Used First machine now for a year would not be without it bought another for spare in case of break down. The heat up time and cooking time is fast and saves a fortune in power because of this. Very highly recommended.We also have ninja foodi and the smaller model of this one.

So good, we got rid of the microwave!
Near smoke free even when you fry a whole packet of bacon. Really nice grill markings on steak. Reheated left overs taste nicer than freshly made – crispy as opposed to soggy after microwaving. Game changer. Difficult to clean the inside of the lid, doing my best right now but will see how it goes long term
The King of air fryers
I have been using an Air fryer for just a year and thought I would update and get the Ninja it is excellent. So easy to use, so easy to clean. The food tastes great. I have cooked fried chicken, grilled fish, burgers, roast veg.
You definitely get what you pay for. It’s not cheap but you will definitely get your monies worth.

I firstly ordered the Ninja Air fryer with one drawer. It was good but the drawer for the food was so small. I could only fit in 2 quarters of pizza at a time. Very small indeed. Then got the 2 individual Ninja Air Fryer. This was better. It looked lovely and very well made. But the two drawers for the food was again very small. It was only for one person but wow very small drawers for your food. Finally ordered this Ninja Air fryer. Wow 3rd time lucky. This one is fantastic. Grills your food like BBQ. Steaks are so beautifully cooked. It Air fries, Bakes, Grills, Dehydrates e.g. fruit. I can honestly say its brilliant. BEWARE though when cooking things because it recommends Pre-heating it will cook your food very fast. E.g. pizza. I put a pizza in for 6 mins and burnt it again. So you can open the Ninja at anytime to look at the food. It browns food, bakes bread, crumbles, cakes and all the food. It truly is a great little oven. I have finally found the one for me. Big enough for e.g. chicken and vegetables and a jacket potato. Its extremely well made and sturdy. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my Ninja air fryer makes fab roast potatoes nice crispy chips . Tried to bake a cake in it didn’t work very well , it says bake but no instructions what u can bake . Bought this used it once then the next 2days it was 40 cheaper I was gutted .. would recommend it .

Superb … I have rarely used my oven since I bought the Ninja. Perfect sweet potato chips, great chicken breast, lovely pork chops, burgers, sausages, lamb chops, frozen or fresh chips, I have even used it to roast a whole chicken … and it turned out perfectly. I know lots of people rave about the Ninja … frankly I was sceptical … but it lives up the all the hype, and I am so glad I bought it.
A superb machine

It has replaced the oven for cooking chilled/frozen food in half the time using the air fryer.
Using the probe, it is big enough to roast a shoulder of lamb or a medium whole chicken and it is cooked to perfection.

Food cooks quickly
Its a very sturdy piece of equipment that took a bit of getting used to, but I now love it. Food cooks quickly and it’s really versatile, you just need to take care with the temperatures as it can burn very quickly if it’s set to high. Additional cooking dishes for it are very expensive to purchase, so I think I might be improvising.
Tried a Cosori but didn’t like the draw system or the controls. Buttons for each type of food but recommendations on cooking time are at best a guide. Most reviews of air fryers say this. So I opted for the Ninja because it has an opening lid which means you can access food during cooking without taking out the draw and putting it on the worktop. The controls are different and much easier to use because you select what type of cooking eg air fry or grill press start and it automatically starts a pre-heat cycle and has a progress indicator. While it is heating up you use the dedicated temperature buttons to adjust the temperature to the recommendation for that particular food. Then set a time and wait for it beep to add the food. I learnt quickly to set a slightly longer time then check with a temperature probe. If it is done turns off. If not lower the lid and it carries on. Always check 30 seconds before the time is up because it pauses the timer so when you lower the lid you have time to add a couple more minutes.
It is easy to clean. Let it cool then either take out the main tray and the basket or griddle drop in the filter fill with hot water and soap and leave. Rinse and clean with the brush. I clean after each use where any oil is released. Don’t usually need to after cooking a pizza. Pizza is quick and easy. Take a pitta bread two teaspoons of Tesco pizza topping sprinkle with pre-grated cheese and whatever fine chopped mushroom pepper left over sausage ham thin slice tomato, sprinkle with a little Italian herb mix and cook. You can make it during the heat up cycle! Roast potatoes chips carrots all great with minimal fat.
The other feature that attracted me is the grill function. This sets a higher temperature than air frying and it uses the special griddle plate. Tried sausages twice perfect and didn’t need to turn them.
So I find the controls much easier and more logical to use. Much better than preset buttons for chips chicken etc. The quality is very high and the internal basket and griddle plate coatings much higher quality. It is twice the price but I can strongly recommend despite this.

So easy to use and cuts cooking time dramatically. If I could have got a bigger one with two different compartments to grill and air fry at the same time I would have done. Cleaning is really easy too. Cooks to perfection!

We really love using this Ninja, virtually every day since it arrived. Lots of experimentation going on. Although not many recipes included, lots more on line and the tables for the different uses seem very comprehensive.

Almost like an indoor bbq
Great machine. First time I did chicken wings and they tasted like they came off the bbq. Really impressive. Cooking time is halved compared to using the oven. The only bad thing is the smell. I have the 9 in 1 Foodi but this compliments it well. I often use both at the same time. I no longer use my oven.

I had a Tefal air fryer before, the one with the rotating arm. It was good but lots of things ended up getting smashed in it.
So I bought this as an upgrade and WOW! this thing is fantastic.
I use it everyday, haven’t used my oven once since. You do have to shake/turn the food to get a nice even cook, especially with oven chips, but everything comes out brilliantly.
I’ve cooked all sorts in it, from burgers to onion rings, to roasted vegetables and even cooked a cake in it.

I was upgrading a five year old airfryer and struggling to justify the cost for the Ninja.
Purchased and a few week later, it’s brilliant! Of all my kitchen equipment, I’m a sucker for a new gadget, this justifies its price tag. I can’t recommend enough, I haven’t used my big oven since and if you like crispy BUY. Easy clean, easy to access, economic to run, easy on the eye, and takes a whole small chicken!!!

We saw the tv adverts for the Ninja, and thought it sounded too good to be true, but bought one to try out. I have to say, we absolutely love it! We’ve cooked lamb, steaks and chicken in it so far, and they come out perfectly cooked! The best part is it’s very easy to clean too! It has now become our method of cooking meats. Will try other things to cook, it’ll be great to experiment more.

I haven’t used all the functions of the grill yet but so far have found it wonderful for scampi, steak, chips, chops and chicken (whole, pieces and spatchcocked)
It preheated very quickly and cooked in the time recommended in the manual. I find the probe particularly useful for chicken, though I suggest using a slightly higher temperature and allowing more standing time if the chicken is still chilled.
I’ve used it to brown off the top of gratins, pasta bakes and cauliflower cheese. You do have to be a little careful of the temperature chosen for some dishes that need cooking as well as browning as it can burn the top before the centre is cooked if set too high. So better to choose a lower temperature for your first attempt and increase it next time if necessary.
I was a little worried by some reviews that talked about smell and smoke but experienced none of that.
We’ve moved house and have inherited an old and useless oven so I think that this will replace oven cooking for virtually everything until I get a new oven. My combination microwave is also now obsolete as the Ninja is so much quicker and works so much better in terms of crispness, leaving food moist in the centre.

Amazing product. I am a Nija lover and own 2 more appliances, and this one doesn’t fails. The steak is amazing, also using the airfryer a lot. Super happy with the purchase. Highly recommended. The only downside is the cleaning part of inside lid. It’s quite tricky to do it.

This really is a revelation, good BBQ-cooked food right here in the kitchen along with just about anything else you can think of: including perfectly cooked steaks and cheese and ham toasties to die for. Youtube is full of excellent recipes to make sure you get the best from it as well. Yes, it does take a fair bit of space on the worktop, but it earns every inch!

Added this little beauty to my collection of ninja’s! I’ve already got the foodi which I love beyond words, however I wanted something I could keep out in my new kitchen. I literally use this grill every single day- I even make my toast in It! Just this morning I bunged some chicken wings on air fry mode then a quick 3 min blast on grill mode and they went down a treat! The convenience is just unrivalled! Easy to clean with great tasting food that requires little effort!

Very healthy option when you see how little grease it generates.
I use this to cook frozen chips, croquettes etc. I love how precise the timing is allowing fine adjustments to be made for perfect results. Also I grill steaks, burgers and it’s brilliant for cooking sausages. This has never given off smoke or smells and is so easy to clean after use if you soak the containers first. I prefer to steam cook vegetables so don’t really use it for veggies yet.
The enclosed recipe book is a bit limited and I wish it gave information on the roasting option. This would be my only real complaint.
Overall this is a brilliant machine and I would definitely recommend it.

Was surprised at how big it is!!! and be warned it’s quite heavy. Have only tried the air fry function so far and the chips came out lovely and crisp. Like the fact that everything is removable for cleaning. You don’t need a degree in rocket science to operate this either. Looking forward to cooking more stuff and experimenting with the different features.

Cooks perfectly every time, multifunctional and very versatile. I’ve now used all the functions and have yet to be disappointed with the results. Dismantles easily and all removable parts go straight into the dishwasher. Didn’t give 5 stars as the fan stopped working in the first week and had to get a replacement. Good value for money and saves putting the oven on for smaller portions.
Quality results from a quality device
Good quality build. The heavy grill plate really sizzles the meat and give actual char-grill lines. Cooks really quickly – by the time I was setting up the sides, salad etc it was done. Temperature probe means cooking takes care of its self. Seems involved setting the right programme, on first use, but I know this will become second nature with more use. Food is absolutely great in look and taste which is what it is all about. Probably the best kitchen purchase I have made as it does it all….!

Game changer!
Absolutely love this and have only used it three times! Reheated last night’s noodles and tasted exactly as fresh, baked chicken patties that took less than 10 minutes! And also baked garlic bread slices which took less than 2 minutes! Only critique is i may have to watch it doesn’t over cook, as I’m not used to the speediness of it!

It’s easy to use I love the grill makes gorgeous steaks and I have used the air fryer and done roast potatoes in the roast. Easy to clean apart from the splatter guard doesn’t get all the brown marks off but so long has you clean it should be fine.

Fantastic product l’m trying to cut down eating fatty food, the ninja cooks meat great moist &tender & practically all the fat drains away.
I bought this on impulse when it was on a deal of the day and also had the Amazon pay in instalment offer.
As someone with chronic illness I thought it might make cooking a bit easier but I couldn’t have imagined just how much it actually would!
It’s so good for cooking just how much I need, no bending down checking on things in the oven or ending up with uneven cooked food.
I’ve been so impressed with the versatility and speed of my Ninja plus how perfectly it cooks everything I’ve made so far.
I’ve not yet used all of the functions but even if I only ever make chips in it I’ll consider it a good buy.
I would absolutely recommend buying one of these and for what it can actually do, I’d probably have paid full price.

After reading some of the reviews I nearly didn’t buy this machine, but I’m so glad that I have purchased it after all. It is very easy to use and I have to disagree with some of the reviews about it being noisy and difficult to clean, as I don’t find either is the case. It comes with a handy little brush to clean the grill plate, the rest cleans easily without. I have only tried the air crisp and the grill function so far and I am over the moon with the results. Absolutely love my Ninja and can recommend it to anyone!

My Ninja health grill is absolutely fabulous. No more frying anything especially when making a full English breakfast. The grilling plate is brilliant and gives your food that charred look without the smoke. Easy to understand instructions and use. I wish I had invested in one of these babies years ago. I have this item on my kitchen worktop, next to an Instant Pot pressure cooker, and using this items has been a revelation in the kitchen.
The Ninja cooks food very nicely and makes cooking super quick and easy. You literally cannot go wrong with this.
This device gets very hot quickly and cooks like a breeze offering much functionality. The added temperature probe really helps with your longer roasts and the reminders to turn/flip your food is great.
After all your food is cooked, everything can go into the dishwasher. It’s also really easy to clean without a dishwasher.
Oh so simple.
My absolute favourite thing about this device though is the almost complete lack of smoke. The filter does a great job of trapping the smoke.

Used all their time
I researched this and for my needs I chose this product. Feeding 3 adults I needed the size. Can roast joints of meat including making great crackling on pork (if you like that) so saves loads of messing about with oven etc rather have this on work surface than microwave. Was concerned about lift of lid under the top cupboard but no worries it sort of goes back to lift so does not need loads of room to lift lid fully. Really easy to use and everything I tried was on time or early so overcooked a couple of things as getting used to it. You need to get what is right for you and the size of your family. I love it.
So there are many gimmicks out on the market today that promise to make your life easier and for the most part, we fall for it and spend our hard-earned cash in the hope they live up to expectations. I have made many of these purchases over the years only to find they gather dust in the back of my cupboards.
So, our oven door had been playing up for a while and I saw an advert for the ninja on tv and decided to take a gamble as it looked so good. It isn’t exactly a cheap purchase so that’s why it was a gamble but boy was I glad I did!
Firstly, the Ninja does everything it says on the tin. This isn’t a machine that says it will deliver results then you discover it’s not exactly as you expected. I’d already looked at the recipes and knew what I wanted to try and I wasn’t disappointed. Roast vegetables, meat, fish, fries…you name it, the ninja can cook pretty much anything.
As soon as we received the Ninja, we used it constantly. I swear down we have barely used the oven ever since! It is so versatile. Now I am not a fan of steak, however, on my birthday we had my parents round for a bbq and I wanted to try a ribeye steak for everyone. we used the probe and it turned out the best steak we’ve ever had. No chewyness, just soft and lovely. Everyone was impressed.
I thought I’d list the pro’s and con’s I’ve found so far:
Pro’s –

Saves time on cooking
No mess
Healthy (little oil)
Worktop height (saves bending)
Cons –
Not quite enough room to cook enough for a family of five or even four
If you don’t watch food it can overcook
Have to cook food in batches then re-heat
I can’t actually think of any more negatives. This really does rate as one of my top five buys of all time. My only gripe is I need more of them to be able to cook more at the same time. Obviously, this would become costly and therefore not viable unless you can afford it.
My overall verdict is to buy this as you won’t be disappointed.

No hand book/recipe book
I have worked out how to cook the easy stuff but really needed help with suggestions, air frying, baking etc. I don’t think I am able to make the most of this item without help. I shouldn’t have to experiment, Ninja should give at least a recipe book with instructions. I know you have an online manual but this is cumbersome and it’s hard to find anything without trawling though all the pages (which keep jumpng btw) Even if you gave the option to print the manual it would be useful. This is a relatively new way of cooking and should come with better instructions.
Perfect addition to the kitchen!
I was a bit wary of buying an air fryer at first, in case it wasn’t as great as everyone was making them out to be. After all the fuss everyone was making over them, I decided I had to try and I was not disappointed at all. The air fryer is now used daily by the family, multiple times a day. I would highly recommend everyone to get one and indulge in the many recipes you can make in a much healthier way!
Bloody amazing!! It is big so you need to make sure you have space for it but that’s the only downside. The grill is like having a bbq indoors without all the faff and the airfryer does what it should. Nothing I’ve not managed to cook as yet! Some before and after photos been included.

Overall I would give the ninja food grill 4.5 stars you may ask why? well.. I use to have a breville grill which had two advantages that this ninja does not have and that is you could see the food whilst it was cooking with the ninja you have to keep lifting up the lid to check to what’s going on. The second thing is the ninja does smoke slightly especially when grilling something like burgers.
A very positive aspect for me though is the ninja is well made and the grill plate and inner dishes are of exceedingly high quality non stick and I cannot see them peeling the future which most other makes do including the breville i had before. Plus they come up well either by dishwashing or hand cleaning and the remnants of food just slide off easily. So all in all very happy with this item just have to open the kitchen window if cooking burgers.
A really good product!
Since we received it, the Ninja has been on at least twice a day, sometimes many many more times a day, feeding from one to 12 people with additions, main courses etc.
It’s so easy to use, the kids love it, it produces great quality and keeps the foods flavorful and doesn’t dry it up (unless done wrong). It’s very versatile and replaced our oven and multiple pans for many of our daily foods. The kids say that the only thing we still do outside of it is Omelettes, and meat when there’s more than just us and we turn to our Garden grill.
Have no mistakes though – it is not like a charcoal grill, nor a full replacement to a Gas operated Barbecue, but definitely a great substitute for day to day and most foods!
Not sure how i managed without one !!
I use this Air fryer/Grill almost daily, would struggle without it now to be honest. Only thing is the air fryer basket can be a bit annoying to clean, it is easy to get build up. Might clean better in a dish washer (i dont have one) so i have to let it soak then attack it with the cleaning brush (supplied) and i never feel that its fully clean. In saying that i would still recommend buying one 100 times over.
This is a brilliant addition to my kitchen. It does everything Ninja advertises with ease. Cooking times have to be adjusted from regular recipes because it’s so powerful but I find it really simple to use and not difficult to clean. The probe for cooking meat is a welcome gadget as it cuts out guesswork on when something has reached the ” safe” internal temperature and it stores in a compartment at the side of the machine when not in use.
My only grumble is that you need cupboard or shelf space to store things ( from all ninjas) as not everything fits inside. If you’re airfrying you have to remove the grill plate and vice versa, similarly both items don’t fit inside at the same time do one or the other has to be stored elsewhere. However that’s a small annoyance for a great kitchen appliance. It compliments my 9 in 1 foodie perfectly.

Love this Ninja combi grill and air fryer. Used it a few times now and it’s easy to use, easy to clean and cooks food perfectly.
Not used the bake or dehydrate functions yet, but definitely plan too.
The grill function creates those lovely chargrill lines on food and tastes delicious.
Can hold to cook 8 sausages or 4 large Chicken breasts at a time.
Highly recommend this great product.
It is rather a large piece of equipment, if you have small kitchen counter tops, or limited space, you may find this on the large side.
Beautifuly cooked chicke
Fantastic! The chicken was unbelievable! Mind you it’s Expensive. But it cooks like a chief. Wife cooked fresh salmon to perfection. Haven’t tried baking a cake yet.
Further review after three months of use. The one main point to consider is that it is difficult to clean the top lid. It gathers a lot of grease which gets burned onto the lI’d. To stay on top of it you need to clean it after every few uses. Tried a steam cleaner which didn’t do well. Probably will have to use some kind of solvent cleaner. Such a shame with such a great cooker.
