to install and the features to change the timer, is great. My previous security light didn’t do this.
You’ll need a junction box to install this, but that’s very simple to connect. I’m not the greatest at DIY.

Very bright light. Lights up the whole front of my house. Easy to install either wire it to a plug or hard wire it to your fuse box. Motion detector is also very good.
I installed this security light on my Mother-in-laws garage to shine down her drive way. After playing with settings we decided that it should come on during the day (as well as night) to alert her, when sat in her lounge that someone had gone past the front door, and was heading for the back door. It worked perfectly. It’s brighter than her old 200w lamp and has a greater and more exact range. I would recommend this product.
Nice and bright, I have it set up to add light to my outdoor security cameras and it works well for that purpose. The price was very good when compared to others of a similar spec. I would recommend this to others.

This light arrived quickly and was easy to install. The sensor works perfectly activating the light as soon as anything passes by. Our dog is much happier going out into the garden in the evening as as soon as he goes to our lawn the light is activated and he can see all around. It illuminates our garden just how we wanted and can be easily adjusted to stay on for a time that is appropriate for you. We are very happy with the purchase and is much better than our previous security light.

Occasionally, the light remains ON, even if there is no motion. As per instructions , if you switch off the light and turn it back on , then it returns to normal mode i.e. switches on only when motion is detected.
I put this out for my dog at night , just the job . Easy to put up , very bright , good job done .

Wish I had bought this earlier rather than those piddly solar lights..Lights the whole of the garden up. As our property backs onto an unlit walk through park its an absolute must have.
So easy to fit and so bright it lights the whole driveway, would definitely recommend and will be buying a second one for the back garden.
A lot less bulky than the halogen unit it was replacing. The cable was a little short for the location I wanted to install the light but easy enough to extend by any competent sparky.

Have this on the front of my garage. So bright, I suspect anyone trying to break in would leave their shadow permanently imprinted in my drive. Had to tilt down to stop waking neighbouring town.

This LED security light was easy to set up and the longer cable was useful.
The main problem is that the light remains dimly lit when turned off.
A look on the internet revealed that this phenomenon is called “ghosting” and is caused by residual current stored in the wiring.
This is difficult to resolve and is annoying when the lamp glows when switched off. This also uses a small amount of current that may add up after time.
Apparently this “ghosting” is more common in LED lamps made in China.
Great replacement for a much older floodlight. This is whiter and brighter.

These lights provide a brilliant bright light. I was so impressed with the first one I purchased I got a second. Its probably a bit of overkill as my garden is only 8m by 6m but these lights illuminate every corner. I have adjusted the light sensor and timing to come on only in the riggt light level and stay on for about 4mins without any hassle. I would definitely recommend these lights

Does the job well but my only gripe is that some reviews said it stays on if you switch it off and then on again , this doesn’t work.
It is not possible to turn mine on so that it stays on.

Small in size but a lot of brightness. This motion sensor light can be used at back garden or store room or conservatory. I’m happy with the quick delivery and effectiveness of the bright light. A must have for every home. Recommended seller. You will have to buy 3 pin plug separate but still it’s worth the price!

Bought to replace an ageing security light. Installed by an electrician without issue. This is a bright LED security light that projects light over a wide area, giving coverage across our complete driveway / porch area. Motion detection appears good from all angles. Worth noting that this light tilts up and down but not side to side. Fine for what I need though.
Having had several similar sensors over the past few years I can say that this one is the best. It arrived on time with clear installation instructions. It is robustly built with a strong wall attachment bracket. The adjustment controls for the various features, such as field of operation and distance sensitivity are easy to access.
Great product, covers outside patio and can adjust to stay on for a few seconds only. Gives off plenty of light and very easy to install as plenty of wire

It seems decent quality I just wish I took more care when ordering. The max range is only 3m which is very short, it makes it almost useless in my particular application. There is another one for similar price with range adjustable up to max 12m. I wish I had read the product info more carefully and before I spent about 200 on an electrician to install it.

My light come with minor damage on the front of it. If this was for a customer I would have sent it back. But as it was for personal use I can live with it.
I replaced an old outdoor light with this one. Smaller than I thought it would be but maybe I should have checked dimensions before buying. That hasn’t been a problem as it illuminates the rear of the garage very effectively. So easy to install and I like the attached cable that comes with it is long enough to reach the indoor switch that controls the unit. Excellent quality and value for money.
There are a lot of negative reviews of this security light here. However, I’ve had it fitted high up on my back wall and it’s working like a treat. Great sensor and incredibly bright. Will update, if anything changes.
