Quality and reliable if you care for it.
Bought this to replace the equivalent from 6-7 years ago which died due to having never been descaled! I’ll be more careful with this one.

Quality, easy to use and pretty reliable. I get a pretty good crema and the coffee tastes full, unlike with some cheaper models.

Compared with the old model a bit more plastic is used in construction – the spout is now black plastic not chrome finish metal, for example, but it doesn’t detract from the feeling of quality. Which is good, because it’s not cheap!

Proper Coffee Machine for Price and frothe
Bought this off Amazon out of stock with Nespresso. Makes a fantastic coffee with creme off the oils in coffee. Bought miroco frother after reading reviews it’s needs for proper froth hot or cold

    Fit for purpose
Bought this one after returning a Krups machine that leaked water all over the worktop, it has no milk frother, but not a problem as we heat milk in the microwave, which saves cleaning the frother afterwards, larger water tank is useful as well. It makes a nice cup of coffee, but it is the pods that give the flavour, so find the ones you like. Aldi have some that are good value, almost as nice as the Nespresso ones.

    It’s good
Makes a lovely coffee. Easy to use.

One thing to note is that it is quite noisy when in use with a fair a bit of vibration noise from plastic parts reminds you that it’s a low cost model, even though it doesn’t look so when sat in your kitchen

Overall though, I like it and I am happy with the purchase.

    Life saver!
    Not my life, yours! 😉

My first foray into Nespresso culture and I love it. Great method of speedy, quality coffee preparation. Makes a decent, if undersized, cup of hot coffee to get the day off on the right foot and spare poor mortals from my wrath!

    Suitable for coffee connoisseurs
Love my new Nespresso. Bought it to replace my previous top of the range model but there is no need to pay top dollar. The basic easy to use model creates the most fantastic tasting coffee.
Out of all the the different brands of coffee pods, Nespresso is the best for all the coffee connoisseurs.

High quality product, heats quickly and simple to use
I used to have an espresso barista style machine which made a mess everywhere and required regular cleaning (even though the coffee was good). This machine is well made, heats up quickly and is clean and super easy to use. No more blocked filter or mess. Nespresso pods are nice but expensive and non recyclable, I now use Lavazza (strength 10 and above) and they are nice and strong and compostable too unlike Nespresso (shame on them).

Love my Nespresso coffee maker. Use it every day.Have been using another for years. This one a bit more cheaply made than the previous version but still ok.
Laughable to have to rate flavour. Flavour depends on the coffee pods you use and whether you know how much water to use with each i.e. Expresso or Lungo. Too much water through a pod can ruin the flavour and bring a bitterness to the taste. This machine has the capability of two settings to help achieve this. However for a long Americano expresso mug I find you need to use 2 pods.

I bought this to replace a coffee maker that I’d had for many years. I worried that it wouldn’t work as well s my old machine as it was much cheaper. I’m pleased to say that it works very well and produces a lungo coffee just the way I like i

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersBUY THIS RIGHT NOW!!!!! The Clean Green coffee machine. Edit:25.8.2020
I already have a dolce gusto coffee pod machine and was happy with it but had a HUGE guilt trip at all the plastic pods I was using. I found out that Nespresso have a recycling scheme where they give you a pre-paid bag that you simply drop off at a local shop and they recycle the aluminium capsules. Seeing the Amazon offer I took the plunge and got a frother at the same time. Wow what a difference! The coffee is 100 times nicer. Loads of different types to choose from to find your favorite. Ive also tried 3rd Party pods but they aren’t as good IMO. The machine makes drinks in two sizes a 40ml espresso and a 110ml lungo. Simple pod in and press your choice. If you think this is too much or too little you have a choice to program a button to your desired amount. But its the rest of the design that I love. Size. The thin so it takes less room on my top but I made this bigger by buying an underneath pod holder. Drip tray. Simple to pop in and out with a chrome easy clean grill. Cup height adjuster so pretty much anything can be used. But the BIG one compared with the Dolce Gusto is the pod container. They drop in a bin so you get ten cups before you need to empty it into the recycling bag and pour the little bit of liquid down the sink. The DG I had to find a home for the dripping pods in a bowl. So a Clean Green brilliant coffee machine

Edit 25 AUG 2020: having lived with this for some time I STILL give it 5 stars. Why. It looks as good as new quality wipe down plastic and good solid metal grills that clean up. Water reservoir is perfect as you can sneak in 1 ltr so 2 shots on a 2ltr bottle (We have VERY hard water) makes fantastic coffee with so many choices. Recycle scheme works will. Fill up the bag and drop at the local news agent. I also had a mini as I wanted a second one for my office. Bad move send back and got another Citz. As I said BUY THIS ONE

    Quick consistent coffee! Perfect!
I’ve had a few coffee machines in the past, some Nespresso and other more complicated machines but I always come back to a Nespresso for the ease of use and consistent coffee.

This model is really easy to use and is quite compact on the kitchen worktop. It delivers consistent coffee every time and heats up in just a few seconds.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersJust keeps going
This is the first Nespresso machine we bought, in April 2013, and it just keeps going. That’s now over 6 years.

This is a household of four heavy coffee drinkers and it is lucky that Aldi now do very good compatible espresso caps at 1.75 for a pack of 10, because we get through at least 6 a day. Often more. Then it does our dinner parties too.
Considering that this machine is never switched off, used daily, it is amazing to think that it has never failed or even hesitated to produce great coffee. I’ve never even descaled it, and this is a hard water area. My quick estimate makes this having made over 7,500 coffees without a single hitch, and no signs yet of any problems on the horizon. Espresso cups come and go, crack, get broken and replaced, but this machine… never stops.
It could be that constant use is a factor here that helps it keep going, and it looked very used now, but… What a machine!

Needless to say, I have no hesitation in recommending this particular Nespresso model.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersGreat machine, easy to use.
So far this machine has been great. We bought it to replace a more basic model that broke. This warms the water effectively, works better with compatible pods than the basic model. You can put almost any size cup under it without problem, even a medium size travel mug fits. Very pleased with the machine overall. We are now using it much more often as it’s so easy to use!

    Fantastic
What a beautiful machine. Whoever designed this spent a lot of time researching the materials to use as this is of excellent quality. It produces gorgeous coffee. Recommended by me.

    Delighted
Absolutely delighted with this machine. I’m sure some might say more expensive machines are better but genuinely couldn’t ask for anything more. Gets used daily and cannot fault it whatsoever. Highly recommend. If you are in the market for a Nespresso and trying to work out what model does what. STOP and just buy this one.

Golden Review Award: 39 From Our UsersExcellent well-made coffee machine
This coffee machine not only looks good but makes great coffee too. It seems to be very well made, especially noticeable when I compare it with the dreadful Senseo machine that I had to send back as I don’t like coffee that tastes and smells of plastic! The water reservoir holds a decent amount of water, sufficient for quite a few lungo drinks or even more of the espresso type. It’s dead simple to use and heats up really fast. I only drink black coffee and it’s just the right temperature for me, but if you wanted to add milk, you would probably need to warm it before adding it to the coffee.
