Goes into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my dry itchy skin caused by washing up liquids and some soaps. Also has helped my nails not be so dry. I’m giving my other expensive hand creams away as gifts and sticking with this.
Great for cracked ski
Use this regularly for my ageing and trashed hands. As the cold weather approaches it stops the skin tightening and eventually cracking. However, when I forget to use it and the inevitable cracked skin happens this helps heal it within a few days by softening the skin. I make sure I have some at work and some at home all the time.

Best handcream
I have tried hundreds of handcreams and so far this is the best. It doesn’t have any scent, absorbs great and my hands are really soft. I use it only once a day, for night time but it will keep my skin soft for the whole day.

My daughter has suffered with cracked, raw skin on her hands for a couple of years now. Used many creams from the docs, that have done nothing..
This cream has almost healed her skin in 6 days!! She uses it a few times a day, very minimal amount.. and it’s done wonders!!

Great cream for hands
Have been using the foot cream for years and seen some fantastic results, and recently changed to the hand cream and seen just as good results.
Same sized tub as the foot cream, so a really small amount will go really far.
No real scent to it, but gives hands a better softness and really good absorbency, so does not leave hands sticky.
Will be using this from now on.

My husband has dermatitis and when it flares up he rates this the best cream he has ever used, including prescribed lotions & the well known brands too. It moisturises well & aides quick recovery of itchy broken skin. A little goes a long way so 1 tub lasts for ages. Would recommend.
The Best!
Seriously good skin cream, for hands, feet, or anywhere needing attention. I rub it into my cuticles after housework. It feels sticky for a few minutes, but soaks in and repairs dry, broken skin quickly.

The best hand cream ever! Bought for my husband for dry cracked hands. It took a few weeks to see the effect and now his hands cracks free! I use it too now, especially during winter months. the only negative -it could smell a bit better.

NOT THE BEST
I’ve been using this for my cracked heals and to be honest, its waxy and stays on the surface. Its not absorbent and I’m very disappointed in it. I’ve gone back to the deep moisture butter which works so much better.
Fantastic hand cream
This is the best cream I have used on my hands. They got really bad with lockdown and washing my hands along side the hand gel was constantly breaking my hands out. I put this on every night before I went to sleep and withing days my hands were nice and soft, no cracks, dry skin.
Best hand cream eve
I am not a hand cream kind of guy but this stuff is amazing. Working in pubs and bars you often find your hands constantly wet with alcohol and water which dries your hands to the point where they crack and bleed. A friend got me this as a gift and I gave it a try… you can literally put it right on an open cracked wound and there is no pain or sting. More importantly it works so well, within a day or two my hands felt like they were completely healed. And unlike other moisturisers it does not feel greasy at all on your hands.3 years after I was given this as a gift this is the only hand cream I ever buy!

Ok, so firstly I just want to say that if you don’t follow the instructions of use a tiny bit of the cream, it won’t work. I ordered this a month ago, because my hands were getting really dry, hard, painful. The werent cracked up until some days ago, it started to split between my palm lines as you can see in the pictures.
-when I bought it, I was using a whole lot of it, so I didn’t see a difference, I think it became worse actually. My phone would drop, hands would be sticky after use, i didn’t like the feel generally. So i stop using it as it was not working.
-last night, i decided to try it again because my hands became worse, i took pictures after applying the cream(first two) I made sure to tuck my hands into my blanky through the night, so my palm doesn’t dry out. That didn’t go well because my hands were out and about as I slept.
-the short is that i was surprised to see some improvements this morning as i woke up, the last two pictures is of this morning. Really softI used really little and my plams felt good actually. I would give an update of my progress, since its only been a night.

I suffer from really dry hands in the winter and I need to wash my hands a lot at work. My hands get so bad that the skin breaks and my whole hands feel like they’re on fire. I have tried a lot of hand creams including some that are supposedly recommended by dermatologists etc. This is the only cream that I found that works as soon as you put it on, last for a while, and genuinely helps with skin healing. Would 100% recommend this.

I have used O’Keeffe working hands for some time. I suffer from very dry skin especially on the palm of my hands. O’Keeffe working hands is definitely very good hand cream, one of the best I have found for my skin problems. I would definitely recommend you trying it if you suffer with the same very dry skin as I do.

Due to washing and alcohol liquid my hands have become really dry and cracked, looked for heavy duty hand cream and this came up, worked really well after two days.
Feels dry when you put it on but within hours my hands felty much better.

The skin on both my forefingers and thumbs had hard, cracked skin on them from years of engineering work. The cracks had dirt in them so my hands never looked clean. O’Keefes working hands cream cured them in under two weeks. Excellent stuff. Highly recommended.

100%recommended!! I am using this for 2 months now and this is the best hand cream I’ve ever used!! I am working in a chiller so my hands get really dry(sometimes painful and cracked even if I wear gloves) I started using this and miracle happend I use this daily and never have dry skin anymore 🙂
Fixed my dry, chapped fingers!
Great product. I bought it on recommendation and was not disappointed. Over the winter, I developed very dry, cracked hands after doing a number of outdoor DIY projects. Nothing seemed to moisturise them for more than a few minutes. As soon as I started using O’Keefes, my hands immediately felt rehydrated and within a few days of regular use, they were almost completely healed. After a couple of weeks, my hands were back to their usual soft, office based condition!

I have 50 year-old hands which are often neglected through gardening, diy, cleaning etc. If I use this at nighttime, just before bed, when I wake up my hands look like they did when I was muuuuuch younger. All smooth and soft! I wonder if they make a face cream! 🙂

Lovely cream, just what I wanted for my dry eczema prone skin. It leaves it moist and protects from breaking and bleeding. Just to notice it doesn’t absorb entirely at the beginning, it does so after a couple of minutes. But it’s good for me as it creates that relived moisture that hands want.

I suffer with cracked thumb and forefinger on one hand. Tried all sorts of ointments and prescription creams. All made very little difference.

I was holding off on buying this because it’s a bit pricey for my liking, however I suffer from extremely dry, cracked and sometimes bleeding hands from my job with a lot of pressurised air blasting my hands daily. On top of that I have eczema so a lot of other products I’ve tried have set it off on my hands.
Well, I’m getting married in a few months and was starting to get paranoid over it for the ring pictures that would undoubtedly be taken, so I bought this.
I tell you now, it’s unbelievable how fast it’s worked, I’ve only had it 3 days and have been putting it on in the morning once I’m up and washed and night before I go sleep. It’s already almost back to normal with no eczema reaction to it! Will definitely be getting this from now on! A real life saver! If you have any doubts like I did, just give it a go and see for yourself. I regret not finding this sooner.

A few days of using this on my very split and painful thumbs,they healed up,I had been using all sorts of creams and even Germolene,but with no sign of healing.
I just used it locally, directly on the split areas,yes first application was a bit stingy,but after that fine.

Bargain price for great hand cream
My hands have been rough and dry as anything and ordinary hand creams weren’t helping. Bought this here as cheaper than in the local shops and it works! Only need a little drop and not every day (like b4 with other hand creams)….non greasy so dries quickly I’ve only been using it a few wks but , so far, ….. recommended …. Good seller also

Now I have a great routine with nivea hand cream in the day and a good lathering of this cream at night and my hands are great again! No more cracks and blood everywhere.
I even used on my knee where I suffer and have medicatiated cream for hard dry skin, cleared up really well.. I havent kept on top of this but will defo start applying going into the summer months.

Amazing stuff
Always seem to have dry hands year round have tried allsorts but this stuff is by far the best ever. Need the tiniest amount and it hardly ever need to apply it now. Does leave hands feeling a little waxing if too much applies but worth it for the results.
Great at healing
This is amazing stuff, It is currently helping great with my raw hands from using hand sanitizer constantly in retail environment at work. Only downside is that it leaves my hands very greasy for a good hour after using. Apart from that was worth every penny.

My favourite moisturising cream
I call this my miracle hand cream. I’ve tried loads of different makes, but they never seem to keep my very dry skin moisturised. Saw this advertised in TV so gave it a go. It’s fantastic, rubs in really nicely and leaves my hands so soft. I’ve even used it on my heels and what a difference!

I’ve had severely dry, cracked hands to the pont that my hands would start bleeding from the cracks. (lots of handwashing and antibac gels led to dehydration) I tried everything you can think of from big expensive brand names to essential oils, aloe vera, soducream…nothing worked. A tiny layer of the Working Hands cream restored my skin so beautifully I could barely believe my eyes! AFTER ONE DAY of using it (I probably applied it 3 times) the cracks have HEALED, the flaky dry skin is gone and my hands are SOFT & HEALTHY and beautiful again. This is honestly worth every penny and if I could I would tell every single person because I know so many people must be suffering from the same issue due to covid. Also, big extra bonuses: it is NON-GREASY and it has NO FRAGRANCE. I absolutely love the texture, it is super light and absorbs immediately.

AFTER ONE DAY of using it (I probably applied it 3 times) the cracks have HEALED, the flaky dry skin is gone and my hands are SOFT & HEALTHY and beautiful again. This is honestly worth every penny and if I could I would tell every single person because I know so many people must be suffering from the same issue due to covid. Also, big extra bonuses: it is NON-GREASY and it has NO FRAGRANCE. I absolutely love the texture, it is super light and absorbs immediately.

I have dry, cracked knuckles from more than 15 years it feels like a sand paper but after a use of few days it shows a big big difference. I never thought my hands will ever be Normal again, I’ve used expensive brands almost everything but nothing ever worked. Very happy with the result.

Absolute relief!
I got this on recommendation of a friend I have known 30(+) years who gardens a lot as she has found this to be the best cream for dry skin. I have been suffering since about 4 months into the pandemic as having to repeatedly wash my hands has caused them to become raw. Even swapping to Aqueous Cream to wash my hands in instead of soap/handwash my hands have been raw and cracked. I have had this a matter of days and there is already marked improvement.

For two weeks my hands became very dry and cracked, i had tried endless amounts of different hand creams and i was recommended this one, now from reviews i read on other places like google loads of people were saying it was not the same as before and it was making their hands worse and it was to oily. Now for me this is a great products, got it delivered on sunday the 18th april, we are now on thursday the 22nd april and my hands are feeling great. Pretty much heald. You have to give it a good rub into your hands as it is a little oily at first but in my opinion thats what helps soften your hands and help heal them. I am very happy with how well this has worked and i would recommend it to anyone. I have never really been anyone to write a review but this product i had to.
Actually lives up to the hype, very good

Exactly what I needed!
I’ve just started a cleaning job, so my hands are exposed to a lot of hot water and cleaning liquids. This paired with the extensive hand washing needed since the start of the pandemic often left my knuckles and hands dry and cracking. But! This has been AMAZING. Within a day the dryness was gone and the cracking didn’t bother me. Now my hands are soft, smooth, and hydrated. Furthermore, it’s far cheaper than my Body Shop hand cream and more effective! Will buy again.

as a Type-1 Diabetic (working in garden) hands were literally so dry + cracked they were leaking blood – in desperation tried this…and it worked ! no scent, i may have put too much on first time, maybe just use a tiny bit and rub it in gently
Game change
I had tried numerous recommended creams and ointment for extremely dry, cracked and sore hands. I decided to give this a go and it’s instantly taken away the soreness, the cracks and splits are healing really quickly. It’s not scented, a little really goes a long way so while it may seem pricey it will last you much longer than other hand creams. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic for dry hands
Fantastic hand cream. Non greasy with no overpowering scent. I bought for my daughter when she went back to school after lockdown as her hands were so sore after all the washing & antibac hand gel. I use it myself now as it’s so quick to absorb & brilliant on dry skin. Foot creams fab too!
Just great.
Really does work well on dry hands. Carry around all the time now. It is a little greasy when first applied but that doesn’t last too long. Great screw top tub too. Means you can completely empty it.
Does what the tin says
I swear by this during cold winter days outside doing DIY jobs. A most for any tool bag. I have one in the house too, to apply afterwards. Don’t use to much or you do get that sticky feeling left on your hands. Less is better. It feels like you then get an invisible barrier on your hands that protect them.
Works miracles for dry and rough ski
This product is just perfect. I have found it to be extremely proficient in treating my dry and rough hands. It works as an effective moisturiser whilst also healing cuts. It is also quite fast acting, causing only a little bit of immediate pain prior to healing the skin to which it is applied. I simply cannot recommend this enough!

Godsend for people with super dry hands
With my eczema my hands can get insanely dry that so far none of the hand creams could help. This one on the other hand literally changed the game after only three days. I use it overnight and my hands have never healed so quickly. It is still not perfect, but the different is unbelievable. If you had enough of dry hands, this one is for you! I can highly recommend.

I bought two tubs. One for my son, who’s hands break out easily after an allergic reaction a while ago, and the other for me. As per other reviews, I warned him that he should only use a bit of the cream for it to soak into his hands. He said this works really well and his hands have improved quickly. He also likes that it is unscented. I try to remember to use the cream every day and am honestly amazed at how less wrinkly the back of my hands look. I’ve even treated my feet too. The tub will last for ages so I’ve also put some of the cream into a small travel pot to keep in my handbag.

I don’t often leave reviews but this stuff is a miracle worker. I’ve had dry, sore, flakey hands for years from gardening and washing up and changing nappies, it is so unsightly and often painful as I tend to peel it off.
I used this for 2 days and could already see a massive improvement, my skin had harden and no longer peels away, day 3 and they are almost completely healed!!!
My builder husband is now using it and I’ve bought some for my ma and pa who are farming/gardening enthusiasts.
Worked so quickly
After buying many creams and some of them very expensive this has been the best one by a mile. After months of broken and cracked skin has healed them very quickly. No smell or stickiness. A little goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone.
Fixed my eczema
I use this on my eczema on my fingers and I haven’t had a flare up in two months. It instantly soaks in and leaves the skin soft and is not at all sticky or greasy. It may not work for everyone’s eczema but I’m convinced it’s keeping mine at bay.

My husband’s hands were so rough as he works in a warehouse. That combined both constant hand washing currently, they were awful. This product made a difference after a day, and they are a lot softer 4 days on. Will be buying again, great price too.

Great … I suffer with dry hands split/cracked skin which never seems to heal properly always reopen old wounds.
Since I’ve been using this not had any problems plus you do feel like there’s a layer on top of your skin protecting your hands.
