Works really well Husbands been working on cars for over 30 years and says it’s really easy to use/apply and as long as you don’t apply to much is absorbed really well and doesn’t make hand to slippery
Its been really good especially with all the sanitiser we’ve had to use.
I would said when it says “use a little” I would say use less than that. If you use too much or doesn’t rub in properly

Due to washing and alcohol liquid my hands have become really dry and cracked, looked for heavy duty hand cream and this came up, worked really well after two days.

I have 50 year-old hands which are often neglected through gardening, diy, cleaning etc. If I use this at nighttime, just before bed, when I wake up my hands look like they did when I was muuuuuch younger. All smooth and soft! I wonder if they make a face cream! 🙂
Joking apart, this cream is definitely the best hand cream I have tried. It’s a little greasy upon application but if you use it before bed, or run your palms over a towel after applying and it’s no worse than any other hand cream. Won’t change to any other brand now.
I had awful dry skin on my hands from over cleaning and this has totally fixed it! Only need a tiny bit – I will warn it tingles if open cuts or pealed skin on hands
I have suffered from terrible cracked skin along some of my fingers for the past few years – skin so bad that I’ve never been able to get it perfectly clean even with scrubbing till sore. Also problems with dry, cracked skin in-between fingers that gets so bad sometimes it bleeds and is incredibly painful.
Within a few days of using a good dollop of this before bed every night both problems had cleared up and my skin is soft and pain-free. It was simply amazing, as I have tried so many other lotions and potions.
I cannot imagine a time in the future when I will no longer use this product.

I was holding off on buying this because it’s a bit pricey for my liking, however I suffer from extremely dry, cracked and sometimes bleeding hands from my job with a lot of pressurised air blasting my hands daily. On top of that I have eczema so a lot of other products I’ve tried have set it off on my hands.
Well, I’m getting married in a few months and was starting to get paranoid over it for the ring pictures that would undoubtedly be taken, so I bought this.
I tell you now, it’s unbelievable how fast it’s worked, I’ve only had it 3 days and have been putting it on in the morning once I’m up and washed and night before I go sleep. It’s already almost back to normal with no eczema reaction to it! Will definitely be getting this from now on! A real life saver! If you have any doubts like I did, just give it a go and see for yourself. I regret not finding this sooner.
Have been using this cream for a couple of days and I rate it as very good. I am following the instructions for a change I usually scoop a dollop from other creams but the small amount recommended has already made a noticeable difference to my calloused and cracked hands. It absorbs fast and the scent, such as it is, is very mild. Would buy again.

Only need a little drop and not every day (like b4 with other hand creams)….non greasy so dries quickly I’ve only been using it a few wks but , so far, ….. recommended …. Good seller also
Works great. I suffer from really bad skin and being a keyworker with the constant hand washing I felt like water was shards of glass. I’ve tried everything, prescription creams, expensive creams, shop creams.. anything! Now I have a great routine with nivea hand cream in the day and a good lathering of this cream at night and my hands are great again! No more cracks and blood everywhere.
I even used on my knee where I suffer and have medicatiated cream for hard dry skin, cleared up really well.. I havent kept on top of this but will defo start applying going into the summer months.

This is amazing stuff, It is currently helping great with my raw hands from using hand sanitizer constantly in retail environment at work. Only downside is that it leaves my hands very greasy for a good hour after using. Apart from that was worth every penny.

Love this product! No scent which I like, goes on great and absorbency is good… don’t put too much on cus you’ll end up having waxy feel on your hands (I did a couple times, so reduced amount). Worth the money as my dry hands have never felt so soft even after constant washing during this pandemic… will continue to buy this product now I’ve found it as I’ve tried dozens and never had this result!
I call this my miracle hand cream. I’ve tried loads of different makes, but they never seem to keep my very dry skin moisturised. Saw this advertised in TV so gave it a go. It’s fantastic, rubs in really nicely and leaves my hands so soft. I’ve even used it on my heels and what a difference!
I always seem to have dry hands no matter what I use and I’ve seen this brand in a few shops and wanted to try it. It is a bit greasy but rubs in really well when you use just a small amount. It leaves hands feeling lovely and soft and smells lovely too.

Wow this is an amazing product. I’ve tried a few hand creams but due to pandemic & sanitising hands etc my hands have aged drastically. After one application I felt a huge difference & each time after it improves even more. So happy with this product that a friend recommended. Definitely worth buying there’s no scent and it’s a thick paste that absorbs quickly.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just have to say that this cream is surprisingly good!
I had dry, cracked painful skin along my knuckles and joints and after only a few days of applying this cream my hands are no longer hurting! The open cuts are closing and the red, dry sections are pretty much gone.
Could not recommend this product enough! It’s not like a traditional hand cream texture, it’s more waxy (almost looks like a candle when you open it), but you just need a small amount so this pot should last a while too!
If you’re on the fence I’d say just try it, I regret just putting up with the pain for several months (over-washing of hands and liberal hand sanitiser really messes the skin up!), when the quick fix was right here!
This has been a blessing, wish I knew about this product before. It has made my skin sofer and has strengthened my finger nails.
I’ve had severely dry, cracked hands to the pont that my hands would start bleeding from the cracks. (lots of handwashing and antibac gels led to dehydration) I tried everything you can think of from big expensive brand names to essential oils, aloe vera, soducream…nothing worked. A tiny layer of the Working Hands cream restored my skin so beautifully I could barely believe my eyes! AFTER ONE DAY of using it (I probably applied it 3 times) the cracks have HEALED, the flaky dry skin is gone and my hands are SOFT & HEALTHY and beautiful again. This is honestly worth every penny and if I could I would tell every single person because I know so many people must be suffering from the same issue due to covid. Also, big extra bonuses: it is NON-GREASY and it has NO FRAGRANCE. I absolutely love the texture, it is super light and absorbs immediately.
I have dry, cracked knuckles from more than 15 years it feels like a sand paper but after a use of few days it shows a big big difference. I never thought my hands will ever be Normal again, I’ve used expensive brands almost everything but nothing ever worked. Very happy with the result.

The hype was actually true, went in quickly and made a massive difference. Feels thick and lumpy when first taken from pot but disappears and softens almost immediately
I would very much highly recommend this product. For two weeks my hands became very dry and cracked, i had tried endless amounts of different hand creams and i was recommended this one, now from reviews i read on other places like google loads of people were saying it was not the same as before and it was making their hands worse and it was to oily. Now for me this is a great products, got it delivered on sunday the 18th april, we are now on thursday the 22nd april and my hands are feeling great. Pretty much heald. You have to give it a good rub into your hands as it is a little oily at first but in my opinion thats what helps soften your hands and help heal them. I am very happy with how well this has worked and i would recommend it to anyone. I have never really been anyone to write a review but this product i had to.
as a Type-1 Diabetic (working in garden) hands were literally so dry + cracked they were leaking blood – in desperation tried this…and it worked ! no scent, i may have put too much on first time, maybe just use a tiny bit and rub it in gently
I had tried numerous recommended creams and ointment for extremely dry, cracked and sore hands. I decided to give this a go and it’s instantly taken away the soreness, the cracks and splits are healing really quickly. It’s not scented, a little really goes a long way so while it may seem pricey it will last you much longer than other hand creams. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic hand cream. Non greasy with no overpowering scent. I bought for my daughter when she went back to school after lockdown as her hands were so sore after all the washing & antibac hand gel. I use it myself now as it’s so quick to absorb & brilliant on dry skin. Foot creams fab too!
Really does work well on dry hands. Carry around all the time now. It is a little greasy when first applied but that doesn’t last too long. Great screw top tub too. Means you can completely empty it.
I swear by this during cold winter days outside doing DIY jobs. A most for any tool bag. I have one in the house too, to apply afterwards. Don’t use to much or you do get that sticky feeling left on your hands. Less is better. It feels like you then get an invisible barrier on your hands that protect them.
This product is just perfect. I have found it to be extremely proficient in treating my dry and rough hands. It works as an effective moisturiser whilst also healing cuts. It is also quite fast acting, causing only a little bit of immediate pain prior to healing the skin to which it is applied. I simply cannot recommend this enough!

With my eczema my hands can get insanely dry that so far none of the hand creams could help. This one on the other hand literally changed the game after only three days. I use it overnight and my hands have never healed so quickly. It is still not perfect, but the different is unbelievable. If you had enough of dry hands, this one is for you! I can highly recommend.
I bought two tubs. One for my son, who’s hands break out easily after an allergic reaction a while ago, and the other for me. As per other reviews, I warned him that he should only use a bit of the cream for it to soak into his hands. He said this works really well and his hands have improved quickly. He also likes that it is unscented. I try to remember to use the cream every day and am honestly amazed at how less wrinkly the back of my hands look. I’ve even treated my feet too. The tub will last for ages so I’ve also put some of the cream into a small travel pot to keep in my handbag.
After buying many creams and some of them very expensive this has been the best one by a mile. After months of broken and cracked skin has healed them very quickly. No smell or stickiness. A little goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone.
I use this on my eczema on my fingers and I haven’t had a flare up in two months. It instantly soaks in and leaves the skin soft and is not at all sticky or greasy. It may not work for everyone’s eczema but I’m convinced it’s keeping mine at bay.
My husband’s hands were so rough as he works in a warehouse. That combined both constant hand washing currently, they were awful. This product made a difference after a day, and they are a lot softer 4 days on. Will be buying again, great price too.

This o’keeffe’s hand cream and the o’keeffe’s foot cream it is like a hydration bath on whatever part of your skin you put it. It is also not greasy at all and drys in really quickly it has worked wonders for my hands and feet also dry patches of skin on your body i would definitely recommend this this item.
My finger and thumb ends split something rotten during the cold weather. Tried all sorts of creams and nothing works other that soaking them in Vaseline overnight with a finger/thumb of a rubber glove covering them. This stuff worked from the first time I used it. Not too much as it will just get everywhere. but it actually does work immediately. Started using it one evening and cracks started to heal by the next morning.

I used to get cuts all aver my hands through work & washing up etc but since i soak this in before bed by morning my hands are so soft & dont crack anymore. Also works on heels if you have dry feet!
This works really well, I use it before I go to bed. I get really dry hands and eczema which is made worse from using cleaning chemicals at work, washing up liquid etc and it’s helped to clear them up really well. Don’t get me wrong if my hands get bad I use a steroid ointment as well but O’Keefe’s has definitely helped because my hands are basically clear now and they’ve never been clear. Good quality stuff. Would definitely recommend you try it.

Every single winter my hands go mouldy and start to fall apart. Several creams, lotions and oils later and my hands last longer but still don’t survive the winter.

After just a few days of use, my hands literally mended. I’m not kidding and nobody is paying me to write this. I now swear by it and use it daily to keep my hands soft. I can imagine this stuff has the same effect if you’re into that manual labour life or like touching wood all day (ahem).
It’s scentless and, perhaps one small negative, is that you can end up leaving a sort of ‘chalk’ stain on things that you touch after application (sorry AirPods Max case). But it’s worth it for healthy hands.
I don’t usually write reviews but I really wanted to let people know about my experience with o’keeffe’s. I’m really impressed, my hands were dry to the point of where the skin had cracked and were bleeding. It was painful and I was close to seeing a doctor as I thought I’d developed eczema but this hand cream has totally cleared up the problem.
It took about a week of applying it occasionally throughout the day and every night before bed to work but it has brought my hands back to life. They are no longer sore and feel soft again. It’s also helped the skin around my nails.
I’ve used a lot of hand creams previously but this is the most effective I’ve tried and I would really recommend it!

I have been suffering from very dry, cracked hands, between my fingers and on my knuckles, as a result of hand washing and sanitising. I’ve had this product for one day. I’ve used it probably about four times and all of the dry cracked skin is gone!!! In 24 hours!
I dont know if it uses fairy dust or another magic ingredient but it genuinely is the best product on the market if you have dry skin and it’s getting sore.

I really suffer with dry hands and contact dermatitis. I also have ocd so wash my hands far more and often have splits on my fingers which are very sore. This is the best cream I have ever used!! Good value. This worked wonders on my hands as i has sore cracked hands because of the had sanitizer my hands went very sore. This was so good only had to use a small amount, if you put to much on hands are feeling tacky and sticky so use just a small amount. My hand were back to normal after few days. Now i just keep on top of things and use it each day to keep the cracks away and it has done no more sore or cracked hands or fingers 100% happy i recommend this

Amazing cream! Beat I’ve ever used. The only downfall is the smell. When you smell it in the tub it smells nice, but when rubbed in to hands it loses it scent.

I am an engineering technician and service engineer dealing with cutting fluid in cnc machines which some fluids can damage your hands. This cream really works to repair your hands.
Yes it is kinda expensive compared to other creams but it lasts for ages! You only need a small amount and if you work in harsh working environment it’s worth every penny. Especially currently with all the hand sanitizer that dries your hands so much this is a must for anybody.
Wow. This is excellet. An overall great product. I was looking for the cream after i saw a lady had used the hand cream on her face and it had resulted in lots of compliments. The tube wasn’t available so i bought the tub. I’m so glad i did. This has glycerine in it as one of the main ingredients. so it’s very natural. Absolutely no scent. No. Not the ‘unscented’ scent. I mean NO scent WHATSOEVER. I was so pleasantly surprised.
I have also just read a review that it helped a person with eczema, so i will be sharing a little with my daughter who suffers from eczema to see if it helps her at all.
The packaging is great because it has a grippy side along the top of the lid, so it’s easy to open with very dry or greasy hands. Overall a very well thought out product. i have been using it nightly on my face and neck also. Great product. Might replace my more expensive night creams with this, although I know it’s meant for the hands only.
At last I have found a hand cream which actually leaves your hands soft and moisturized. You only need a small amount and it really does leave your hands baby soft. It’s unscented which means the household males (husband and son) are nicking it too!
Wow what a hand cream. Been suffering for ages with dry, cracked sore hands, mainly from all the extra hand washing and use of alcohol hand gel. Tried all sorts of different hand creams and none were working. Then came across this little gem. One use and wow what a difference, with continued daily use my hands are almost back to normal. Photos show difference after one use. Would most definitely buy again and will be recommending to everyone I know.

This product is fantastic I bought the smaller tub just to try, being an outdoor livestock farmer I dread winter with fingers & thumbs cracking, usually reappearing in the same spot & having to use my hands in all weathers, even with gloves on the cracking reappears & I don’t need to tell you how painful this is, anyway applied this to my fingers & within 3 days the pain had gone & they started healing, now 2 weeks since I last applied any & no sign of any cracking reappearing, there must be something in the cream to help protect the fingers, tried everything vasoline etc etc but this is by far the best by a million miles !
This product seems to be able to penetrate rough, thickened, “lichen” like skin that has been repeatedly abused, and allow it to heal. It’s like magic.

This hand cream is excellent. It doesn’t smell of anything and it’s not a fancy hand cream BUT it is the best. I had really dry hands between my fingers and cracked heels on my feet and this improved them in a matter of days. I’ve used it before and I just forgot how good it is. There are so many fancy hand creams out there that just don’t work! Look no further ! this not only does the job it’s a total bargain too

Bought for my Dad who has been doing a lot of DIY during the covid lockdown. His hands although regularly moisturises had become sore and cracked. This started working after the first 24 hours. A little more expensive than standard moisturiser hand creams, but we’ll worth the money

I used some of my friend’s and then looked it up and ordered, I wish I knew about this hand cream before, wasted money on expensive brands, this really works and is scent free and non greasy. Only negative is that packing was open though container contents was intact, so no biggie.

Hands have been very dry recently with the constant use of hand sanitizers especially around the finger tips. Bought this as I had ran out of hand cream. Can say that after only two days use, dry skin is actually much better already. The trick is not to use too much of this and to top up gradually and waiting for it to soak in. Does seems to soak in well with no greasiness (as long as you don’t use too much). So far very happy with this. Will probably buy again over my usual (Clarins or Jack Black) as it’s much cheaper and appears to be as good.
Not one for hype but believe me this stuff works really well. I used to work with my hands all the time. Farming, ground works, engineering and my hands used to be hard and calloused. I got rag nails and hacks but just thought sure that’s normal. I used different hand creams and lotions but never noticed anything working. Now I’m a civil servant with nice soft hands and recently started to renovate an old house. Now my soft hands are covered in cuts, hacks and rag nails again and there’s hand sanitizer everywhere and I’m yelping in pain at every doorway. Started using this a week ago and no lie my hands are so good. Hacks and rag nails seem to heal up really quickly. I only use it in the evening time as it does leave a hint of residue but it is only a hint.
It’s not a miracle product I still get hacks and cuts etc but not as bad and heal quicker. Believe the hype this stuff is good
I brought this because my hands were very dry and cracking. I found that this cream does really help and it actually works! I’ve brought a second tub.
It doesn’t really have a scent which I like. It does feel a little waxy but it’s worth it.
I have eczema and sometimes my fingers crack. This incredibly heals them!
Offers a nice level of moisturising but I tend to only use it when my skin has cracked rather than a daily moisturiser.
I initially bought the product when my hands were cracked and dry to the point of severe flaking skin and small cuts in the skin between the fingers, on the knuckles as well as around the wrist area. Upon application it did sting, because my hands were in a such a bad condition but the packaging states that it does that to extremely dry hands as a disclaimer. After a month of irregular use, it has improved the condition of my hands significantly. When applied liberally at night, I wake up with much smoother hands. If used regularly, it is certain that my hands would return back to a normal healthy state. It is certainly better than a lot of other hand creams on the market, as most leave an oily residue but this absorbs quite quickly. I won’t be going back to any other hand cream anytime soon!
Amazing! I’ve always had sore, dry hands and this healed them within a day! I love how it’s non greasy and turns from a hard cream into an emollient meaning you don’t have to use much. No scent either so your hands will be relieved from the usual perfumed hand creams. Love the packaging and quick delivery. Will definitely be purchasing again and recommending to all my friends. As usual Amazon offers the cheapest option of buying compared to retail stores.
Seems to work better than other rough/cracked hand treatments I have tried, but takes a while to work as you might expect. Also, leaves a slightly soapy/slippery feel on your skin after applying, but not much an issue. Overall very happy with the purchase.
Brilliant product! My hands had become very dry, cracked and sore, even bleeding at times, due to regular washing etc. I had tried many other branded hand creams but none were working, they all left my chapped hands stinging and even more sore! This product soothed my sore hands from the first application, there is no stickiness and a little goes a long way! After just a few days use my hands are smooth as a baby’s bottom!
This isn’t a ‘Luxury’ hand cream so if you like nice scents this isn’t for you, however if like me you wash your hands 100 times a day then suffer with dry flaky and very sore cracked hand this will work wonders. The smell isn’t bad or good in fact I can hardly smell it at all, but that’s not the point of this cream, I’ve been using it for a week now and my hands (especially around the knuckles) are so much better, it’s done more for my hands in 1 week then applying drugstore hand creams has in months. Initially it did sting a bit putting it on as I had some deep cracks but worth it for the result! The feel of it isn’t super pleasant sort of oily and you feel like it will never absorb into your skin but it takes a little while after applying so don’t put it on when you’re in a hurry (I work in a bar and have had quite a few glasses slip out of my hands because of this) do NOT apply to your hands if they are still wet from washing them as it seems to glide over forming a kind of second skin and won’t absorb in so wait until they are completely dry.
I’m a retail worker and I currently have to wash my hands more frequently so they dry out. This cream keeps my hands moisturized for at least several washes. I also get a lot of paper cuts on my hands and this product starts to visibly heal them within hours, and within days completely, instead of weeks. Wouldn’t use any other hand cream.
Firstly the tub was much bigger than I expected, secondly I work in the building trade and my hands take serious grief and as a result of scrubbing them in the shower my hands were like sandpaper and sore.
After only the second application using just a little my hands feel much better. I highly recommend O’keefs working hands cream. Great value for money and 100 percent affective.
Nothing has worked for my fingertip dermatitis, but this cream softens the skins and has stopped the cracks from happening. My condition hasn’t disappeared (it’s not that magical) but this cream has certainly made my condition more management and far, far less painful. You don’t need a lot of it either so I think the pot will last a long time. It acts as a nice barrier when you have to wash your hands, and doesn’t feel greasy.
I’ve had a cracked and painful thumb for about a year from weightlifting and I’ve tried everything to get rid of it such as cocoa butter, sudocrem, vaseline even hydrocortisone cream.
After about 4 days of using this the crack has almost gone and all of the pain around it has gone. The cream is almost scentless and rubs in much smoother than all of the products listed above. Hopefully it will permanently fix the cracking in my hands.
I’m only on day two and it has made such a difference to my hands. With an newborn baby I’ve been washing my hands so much that my skin is cracked and sore and my thumb print is no longer recognised on my phone! Some cracks are already gone and they’re less painful already. I’m amazed!!! What a good product! Xx
This is the BEST hand cream , been sticking to it since I discovered it a few years ago in Boots. My hands don’t have any cracks or serious problem just need moisture, the cream goes in my skin right after apply, not at all oily and stays smooth and moisturized for a long time, scent free !
My hands have become increasingly sensitive over the years and now in my 60s almost everything I touch from household cleaning products to weeding to decorating will result in dry patches and skin splits which are itchy and painful and very difficult to resolve. I have tried numerous creams and the one that seemed to work was ‘Dermalex Hand Irritation’. Unfortunately apart from being very expensive it has now dissappeared from the market. In desparation I tried ‘O’Keefs working Hands’ and I can’t praise it highly enough. I just use it once a day, unless I’ve been careless and have an outbreak, and it keeps my hands lovely and soft . I also started using it on my lower legs where the skin tends to get really dry and just a little once a day and no more dry skin. IT’S WONDERFUL!!
I’m prone to dry and flaky skin especially on my hands, and due to the amount of hand sanitising in recent months I decided to pick up this cream I used to use and I can honestly say it justifies the price! Lots of skin creams claim to repair skin within 2 weeks but this one really does, and I went from sore, burning and tearing skin back to normal in a matter of days, I still sanitise everyday day but a small dab of this on my hands before bed and I have 0 skin problems!
I had extremely dry cracked skin due to so much hand washing ( nhs) . After just 4-5 times i could see the results, my skin was less cracked and dry, it was working a treat. Im very impressed with this hand cream will buy again for sure
I work in the NHS & wash or sanitise my hands upwards of 15 times in an hour, so at the end of a shift my hands are really dry & sore. This is the best hand cream I’ve ever used, you don’t need much, it softens the hands after one application, I always use it on return from work & last thing at night.
It was recommended to me by NHS colleagues and by my builder – they were right, it’s the best!
Very nice and smooth. I had cracked hands yesterday, I used the cream, left it overnight and this morning my hands already looked better. After just one aplication. Obviously you need to keep using it but I decided to write the review already because I liked how I saw my hands this morning.
I highly recommend. I think I will buy the one for feet aswell.
Ut doesn’t actually have any smell, which isn’t bad. And it dries pretty fast, then your hands feel very soft.
If you’re constantly working with your hands it is very useful.
Great for working hands. I bought it for my fingers that crack and go really sore for weeks after working outdoors. Saw this and bought to try. Within a week my cracked and sore fingers were healed and OK. I use this regularly now and wouldn’t be without it. Use sparingly as a little goes a long way. Use too much and it leaves the skin feeling greasy / oily. All in all brilliant product.
