I use this every evening, and it lasts overnight, leaving my skin relatively soft in the morning. It’s a treat for tired skin.
I didn’t have I hopes at 1st with the amount of other creams I’ve used but thought I’d give it a go. Well wow it cleared my hands completely

This product really does work! My hands were cracked with all the hand-washing and sanitiser but this made them soft and look much better. Definitely worth the money.
Definitely recommended – my hands were cut through extreme dryness due to overwashing. 3 applications in 24 hours – they were remarkably improved, within 72 hours the cuts had healed. This is my go-to moving forward – recommended over a vast number of hand creams tested.
This handcream is the best i have used. My hands feel soft just after one use. It easily absorbs into the skin leaving hands feeling soft and not sticky.
After daily use for 2 weeks my partners hard skin patches on his knees have started clearing up,he’s tried lots of other brands and they have done nothing for it but this is showing good results already,only a little needed,no over powering scent,excellent produc
Being a Bricklayer my hands get like sandpaper sometimes, this stuff makes them really smooth and soft and there’s no residue, it soaks rigth in within a few seconds. I wont use anything else.
I have tried and tested a range of moisturisers over the years but this really did worked its magic. It’s also long lasting and as a word of warning, you only need a small amount (size of a 1 pence coin) per hand. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and apply too much!
All my hand were cracked an sore after doing garden like sandpaper just a little goes a long way they became normal soft an not sore recommend
I suffered from split, bleeding fingers for some time. Saw this advertised on TV, but was a bit sceptical about whether it could work. However, it does just what it says on the container. Very pleased.

I generally hate handcream. I have very dry skin on the backs of my hands because I hate using it. This stuff is actually very good! Doesn’t leave hands greasy and I don’t feel unable to touch anything for half an hour after putting it on as I usually do. I might even get around to using it regularly now 🙂
My daughters have been suffering with dry hands since the use of sanitisers in schools and this has helped the issue hugely and made them loads better. (We’ve also stopped them sanitising and asked for them to wash hands only)
Great cream. I have the food one also. You only need to apply a little bit and get really good coverage. I suffer with dry skin so needed something that would keep my hands moist but not greasy. This is a must have in your household.
By far the best hand cream I’ve ever used. Really cures seriously dry and broken skin, and isn’t slimy to apply.
It is quickly absorbed and it helps to moisturise dry hands skin. I will buy it again. It is much better than another brand that I’ve been using for decades with a famous blue package.
Firstly, I really like this product. It’s unscented and absorbs really well. However, I do find that it leaves a waxy residue on my hands. This might not be a problem for many but as I work as a nurse, I’m constantly having put gloves on and it can be quite a faf trying to get them on after I’ve just moisturised. I have been using a small amount like the tub says but it still feels really weird afterward :-/
This is an excellent product, and really does work, I’ve tried many many hand creams over the years, but this one actually heals my hands quickly, and they are looking more nourished and softer , it’s quickly absorbed as long as you use a small amount, at night I use a lot more and let it’s magic do it’s work !!
Brilliant cream. Absolutely amazing. My hands keep getting flaky after work which I hate the most. But since I am using this cream they are smooth and soft. Really impressive . Love it.
Very thick and nourishing, just what you need when you have very dry hands.
Mine became dry after washing and hand sanitising my hands a lot during work. I apply this before I go to bed and wake up with smooth and moisturised hands.
Good size at just over a fiver. Purchased to stop flaking skin on my hands from washing. Only needs a 5p size blob to cover both hands. Take a couple of minutes to rub in and your hands will feel instantly smoother. Not greasy as such, but give it a while before touching stuff, or if last thing at night maybe wear thin gloves to help.
I’ve bought a few of these now.

I have had cracked skin on my hands and fingers for years, doc gave me cortisone creams, but they only worked for a short time and thinned my skin as well. “Working hands” fixed it within months and the problem rarely returns and is easily resolved by re-applying this cream for a couple of weeks.
My hands are always very rough and sore in the winter months, I also work in a kitchen , so my hands also can get very sore from the washing up etc, even under gloves.
This cream works wonders , it can sting a little when first applied if your hands are sore but this clears quickly. After a few nights my hands are much better and if I keep applying, it helps keep my hands not get sore
My fella has horrifically cracked, rough hands that hurt all the time due to his work. He has tried everything, including prescription creams, but it either didn’t work or just provided a temporary fix.
He’s been using O’Keeffe’s WH for a week now (just once a day) and his hands are brand new.
Sores are healing, he’s barely in pain and his hands no longer ladder my tights and pluck my jumpers (woop!).
I have hard heels, and as above, nothing had worked – seeing the difference in his hands, I tried a tiny amount on both heels and within a couple of days I have silky soft feet… So much so, I’ve ordered myself a tub too.
There’s no scent to it, and it feels really nice. Not greasy, oily or slippy – Just nice to rub in.

Brilliant product! My hands where dry and cracked being a gardener in the winter takes it toll on my hands and I don’t always wear gloves! Within a week I noticed alot of difference and within two weeks I had no dry or cracked hands, could almost say I worked in an office ! Would highly recommend this product to anyone ! Fyi I only use this creme as and when to keep on top of my skin I’d say 2-3 times a week

Bought this to help with sore hands during work, having stock and wrapping cardboard boxes can cut and cracked your hands. Recommend for working hands , does the trick after a few days of use.
Severe cracks in finger tips,this product shows pictures of what it can do,it does what it says and I would use no other now and wish I had tried it years ago.
My husband works in the cold and the skin on his hands actually cracks because they get so dry. A couple of days of this and they are as good as new, then if he maintains once daily use, his hands stay healthy. Highly recommend
After suffering sore cracked hands every winter I received some of this and now I will never be without it all year round. I stopped using it in summer but within a month my hands were terrible again. I’m a cleaner and a horse owner and though I wear gloves a lot my hands need protection or they get red, rough, itchy, cracked and even bleeding…uuurgh!! Only thing that works, if your hands work hard you need this!!!
I work outside and get very sore, rough and chapped hands every winter. I’ve used many different brands of handcream over the years but this is by far the best. You only need a little, it rubs in well, isn’t greasy and my hands are in the best condition that I can ever remember them being. I won’t use any other handcreams now and can highly recommend this.
Have used before, this is the best for cracked hands and fingernails, this one is for my son to try as he’s having problems with his hands, though work, hoping to convert him..
I didn’t think this would live up to its hype, but actually it’s better. Two week to see a difference? No. A couple of hours, in my case, and a week on from using it nightly, you wouldn’t be able to tell from my hands that it’s winter (normally they’re chapped and raw at this time of year). Highly recommended. Will absolutely be buying it again!
Every winter I suffer with painful cracked hands and have tried all sorts of creams to help them. This stuff is amazing- I can’t believe how quickly it healed my hands. I started using it on the Friday and by Sunday I could feel that it was working. My hands are now fully healed a week later – so good! The texture is hard to describe but I would say it is silky rather than oily and you only need such small amounts.
I love it as it does not feel oily after rubbing it on hands. It absorbs quickly and feels good on the hands.
I’ve taken one star off as it doesn’t work quite well quickly. Have to keep using it over two weeks to say visible positive results. There are some other creams which work better but unfortunately they are oily. Overall I am pleased with the hand cream.
I’ve just applied this one use and my fingers feel so soft I have horses and this time of year my finger dry and crack and it’s so painful I think I’ve finally found a solution this cream is fantastic equestrians must buy !!!

are really dry and cracked (particularly around the knuckles). I’ve
tried a whole bunch of hand moisturisers (Some of them pretty
fancy-pantsy) but none of them has been as effective as this product.
Don’t use too much. A little goes a long way and absorbs more easily
Half a dozen applications over the past 24 hours has made a tangible difference.

Just had a baby and, especially in covid times, washing hands many times a day. This caused severe eczema which I’ve never had before. Magic cream cleared it up completely in a week! I’ll always have a pot of this stuff on the go from now on.
This product is very different than your usual “oily” handcreams. I would describe it as “dry” handcream as it somehow “locks” the moisture in your skin and there is no “slippery” feeling even seconds after putting it on your hands. The sensation is quite strange to me but it definitely does the trick.
Lovely product, does what it says, for hard working hands. I do a lot of gardening so my hands have been pretty bad all summer. After a good month the improvements so much better. The good thing is you don’t need much. I’d certainly recommend this product. It feels lovely when you apply it too. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
A little goes a long way and is easily absorbed.
Goes into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my dry itchy skin caused by washing up liquids and some soaps. Also has helped my nails not be so dry. I’m giving my other expensive hand creams away as gifts and sticking with this.
Use this regularly for my ageing and trashed hands. As the cold weather approaches it stops the skin tightening and eventually cracking. However, when I forget to use it and the inevitable cracked skin happens this helps heal it within a few days by softening the skin. I make sure I have some at work and some at home all the time.
I usually get extra dry hands that crack and get sore lumps come winter time and this stuff is great for it. A little bit goes a long way and it doesn’t smell much of anything. I prefer scented, but sometimes function is much more important. Glad I’ve got it and because you only need a little bit I can tell this jar will last long. Wish I’d had it when I was working in the world’s coldest card shop.
I have tried hundreds of handcreams and so far this is the best. It doesn’t have any scent, absorbs great and my hands are really soft. I use it only once a day, for night time but it will keep my skin soft for the whole day.

This is the third tub of hand cream I have received, it is excellent for hard working hands but I only ordered one tub which is. all I wanted and needed so is it at all possible to stop sending me any more and cancell any other orders thank you.

Have been using the foot cream for years and seen some fantastic results, and recently changed to the hand cream and seen just as good results.
Same sized tub as the foot cream, so a really small amount will go really far.
No real scent to it, but gives hands a better softness and really good absorbency, so does not leave hands sticky.
Will be using this from now on.

Really good hand cream, I bought it after having used O’Keeffe’s foot cream which I loved, and I was not disappointed with the hand version. As with the foot cream, a little bit goes a long way and a tub lasts for absolute ages, which is even better as it’s not expensive to begin with. It doesn’t have a smell, so if you prefer perfumed hand creams it might not be for you, but it’s an excellent moisturiser and fixes dry skin really quickly.
This product is excellent for my cracked/cut hands! Can certainly recommend after someone did same for me.
My husband has dermatitis and when it flares up he rates this the best cream he has ever used, including prescribed lotions & the well known brands too. It moisturises well & aides quick recovery of itchy broken skin. A little goes a long way so 1 tub lasts for ages. Would recommend.
Seriously good skin cream, for hands, feet, or anywhere needing attention. I rub it into my cuticles after housework. It feels sticky for a few minutes, but soaks in and repairs dry, broken skin quickly.
Absorbency is great…its the only cream that actually works for my husband expecially in cold days when his hands are cracked
Just ordered 2 more tubs of this cream. My hubby’s hand was all cracked and sore in the middle of the palm of his hand and within a week of using this, it was vastly improved.
He works in engineering so uses his hands all day and someone at his work recommended this.

The best hand cream ever! Bought for my husband for dry cracked hands. It took a few weeks to see the effect and now his hands cracks free! I use it too now, especially during winter months. the only negative -it could smell a bit better.

I’ve been using this for my cracked heals and to be honest, its waxy and stays on the surface. Its not absorbent and I’m very disappointed in it. I’ve gone back to the deep moisture butter which works so much better.
This is the best cream I have used on my hands. They got really bad with lockdown and washing my hands along side the hand gel was constantly breaking my hands out. I put this on every night before I went to sleep and withing days my hands were nice and soft, no cracks, dry skin.
Odourless, smooth and creamy, non-greasy. Only problem is I haven’t noticed any change in the texture of my hands yet.
I suffer from really dry hands in the winter and I need to wash my hands a lot at work. My hands get so bad that the skin breaks and my whole hands feel like they’re on fire. I have tried a lot of hand creams including some that are supposedly recommended by dermatologists etc. This is the only cream that I found that works as soon as you put it on, last for a while, and genuinely helps with skin healing. Would 100% recommend this.
