Not much to say about a plug extension other than it works. Quality feels good though, and the winding of the plug wire is remarkably easy so that’s a huge plus. The extension lead is also long enough id imagine for most needs. Recommended!
Tired of not having a decent extension lead, I decided on getting a waterproof one for use with the jetwash. Very happy with my choice. The casing is quite robust and the lead is plenty long enough to reach the furthest point required.
Nice long outdoor extension reel bought to charge my EV. I would suggest fully unwinding the cable before use so as to prevent it overheating and triggering the thermal cut out. Works great for my car and a spare socket for anything else I need outside.
The product works fine but the casing of it all is a bit flimsy. The black part of the case wasn’t connected properly on receipt. It’s now all clipped in to place and functional but is not very robust. Not tried it in the rain yet so can’t comment on its waterproofness.
Outdoor Extension Lead 30m. The best extension lead that I have had. Easy to rewind the cable, with no tangles. Not all leads rewind without tangles. Nice sturdy case and cable, and good waterproof protection. My neigbour had cable envy and purchased one for himself.
Although this seems a little costly it does provide a good piece of mind for safety. The water protection system of the plumage also prevents dirt and dust from entering (especially when in the garden during dry conditions allowing any plugs to be easily inserted.
Have bought this item when on sale for around 28, happy with the purchase and is robust for what I need such as gardening and DIY. Don’t think the item is worth the full amount but for a 20m extension cable when on sale I am happy with the purchase.
A good, easy to use extension lead, which i expected for the price i paid. No faff or issues to report. Very appreciative customer, who believe me, would have no qualms in saying otherwise.
Overall, happy with this purchase. Cable length is perfect for use around the garden and plug covers a welcomed safety feature. Initial impressions though, plastic materials used seem cheap and flimsy, so I’d be skeptical about it lasting the test of time under normal working conditions. Otherwise a good buy

Nice cable reel – very easy to wind back in and stow away. The sockets work great too but I was a bit disappointed that the clips holding the socket covers shut, and which seal them from the rain, are just plastic and so I’m a bit suspicious that they might break and then the covers wouldn’t be water-tight. But so far, so good and they are holding fine.
I would have preferred a more robust product; the cable is black and difficult to see when trailing outside; Yellow would be my choice of colour especially when connected to a hedge trimmer; however, it does the job I want from it, but where a trailing cable that needs to be seen, I will use my old extension lead!
Bought it to go from shed electrics to garden to run hot tub does great job
This extension lead feels sturdy and well constructed. The plug protective covers are stiff to use but should keep out moisture when closed. Relatively good value for money !!!

so I bought this house and I needed an extension lead to get the power to in market store I run at the weekends. It’s the length I needed – do we saw whatever the lamp to unwind it fully before using as wind coiled up you tend to get the cable warming which in turn causes more resistance in the power in the cable. It works perfectly for me and my only suggestion is that the clip on the waterproof cover for both of the plug sockets is flimsy and I’m sure with use it will break

it wasn’t cheap but look at it.. love how it matches all our dewalt tools.. the plug top gets sealed in so if it does start to rain there isn’t the mad panic to reel the cable in before the leccy trips out, it isn’t waterproof but handles a small shower no problem

Our outside socket is busted so got this in the mean time, got extremely hot when in use as only a few meters were pulled out and it got too hot,
Once completely unraveled it stays cool and works perfectly fine

Seals very well a normal plug. Quite small the plug space so don’t know if a bigger plug or transformer plug will fit. Otherwise I am very pleased!

Great bit of kit that I use all the time around the garden and driveway. Just gives that extra bit of reach that the shorter “normal” extension reels don’t have. Would happily buy again!

you should never use an extension lead to charge a PHEV. however sometimes you have no option. the heat cut off switch works well and has tripped once whilst using protecting house and car. very durable and works well in the rai
One of the clips to hold down the caps on the plugs is very hard to fasten.
The clips are a bit stubborn but I have used this for my electric mower and charging my car. No problems.
My New extension lead is brilliant it helps me with a lot of jobs in and out of my home, and the safety guards let use all electric appliances, with ease, i wish i bought one years ago, and well worth the money paid for it.
Ordered this to use with a power washer, is really sturdy & value for money. Just have slight difficulty closing the lid over plug. Yes I would recommend, came quickly too.
A little cheap looking and material not as good as I expected. I will use as a portable device – lawn mower etc – and have bought something else as a permanent outdoor socket.

As an extension lead, it has a plug at one end, a pair of sockets at the other and a reel in the middle, so that’s Okay. But when you are especially after one that is at least shower proof it’s a bit disconcerting to find one of the rubber seals has fallen out! It was easily fixed but that’s hardly the point, a few spots of glue and it would have been 5 stars – obviously need to try harder!

It’s a great size, the cord length is perfect, it’s not too heavy and looks tidy when put away
Only dropping one point as one of the plastic clips on the socket covers broke after only a couple of uses. The problem is that if you get a slightly heavier power lead then the clip becomes too tight and you have to prise it open with a screwdriver, it’s too tight to open by hand. Otherwise great.

Did what it was supposed to do – reasonably well. Bought, but used only once! Then I found the two other extension cables I had which would probably have served just as well.
A slightly more modern update on the ones I already have, but none the worse for that.
I needed an extension to plug some items outdoors while working on my car and garden and this product was perfect for that.
The sealing system to protect the plugs is intuitive and easy to use and does the job perfectly.

he only issue I have with this is that if you not using a normal flat plug as you might get on Christmas lights you can close the cover. but fine for normal use around the garden.

This extension lead is very robust, has a thick plastic shell, long lead and has socket covers which lock. It is ideal for outdoor use. Great value for money considering if you go to the shops you can spend even more for an inferior similar product.

This all-plastic cable reel has 20m of cable with two sockets with splash-proof covers. The covers seem rather flimsy but time will tell.
It is easy to unwind and reel in. There is a thermal cut out which, apparently, re-set easily. I will be using it with a earth leakage circuit breaker protected outdoor plug. Instructions, ratings etc are clearly printed on the reel itself.

Simple four plug extension that has covers over the plugs so theoretically waterproof. It’s worked so far for me.
It does the job but looks relatively cheap and feels it….I’ve paid less and got a more sturdy one…

Nice, tidy unit purchased for a long garden with a lot of hedging. Have found it useful on several occasions already as the end of summer tidying and pruning is underway.
