Great Produc
Took a while to come but worth the wait. I knew this when ordering and it did arrive when due. Heavy but once in situ not an issue. Not enough coals included but bought more.
Gives off enough heat but you need to be fairly close. Like the product – it looks really good too.

Great fire, looks good and gives out lots of heat and a lovely glow to our terrace as it goes dark. Good quality and comes with a cover
They kept us up to date as well with regard to delivery .
A wee bit of a delay with delivery due to circumstances out with Teamson control but we were kept fully informed throughout.
A cosmetically good looking fire pit, very well packaged with no self build required.
Initial problem but great customer service to rectify.
Had problem with the paint peeling on the first one I purchased. Teamson answered my e mails and I sent photos to them. They apologised and said they would replace it. I was also telephoned by Dave their customer service manager who chased up the replacement- which arrived a few days after I spoke with him. It looks like the the surface coating has changed so hopefully this one will stand the test of time. Thank you to Teamson for their excellent customer service.
It is a great gas fire pit and we are thoroughly enjoying evenings outside around it.
We love sitting out around our fire pit on these dark evenings. It brightens up our evenings especially during covid 19 times. We also use it during the day as a table we bought a Perspex 6mm thick sheet to put on top. May bring it on in winter and put some Xmas trinkets in the middle
Arrived early and just installed by builder. Looks lovely and easy to get going. Supplied attachment for the gas supply will fit a standard bbq sized tank ( I went larger so check with your gas supplier) Recommend adding glass beads or shards to the supplied lava rocks for a little sparkle! Definitely get more heat off it compared to a non gas fire pit.
Great value. A large flame which keeps us surprisingly warm even on the lowest setting. The colour is a light grey which is fine. The only thing that could make it better is if they had a darker grey too. Highly recommended.
This is a brilliant fire pit no assembly needed just take out the box put the lava rocks in and fire it up. The only thing is in the photo on amazon it shows a bottle of wine and glass sitting on the side of it so you would think the edge was flat but unfortunately it slops down towards the flames, but overall this is fantastic would definitely recommend.
My husband spends a lot of time relaxing on our decking over the pond listening to the water fall. This product throws out loads more heat than I imagined (and seems even more efficient if not turned up fully, but let the flames come to a point in the center) allowing us to stay out rather longer which is lovely. The broad rim/table is marvelous for warming the old vino tinto too 😉
I agree that extra coals would look better, but we’ll do something about that later….. For now we are enjoying this firepit very much…especially as our holls have gone west!

This is one of my best ever buys for the garden and it arrived 4 weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date. The fire pit looks great and it’s well made. It’s light enough to move around if you need to. It gives off a great heat, keeping you warm and cosy. My only gripe is that it doesn’t come with a wind guard and there is no option to purchase one. We have however, had a glass top made for it so that we can use it as a coffee table too. We absolutely love this fire pit. It’s great value for money.

Heat output is great and we added some fire logs for a more rustic look which also captures more heat. Looks great in the garden and no worries about stinking of smoke the next day. It performs well even in reasonable winds so would thoroughly recommend.

This product is shockingly brilliant did not expect it to be so well Built, did not expect it to give out so much heat, we bought it originally as just decoration but find our selves sitting round it at least three times a week toasting marshmallows and an excellent buy if anything could do with a few more bricks but we purchased extra on line for a tenne
