So easy to use and clean. Food cooked much quicker than if i had used my other appliances (it has replaced three). It is great when u are short of time but still want good wholesome home cooked meals.
This is a brilliant bit of kit to have in the kitchen. It has a lot of different functions, it works as a slow cooker, pressure cooker, air fryer. You can steam, air fry, cook, dehydrate and prove bread in this. I have not used all of the functions yet but I have tried a fair few of them. It is easy to use, it has a large digital display from which you can easily see how much longer you have left on the cooking time.
The only downside is that it is heavy but it doesn’t bother me too much!
Love i
Wanted a Ninja Foodi for ages and was not disappointed, haven’t turned my oven or hob on for 10 days! Easy to use, easy to clean and delicious food
Very useful and easy to clea
As an air fryer, this product works really well, with large capacity, easy to handle and clean. But its steaming function is disappointing, and the food is not as good as that cooked in a traditional steamer.
Very happy
Very good product and price. still learning how to use it but up to now the food I have cooked as come out great. just need good recipes book that will give me more ideas how to get the most out of using my ninja 11in 1 multi
Fantastic
Brilliant toy need more recipes easy to make quick ones
Reduce cooking time by half
Cooking times reduced by half. Electricity costs halved. Food tastes delicious. Every kitchen should have one.
Worth every penny
Once you get hang of the controls this product is amazing. Makes cooking time faster and we have noticed a reduction in energy use compared to the oven.
Fantastic addition to anyone's kitche
What a fantastic item ! Food it cooked perfectly within a few minutes and the Ninja Foodie is cleaned so easily you just blink and you are sitting down and everything is cleaned up. It’s very easy to use and the instructions are very easy to follow.
Good food cooked quick.
We received the cooker within the time promised. We have only had it for a short time but so far the results have been very good, a roast chicken takes about 40+ minutes, fish and chips about 18 minutes, much faster and cheaper than a conventional oven and the results are very good. The only small down side we have found so far is the lid opens to the side, this can make it awkward to remove the hot air fry basket as the heating element in the lid is still very hot, it would have been better to open to the back. Otherwise a good cooker we would recommend.
Best of all it saves electricity.
What can I say it’s a all rounder Best Buy so far for use and savings on our ever increasing electric.
Versatile and high quality
We received the Ninja Foodi 14 function multi-cooker today. I already made fries and burgers using the steam-crisp technology. It came out amazing. Thereafter I made our family a beef stew using the slow cooker function with saut at the end to thicken the sauce, and it turned out great. My husband and is currently making beef jerky with the dehydration function overnight.
Packaging was perfect and the UK version has its temperature in Celsius.
I am very happy with it and am sure it will be used in our home daily in some way or another as it is very versatile.
Excelle
Definitely best purchase for a long time. It made my life much easier and cooks all variety of food very quickly. I was initially worried about finding recipes but very quickly realised after a few tries I can cook pretty much anything
Must have
Good quality product, very easy to use, makes delicious food, it’s a must thing in the kitchen.
Amazing glad I waited for the sliding lid.
Glad I waited for the slider lid. Still getting used to it but amazing machine. Whole chicken done to perfection in such little time. Air fry is amazing. Dehydrate also awesome I can dry out my herbs and save them. So quick to heat up. So many functions also. Not used them all.
Excelle
The reviews were right – super versatile and easy to use. Still exploring – potential to cook most things in it.
Favourite gadget eve
Just disappointed I waited so long to get one! Fabulous addition to a busy kitchen. Easy to use (once you get to grips with it), easy to clean, fabulous results, would definitely recommend!
Ninja
Love this product, only worry is the hinge that opens/ closes the lid. Just hope that it is strong enough to last because the lid is very heavy. Need to be careful if using alternative way of lifting /closing the lid. Removing and replacing the rubber pressure cooker seal for cleaning is tricky.
LIFE CHANGER - GAME CHANGER
Whatever i say about this product wont be enough! It is amazing! It cooks deliciously ! It is very simple and u dont have to stand next to it!. You put the ingredients and u crack on with your house jobs until they are done!
The 15-1 does everything you will ever need!
We named ours “Bob”- our new kitchen assistant
We love it. Go for the big boss, the 15-1… you wont regret i
Cooks quick and easy
Use this daily, easy to use fairly easy to clean, fan area. Cant stand the loud beeping, definitely a design fault, dont use it in the morning because of the beeping
Great all round!
Great air fryer. Super easy to use and has loads of cool gadgets to make life easier (like a notification to shake food when half cooked.) Haven’t tried all of the settings yet, but looking forward to using them all.
got this on saturday and all I can say is WOW!
Easy to use and clean made a roast venison with roast potatoes ,bread was fantastic, chicken pot pie with chips . All other gadgets are now redundant as it is all here in one machine . Worth the money and will save heaps on electricity.
Ninja food max
I didn’t realise how big and heavy it was going to be, but I love it its cut my bill down, as I don’t use the oven anymore, I have cooked a whole chicken very and tasty, ideal for families
Does EVERYTHING you will ever need.
For years I have (snobbishly) avoided multi-cookers ,for reasons unknown!
After the recent hike in gas and electricity prices I decided to take the plunge and buy one.
Looking at reviews of air fryers, etc, etc, I decided to buy a Ninja 15-1 Smart Lid Multi Cooker, what an absolute awesome piece of kit, it frys, pressure cooks, grills, etc,, and cooks so, so evenly.
Proofing ,and then baking a loaf of bread is an absolute doddle in the Ninja Keith steam baking it’s even better!
To roast a medium sized chicken takes 40 minutes, brisket, 1 hour to pressure cook and then roast for 20 minutes, same when making ‘pulled pork’ just brilliant and far more convenient than heating a full-sized gas/electric oven.
Chips/roast potatoes are also easy to make, with very little fat ,so healthier.
Can’t wait to use the slow cooker function too in the winter!
What a great purchase this has been.
We never realised what a boon our Ninja Foodie Max 15 to 1 would turn out to be.
It is cheaper to use than our standard fan oven, faster and simplifies the making of meals.
Well done Ninja.
Cleaning
The only real criticism I have is after cleaning the seal, which is easy, it’s an absolute nightmare getting it back in place. The rest of it is easy to clean.
It’s everything that it says it does but roasted anything isn’t as good as doing it in a conventional oven but perfectly acceptable and very edible.
Very versatile cooking methods and quicker than standard ove
Temperature probe works great – just set a target meat/doneness level and let it cook or set a manual target temperature. Because it seems to cook quicker than a conventional oven having this temperature check means meats come out well cooked and as expected.
Roast potatoes have cooked really well being very soft on the inside with just nicely crisped outers.
I haven’t get managed to cook the perfect chip yet. They are very well cooked (soft centres) but not yet perfect crispness level. Will be testing with different oils – at present just tried normal rapeseed so will experiment with others.
Definitely recommended for quick and versatile cooking. Easy clean as most parts straight into dishwasher.
UPDATE
I’ve now found the secret to better chips is coating potatoes in duck fat rather than vegetable oil and no need to parboil first.
Amazing product. Does what it says on the ti
Got rid of my InstantPot electric pressure cooker, which was ok, not saying it was not, but still restricted as far as the actifry element, so still needed anotherr appliance and replaced it with this 14 in 1 Ninja Foodi Smart lid, which does most of, well most of what I would physically use on the InstantPot, so it was the best decision made.
Although yet to work through my huge pile of cuisines recipes i have, what I have done and tasted to date, has been amazing.
It’s very quick, very easy, very simple once you get the gist of it with regards to cooking times and temperatures. It really cuts down on a lot of actual cooking time, when life gets busy at times, and makes feeding a growing family an absolute joy and not a chore.
I would however advise on cutting out the trawling through the manuals, apart from the intial setting up of course, and stick to the YouTube videos, as it is a lot quicker to get started, explains it clearer, and you can see what they are doing, the results and get tips and opinions you wouldn’t necessarily get from printed brochures.
My only niggles is, it is a lot larger than my previous InstantPot, so sucks up a bit of counter space if you have had a smaller product before and do not have a lot of counter.
It the soace internally is quite small, so if feeding a family of 5 then a couple of cycles / rounds required, unless doing one pot soups and stews, but its quick so it’s not an issue for me
Definitely would recommend, and have, and have only seen smiling faces and gratificatio
Life change
Food has never tasted better. Yes its big, but it is so easy to clean. Roasts are so easy and the tastiest you ever had by using the probe, you don’t need to work out any timings just place probe, season and close lid. This amazing device does everything else. Anything you cook in any multitude of ways using hobs/ovens etc can all be done in this one pot. Imagine 500g of pasta cooked in 2 minutes on pressure cook. This gives you more time to enjoy with the family and takes the stress out of getting meals on the table and makes cooking enjoyable again. Don’t hesitate, get i
There is no getting away from the fact that this thing is huge and heavy. But with that you get a cavernous cooking pot that you can rustle up a whole family meal in, including whole chicken or large joints of meat.
It’s very well built, definitely premium in every sense, including the touch panel and display, obviously with a price to match of course. But it’s packed with features and you can throw out your pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker and big frying pans, because this does it all.
To get the best out it though you do need to spend some time to get acquainted with the instruction manual. Everything is actually explained really well, but there is a bit of a learning curve. It’s also best not be too ambitious to start with. Some of the cooking requires multi stage operations that can at first be overwhelming. Trust me, mistakes will happen but you learn from them. For example I air fried some runner beans instead of steaming them after pressing the wrong buttons! More of a success however was the 1Kg beef joint that I steam roasted in just over an hour. It came out perfectly cooked and tender, aided by the inbuilt temperature probe. Very impressed.
Cleaning is surprisingly easy and I do not find it noisy in operation. It will make you jump when it releases steam under pressure, be warned!
My only gripe is the lack of UK centric recipes available for this model. The supplied recipe book has only a handful and everything online is geared for the US market. I can recommend the book by David Small as a good starting point though.
So far I am impressed by this machine and it’s money well spent so far.
New ways to cook. Maybe save energy too?!
So far I’m loving this. Haven’t used my gas hob/oven since I got this.
I made 8 chicken wings on top rack, frozen chips on lower rack and corn on the cob at the base of the pan. Enough for 2 people air fried all together in 20 mins on 200C — cooked perfectly. And our electric meter dial barely moved!
This model doesn’t have specific sous vide function, but this might be overcome by setting the thermostat to required temperature manually on slow cook function.
An absolute modern kitchen essential!
We bought this to replace our old broken air fryer. And while this was a little on the expensive side I was drawn to the total multifunctional splendour of it.
Air frying: 10/10. Far better than any other air fryer I’ve used. Circulates heat much better than others so you get a more even crisping. Remember to give it the occasional shake as well.
Pressure cooking: 10/10. Not much more to say here! If you follow the instructions it’s incredibly simple!
Now this is where the Ninja really sets itself aside from others. I’m not a big fan of having to move food from one pot to another to continue cooking. Sometimes you’ll want to grill the top of something (french onion soup) or continue cooking your stew on the hob to reduce it down a little further. The Ninja does ALL of these things. You want to saute your vegetables first before adding your liquid? Use the sear/saute function and don’t waste time or energy at your hob.
Overall a fantastic gadget that gets used daily in our home. Spend the time to learn all the functions and it will pay off!
Must have piece of a kitchen equipment in the house!
Fish from frozen and french fries prepared using an air fried function taste amazing! Juicy and succulent fish, crispy fries, soft in the inside fries prepared without a gram of fat! This is a way forward of preparing a healthy food, device anyone should invest to have and use in their kitchen. I made a roast chicken legs with baby potatoes today using a steam air fried function – cooked in 23min.! Crispy skin on the chicken and potatoes cooked perfectly, everything tasted like made on grill, but healthy way, marinated in olive oil marinade and herbs only. If you want to prepare your food quickly, healthy and tasty without mess, quickly buy one of this! My next plan is to cook a beef stew using this bad boy saving a half of the time. Mniam….:)
This is a review of the OL650UK model – there are lots of different versions of this cooker.
As at late 2021, this unit appears to have all of the features of the top models except for the built-in thermometer probe which will automatically stop the cooking when the food reaches the desired tempreature in the middle.
First impressions on unboxing are positive – the unit looks really nice and feels premium quality and has all of the accessories you could need. It is quite bulky and heavy though – this is a unit that you need to find some spare countertop space for, somewhere it can be both used and stored, as you won’t want to be lifting this out of its storage space each time you use it.
This brings me on to a practial point – you need clearance for the lid to hinge open – I found I had clearance in my utility, but not in my kitchen. This works fine for me, as most of the cooking that I do with the device is kind of ‘set it and forget it’ cooking and the unit beeps when it’s done. According to my measurements, you need about 58cm of space above your worktop for the lid to be fully opened. You’re not supposed to use this on top of your cooker, though this does appear to be just because of concerns that your conventional cooker may be hot.
So, what can this unit cook? Well, probably easier to say what it can’t cook – basically anything really large, like a large chicken/turkey, a large pizza (unless you cut it into smaller pieces before cooking), and, that’s about it. It’ll cook just about anything else. Here are a few things it’s good for (there are hundreds):
-oven heating ready-meals
-cooking oven chips
-cooking anything that you would cook in a saucepan on your hob
-grilling food (bacon, say)
-baked potatoes
-stews
-cakes
-bread
-steaming vegetables
-cooking things that you would normally deep fat fry (air frying instead)
and the list goes on and on
If you don’t have any experience with slow/pressure cookers and air fryers, this could be a steep learning curve, but the included booklets and the videos you can find on the internet really help. Decide what you want to cook and then look at the included guide to see what settings and timings you should use.
I’ve only cooked a few things soo far, but all have come out of the unit really nicely cooked and really crispy (where food is meant to be).
The display and buttons make things a lot easier for choosing your cooking method, temperatures and timings. There’s a ‘keep warm’ function that will automatically keep the food warm when cooked, which is great.
I know from what I’ve read and what friends have said, that Ninja products are high-end and well thought of, albeit with a price to match.
I can see myself using this item several times a week, and my conventional oven being rarely used. I’m impressed with it and don’t have any complaints. It’s the Swiss Army Knife of modern cooking devices. Just make sure you have a place for it to be both stored and used!

Love i
Love it, but only wish all the accessories listed on Amazon stated if they worked with the 15:1
Still learning all the features, but is is the way to cook in 2022!!
Brillia
I love this, limited space on my kitchen units so have given away my air fryer and pressure king pro as all now combined in one unit. Only used the air fryer as of yet but plan to make a chocolate cake in it tomorrow. Well worth considering if your upgrading your gadgets. Easy to use and clean, looking forward to cooking again as this is going to make the task so much easier.
Its a game change
having had cheaper air fryers in the past and liked them I thought I would invest in a newer model, this thing is fantastic, the amount of versatility you have with it is amazing. We have cooked various meals in it now and everytime they have turned out great, my only gripe is that I have wasted money in the past with cheaper fryers without the bells and whistles. absolutely recommend
he price was what i could afford and this ninja will make life easier as a one pot cooke
it looks smart and will be a great help as i am dissabled so it will be great help for one pot cooking
Get one you won’t regret it!
I had been looking at these for ages and finally went for it when the price dropped to
249. It’s been used every single day and I’ve found it easy to get to grips with. My sons have both started to use it too. Easy to clean and cheaper to run than my oven.
Best purchase eve
Thought it was expensive but since I’ve had my Ninja foodi I’ve not used my oven or grill since. As the name suggests it has 15 settings which covers all your cooking needs baking, slow cooker, air fryer, pressure cooker etc etc. I’d highly recommend this genius appliance
ot at all as good as i expected still great but non the less... ok so first of all
So first of all the sear/saute function is pretty bad.. takes a long while to heat up and doesn’t reach all that high of temperatures
The 1-5 is as far as i care no better then 1-2 hot to warm eventually reasonable temperature is maintained but non the less it takes a while
Secondly there’s no sousvide function!
One of the most important functions is no where to be found…
I’m pretty sure the ol750uk was advertised with a sousvide function
But instead we got useless functions such as steam heating meals…
Presets which are “functions” while the aveage user should have no problem adjusting thoes twmps and times normally
Stupid design choices… -while don’t get me wrong i very much like the 1 lid design…
I don’t see why the right “handle” isn’t a handle
The instructions say should not be used to open the lid
But so far it never got all that hot for me
I do think it’s a bit of a “wasted real estate” which could’ve been used better
The condensation collection box is poorly fitted..
Seriously it constantly falls…
Poor design i have no ideal why would they make it like that
I just recommend prhaps gluing a few thin magnets to have it in place
The steaming apears a bit weak but reasonable i guess
The perssure cooking is great
The air frying is A bit louder then i’d like
But it’s reasonable again…
The lid is a bit “sharp” and unfinished…
Feels like the demand is high so the product was rushed…
Not a big deal but internally the steel is finished well other then that “smart lid metal ring”
Which is a bit sharp and roughly cut
One of the things i find most annoying is that the inner pot’s messurments are curved inwards so to speak.. (all coated with ceramics don’t get me wrong)
But why do it like that instead of punching it outwards
Which will make it easier to clean snd notice dirt/…
It’s a tiny detail but it just feels like a obvious one
Prhaps there’s a reason durability/.. but idk
Generally it’s a great device..
Very versatile compact and usefull
I do recommend
And yet there’s another issue…
Not so much the manufacturer’s fault.. but the shipping is horrible
As you can see from the pictures rhe package arrvied all banged up with scratches and holes in the cardboard
The drvice seems fine and after a bit of testing apeaes fo work ok
But i can’t be sure
Love this cooke
I am still learning how to best use my Ninja so we have started simple and now using more cooking modes. It has cooked everything so far beautifully. My other half always fried his chips in fat but now air fries oven chips so that has got to be bette
I would highly recommend this ninja…its amazing. Since I’ve had it I’ve only used my oven a few times. Mainly to heat my plates! Cooks food quickly and beautifully….the functions are easy to manage, even my children use it to cook frozen nuggets etc in about 8mins. Ideal for a family of four as a whole meal can be done in one…if your family is bigger… food would need to be done in two batches as fitting more than 4 chicken breasts on one rack is not possible. This product makes the best roast potatoes ever, so crispy on tbe outside and fluffy in the middle. There is nothing you cannot cook in this ninja. Ive cooked curry’s, pasta dishes, pies, roast meats, bolegnaise, lasagna, fish, chips, bread, cakes toasted sandwiches, vegetables the list is endless. I used it every day. Meals are also cooked healthy as the crisping basket is used for chips on roast potatoes using spray olive oil so not deep fried. I love mine!
Amazing bit of ki
I had already got a ninja and wanted this new one and I was not disappointed ! it is an amazing thing, does so much more…the steam bake bread feature is a revolution …between 2 ninjas my oven or hob is rarely used.
I have yet to try all 15 functions but so far it has exceeded all my expectations.
Have had this just over a week and am very pleased with it. However the book that comes with it is very poor. It is VERY difficult to work out what function to use for certain recipes. I have also found a number of mistakes in the recipes. I have joined a couple of forums within my social media app and have found them very helpful. Within the past week or so I have very successfully tackled air fried chicken wings, air fried chips, steam roasted Ham Hock (the Crackling on that was outrageous) and steam roasted shoulder of Lamb with roast potatoes. I’m sure I will get better as I cook different things and use (and master) all the functions.
Love my Ninja
I love this machine. I was worried about the size but it’s not as big as was listed on Amazon, check the Ninja website for more accurate size.
I have slow cooked, air fryer, steam cooked then air fryer and pressure cooked. It does everything brilliantly. I have not used my over since I got it.
LOVE MY NEW TOY
I absolutely love this machine. Used the pressure cooker lots and it’s very quick and easy. Saut ing is great as is the air fryer.
Don’t know how I did before this lol
Very easy to use and food is healthy & delicious
Food is made very quickly using this pot, It is also very healthy and delicious. It’s very easy to use this pot, also it’s extremely easy to clean i
Ninja foodi 14 in 1
Excellent product easy to use bit heavy to pull out could do with something to help but otherwise perfect just getting used to it plenty off options
Absolutely love i
I’ve used this so many times and it really reduces cooking times and great for roasting healthy roasties. I still need to learn more and my only wish is they explained more cooking instruction.
OMG! Like seriously wow! So firstly it’s 7.5 litres it’s a big baby! She is very noticeable but beautiful and intuitive! If you are like me, impatient don’t want to read the whole manual but just want to get cooking, it’s so simple to use that you can figure it out on the go. There are a few things you will need to read in the manual like the pressure valve. Removing and cleaning the inner valve (not entire sure what it’s called). Cos she is a big baby at first I was a little intimidated but hey it was Christmas Day and I had a whole heap of things cooking, the cooker, oven and just air fryer appliances were already busy but I was short on time so had to burst open this baby! Did the pressure test all was good once I figured out what was up!
NOTE!
Pressure valve is loose it’s supposed to be this way!
VEGAN/VEGETARIANS Meat lover here so you may want to stop reading now!
I threw in Goat meat with seasoning and some water and pressure cooked within 25 mins it was cooked and tender! Imagine 25 mins for 40/50 worth of goat meat from the local butchers, drastically cutting cook time. Then I drained the meat juices ready for the Jollof (serious omi eran) and gave Ninja baby a quick wash, added the basket and put goat back in to air fry, after around 2 rounds of 15 mins done! Then I added plantain to air steam fry, this was 3 rounds and took a bit longer but then there was a lot of plantain! Either way I used the pressure cooker, air fry and air steam fry functionso easy and my goat dodo (mixed with pepper sauce) was delicious OMG! Yes BUY IT! It doesn’t have to be the biggest size I.e 7.5 if smaller Family (1/2 people) single person go for the smaller size! This gadget/appliance is so worth it and it’s my first Ninja baby experience! Loved it! Right what to cook/experiment with next!
What an amazing machine
What can I say about this machine apart from WOW! It does everything in one machine and I’m just learning to use it’s functions and so far I’ve used it to pressure cook for baking and it has an amazing air frying capability still learning but so far I’m well pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Best thing I’ve bough
Absolutely love this ninja. Does so many things. I’ve used some of the functions but not all of them yet though I plan on exploring more with it. Can’t wait to see how I get on. So far I have found it pretty simple and self explanatory to use. The pans wash easily after use. The only downside I have is that it is quite heavy so it would be something you would want to keep out on the worktop rather than having to keep lifting it in and out of a cupboard.
Ninja 11 in 1
Very happy with my ninja 11 in 1 does everything the blurb says it does, is efficient, saves time and money. This is my second ninja pressure cooker my granddaughter has taken the first one now I have up graded
Upgraded after old ninja max died
This is the single greatest addition to any kitchen!!
I always swore by my ninja max air fryer and this is the perfect upgrade, a little pricey but I use it everyday and it cooks perfectly
Great machine made some lovely meals.
It takes a bit of getting used to so I have had a few failures. Chicken of all kinds cooks so nice and my beef stew which usually cooks in oven all day was done to perfection in 30 minutes.
Love my Ninja foodi 15in 1
I wanted an air fryer but after doing some research I bought ninja foodi. I’ve received it end of Jan 22 and I have tried and tested it throughout and I am comfortable to say I AM IN LOVE WIT IT! If you are/were like me and was looking for air fryer don’t! Get the Foodi you can create so much more in it! Cooking, frying, baking and much more! So much so I am considering to buy it for my mum. My sister got one too! Yes! You have to get use to it but it is really easy and straight forward. Yes it’s big and can be overwhelming but Cooking is quick and food is absolutely delicious! You can have a full meal in 20 min! What else you can ask for? Can I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY YESSSS!!!!
Wow
I waited before writing this as I wanted to use it for while. Best item ever, very versatile very easy to use and gives you the chance to have a healthy meal in 15-20 minutes. I haven’t used the hobs since I got this.
What I like is its ability to steam roast a whole meal. It’s probe works well. It’s air fryer capability works very well. I bought it for its steam bake bread and that also works well. One lid is means there is no having to find storage for or placement of a hot lid whilst you deal with saute or stir the food.
What I really don’t like is the short lead, it’s very short and recommends not to use an extension lead. This limits where to put it. Also, when using any steam bake setting, there is a great deal of steam emissions. My extractor couldn’t cope with the amount and my cupboards near the unit got wet, there was a fine mist of steam on my glass door too. I’ve had to move the unit into a room away from my cupboards. But this meant moving away from my kitchen which isn’t ideal.
I’ve now gone back to my instant pot pro for anything that involves pressure cooking or steam cooking.
Love my Ninja foodi 15in 1

Too much steam

My extractor couldn’t cope with the amount and my cupboards near the unit got wet, there was a fine mist of steam on my glass door too. I’ve had to move the unit into a room away from my cupboards. But this meant moving away from my kitchen which isn’t ideal.
I’ve now gone back to my instant pot pro for anything that involves pressure cooking or steam cooking.
My best kitchen gadget ever!
Ticks all boxes. A must have for all busy mums if you have the space. My life is transformed thank you. My only regret is with the manufacturer — reported very early that the cooking pot is not that robust and has got scratched even with a wooden spoon— still waiting for a replacement!!
Brilliant!
I deliberated for ages before deciding to go for it and buy this item. I needn’t have worried, it is absolutely brilliant and I’m loving it!!! I did also buy the UK/European cook book at the same time, which I’m very glad I did as otherwise I might have taken a lot longer to try different things. I’ve only had it a short while and have achieved wonderful results at the first attempt, e.g. roast chicken, chips, beef, roast potatoes, a beef casserole, shepherd’s pie – to name but a few. I haven’t yet used all the functions, but look forward to trying them. I find it so easy to clean and it really saves me so much time, not to mention energy as I’m turning my main cooker on much less than I did. I’m lucky I have a large, deep cupboard that can house it and I combined buying it with disposing of 2 slow cookers and my air fryer. I was sad to see the slow cookers go as I was quite attached to them & a fan of this way of cooking, but the Ninja Foodi does just as good a job. If you’re debating this purchase, just do it & I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Absolutely love i
This is so easy to use once you get used to each of the things it does. I did get a Ninja Foodi Cookbook uk to use with it. Cooks food really quickly. Def a thing to have in your kitche
Very good so fa
I have only had the Ninja for a few days and only used the pressure cooker function so far. I found that It is so quiet, it is a pleasure. The parcel arrived earlier than expected on a weekend without pre-warning, which is a problem where I live, but the parcel itself was very sturdy, no complaint there.
It comes with a small book of recipes and clear instructions about the different functions. I had a slight difficulty locking the pressure lid at first as I had removed the silicone ring to wash it and had not fully pressed it down back in place in a small section of the lid, so it would not close. It got me puzzled for a while but I appreciated the safety measure that prevented me from proceeding further. I intend to try the oven function next week. You have to realise that it is much larger and higher than a pot . I would say that it occupies the space of my microwave oven nicely. My only complaint so far is the length of the electric cord, which is just too short to be used anywhere in my kitchen so I have no option but to use an extension. It mentions that the reason for it is to avoid accidents with children but microwave oven, kettles, toasters have longer cords and are as dangerous, and anyway there are no children where I live!
Fantastic!
I should have bought a Ninja Foodi ages ago, absolutely love it! Had it for a month now and I’m using it practically every day which I didn’t expect, but it’s just so good. Pressure cooking is fabulous, complete meals in a short time. I really like the air fry function with very little or no oil. Cleaning is easy too. Definitely recommend.
Have had my foodi now for a couple of days and boy, am I impressed!! Found cooking a drag and this foodi has just made my life sooo much easier! Made a roast tonight and recipe said it would take 25 minutes, was a bit sceptical but lo and behold, it was ready in 25 minutes!! (After the preheat) but just wow.. didn’t have to keep checking up on it or remove the vegetables as would do with an oven.. everything was ready at the same time. Added some bisto to remaining stock/drippings and made gravy out of that.. everything in one pot!
Edit to post
I use the foodi almost everyday especially to fry chips, wors (South African style sausages),sweet potato chips or fish fingers. Amazing just how little oil you use and not to mention the health benefits. No longer feel guilty about eating fried food. Really great piece of equipment!
Just WOW!

Best purchase I've made in my life
When I first bought this, I was super excited to use it, especially the steam, pressure cook & air crisp (air fry) feature and I was blown away. Men, you no longer need your wives (unless you cook), women, you can take a break from slaving over the stove and parents, this is so simple, your kids can use it. I first cook a beef burger and some chips in this, using the ‘air crisp’ feature on about 190 for 10 minutes and my goodness, the chips came out crispy and perfect, the burger was fully cooked inside and out, no red or pink bits at all.
I then made some chicken nuggets for dinner and these were vegan nuggets that were done in 5 minutes, though they need about 15 minutes in my oven.
Be warned though, when you first use it, there will be a warm plastic/metal type smell, but this is completely normal and goes away after the first use, it is nothing to worry about at all and doesn’t affect the taste or smell of your food in any way, shape or form.
I can’t go longer than 24 hours without using this machine and it comes with an instruction manual, a recipe book and a leaflet on what foods cook best in what mode and it comes with a metal steaming rack and a steaming lid.
If I ever want something quick after work, I know I can count on my 9-in1 Foodi.
The only con is that I can’t both air crisp beef or chicken and vegetable because it would make the vegetables dry, but perhaps pressure cooking or steaming vegetables, setting them aside and then air crisping, roasting or grilling the vegetables are the way to go for a tasty meal. – Just some things to make note of.
I’ve attached some pictures to my review also.
Only had 10 days but really liking it. Have not used oven since purchasing the Ninja. I’ve cooked a large chicken, roasted potatoes and parsnips, stew and pasta and bacon in it. Haven’t used pressure cooker yet so can’t comment on that. You should be aware however that it is rather heavy so would need to have room on worktop and enough space above to open the lid
Great buy

Amazing machine
Love everything about the ninja 15 in 1 , easy to use so far only being using for one week but love it , 1st thing I made was a cheese toastie also made bacon in it , I’ve dehydrated a beef joint it was so good and made chicken noodle soup yesterday loving i
great buy
i recently upgraded from a 9 in 1 to 15 in 1 due to steam functions and one lid on the new ninja
its been used nearly everyday to make roast chicken in the steam roast function with potatoes at the bottom. Its the best chicken ever! however not so good on roast beef as rare comes out medium for me with the probe,
other functions such as air fry which i used on the 9 in 1 before is excellent on this model and I have done both jacket potatoes and , salt and pepper ribs and wings.
only gripe is it is a big machine and the normal steam function isn’t as good as steaming on the hob or slow cooker of a proper slow cooker
other than that its a brillant everyday gadget. I rarely use my oven.
An amazing piece of kitchen kit.
I absolutely love this product. We are having our kitchen done and bought this to help us through without the cooker. I’ve been looking at this product for a number of years now and was always put off by the multiple lids of previous models and when Ninja came out with the new Smart lid I had to have the excuse to get one and a new kitchen it was! I will still use this product when the kitchen is finished it produces very tasty and juicy meats and meals! Air Fry option is obviously healthier but even frozen foods like hash browns are amazing! I can’t praise this product enough 🙂
Highly recommend
I’ve made cakes, a full roast dinner, steaks, a stew, bacon toasties amongst many things. My freezer is full from batch cooking and the Ninja only arrived 23 days ago. I’d recommend silicone utensils and small silicone oven gloves in order not to scratch the pan and to lift out the inner pans
Fab but a steep learning curve
This feels like a solid quality product. It’s a little overwhelming at first as there are so many different ways to cook. I’m a good cook but did find this a little intimidating at first. The cook book supplied is a little lightweight – yes there’s a selection of random receipes but it’s in no way strong enough to support the switch to this style of cooking. The saving grace is that there are a number of Face*book groups to find support, guidance and tried and tested receipes/timings.
It’s quite a tall unit and the lid needs to open of course so (in my opinion) not suitable for use under wall cupboards. In addition there are significant steam releases (from the pressure cooker mode) which will damage cupboard finishes – be aware.
Definitely love it, will be utilising it more and more and highly recommend!
Ultimate Versatility
Does everything from making toast to a roast dinner, Easy to use, easy to understand crib sheet and instruction/recipe book. Use your imagination and you can cook a roast dinner, including roasties and veg in one pot.
Also great for curries.
Best cooking purchase I have made.
Slow cooker, pressure cooker and toaster now available on Ebay
Ninja max.
What a smart cooker, steam bread perfect, chicken on combi steam perfect, much better than my previous ninja on pressure mode. If you buy this model it won’t disappoint. A lot of thought has gone into the ninja 14-1
One of the best things I have ever purchased
Love this makes cooking so much easier, I have cooked a few things in this including a large chicken, home made roast in this are delicious.
Easy to clean.
Not cheap but worth every penny.
Very easy to use, and to clea
Does everything you could need it to. Very time efficient and looks quite cute. Definitely a must if you wanna save some time on cooking. Very vers and takes two second to turn on your desired setting. (Unless you steam/pressure/slow cook, but that you have the time anyway ;))
Excelle
Bought this for my daughter and the next day her cooker broke, so got it at the right time. She has been using this a lot till they fix her cooker. She says it cooks everything to perfection and even the kids are loving everything that comes out of it. Yorkshire puddings are beautiful, so easy to use and clean.
Wowee!
Well I bought one for my wife for Christmas. She said’i didn’t want one what have you bought that for?’ A few weeks in and it’s a different story with comments like, versatile, I’ve never used a pressure cooker, does great chips and roasties and the roast chicken looks great. She is going to try yoghurt and dried fruit next. The keep warm facility is a nice touch. We also bought a cook book suited to the uk market.

Getting this has saved me from the same meals I was bored with. Get a cookbook too for inspiration – although it does come with a handy booklet. Being able to cook joints of meat and a whole chicken in half the time it would take in the oven is amazing. Picture shows air fry stir fry. Depending on how crispy you like your veg, it takes between five and ten minutes to do and the beef took six minutes on air fry. Absolutely love this gadget and use it every day!
Game change
Food cooked in half the time, tender, crisp and simply fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, it hasn’t changed my life to the extent it has made me more attractive, or I no longer have to take food out of the fridge/ freezer, or I no longer have to wash my clothes, or I’m exempt from paying taxes. But it definitely cooks food fantastically & im just scratching the surface.
Make sure you read and follow the instructions. Getting combi meals right is a bit tricky.

Brilliant piece of ki
Heard about this all over the place so took a leap and bought one. Not disappointed in any way. So simple to use and everything tastes so good.
Baked a cake and it was amazing. Stew so delicious. Don’t dither just buy one it won’t disappoi
Wow!
Just wow! My poor oven is so neglected lol but on the plus saving gas. You can make THE best pork cracklin! Been trying out so many things and using many functions on this little beauty! You will not be disappointed
I am having a small issue with my ninja
Relating to the issue which is still ongoing, I had to return my ninja . Customer service seems ok , as promised they have collected it and I am waiting for a new replacement hopefully very soon !
My son raves about this.
I bought this for my son’s Christmas pressie. He absolutely loves it. He worked as a chef for 15 years and said he’s never been so impressed with any kitchen gadget before. I think I’m going to buy myself one now.
Fantastic addition to the kitchen appliances
This is a great machine when you master it this is and up grade for my partner who is a fantastic cook saving on power as well the only down fall is I didn’t quite purchase this item as the measurements I think are wrong as my partner wanted it to sit under the wall cabinets when not in use the measurements state that this machine is 41 cm tall were I’ve measured it and got at 35 cm so this sits on a chopping board which is easy to slide out of the wall cabinets sure that it can be used and then slid back under the cabinet when not in use so be aware as if you would be in 41 cm I would not of purchased as it would not fit under the wall cabinets for storage
Amazing machine
Only had this 1 week and I’ve tried 5 different functions already, I can’t believe how fast and well this thing cooks food, from 1-pot whole meals in 25 mins to a perfect portion of homade spicy wedges in even less time, this has practically rendered my oven useless ! If you’re thinking about getting one just go for it.

I like my new Ninja but I found it is very hard to find correct recipe. There are lots of them for Ninja but for different models, especially for old. They have different features and recipes can’t be 100% match new Ninja so you have to experiment a lots before you know what you are doing. My new 11-1 is 2021 model with 2 steam modes, I did not find any receipt for it in internet or in any cooking book. So preparing the food is a bit of a challenge. Also after one week of usage I have scales which can’t be removed/ cleaned and as you can see in the photo there is a black spot which is actually a big scratch. How it can happen in a week time… I have no clue… But overall I would say 4 stars.
Multi use, cooks joints perfectly using the probe.
Great for roasting joints with probe. I have cooked a lovely moist cake, and used the pressure cook function to make mash which turned out nice, I have found the ninja help groups useful for tips
and ideas.
Very versatile - potentially replaces a load of kitchen gadgets
I’m writing this having used it for a couple of weeks, so early days yet, but it has been put to good use. Having used Tefal Actifryer’s for many years, I thought this time I’d take a plunge on something different. A major attraction of this unit is the versatility through multiple cooking modes.
Advantages:
+Works extremely well
+Can replace several gadgets in one (pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, dehydrator etc.)
+Build quality seems very good – looks built to last
+Has been easy to keep clean thus far – internal pots etc. easy to remove and clean.
+Accessories readily available – spare cooking pots, replacement parts etc.
Disadvantages:
-Need somewhere separate to store the accessories like the pressure cooking lid and rack
-Quite large and heavy, about 10 kg, so not easy for some to move around
-Air fryer usually needs some manual shaking/moving around of food during cooking when using it with larger amounts, to get evenly cooked food
-Can’t be used under kitchen units, at least if you don’t want to ruin them!
-Rather expensive and complicated if you don’t need the multi-functions (you could get a much cheaper air fryer for example, if that was all you wanted to use).
-Far from silent (but much quieter than a Tefal Actifryer)
The air fryer element of it is probably what I’ve used most. For oven chips and things like chicken nuggets, it works great – the powerful fan moves the air around to create evenly browned food with a nice crispy fried-like outside. I’ve tried chips from raw potatoes and these worked less well (still OK) but there is plenty of room for experimentation with cooking time, temperature, potato variety etc. As mentioned, it benefits from the occasional shake up to move things around in this mode, particularly when cooking larger quantities. A definite advantage of not having a “stirrer” like the Actifry models is that more delicate foods can be cooked in it without breaking up.
The pressure cooker is good too. You can knock up a nice tender beef stew in about an hour and it tastes like its been slow cooked. A chilli or bolognese can be done from scratch in about 20 minutes. The built in saute/sear function allows you to do it all in one pot – brown the meat, and anything like garlic, onions and spices in the pot on the saute mode, then add liquid and fit the pressure lid to do the remainder of the cooking. You can quickly depressurise by opening the steam valve, which allows you to add ingredients that need less cooking later in the process. Cooking like this really seems to lock in the flavour.
It features an oven type mode and you can cook for example, a whole chicken in it, although I have not put this to the test yet. It heats up fast so I’m sure is more efficient than using a full sized oven. Overall I’m very happy with the item and would recommend it.
A must have in the kitche
This is one of the best things I’ve ever bought. Goodbye to the oven and hob. So economical especially with electric prices rising the other roof. It takes half the time to cook and is so versatile. I would definitely recommend. I use this everyday.

Excellent piece of kit.
Great appliance lots to learn about it yet but can see my cooker being redundant !
