Excellent value for money I have given this Soundbar 5 stars as this is a fair rating for the price. If I Were to rate it against some of the more expensive products out there I would knock a star off each category, but since I’m rating this on price and value it gets full marks. For what it cost it’s a very good product and I have no complaints at all. It was recommended to me by my daughter in law and I in turn can now recommend it to you.
p.s
I recommend connecting it to your TV with the optical cable provided as in my case anyway the audio/visual leads don’t work as well as the optical
Good sound limited volume. Good sound bar, nice punchy bass but not enough volume. Some films on tv have low volume and the soundbar is hardly enough. Over all I like it and it’s good for us.
Wonderful sound for small front lounge Wonderful sound. Great (adjustable) bass and treble. I gave it 4 stars simply because I wish there were more nuanced high-mid-low adjustments – bass and treble both have + / – 5 increments. Fills our lounge with great, deep, rich bass. We’ve not maxed out the volume because we have a good relationship with our neighbours and want to keep it that way. That being said, this is completely worth the price!
Worth the money Can’t complain about this sound bar and sub. I have a 55″ TV and the sound on that is crap. This has made watching TV and especially movies so much more enjoyable. BT is really easy to use and connect to my phone for some music.
Great value. I was looking for a replacement for my (more expensive) Samsung soundbar which had failed after a few years. I was particularly looking for one with a wired connection to the sub woofer. Note that if you want to place your subwoofer a good distance from the sound bar, you might be better off with a Bluetooth connection. I have found the system to produce clear and ‘solid’ sound which was pleasing considering it is a budget system. I’m very happy with it.
Brilliant produc Absolutely brilliant product. Very very happy with the build quality, the look of it, The ease of setup. The sound quality if fantastic and cannot believe low price of it. The base is great and we can feel it sitting in our seats on a carpeted floor. Great stuff.
Good peice of ki The first one I had initially worked and then didn’t, sellers were amazing, no quibble, sent a new one immediately, arrived even faster than was supposed to. I like this sound bar, seriously easy to set up and great for watching a film, feel like I’m in the cinema…… in the comfort of my own home.
Top soundba Come well packaged, unusual shape lol, easy install, sound quality is excellent juts a little distortion on the subwoofer but all in all a very good soundbar especially for the price
Says wireless sub, but it's wired lol The quality of the build feels good and what I’ve listened to sounds good too, just a little let down with the photos saying it had a wireless sub when it is a wired sub. Was hoping to stick the wireless sub under my bed but alas I can not lol
Seller should probably update the photos and description to reflect this
Impressive sound! Probably the best soundbar for the price! The sound is really high quality.
I really wasn’t expecting much given it’s a cheaper soundbar, but the reviews here didn’t lie, it really impressed me positively!
This is a great 2.1 package - Top Quality sound I seem to have purchased when it was on offer.
This produces amazing sound quality. I have it hooked up as part of a Dolby ProLogic Surround Sound system, and this is a quality product, with quality sound. (I keep being told to turn the bass down by my ‘other half’)
Great value, and audio quality I purchased this for my father. It is easy to set up and so seems well made. The audio quality is very good, clear and full sounding. It doesn’t audibly seem to match the quoted 120w output but is loud enough nonetheless. It replaced a Philips soundbar that had broken. The sound quality of this device is superior to that of the Philips. When streaming from Bluetooth I have found that you need the volume right up, but that’s common for any Bluetooth streaming I’ve found. The remote works well and you have 3 equaliser settings worth trying but also separate bass and treble. The sub is not wireless it plugs into the soundbar for both power and sound. The soundbar has an LED output behind the grill that you can see quite clearly. It doesn’t stay on, so not annoying. Overall, very impressed with this piece of kit. We paid 69 which is a bargain. Father very happy.
Get what you pay fo Its nice sound with bass & treble separate volume & eq.
Ive only just got it but compares well to my logitech speakers for tv.
Better than most tv sound & bass is pretty good.
Dont like the feel of it, feels a bit cheap but end of the day it looks the business & sounds good.
Quality Produc For a relatively unpopular name, this is product has an amazing sound quality. If you have ears for good sound, and can’t afford the high-end names, then this is your plug!
It’s good to go!👍🏿 After a few purchases and returns I found the sound I was looking for. Proper bass , very deep. Treble is very good but in my opinion it could be a bit better. The midrange too. On the whole I could buy it again and certainly recommend it. 4 stars from me.
Good budget ba For the price, this is a very good sound bar. Sound quality is good and although it ‘goes up to 32’, we’ve never gone above 28. And that is pushing it! Would definitely recommend this. I’m no audiophile, but we watch a lot of films and this is much better than the 5 year old Sony one it replaced. Bass is ridiculous btw! Never gone above -2 lol.
Good value for money I wanted a sound bar after hearing my brothers , but couldn’t justify spending 200 for one like his. So I went for this one. Sounds great, easy to connect and good value for money.
Paiyda 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Subwoofe Paiyda is not a name I have heard of before I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and rich sound it gives
and for the price too. It was easy to set up and use .
Just wow wasn't expecting it to be this loud 😳 😂😂😂 OMG what a buy i wanted something loud enough to annoy room mates downstairs couple of day’s ago they where blasting music on there tv at 3-4am at night told them off because i wake up at 5am and they still didn’t listen so i brought this beauty and my word this thing is loud extreme bass as you can see from the screen shot the room mates didn’t like it hopefully they won’t annoy me anymore with there noises and loud tv music and we all know tv speakers are none comparison to sound bar and sub-woofers lol
It passed 'the Titanic test' with flying colours! Ok, I’ll start by saying I’m not an expert when it comes to soundbars, I can only comment based on my own experience.
I’ve got two 23″ TVs in the bedrooms which both had dreadful tinny sound so purchased soundbars for them that were less than 20 each and did a great job and made the TV’s watchable, and more importantly, listenable.
I had a 13 year old Samsung 37″ in the living room that used to have excellent, built in ‘tru surround’ that most certainly never needed a soundbar, but sadly, the picture started to fade away and it needed replacing. Oh dear, I thought, here we go, modern super skinny TV with rubbish speakers. Sigh.
We replaced our old TV with a 43″ Samsung that cost 550. So whilst not up there in the thousands, not a cheap and cheerful TV either, and sure enough, the sound was awful. Beautiful picture, dreadful sound. I don’t get this passion for super skinny TV’s that mean you need to buy a separate speaker for them. To me it’s like buying a car and having to buy the seats separately. Why? But there you go, it is what it is, so a soundbar we needed.
Now then, we couldn’t afford a lot having just had to shell out on the TV as well. Back in the day, we had 2 JVC 5.1 home cinema systems that cost about 400 and 600 respectively. We’re going back about 15 years here, when I was younger, brand names mattered and the only jeans I would wear were Levi’s and wouldn’t be seen dead in supermarket jeans (how things change!) So anyway, I remember vividly buying those systems, and from the get go, I dreamed up ‘the Titanic test’ – I said to my husband (then boyfriend) that if we watched Titanic and didn’t feel like we were going down with the ship, they were going back! Both passed! They were awesome!
So, back to this soundbar then. I didn’t buy it with any intention of subjecting it to ‘the Titanic test’ – I just wanted to make the TV sound ok and be watchable, and again, listenable. It’s a 2.1 system after all, not 5.1, and a fraction of the price of the JVC systems of old. But it was pretty much all I could afford and got good reviews, so I decided to go for it.
It arrived well packaged in an interesting, L shaped box, no wasted cardboard here, but no extra necessary. It came with the necessary cables for connection to the TV, great! No batteries for the remote though so you need a couple of AA’s or you’ll end up doing what I did and stealing them out of something else to see if it works!
We’d already decided we would use the optical connection as apparently that gives better sound, but it was a good job we’d made that decision as it turns out the new TV has no headphone socket so we couldn’t have connected it that way even if we’d wanted to! Something to note on this subject – upstairs, my two cheap and cheerful soundbars are connected to the headphone socket and therefore are controllable by the Sky remote. Using the optical connection means you CANNOT use your standard TV/Sky remote, you have to use the included remote control for the soundbar. If using a different remote for the soundbar is going to be an issue for you, this is not for you. I was fine with it. Hubby was a bit sulky before it arrived but now he’s fine with it too!
Set up was easy peasy. Connect soundbar to back of TV (optical connection), connect soundbar to subwoofer (WITH a cable, it’s NOT wireless, again, no issue for me), plug in subwoofer to mains, turn on. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! If using the optical connection you need to make a change in your TV settings! It’s written in the booklet and another review mentions it here too. Don’t miss this step! Job done!
I think there are three modes to choose from sound wise, and I think I use the second option, whatever that is. I can’t remember and I’m not by my TV right now to find out! Sorry! But we like that setting and use it for everything, regular TV, sport, movies, the lot. It’s great!
I don’t use the Bluetooth connection so can’t comment on that. I also don’t use it for streaming music, I use it for improving the TV sound, which it does, and does very well!
It’s a solid piece of kit and seems very well made. It’s attractive as soundbars go, but not attractive enough for me to stick it in front of the TV going ‘LOOK AT ME!’ I’M A BIG SOUNDBAR BECAUSE YOUR TV SPEAKERS ARE RUBBISH!’ Instead, I have it located behind the TV on the stand, and it’s absolutely fine. It’s more discreet that way and the remote still works fine.
So, the volume caps out at 34. It’s a 120w system, my 600 old JVC was I think over 600w. I didn’t expect much, but it sounded so good, I just had to . . . The Titanic Test! We downloaded it from Sky and kept giving each other forlorn looks. We thought this was going to be a step too far. What were we doing to it? Poor thing. It didn’t sign up for this! Movie downloaded, skip forward to about 2 hours in where Jack is handcuffed to a pipe down in the lower levels and the water starts seriously gushing in. Here we go, volume up . . .
It’s doing well we thought! Up some more! It got to the bit where the now freed Jack and Rose are desperately trying to escape the ever rising water, when a door gives way to the pressure and the water comes booming in! CRASH!!! SPLASH!!! BANG!!! THE SHIPS GOING DOWN!!!! And shiver me timbers, SO WERE WE! We’d got to volume 31 and couldn’t imagine why anybody would want it louder? When those doors broke and the water smashed through, no kidding, the sofa shook! IT SHOOK!!!!! Eyes wide, mouths gaping, we looked at each other and smiled the silly smiles of the 20 something’s we were all those years ago when these things really mattered! Turns out, even just a little bit, it still matters. Who knew?
As I said, I’m no expert in soundbars, and of course, a 2.1 system is never going to give you that fully immersive experience of a 5.1 system, but I’m over that now. I’m 47, I wear supermarket jeans, and I have a soundbar that cost me 74.99 (it’s currently even cheaper!) that rocks! It’s absolutely brilliant! Neither me nor hubby can fault it! We’re really THAT impressed!
Just remember, you need 2 x AA batteries for the remote control. If using the optical connection you will need to use the remote it comes with to change the volume, and don’t forget to change that setting on your TV!
Great VFM - Stereo effect quite limited but definitely better than the built-in TV speakers Easy to set up. The sound quality lacks stereo effect but doesn’t sound bad for it. I still find that sometimes when I adjust volume for improved dialogue, the effects and music can get a little loud but it’s not bad. Represents very good value for money. Sub can be hidden away and definitely works quite well. Using optical input for best results.
Value for money I’ve never heard of this make before, so was a bit dubious about buying it. Very easy to connect to the TV and lovely sound quality for use in the living room.
Budget soundbar that delivers! Needed this to go with new smart tv as tv speakers weren’t the best. Easy to install, soundbar is very long but we didnt want it (and the wires) in front of tv so placed bar behind but its ok as there is gap under tv so as to not block sound. Bass box speaker is very good too, heartbeats, gunshots, traffic noise on tv come alive. Doesn’t take long to set up and volume control is via tv/sky remote, whichever you’re using as soundbar is supplied with a lead for aux sockets(same as headphones) . Sounds great. Not a brand I’ve
ever heard of but impressive nonetheless. If you want a budget soundbar that delivers this is one to go for.
Great quality sound especially bass I remember when the first soundbars were released along with plasma televisions. I bought one from Sony which was about 150. That was nearly 20 years ago and at that price. It is amazing how prices and technology has development over time. The sound quality of this soundbar in comparison is unbelievable. This is so much better at such a cheap cost. The bass on this soundbar is so good and resonates well. The design is modern and would suit any house. I would 100% recommend this soundbar to upgrade your television sound.
Very, very high quality for its price First of all, I want to say that I did not expect such a quality product to come at this price. It is a very high quality item for its price. The sound quality is great and I enjoy watching movies even more. However, having a small and simple remote control is also a great advantage. It is black and has a great design and goes well with my TV.
Impressive sound The sound system is superb. It sounds better than a more expensive sharp that I sent back. It has incredible sound with an outstanding base. However, it is working in parallel with my Samsung tv volume but when I bring my tv volume to zero it brings out the sound very well!
Easy set up, great sound quality This sound bar was set up within minutes with my SamSung smart TV via included AUX cable. It can work alone, separate or together with my TV’s own sound system. The sound quality is pretty decent especially due to the size and price. The base is also impressive.
Overall, easy set up, great design and pretty decent sound quality.
WOW...... This is amazing! Excellent base, great for running music through, highly recommend. We use it in outhouse, it’s better than a Samsung one we have indoors that cost three times the price. Excellent product.
Functions display not clear! The volume is not high as claimed. The functions display on the sound bar is not clear enough from a normal 3 M distance, but rather confusing. Wider display area is truly required.
Ignore the others Honestly the reviews on here are laughable and done by sound snobs. This product is definitely value for money. I used to have the LG Flow with 5 speaks etc and this to me could match the quality if it had extra speakers. Definitely worth the money. The bass is very impressive and the sound quality is brilliant.
Brilliant sound quality, cost effective solution. Surprisingly and genuinely happy with both the sound quality and price point for this sound bar and sub. All aspects ranging from operation, plug and play and different vocals bases are on point.
The remote control is fairly good given its size, no of options. Also, another point to notice is that the remote function is not universal which means one has to keep this remote in use permanently.
An important point to note is that this system is not fully wireless. In order to connect to the tv it requires a wired connection, however it does serve as a loud speaker of wireless connection. This isn’t an issue if one uses a wall mount etc.
Overall, based on the price point and certain limitations in functionality, the product is superb in quality, design and output.
VERY HAPPY I didn’t even think that such a good thing could be bought for that kind of money, I had wanted such an audio system for a long time, but I didn’t dare, and when I saw it I immediately decided to buy it and I don’t regret that it sounds very good and has a strong sound, it was delivered quickly and well packed , I am very grateful to the seller for such a product, and I will recommend to all my friends, and I recommend this product to everyone because it is worth the money
Good sound bar with few drawbacks Good sound as the other reviews have mentioned, but the remote is not the ideal quality. Most of the times it’s a struggle using it. Should have included “Always On” feature. Annoying to switch it back on every now and then.
The sound from this Paiyda 2.1 Soundbar is wonderful compared with my LG 43″ Smart TV, which by comparison sounds very thin and poor, with hardly any bass output.
This soundbar however has more than enough bass to satisfy anyone and even at low volumes sounds great. I thought at first that the output volume was quite low but have now realised that high volume is not required for clarity of sound and maximum volume is never going to be needed in my domestic situation; it is just too loud by a long way.
Some reviewers have commented on the unusual number of 32 allocated to the maximum volume setting but I do not think the specific number is of any importance; it’s what I hear that matters and what I hear is what I really wanted it for, ie, good sound, music in particular having no longer got my old HiFi separates system, a NAD amplifier and Mordant-Short speakers.
The woofer sits out of sight behind the TV and the bar itself is sitting just below and in front of the TV. They look very good and sound terrific. I have no problems with the remote control which does all I want or need, changing the EQ settings, treble and bass levels and volume.
Overall a great buy at an even better reduced cost at the time of purchase.
Well worth the money Thought it may not be much good as it was to replace 5 way surround sound….but my 3 1/2 jack input at back of my iMac stopped receiving….so had hoped that this bluetooth one would replace it……and it did……only problem having bluetoothed to th iMac, the iTunes pops up at the beginning and needs attending to in order
We use it to watch films projected on our white walls
Excellent Buy The soundbar was advertised as slightly damaged. Infact I had to change the plug which had been crushed and the top of the Woofer was slightly indented but nothing very noticable. I paid less than 60.00 and am so pleased I took the risk of buying this Paiyda soundbar. It was relatively easy to set up. I had to change the audio settings on my Smart TV; this is s 2.1 soundbar and the optical setting on my TV was set to work with 5.1 systems. This I admit took me a little time to understand and change.
The bass sound added by the woofer makes watching films so enjoyable and listening to music is outstanding. I was fortunate in paying so little, but even at the full price it is well worth buying as similar 2,1 soundbars are a lot more expensive.
Excellent soundba This was bought as a Christmas present for my son, who installed it easily and it is working very well. He was very pleased with this.
Great Product buy i Great Product very good sound at good value.
Easy to set up with easy to use remote control.
I would thoroughly recommend this sound bar as it came with a very good quality sub woofe
WOW what a bargai I went to buy this and seen one on offer ‘used’ for 70 and read up to find the box might be damaged and as an ex delivery driver knew it wasn’t an issue so went ahead. It arrived in a brand new box, as new and is spot on! I do feel the woofer attached is more of a hindrance and a tad overkill for the bar but the sound is epic! There’s only 4 EQ options from the remote which make very little difference except bass but my hearings poor. I bought it to bring the noise off the TV wall to lessen it for neighbours and its working well as the sound is thrown forward rather than out the TV speakers onto the wall. Excellent buy!
Delighted with the sound This sound bar is for our TV – and the difference it’s made is like night and day. My wife was dubious, fearing that it would just be loud, but volume isn’t the issue – it’s clarity – and even she says now it’s like being at the movies.
In fairness, as it’s the first sound bar I’ve ever owned, I have no basis for comparison, but we got this on a deal for under 80 and we’re delighted with the sound.
It was very easy to install and works as promised straight out of the box. (Make sure your TV has an optical out socket for best audio).
Niggles? The instructions are poor – they look like a slightly better than average translation, presumably from Chinese. Whilst you won’t need much in the way of instructions, bits you do need are hard to find. E.g. what’s the difference between the four EQ settings? (Eventually found this on the page illustrating the remote control functions).
And the unit’s display would have been more helpful if there was more than just two character spaces in the centre for everything, (mode, volume level, EQ setting), and the fact that the device goes into standby after 20 minutes idle with no LED to tell you if it’s on or off.
The remote control gets 4 stars for its odd layout. Volume +/- is on a ring. Bass +/- are on buttons facing left and right whilst treble +/- have buttons one under the other. The EQ function is where it is for no obvious reason, and I haven’t dared press the central button marked “reset” because I don’t know what the “manufacturers defaults” that I’d be resetting it to are! There’s no mention in the instruction booklet.
But these are very minor. It performs perfectly and has transformed our viewing pleasure. Having the bluetooth function means I can also play music from my phone is an added bonus, and has pretty much made the old hifi system obsolete.
very good for the price. his isn’t bad for the price! bought it for the bedroom so wasn’t expecting anything major so it done the job right. You have the option to alter the bass and treble on the remote, there isn’t much difference when you do however the sound quality is perfect. would highly recommend this soundbar if you’re looking for a cheap but good bar.
It's unfortunate it's not wireless as indicated The sound is super, was blow away by the quality of the sound and how quickly my daughter installed it, when I received it my friend was with me I instantly ordered one for her upon her reques
Great product. Well made. Good overall sound. I’ve had a few soundbars. And this one is really good for the price bracket. Good quality . Sounds 10x Better then the TV speakers. Connected via Optical cable. Reasonable priced and Well made. Would recommend it too anyone looking to upgrade from the standard TV speakers. Its not thumping. But personally i don’t think it needs to be. Any questions anyone needs just ask il be happy to help
Good sound! At this price range it performs very well.
Volume limit is 32 (weird number… )
Individual tone/ bass and volume adjustments on the remote control.
The subwoofer is hard-wired, otherwise this would be unbeatable at the price.
Great sound Very happy with this sound bar. Nice clear vocals and great bass with no distortion. I have it in my bedroom but it’s as good as my much more expensive one in my sitting room. Well worth the money
Very good quality and reasonable price. Looks premium This item is awesome. Sound quality is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good sound for TV and/or music.
Cannot program another remote to it. Sounds good and good bass but being unable to program another remote to it and having to use 2 remotes is frustrating. Outside of the remote issue it works fine.
Value and great sound quality Great clear sound and booming bass at a great price make this a bit of a bargain. Best used in a detached house as otherwise the neighbours will know about it!! Easy connection via digital optical and doubles as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommended.
Not a bad piece of ki Sound quality is good for the price, adds a richness to the sound that modern TV’s speakers just can’t.
The listing is misleading though, the subwoofer is not wireless and must connect to the soundbar. This is a bit disappointing as wanted to put in a different part of my room.
Overall for price not a bad piece of ki
Truly brilliant 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow. This has such great sound. It’s like sitting in the cinema .
So easy to set up with the optical cable. Remote control is simple the use and the display on the sound bar is nice and clear. The sub woofer sound is awesome. The price is brilliant. Highly recommend
Great sound at this price Impressed with this soundbar. It is a significant step up from our TV speakers and whole it doesn’t have the immersive quality of a true surround sound system the sound quality rivals an older Sony surround system we used to have.
For any program, the soundbar and sub provide a much broader and more detailed sound with solid bass and clean treble.
My only criticism would be that the sound profile does tend to favour deeper sounds, meaning that dialogue sometimes feels a little washed out in noisier scenes.
Still a hell of a lot better than the TV speakers though.
Very satisfied with the quality of the sound I can’t believe how much I paid for this. The treble is crisp and the bass……I use the Bluetooth feature alone as I have a Samsung soundbar for my TV and this competes surprisingly well with it. The only negative aspect is the lead…. I find it a little short.
Very Good For the price it is a real bargain. Some might prefer more bass, but for an overall and big improvement on your TV sound this product is well worth buying. And the Bluetooth works a treat!
Excellent solutio This is really good value and excellent sound quality using the optical connector. Though I do use a better quality connector than the one supplied. The sub woofer is extraordinary and the system is a very good replacement to my Sony surround sound system as no wires around the room.
Very good but not a wireless subwoofe The sound quality for the price is fantastic, powerful and with a deep bass. However the advert for this is very misleading as it states the separate subwoofer is wireless which it is not, would otherwise have given 5 stars.
Dont hesitate just buy ! Unreal I wanted it for bass and it didn’t disappoint !!! It connects to my Samsung smart curved 55inch TV without any difficulties the sound quality is unbelievable for the price ! Quick delivery also was delivered the next day 🙂
Excellent sound system for the price For the price this thing is amazing
Base is really good and clear
Sound is very clear
Over all very happy with my purchase.
Fantastic Value for Money, but There is a Compromise I bought this soundbar for the TV in the kitchen. I wasn’t expecting much as I purchased it on promotion for less than 80.
I just wanted a warmer, more realistic sound than the down firing speakers on the TV so I wasn’t expecting much but I am incredibly surprised by the bass clarity. This thing sounds better than my Samsung sound bar in the living room!
There are a few drawbacks of course. It says wireless but it isnt. It has Bluetooth for streaming music from your phone but literally everything else is a wired connection. Not really a problem as all of the wires are pretty much hidden.
The remote is very basic and you can’t connect it to your sky remote so separate remotes aren’t perfect and some people will hate this.
The preset EQs are actually really good. I’ve gone to EQ 2 for the Formula 1 as it sounds a bit richer. I’ll probably leave it on this for all TV though to be honest.
A friend of mine was asking a couple of months ago, what to go for in a Bluetooth speaker for his living room. Upon some questioning, it turns out he doesn’t have a sound bar for his TV. For this price, I’m confident you can’t find a better quality bluetooth speaker and this can be used with a TV so i’ve sent him the link to this.
Superb sound from a budget sound system Most sound bars lack bass. This has a wired subwoofer and it makes all the difference.
Apart from 4 preset EQs you can also tweak the treble and bass independently to give you the full rich sound you are looking for. Plenty of headroom too.
Clear Sound & Deep Bass!!! Brilliant soundbar with a deep bass subwoofer, please keep in mind the sound bar and sub woofer do sound a lot better in person than in the video.
Great soundba Easy to set up, good for the price. Bought this for my massive tv for my family to enjoy popular films. The sound is alright and the bass system is great. Remote control is easy to use. Overall would recommend.
Impressed Got this because my tv speakers are very poor and didn’t want to spend too much. The sound quality is awesome. I’m using optical input but also supports Bluetooth and coaxial. The sub really offers better sound experience. Would recommend.
Brilliant with projector set up Got it for my projector set up in our bedroom. Massive improvement in compare to projector speakers. I bought extension cable to get the bass under the bed and the bar above the screen. All very, very good, it would perfectly do the job in the living as well. Sorry I didn’t include sound as it would make no sense really, it sounds great 😉
Brilliant sound quality Although this soundbar is 120W, it sounds so much better than my previous Song 300w sound bar system. The system comes in two components, the main soundbar and the subwoofer. Although the system is advertised as wireless, it should say it supports wireless connectivity but the subwoofer is most definitely wired, so that does limit where you can put the subwoofer, but they do supply a fairly long cable.
Ours is mounted in a TV cupboard and the flexibilybof being able to mount the subwoofer vertically or horizontally definetly is a bonus.
The sound quality is exceptional especially for the price but I would say it exceeds the Sony system we had previously (which was also twice the price).
The only downside I have found is that the remote control functions are not supported by the “oneforall” multi controller we have to save having to have lots of remote controls. Having said that, I have noticed that we don’t have to keep altering the volume so that again is testament to the sound quality. The remote control itself is nicely laid out with quick controls for bass / treble, volume and function.
One massive thing with this unit is the I have been able to remove my optical media switcher as there is no lip sync issues (which there were with the Sony). The only thing I had to change on my freesat box was the sound from multichannel to stereo to fix sound issues I had with Netflix.
Sound quality is great perfec I love using my soundbar connected to our television, specially we watch football and movie, the sound quality is great perfect, 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Subwoofer, 120W Soundbar for TV, 120 dB Strong Bass Surround Sound System, plus using the Remote control, with Optical/AUX/Coaxial/USB Connection, easy to connect and easy to install
You only get what you pay fo There’s nothing to dislike about this sound bar or subwoofer.
This makes the sound brilliant if I have to I would recommend this to family and friends . Without question
Thank You.
Great piece of ki Great piece of kit, sounds and works great. The only issue I have is that the remote is on the same frequency as my Android TV… so I just don’t use the remotes on either of them.
Value for the money Value for the price I paid. The leads could have been 30 cm longer. The sound is an improvement on the tv speakers and you can hear the base..The remote control is working as it should.
Awesome. I bought this based on the good reviews and can honestly say that these speakers are awesome. I use it for movie nights on the TV and projector and it really feels like a cinema at home. I love these and highly recommend.
Good stuff I have never heard a system so good as this for the price it makes watching TV a pleasure, and as for music from no matter what source it’s unbeatable. I would recommend it to anyone.
Awesome for your average joe! Are you someone who wants to make sure they the right thing?
Are you someone who like me knows about the fancy technicality of sound and just wants something that makes tv/films/games sound super awesome and come to life?
Do you like making sure when something costs less that you are not sacrificing quality?
If you answered yes to any of these then I recommend buying this!
Funny starting aside now this thing was an amazing purchase, I like the look. It’s sleek and smart.
I played some music through it on Spotify to give it a starting test but on the night is where the real challenge began.
Lord of the Rings Extended edition: The fellowship of the ring.
Well bite my fingers if it didn’t blow me away.
I’d turned the bass and the treble up to max (I think, it wouldn’t go any higher that’s for sure – which is only five so it wasn’t silly) and it was like being in the cinema. The power and atmosphere it creates is fantastic. For 90 or so quid?! This is a steal.
Yes, it’s a no name brand I’ve never heard of but it works!!
It’s really not hard to set up, plug, plug, plug, plug then play. Literally.
A fantastic sound bar for the price Fantastic sound for a small size front room, very clear, good surround sound and the vocals are nice and clear.
Well made, very simple to set up with the included optic cable (nice touch) and a good remote
Superb value for money
Absolute bargain! For the price range, this is a top soundbar. Excellent sound quality with deep and punchy bass. I got it on special offer, so at 79.99 I got an incredible bargain!
Great valie Excellent value. sounds amazing ! We are using it with an LG tv, it was easy to set up the only downside is the power cable is extremely short!!!!
Very happy with the sound quality and how it looks. The bass on this soundbar is quite exceptional for this price range. I have it hooked up to one of my record players and it pumps out the sound like I was standing in the middle of an ’80’s disco. I had it at full blast for about two seconds but I couldn’t sustain that for fear of the neighbours knocking on my door.
It looks sleek and oozes quality. Feels well built. Unfortunately no batteries to accompany the included, easy to use remote control. Everything is controlled by the remote so don’t lose it. The soundbar itself is just under 3 feet wide, high gloss black finish with a metal mesh front. The woofer has a black wooden finish and looks pretty. Although it comes with an instruction manual, it’s very easy to set up. Totally glad I bought this value for money sound system.
No batteries included The sound and base is very good tested by connecting via bluetooth, there is no RCA to 3.5mm cable but it is mentioned included. I had to buy AAA batteries as it has non included like the premium brands, just a hassle to go and buy it. The wall mounting screws were missing one plastic screw plug there should have been two.
For multi media and streaming, it is as good as my amplifier and mission speakers combo I am amazed how much volume I got out of this sound bar and sub-woofer. No, it won’t be disco loud but in a standard living room watching John wick is amazing. Gunshot conveyed by the boom from the sub and shatter glass hitting the floor sound effect all comes alive.
I tested it all the way up to Volume 32 and distortion starts at 30, I did it for a just a few seconds as a test so it is all ok. I would stick to 25-28 Max and that is way louder than it needs to be for movie night. There is not a lot of display for info except the 2 digit LED in the middle behind the mesh. There are no physical button so remote is the only option.
2 thing I don’t like tho, remote don’t come with battery and there is no button option…Also with bluetooth there is a 20mins no activity shut off, I understand why there is an auto shut off but there is no way to turn it off. I use it with my computer and when I am away from keyboard for more than 20 minutes I will have to power it up again with the remote.
It comes with a optical cable and also a 3.5mm cable which is really handy.
Can't go wrong for the price
Sounds good with tv and bluetooth music and Ps4 is excelle
Excellent value for money
I have given this Soundbar 5 stars as this is a fair rating for the price.
Quit gd of sound quality
The sound quality is gd compare with this cost . Actually, 90% function can be control without remote. Highly recommend
Good sound limited volume.
Good sound bar, nice punchy bass but not enough volume. Some films on tv have low volume and the soundbar is hardly enough. Over all I like it and it’s good for us.
Grea
Exactly as described. Great value for money, a little short on finesse, you get what you pay for.
Wonderful sound for small front lounge
Wonderful sound.
Worth the money
Can’t complain about this sound bar and sub. I have a 55″ TV and the sound on that is crap. This has made watching TV and especially movies so much more enjoyable. BT is really easy to use and connect to my phone for some music.
It looks very smart in front of my televsio
It’s easy to install this product and it sounds grea
Great value.
I was looking for a replacement for my (more expensive) Samsung soundbar which had failed after a few years. I was particularly looking for one with a wired connection to the sub woofer. Note that if you want to place your subwoofer a good distance from the sound bar, you might be better off with a Bluetooth connection. I have found the system to produce clear and ‘solid’ sound which was pleasing considering it is a budget system. I’m very happy with it.
Brilliant produc
Absolutely brilliant product. Very very happy with the build quality, the look of it, The ease of setup. The sound quality if fantastic and cannot believe low price of it. The base is great and we can feel it sitting in our seats on a carpeted floor. Great stuff.
Good peice of ki
The first one I had initially worked and then didn’t, sellers were amazing, no quibble, sent a new one immediately, arrived even faster than was supposed to. I like this sound bar, seriously easy to set up and great for watching a film, feel like I’m in the cinema…… in the comfort of my own home.
Top soundba
Come well packaged, unusual shape lol, easy install, sound quality is excellent juts a little distortion on the subwoofer but all in all a very good soundbar especially for the price
Says wireless sub, but it's wired lol
The quality of the build feels good and what I’ve listened to sounds good too, just a little let down with the photos saying it had a wireless sub when it is a wired sub.
This is a great 2.1 package - Top Quality sound
I seem to have purchased when it was on offer.
This produces amazing sound quality. I have it hooked up as part of a Dolby ProLogic Surround Sound system, and this is a quality product, with quality sound. (I keep being told to turn the bass down by my ‘other half’)
Highly recommended.
Great value, and audio quality
I purchased this for my father.
Very good afordable uni
If you turn the TV off or pause what you are watching the sound bar switches off ,so you have to turn it back on again .
Get what you pay fo
Its nice sound with bass & treble separate volume & eq.
Ive only just got it but compares well to my logitech speakers for tv.
Better than most tv sound & bass is pretty good.
Dont like the feel of it, feels a bit cheap but end of the day it looks the business & sounds good.
Quality Produc
For a relatively unpopular name, this is product has an amazing sound quality. If you have ears for good sound, and can’t afford the high-end names, then this is your plug!
It’s good to go!👍🏿
After a few purchases and returns I found the sound I was looking for. Proper bass , very deep. Treble is very good but in my opinion it could be a bit better. The midrange too. On the whole I could buy it again and certainly recommend it. 4 stars from me.
Good budget ba
For the price, this is a very good sound bar.
Good value for money
I wanted a sound bar after hearing my brothers , but couldn’t justify spending 200 for one like his. So I went for this one. Sounds great, easy to connect and good value for money.
Paiyda 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Subwoofe
Paiyda is not a name I have heard of before I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and rich sound it gives
and for the price too. It was easy to set up and use .
Just wow wasn't expecting it to be this loud 😳 😂😂😂
OMG what a buy i wanted something loud enough to annoy room mates downstairs couple of day’s ago they where blasting music on there tv at 3-4am at night told them off because i wake up at 5am and they still didn’t listen so i brought this beauty and my word this thing is loud extreme bass as you can see from the screen shot the room mates didn’t like it hopefully they won’t annoy me anymore with there noises and loud tv music and we all know tv speakers are none comparison to sound bar and sub-woofers lol
My advice – JUST BUY IT!
Great VFM - Stereo effect quite limited but definitely better than the built-in TV speakers
Easy to set up.
Value for money
I’ve never heard of this make before, so was a bit dubious about buying it. Very easy to connect to the TV and lovely sound quality for use in the living room.
I was very pleasantly surprised
Highly recommended
Easy to install, fab sound.
One of my very best buys
Highly recommended
Value for money
Used with bedroom tv – clear sound and punchy base. Not spectacular but does the job well.
Great quality sound especially bass
I remember when the first soundbars were released along with plasma televisions.
Very, very high quality for its price
First of all, I want to say that I did not expect such a quality product to come at this price. It is a very high quality item for its price. The sound quality is great and I enjoy watching movies even more. However, having a small and simple remote control is also a great advantage. It is black and has a great design and goes well with my TV.
GOOD QUALITY
Very nice product, easy to install, highly recommend to buy
Impressive sound
The sound system is superb. It sounds better than a more expensive sharp that I sent back. It has incredible sound with an outstanding base. However, it is working in parallel with my Samsung tv volume but when I bring my tv volume to zero it brings out the sound very well!
Easy set up, great sound quality
This sound bar was set up within minutes with my SamSung smart TV via included AUX cable.
Ignore the others
Honestly the reviews on here are laughable and done by sound snobs.
Sound Quality
For what I paid I was very pleased with both build and sound Quality.
VERY HAPPY
I didn’t even think that such a good thing could be bought for that kind of money, I had wanted such an audio system for a long time, but I didn’t dare, and when I saw it I immediately decided to buy it and I don’t regret that it sounds very good and has a strong sound, it was delivered quickly and well packed , I am very grateful to the seller for such a product, and I will recommend to all my friends, and I recommend this product to everyone because it is worth the money
Good sound bar with few drawbacks
Good sound as the other reviews have mentioned, but the remote is not the ideal quality. Most of the times it’s a struggle using it. Should have included “Always On” feature. Annoying to switch it back on every now and then.
i love it! Great sound and ease of use.
After a bad experience with another soundbar (see my review at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/customer-reviews/R3NU1CNYU8Z8YZ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0899LJFC9) I purchased this about a week later hoping this was not another poor buy.
What an amazing difference!
Well worth the money
Thought it may not be much good as it was to replace 5 way surround sound….but my 3 1/2 jack input at back of my iMac stopped receiving….so had hoped that this bluetooth one would replace it……and it did……only problem having bluetoothed to th iMac, the iTunes pops up at the beginning and needs attending to in order
We use it to watch films projected on our white walls
Excellent Buy
The soundbar was advertised as slightly damaged.
Not bad for the price.
Good enough for movies. But for loud music and heavy bass it okay.
Excellent soundba
This was bought as a Christmas present for my son, who installed it easily and it is working very well. He was very pleased with this.
Great Product buy i
Great Product very good sound at good value.
Easy to set up with easy to use remote control.
I would thoroughly recommend this sound bar as it came with a very good quality sub woofe
Not loud enough
Not very loud for me ,lacking output power, think I need to get a more powerful out put model .
I went to buy this and seen one on offer ‘used’ for 70 and read up to find the box might be damaged and as an ex delivery driver knew it wasn’t an issue so went ahead. Excellent buy!
well worth the money
was easy to set up ,comes with all the cables required and the sound is excellent for the price
very good item for the price
for the price it is a really good buy sound is very clear and easy to set up I would recommend
This sound bar is for our TV – and the difference it’s made is like night and day.
It's unfortunate it's not wireless as indicated
The sound is super, was blow away by the quality of the sound and how quickly my daughter installed it, when I received it my friend was with me I instantly ordered one for her upon her reques
Great sound
Very happy with this sound bar. Nice clear vocals and great bass with no distortion. I have it in my bedroom but it’s as good as my much more expensive one in my sitting room. Well worth the money
Brill sound ba
Had it few months and absolutely fab good sound quality looks brill
Amazing sound
The sound is amazing but only when you amplify, but an amazing soundbar and good price for money
Very good quality and reasonable price. Looks premium
This item is awesome. Sound quality is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good sound for TV and/or music.
Cannot program another remote to it.
Sounds good and good bass but being unable to program another remote to it and having to use 2 remotes is frustrating. Outside of the remote issue it works fine.
Top buy!
Great soundbar with crisp sound and powerful bass. Really good value for money!
Value and great sound quality
Great clear sound and booming bass at a great price make this a bit of a bargain. Best used in a detached house as otherwise the neighbours will know about it!! Easy connection via digital optical and doubles as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommended.
Not a bad piece of ki
Sound quality is good for the price, adds a richness to the sound that modern TV’s speakers just can’t.
The listing is misleading though, the subwoofer is not wireless and must connect to the soundbar. This is a bit disappointing as wanted to put in a different part of my room.
Overall for price not a bad piece of ki
Truly brilliant 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wow. This has such great sound. It’s like sitting in the cinema .
So easy to set up with the optical cable. Remote control is simple the use and the display on the sound bar is nice and clear. The sub woofer sound is awesome. The price is brilliant. Highly recommend
Great sound at this price
Impressed with this soundbar.
Very satisfied with the quality of the sound
I can’t believe how much I paid for this. The treble is crisp and the bass……I use the Bluetooth feature alone as I have a Samsung soundbar for my TV and this competes surprisingly well with it. The only negative aspect is the lead…. I find it a little short.
Very Good
For the price it is a real bargain. Some might prefer more bass, but for an overall and big improvement on your TV sound this product is well worth buying. And the Bluetooth works a treat!
Excellent solutio
This is really good value and excellent sound quality using the optical connector. Though I do use a better quality connector than the one supplied. The sub woofer is extraordinary and the system is a very good replacement to my Sony surround sound system as no wires around the room.
Very good but not a wireless subwoofe
The sound quality for the price is fantastic, powerful and with a deep bass.
Quick delivery also was delivered the next day 🙂
Excellent sound system for the price
For the price this thing is amazing
Base is really good and clear
Sound is very clear
Over all very happy with my purchase.
I bought this soundbar for the TV in the kitchen.
Don't annoy your neighbours
Wasn’t too sure at 1st didn’t recognise the name but It is good quality value for money
Superb sound from a budget sound system
Most sound bars lack bass. This has a wired subwoofer and it makes all the difference.
Apart from 4 preset EQs you can also tweak the treble and bass independently to give you the full rich sound you are looking for. Plenty of headroom too.
Very good value for money.
Brilliant soundbar with a deep bass subwoofer, please keep in mind the sound bar and sub woofer do sound a lot better in person than in the video.
Great for the price.
What great bit of kit for the price, sounds great definitely recommend.
Great soundba
Easy to set up, good for the price. Bought this for my massive tv for my family to enjoy popular films. The sound is alright and the bass system is great. Remote control is easy to use. Overall would recommend.
Impressed
Got this because my tv speakers are very poor and didn’t want to spend too much. The sound quality is awesome. I’m using optical input but also supports Bluetooth and coaxial. The sub really offers better sound experience. Would recommend.
Brilliant with projector set up
Got it for my projector set up in our bedroom. Massive improvement in compare to projector speakers. I bought extension cable to get the bass under the bed and the bar above the screen. All very, very good, it would perfectly do the job in the living as well. Sorry I didn’t include sound as it would make no sense really, it sounds great 😉
Although this soundbar is 120W, it sounds so much better than my previous Song 300w sound bar system.
Very pleased with this unit.
Sound quality is great perfec
I love using my soundbar connected to our television, specially we watch football and movie, the sound quality is great perfect, 2.1 Channel Soundbar with Subwoofer, 120W Soundbar for TV, 120 dB Strong Bass Surround Sound System, plus using the Remote control, with Optical/AUX/Coaxial/USB Connection, easy to connect and easy to install
You only get what you pay fo
There’s nothing to dislike about this sound bar or subwoofer.
This makes the sound brilliant if I have to I would recommend this to family and friends . Without question
Thank You.
Sound ba
Very nice sound for max 2 bedroom flat hut very jive sound
Great piece of ki
Great piece of kit, sounds and works great. The only issue I have is that the remote is on the same frequency as my Android TV… so I just don’t use the remotes on either of them.
Value for the money
Value for the price I paid.
Good stuff
I have never heard a system so good as this for the price it makes watching TV a pleasure, and as for music from no matter what source it’s unbeatable. I would recommend it to anyone.
Literally.
I love it!
A fantastic sound bar for the price
Fantastic sound for a small size front room, very clear, good surround sound and the vocals are nice and clear.
Well made, very simple to set up with the included optic cable (nice touch) and a good remote
Superb value for money
Great quality
Its absolutely perfect. Took me 2 minutes to set up and its great quality.
Absolute bargain!
For the price range, this is a top soundbar. Excellent sound quality with deep and punchy bass. I got it on special offer, so at 79.99 I got an incredible bargain!
Amazing sound for the money
This product is worth every penny I was surprise of the quality for this money. Highly recommend
Great valie
Excellent value. sounds amazing ! We are using it with an LG tv, it was easy to set up the only downside is the power cable is extremely short!!!!
Grea
For such a reasonable price you get great sound quality.
Good value
Really good loud and bassy sound bar and sub good value for money
No batteries included
The sound and base is very good tested by connecting via bluetooth, there is no RCA to 3.5mm cable but it is mentioned included. I had to buy AAA batteries as it has non included like the premium brands, just a hassle to go and buy it. The wall mounting screws were missing one plastic screw plug there should have been two.
I am amazed how much volume I got out of this sound bar and sub-woofer.
