Used to split sky box to 4 TV. Easy setup and works as it should, was worried about a few negative reviews but a case of plug in and play, replacement for a much higher priced item that has unreliable.

I have ran Cat5e 350 MHz/outdoor/tack cable and it was perfect. For the longer runs you will have to toggle the si switches on each endpoint. The extender is really sensitive to lengths in my case. Maybe Cat67/8 maybe not be as sensitive. However the dip switch at each endpoint will let you know by either not displaying or flickering. I good product for small church runs. Will need to upgrade to more interfaces like 8 in the near future. A very good product especially for the end point not to have power on the other end. I also do did not use the IR as I never have any luck with them working. I am sure they are fine, cobble be user error.

First product was not working properly, but great customer service provided a replacement within a few days so, kudos to the company. Replacement product has been working great for two months. Product specs require cat 6 wiring for full capabilities, but I mainly use it for 720P resolution. Product also appears to work well at 720P even over category 5 at distances of less than about 100 foot. So for existing older cat 5 wiring that would be difficult to replace, the product offers some additional (unclaimed) capabilities.

Overall a good, solid product. Just be mindful of your Cat 5/6 cable length run. I initially tried running 100ft cable and i could not get any image. The extender displayed “out of range” on the tv’s. However once i cut the cable down to 50ft lengths, I had full image across all 5 tv’s without issues. The primary box is easy to setup with the quick sheet provided. Just flip a few dip switches on each extender and also on the main box and you are set to go. Very impressed with performance and quality of product.

I purchased this for a job that would be transmitting media to 8 different monitors. Ultimately it is performing (2 more monitors to go) But it was not with making a lot of adjustments to the EDID and EQ switches. But something that you won’t know until you but then research is the maximum distance you can have between your transmitter and receivers is 164 feet. Anything over that you will either get media dropping in and out or nothing at all. Another thing we may have discovered is that it happiest with 1080p than with 4k. It does quote the output at 1080p which is good, but today you almost expect 4k is standard.

I ran four 100ft. cables to four rooms in the house. The video is perfect in all rooms.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI was looking for an alternative way to extend our ProPresenter setup to some screens in our Foyer and these worked like a charm! I did run into an issue when I had 2 extenders connected. After troubleshooting I found out that if I switched some of the small switches on the receiving boxes it would fix the issue I was having. So far, these work great! If I didn’t have to get a scissor lift to swap out our other system, I would most definitely swap it out with these.

Do yourself a favor and get cat8 cable to run and a short 4K hdmi cable to connect to tv. I used this in a church setting and at 50 ft with cat6 the picture we glitchy with only 2 screens attached. I switched to cat8 and 4K hdmi and now I run 50′ to our 85″ Tv, 100′ to our 55″ & 60″ TVs. Works perfect!
Long story short don’t skimp on your cables.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersThe pics on amazon are not accurate as what you receive, they must have improved the design and not updated the pics yet, it is a plus though, because these are POE so they do not need a power adapter at each receiver, the receivers get their power from the network cable to the base unit, this eliminated 8 power splitters and quite a bit more work from the job i was on, ive had it all powered up for about a day, and so far so good.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersUsing this HDMI splitter driving (4) 75″ TVs at church to replace projectors. 2 TVs are at 100ft and 2 are 150ft Cat6. Great picture and audio for the most part. One of the furthest TVs has an intermittent flicker from what appears to be a blimp in signal transmission. Grant it, it is right at the edge of the 50 meter spec. Trying to adjust EDID to see if it gets resolved.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our Usersusing it from audio room laptop to 4 TV’s in our auditorium to present hymns, sermon powerpoints, stream video presentations, etc… the hardest part was running the CAT5 cable we’re using. The system setup to just a few minutes once the cable was run. it works flawlessly and streams videos to all the TV’s without any hesitation. would definitely recommend this system.

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersAlthough at 1st I got no video once you read the manual you’ll understand that you simple have to setup edid and the box specs to the proper cable length and the video popped right up. The down side is that the video signal goes in and out and I’m not sure why.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersI brought this item for our church and it is amazing. It works with my current video card to show 3 different displays using programs like Easy worship and pro presenter. I ran a Cat 6 cable about 160 ft. Video shows great no flickering at all plus the power is over Ethernet. Highly recommend.
