1. Please make sure that the flat surface of the tile is smooth, ensure that both suction cups are adsorbed on a surface larger than 4*4 inches and the plane should not have gaps.
2. Be sure to install the handrail according to the use method of the product’s listing to confirm that the Suction Grab Bar is firmly attached.
3. When the Suction Grab Bar is not used for a long time, please remove it, because the air will seep into the suction cup, the adsorption force will be worse, and it needs to be re-adsorbed.
4. If the Suction Grab Bar is not used for a long time, please remove it. If the Suction Grab Bar falls due to this problem, this is not a quality problem of the product. Please follow the steps 1/2/3 again.

Having just arrived home after major surgery, needed extra secure handles to ensure stability in the shower. These proved ideal, solid as a rock and so easy to position. Highly recommended
These grab rails are very strong. When I was trying to put in position I struggled to get it correct as the suction was so strong.
The suction is a lot stronger than I thought and it’s fantastic that I can actually use the suction on tiles, I can move it around if I need to, it’s very good for my mobility at the moment.
I have tried out many similar suction grab rails in the past but found them more of a danger than a help due to detachments during use, so have been pleasantly surprised by the suction provided by these Newthinking Suction Bathroom Grab Rails. On first appearances the suction cup appears relatively flimsy, but on smooth large tiles I have been hard pressed to reposition them once attached to tiles. I have found opening and closing the suction cup leavers to be a bit of a challenge. But all in all I am pleased with these grab rails and have been using a second set of these for nine months or so and they are still forming a strong attachment to tiled walls, though the suction cup material is not very resistant to mould which is a pity given that these will most likely be used in bathrooms.
Easily attached to bathroom tiles, appears to be strong sturdy although still quite new.
So far excellent purchase.

These are really good. Having cleaned the tiles and fitted the rails, about 2 weeks ago they are still very well stuck to the wall. The suction is much better than I expected. If you read the instructions and follow them they will work.
Easy to install onto FLAT tiles in bathroom/shower. Instant suction and VERY secure. No loss of suction over time/when wet. Simple to remove and clean/reinstall. Excellent value and great product. Would recommend!
This handrail was easy to attach to the bathroom tiles and several weeks later is still strongly attached.
I can’t think why I never considered buying one of these before. As someone who has had a very painful experience when slipping in the shower, this item is giving me new confidence. Easy to instal and gives stability, and would be particularly helpful to the elderly or disabled.
I did’nt buy it for the bathroom, i use it to stop my quilting ruler from moving when cutting layers of fabric, it works a treat,and my elbow does not pain anymore…… ladies that cut quilting squares will know what i am talking about.

Bought these to help getting in and out of the bath
Arrived quickly and provide good quality grip-they are a perfect size, even for small shower unit and have confidence in them which is half the battle!
Does what it says on the tin. Previous experiences of suction cup accessories in the bathroom was that they dail quickly. Not in this case

One is so well fixed it feels like I’d pull the wall over before I could pull it off. The other has a dodgy cup and seemingly no matter what I’ve tried it slips meaning you always feel nervous. With one request however a replacement was immediately sent through. Thanks so much

Do need really smooth tile face. Mine have a slight ripple and they only stick firmly for 24 hrs but it does tell you to check each time before using. Really good product.
Excellent product bought for the shower cubicle in my caravan which is the moulded plastic type rather than glass or tiles. Im very pleased with it.
Very pleased with these handles. But as the instructions state it is not a permanent fix, you have to check the suction regularly as air can creep in between the suction pad over time
I tried these and they were no good on my tiles in the bathroom, my tiles have a slightly rough surface so there was no way they would stick, stuck OK to the glass shower panels and fantastic. I bought 4 of them and I returned two of them. The ones that I used on the shower panels have stuck really well and I have no doubt these will work very well on the correct surface. In fairness I did have a doubt about their suitability as there was a comment on the item details, so my mistake.
Brilliant. Took a chance on these & they did not fail. My husband had just had back surgery and was not sure these would be durable enough to help him up from the toilet. Brilliant and the suction is amazing. Buy another set to put in the shower for when he can make it back upstairs.
Did the job, my wife broke her ankle and needed to get into the bath to use the shower, the handle arrived quickly and it was easy to fit and plenty of suction.

These are great for my Dad to steady himself in the shower. They actually adhered to the shower boards so tight when I when just putting them in position. I could hardly detach them……which is a good thing. Once I got them where I needed them and locked into place they were absolute solid. I didn’t have to do any of the cleaning and messing about some had talked out in the reviews which had slightly put me off. Don’t be put off these are excellent and do just what they say And don’t cost a lot . They have given my Dad the confidence he needed.

Arrived in timely manner. Easily applied to the wall. Look sturdy and feel as if they would be strong but too soon to comment on sturdiness and suction power as yet to be used by 92yr old mum, due to arrive tomorrow.
I never had much time for a suction grab rail only with screws would I trust it. HOWEVER, I’m not good at stepping down. In our kitchen there is a step down of 2/3inches. There was a fridge in the way so couldn’t have screws in the side of a fridge. This suction version is perfect and v v strong. I am so pleased with it.
Brilliant! Bought this for my little boy who has special needs and is unsteady and nervous in the shower. It stays put and is very sturdy and given him the confidence to try and shower by himself. Avoids mould etc. too. A good buy.
I bought this for mmy elderly mum, she didn’t want a grab handle that would need drill holes. This is perfect for what we want it for. It is now securely attached to the UPVC surround at her front door, making it safer for her to get out and in.
At first, when I tried using this grab bar, only one side out of two would stick firmly to my tiles. The other would always come off. But then I used some cleaning product, some limescale remover and really cleaned both the tiles and the suction cups well. After that, both sides stuck awesomely and I feel very confident using the grab bar. I’m not sure how I’ll even get it unstuck now should I wish to move it.

Had these for a while for my elderly mother and she had every confidence in them. They gave her support and help while she was very ill.
Bought this for my elderly parents 93 & 87 to use getting in and out of the walk in shower – amazed at the suction power – been using daily for a month now and although I check the suction every few days this is still as good at the first day I installed them! Definitely good value for money and I don’t have to put in a permanent fixed hand rails and can remove and store them as required.

Wasn’t good sticking to tiles as textured but my bath doesn’t have any handles and is deep.

The one problem I have with this item is this action is not good every time you go to use the bathroom you have to check .

It’s very sturdy and the suction it’s great, it was more than expected.
The grab handles are white and gray and look good when in position in the shower cubicle.
They feel solid and secure.
The tabs require considerable force to close which might be a problem for those with
arthritic fingers. Pushing on them with the palm of the hand worked for me.

Just make sure the tiles are flat, dry and clean then you have to use some effort to get the lock pushed into place.
They are then really well held in place!
My only reservation is that the suction cups did not hold for more than a short period on tiles that were not absolutely glass smooth – they will not adhere to any tiles with the slightest deviation from absolutely smooth, ie with an texture at all, however minimal
Bought those after my accident which helped me in the shower and bathroom when i came home from the hospital, its secure and sits well on the tiles. It is comfortable to grap on, and perfect hand size holds. Since i bought it, it only came off once but otherwise the suction is really good. Great value for money. Would recommend.

These were a great buy. I’m pregnant and got them to help me in and out of the bath as well as stability in the shower. They work great and haven’t moved since I put them up.

These are placed on the flat, gloss, tiled surfaces in my shower where they are superb. I have tested them every time I take a shower by putting my whole weight on one, and they do not move at all (yet). Being fixed by suction I could alter their positions without making a mess of the wall. Perfect. However, I doubt they’d stick well to any other wall in this house.
Provides peace of mind for all and is a necessity for the disabled and those who may be unsteady or susceptible to slipping in the shower or bath. Recently underwent hip replacements and they give confidence and support.

Strong. I am using it to help going up on stairs to roof terrace. Perfect, quick solution to avoid drilling for the handrail where it’s not feasible.
This product is a must! If like me you need help, they are as strong as ones fixed with screws. Easy to move position if needed. Will buy more if needed.
Getting out of the bath I feel a lot more secure
The product is good for a while, but you must check suction after ever use as they become loose.
These seem to fix to tiled bathroom surface very firmly. I can’t tell how durable they are but they do offer a way of providing a hand support for the elderly that is easy to fix and can be moved easily to a different position as required.
Needs to be checked regularly for suction before you grab hold of it.
