These wheels are very cute and easy to use. The only reason I’m giving it 4/5 is because after a few races your hand may start to cramp up from use. Would be perfect for kids or anyone with dainty hands!

Bought this item following the excellent reviews as a Christmas present for my son to accompany his main Christmas present. The Nintendo switch. So can’t comment on how it works as yet. Get back to you after the 25th Dec after he’s played and critiqued it.
It came boxed new no damage. On arrival I it Took it out of the box for a feel and it looks and feels strong, sturdy and of good quality. But will check back after game play, and the master has signed it off.

Shoulder buttons work perfectly and is a must since they are essential buttons while playing. Easily assembles to the controller and easily pops out. Switch controller stays in tact very firmly. If you have Mario Kart, this is a must.

Fit well. Work well and no issues. Boys playing Mario cart. Shoulder buttons much easier to press and hold on hands. Controller not feel so fiddly. Never used official ones, but for same price you get 4 with these and going by photos easier to get controllers out with these ones and led lights work for player number too, not that matters too much when controllers are different colours anyway. 🙂

I found that the little remote for the switch were small for adult hands and we kept pressing buttons by accident. I bought the wheels to make it easier for us to play with kids. We like it a lot.

Great addition to our Mario Kart setup
Got these for my young kids to use when playing Mario Kart. They are of decent quality and work very well indeed. They were a little tight getting the controllers in originally and there is a knack to getting them in easily but they are well worth the price. Highly recommended if you have kids who play Mario Kart. And by kids, I mean everyone.

Love this for Mario Kart on Switch, great product. Just a shame some of the protective rubber bits aren't glued down with stronger glue as they dislodge easily. Love how much more accessible it makes the top buttons though overall.

Was playing mario kart with my Gf and she found it hard to use the nintendo switch controller to the point where she gave up coz she was losing constantly. So I found this steering wheels for a great price and bought it. The scrub still loses but cant complain about a small controller now. Good product. Does not improve skill tho unfortunately.

These are a great wheel set. Like the little indicator extra they have, not seen the official ones but have seen other compatible ones and these are better.
Would have liked the black wheels to be green and pink to match our extra controllers but that’s a minor point.
I see they have increased in price by about 30% since we got them though!

Steering wheels seem good quality and the fact you can see which number controller you have via the LEDs is a benefit. I’m not sure if these are the same size as the original Nintendo versions, but the size was fine for us.

Very good product – never really leave reviews but decided to because I received product way before scheduled delivery. Bought 3 days before Christmas and was supposed to arrive in January however arrived on Christmas Eve. Was very pleased.

Simple steering wheels for Nintendo switch… work excellently and good value. Delivered quickly in time for Christmas presents.
Before ordering these steering wheels we have been playing with the Joy-Con traditionally and the racing / battles on Mario cart were the source of the fun.
Now using the wheels with the tilt control adds a whole new fun element and changes the game completely – I lost a race to the fiance when we first changed over… I will never live it down!
These seem to be very sturdy and of good quality, the shoulder buttons are far easier to use in the wheel than not (I have fat hands I think!) and I am confident the products ares going to live up to the abuse they are set to receive throughout the Christmas period and beyond from the family!

Great set of steering wheels and exactly what I needed for more than 2 players. I can't compare to Nintendo ones but these are really good. Controllers fit and top toggle buttons activate with no problems. Only problem is that it was obviously a returned item since the box was beaten up but no signsnof wear on the wheels themselves.

Great steering wheels, really good quality and are easy to set up and use
semplicemente il miglior rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.
I volanti sono funzionali e ben costruiti con una plastica apparentemente robusta, nella confezione sono presenti 4 esemplari a quasi la met del costo della confezione da due originali, e oltre ai due esemplari neri ci sono due esemplari colorati come i popolari joycon azzurro/rosso.
Meccanicamente i tasti superiori sono molto semplici e all’apparenza sufficientamente robusti da durare a lungo, i led dei joycon vengono replicati sul frontale del volante grazie ad un sistema analogo a quello dell’accessorio che li trasforma in gamepad, i joycon si inseriscono facilmente e rimangono stabilissimi anche in caso di scuotimenti vigorosi, ma sono semplicissimi da rimuovere grazie ad un foro posteriore sulla scocca da cui risulta semplice spingerli fuori.
Le dimensioni sono analoghe a quelle degli originali, apparentemente un po’ piccole ma in realt adatte a poter utilizzare tutti i controlli sul joycon con facilit e anche con mani di piccole dimensioni. In questo senso per, il feeling tra i due joycon differente, essendo essi asimmetrici, con uno sar pi semplice raggiungere i tasti a croce, con l’altro sar pi comodo raggiungere il joystick analogico, ma questo dipende dalla scelta ergonomica fatta da Nintendo e non dal prodotto in questione.
Per quanto riguarda l’estetica invece, questa leggermente diversa da quella originale, con il volante che ha un aspetto pi racing rispetto al disegno di quelli originali pi sobri, e a me personalmente la cosa piace molto.

After reading reviews about problems with left bumper i was a little worried, but encouraged by seeing that the manufacturing fault had been fixed so went ahead and bought.

This is bigger than the official wheels, and cheaper. big squishy buttons for the shoulders, and the window to show LEDs is a nice touch. An improvement over the official and recommended
I just ordered one set because of some reviews sating that the L buttons weren't connecting properly but these provide a faster respibse then Nintendo's own wrist adapter. The LED reflector is also a most to know which remote is for which player. Definitely getting a second set.

I mainly bought this because of the lights on it looked cool. I was initially a little worried when I started seeing others say on reviews that they didn’t work with one joy-con. This freaked me out a little, and was tempted to cancel, but they arrived before I did that, and I’m glad they did, because I can 100% confirm that the ones I got both work just fine for both mine and my daughter’s joy-cons. So it looks like these aren’t defective after all, and if anyone has had any that don’t work, definitely get in contact with them to send you a replacement, as the ones I have work great, and I actually prefer these to the official ones. These ones are slightly bigger too, so are nicer to hold, so we both find these more comfortable, and is what we use most of the tine when playing mariokart together, which we’re both getting very addicted to.

Was sent a brand new pair after my old ones were faulty (described below) and was sent some screen protectors too. This was awesome customer service and the wheels work perfectly. Thanks to Nina at Orzly for resolving this for me.
The wheel feels great, well built and feels nice in the hand. Unfortunately the shoulder buttons do not work right on my right joycon, which makes the wheels useless. The joycon is picking up that the button is being constantly pressed while it is in the wheel grip, the other wheel just doesn’t press the button at all.
It’s a shame, I have purchased screen protectors and a case for my switch from Orzly and they are amazing.
I guess I’m having the same issue with one of the steering wheels as everyone else. The top left button (S1) on one of the steering wheels doesn’t work too well. I need to press really hard for it to work.
I was able to fix this issue recently by folding a small piece of paper in the area of the foam piece at the bottom of the holster. This added pressure to the button area. Works like a charm now but still should’ve worked properly in the first place.
**Update 5/25/17**
I’ve upgraded my review to five stars due to their customer service. Immediately after I submitted my previous review, Orzly Customer service reached out to me via email and apologized for the faulty unit. They were actually so ashamed that they offered to send me another set. I responded to the email and received my set today along with a written letter from the Co-Founder apologizing for the faulty steering wheel. The company was so apologetic that as a token of good faith they sent a tempered glass cover:). Due to the best customer service I’ve ever received from a company (next to Costco) I’ve updated my review because this company rocks!!
Issues at first but resolved thanks to amazing customer service
A similar design to the original Wii version. Loved the fact the led lights from the joy con are viewable. Issue I have found is the left bumper button does not work with my left joy con. Luckily I have two right joy cons so this isn’t an issue for myself as they work fine with both right joy cons. Wether this is just a fault with my purchase or with the design of the wheels I cannot confirm.
UPDATE: Fault was confirmed and rectified by Orzly, I received an additional set through the post within a week, something I was not expecting to happen. I also received a complimentary screen protector for my switch which I would highly recommend, the screen protector by Orzly is fantastic, it came with two screens (incase you mess the first one up!), alcoholic wipe to clean all the muck, a cloth and dust stickers to get those little bits that are always left behind. The wheels now work perfectly and my son and niece can’t wait to play Mario kart again. Thank you Orzly for your exceptional customer service, although there was some faults with the product you rectified the issue and gave outstanding service. I will certainly consider purchasing more of your products in the future.

Enjoyable way to play MK8
Having bought this to use with MK8, I’ve been very impressed! The build quality from Orzly is top notch, the controllers easily fit and stay in the wheel. I saw on a few reviews that the wheel has too large buttons on the rear but I found them the perfect size!
Product is really good. Took me a little bit to figure out how to get the controllers locked into the wheels but once I did, they worked perfectly. As long as you match the + and – symbols up with the controllers, the buttons will work 100%. It makes Mario Kart 8 a lot more enjoyable for me to play in the wheel and I would recommend this product.
The trick I’m finding with these is that you have to line up the Joycon correctly. The wheel has + and – icons on it, and those need to match with whichever Joycon you put in. When I do that, the shoulder buttons work perfectly for me. I found it difficult to get it to lock in when the position wasn’t right, but YMMV on that.
I find the lights handy, and the hole on the back makes popping the Joycons back out to charge them a breeze. Would definitely like to have another set. I actually don’t play with wheel steering (you can still use the stick to steer), but the larger form factor and larger shoulder buttons make playing with a single Joycon far more pleasant.
Love these steering wheels. I don’t seem to have any issues that others are complaining about regarding the rear buttons on the steering wheels not connecting with the SL and SR buttons on the joycons. I find that lining up the plus and minus signs on the joycons with the plus and minus signs on the wheels line the buttons up perfectly. I made a video to demonstrate, but seem to be having some problems getting it uploaded. Will try to get that up. (UPDATE: got it uploaded).
The reflective mechanism that displays the light on the joycon is a magnificent innovation. Very easy to see what controller you’re using (i.e. 1, 2, etc.) by a simple glance at the wheel.
Also, the hole at the back of the wheel makes popping the joycons back out quick and simple.
The perfect accessory for your driving games. I would have bought two more, but they were out of stock when I went back to buy. (UPDATE more in stock so I picked up another pair).
When I first received these wheels, I was having the same problem everyone else had. My following review was what I originally submitted:
Yep. What everyone else says. The buttons DO NOT WORK for one switch controller. Bad design. Returns immediately. Try some quality control ORZLY. I get a feeling that they knew that they were bad and tried to slip it by.
I was wrong about the lack of commitment to quality completely. I have never sen a company strive for excellence more than Orzly. Not only did they address my concern swiftly, they replaced them immediately with another pair as bonus to ensure my satisfaction.
THESE ARE GREAT! Like everyone else says, these are slightly larger than the Nintendo ones and are, as a result, superior. They are a decent “grip” for the individual joy-cons as well making them even more valuable.
Thank You Orzly. Other companies could learn from your business!

I had some initial issues with the product where the shoulder buttons were not correctly. Orzly confirmed the issue and sent through replacements (and a complimentary screen protector) which work perfectly – amazing customer service. I think the Orzly wheels are actually better than the official Nintendo ones and would certainly recommend Orzly products in the future..

On peut y placer l’un ou l’autre des joy-cons sur un volant, faut juste faire attention de bien faire concider les signes + ou -.
Les gchettes l’arrire sont bien grandes et bien places. Un vrai plus !
Et ce que j’aime surtout, c’est que chaque volant indique le numro du joueur. Plus de soucis pour savoir quel volant est qui !
J’ai enlev une toile ma note car on abime les petits patins en caoutchouc du bas qui empchent les joy-cons de bouger quand on les insre (ils se dcollent). Ou alors j’ai pas compris comment faire pour viter a car y’avait pas de notice dans la bote !
Sinon, je suis trs satisfait (comme souvent chez Orzly d’ailleurs).

Received third set of wheels that work perfectly and are larger than the official product(I bought two after the first wheels failed).
I have to praise this companies customer service, they have been very quick to resolve this issue without any prompting.

Shoulder button does not make contact with one side and the other is pushed too far up so it will not press

I was sent two new wheels and a switch protective screen after my initial review which is amazing customer service. Sadly I still have issues with the left shoulder button and had to make some of my own changes for them to work.

Bought these off the US store, really impressed with them. They feel great and buttons on the back make it so much easier to time those power ups especially in battle mode
I need to post a new review for this product. Originally I gave this 2 stars because, like some other reviews, the shoulder buttons did not work, making them useless for playing Mario Kart. After send back and getting a refund, I have been sent a replacement product and a letter from Orzly indicating that they had found a manufacturing fault in some of these wheels and had now rectified this.
These wheels received today work brilliantly. I had since purchased the Nintendo official wheels (which I do also like) but there are a couple of points to these that make them stand out against the official product. Firstly (and possibly most important to some people) they are about an inch bigger in diameter which feels like a better size in my hands. The Joy-Cons are easier to remove due to the hole in the back (not that it is too much of a problem on the official ones though if we are honest) and the LED indicator is also a nice touch.
I also feel that it is worth mentioning the outstanding service from Orzly who obviously care about their product to go to the lengths that they have done to try to make a customer satisfied. I hadn’t made any contact with them, simply returned via Amazon, (and left a 2 star review) but getting the chance to put something right clearly mattered to them. It is rare to get this kind of service these days and certainly gives me faith in purchasing their products in the future.
This review now seems to be too glowing to be real but this is a product that clearly had a problem which has been put right and worthy of a purchase if the added bits mentioned are what you are looking for.
Really great product, a must have for anybody picking up Mario Kart for the switch.
These things are robust so you don’t have to worry about them breaking (Which is curical if anyone has been experenced a relationship falling apart due to mairo kart!)
One thing I can’t stress enough is that these wheels create bigger bumper buttons, its near enough impossible playing with the standard joy con controller and these make playing Mairo kart a breeze.
Also a plus is how the kids love them, Had my two neices wanting to play and I handed them these, they loved them

I’m impressed. I thought the knight rider lights (god, I’m old) were gonna be gimmicky but I’ve only got the grey joy-cons so telling who’s who is gonna be super handy when I get my hands on Mario Kart! Plus, they don’t use batteries like thought Loving the feel of them and they look well made, both me and my girlfriend have very different hand sizes we can use them comfortably. Surprisingly, they work really well as impromptu joy-con grips because buttons on the back give make so much easier to press those tiny SL and SR buttons on the top of the joy-con when it’s sideways. The hole at the back to push out the joy-con is such a simple and effective idea I’m surprised no one else including Nintendo thought of it. It looks like these guys have put a lot of thought into this product and come with something amazing! I definitely recommend!
Received in time for Mario Kart 8 DX’s release, these are perfect and with the player light indicators on the wheels, this makes them even better than Nintendo’s official controller at this point.
They are really great. The last time I used steering wheels was on the Wii, and they were Nintendo own product, I never really liked them and they felt poor. This time I have gone for these Orzly ones, and they provide more than any of the other wheels I have seen.
