They are pretty heavy with four D cell batteries fitted. But the separate mounting bracket makes them a breeze to attach to any wall.
The two lights can be directed at just about any angle, with care. They provide a good light for safety or security, without lighting up your entire neighbourhood and driving your neighbours insane.

The way that up to four lights can illuminate in response to any of the sensors being triggered is very useful for dark corners. I have one looking up the driveway, another looking at my front door. Either one sets up both lights so I can see the entire area. This is a great feature, I love it.
They are also compatible with other network lights in the range, which are smaller, for smaller areas. I have a couple and they are good too.

They aren’t cheap, but as far as I can tell, they don’t act cheap either.

Four stars? Well. If they had or could use decent rechargeables I’d give them five. Also I paid much less than this headline price, I doubt I’d buy them for full price.

Have several lights from Mr Beams these are the brightest great for a long garden only comment would be if they could offer the extra motion sensor unit as an add on instead of needing to go to their website and order separately.

What amazing pieces of kit .. put 2 netbright ones up on the back of the house and they light up the whole back garden without wiring. Wished I’d bought them years ago …

Exactly what I needed. Will be buying more. We already had a flood light that came on when somebody approached the back door but needed a wider range so it would come on if somebody was at the back or front which my floodlight didnt do and couldent find anything that had a wide enough range so decided to buy thease, networked them and placed them at the back. Now I know if somebody is at the back or front. The lights are fairly bright. Easy to fit and had no issues so far with water getting into the lights. My cats seem to appreciate them too.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter needing lighting with motion sensors, after getting quotes from electricians I decided not to due to the high cost of installation. These however can be installed virtually anywhere and by most people. Obviously the higher you can install them the safer they will be. They are supplied with all the relevant fixings already you just need to get hold of some ‘D’ batteries (4 per light). The batteries you can expect to last about a year with average light activations. One thing to look for when purchasing these is you could save money if you dont want your 2 or 4 lights networked. Depending on your layout the networking function wont suit all properties, for example if you had 1 light at the front and 1 at the back, do you need both to come on? If anything you will just be wondering which one was triggered also the non networked versions will save even more on your battery usage. 5 stars for the simplicity, flexibility of install locations and the brightness of these lights.

These are led PiR lights that can communicate with each other so if one turns on they all do.
They are robust in construction and quite bright but they are quite easy to remove/steal from the wall so i would mount them high up to avoid casual theft.
Ofcourse they are easy to install and apparently the batteries last months so i can understand people buying these as sometimes running mains power isn’t an option.
I do think they are over priced though. 99 for a pair of plastic led battery driven lights is a bit steep.

You are paying about 25 quid extra for the networking ability of these lights compared to their non networked brothers. You may not need that – and in truth these are so bright with their two heads, some of the appeal of lighting up along say a path when triggered by the front light is reduced. That said the networking aspect works well (I have a previous set of single lights which ar going strong after a year).

I have a lot of regard for these lights – the only trouble I have had was leaving a cheap set of batteries in a set well past their best – which corroded the light beyond repair. My fault ….

Another of Mr Beams brilliant products, give a good light in two directions which can be set by the user.
The movement sensor is quite sensitive, and the ability for several units to work in unison is a great advantage where a large area requires illumination, albeit on only two channels.
Installation is simple requiring only two screws (supplied with wall plugs) to fix the wall plate, the lighting unit then slots neatly into place, however it is as easily removed and I would like to see some more secure fixing than the simple press lever attached to the backing plate, this is my only grumble about this product which otherwise lives up to Mr Beams high standards.

My initial scepticism over using battery powered outdoor lights and the costs of replacing the batteries has turned out to be unfounded, and we now have 7 sets of them around our house. These link to two of the existing netbright lights, and mean that we can essentially cover the whole perimeter of our house without having to drill cables or call an electrician.

These lights come with an easy to fix plate which you screw to the wall and then just clip the light on to. The sensor module bit is about the same size as a large coffee cup for scale. Each light is very bright and can be adjusted 90 degrees up, down or to the side. This gives excellent coverage and flexibility. The motion sensors will pick us up over ten metres away and activate all of our netbright lights simultaneously.

Claimed battery life is a year, which is a lot longer than our existing Mr Beams lights, and as the ones we have already last at least as long as was promised I have no doubt that these will be the same. If you compare the cost of buying batteries against calling an electrician then in my mind these work out very good value even in the long term. And of course they have the added bonus of being able to be installed where there is no power such as on an outbuilding or a tree.

These are cool; you need some big D batteries (I got Duracell as they last a year with 10 activations per day). You put up the back panel and then these slip on it. They are super bright (like really bright) and when one is set off, it tells the other one to come on as well. They are big, bulky, well made and I was very very impressed. We now cover our outside shed which has no power and is a great security light. Recommended.

I first bought some Mr. Beams lights on a Today’s Deal 3 or 4 years ago, and they have provided year round service since then, and still look as good as new.

I liked the idea of these MBN3000 NetBright linked lights … My drive is at the front of the house, with the door around the side. I live at the end of a Close, where the nearest street light is a couple of hundred metres away, and it can be pretty dark in the Winter months.

These Dual Head lights give me great coverage across the front of the house, and as they are linked, the lights on the side of the house come on automatically.

They take 4 x D-Cell batteries, and I tend to use rechargeable ones to keep costs down, and as they are battery powered, you can save on the time or expense of wiring something up.

The lights are pretty easy to set up and attach to your preferred surface, with the supplied screws and plugs.

I find the light level to be very good, and the articulation in each of the heads should give you all the coverage you need.

You can set up 4 zones with up to 50 lights, I will probably just stick to one more pair for the back of the house to aid in the weekly bin run and discover what keeps digging up my lawn.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have a number of Mr Beams lights with the first purchased in 2012 and still going strong. With no reviews for these wireless lights I was sceptical as to how effective they would be regarding the wireless triggering and have been pleasantly surprised. One unit is situated in my front porch and the other at the back of the house. When either unit is triggered, both units light up despite the wireless signal having to go through concrete walls filled with re-bar. The light produced is much brighter than anticipated. I have tried the units around the garden and they are triggering over 20 metres. I am very pleased with their performance and have now ordered a second pai
