Bought to replace broken one in my cats outdoor house which I had recently painted for her .
Easy to fit as put in existing hole.
Had brown one before but for some reason these were more expensive than the white and the white went better with the new colou

The Cat Flap is well-built and works extremely well. It handles 3 cats and a small poodle without complaining!
We`ve had several of these and they do have a basic weakness. A determined cat can break the locked flap.

I needed a replacement so I decided to purchase it from, Amazon the price was a lot lower then other websites I visited which was a added bonus. Very easy to install arrived quickly.
This was a direct replacement for one destroyed by a stubborn French bulldog who couldn’t wait for me to open the door. I do like how the flap can be removed in seconds to wash it, but I also bought spare flaps, since our cats have managed to break 3 so far, when they come through to violently when they are being chased! Easy to fit but I already had a hole in my door. My cat won’t wear a magnet and he has found a way to release the mechanism to get in the house but no other cat has worked it out – clever cat. 🙂 With magnet it works very well but any cat with a magnet can get into your house. I would generally recommend over the version without a magnet over-ride.
My cat can come and go without any problems. Her old cat flap was not magnetic and other cats were coming in . This caused fights between my cats as one is an indoor as old and nervous of outside and other and outdoor. My old cat was smelling other cats and attacked my other cat as confused with smells. Peace has now returned and both cats happy and owner aswell.
This was to replace the same cat flap so it was easy to install and easy for the cat to use.

Bought this to replace one I already had so knew what to expect, easy to remove old one and replace with new one, only issue is the drafts in windy weather, but had same issue with old one as well
Would be nice if the device could be used manually as my cats don’t wear collars. I ended up adjusting the lock intentionally to deactivate the magnet switch. Works a treat and now and the cats love it giving them more freedom. Took to it really quickly. The hole could have been a tad bigger tho but my male cat still fits…just.
The product itself is good and the cats adapt to it easily. I’ve had to put lots of signs on it to discourage delivery people from shoving parcels through it as someone broke my previous one.
It was a little too narrow for very thick doors so some adjustments are necessary
A cat kept coming into out house and eating our cats food and It even caused a flea infestation. (Our cat is treated for fleas and worms every month.)
Our cat was scared of this other cat and kept cowering under the table.(What a wimp! He should have chased it away.)
Even though I kept soaking the other cat with a water pistol it just kept coming back!
We didn’t want to take away our cats freedom to come and go as he pleases but really needed to keep the other cat out.
My husband found it very easy to install.
It took a couple of weeks for our cat to get used to it and work out how to use it (he kept trying to push it open with his paw and not putting his head in) We persevered and encouraged him with treats and he got the hang of it in the end.
The other cat soon worked out he/she wasnt getting in and now we haven’t even seen it in our garden for a while.

The magnet on his collar is so strong it attracts anything metal in the garden, it also sticks to radiators and the fridge door. I have to remove his collar indoors. It makes using the flap inconvenient as I have to watch for him coming and going because once the magnet touches the door it is so strong he won’t attempt to go through it. He is 10 years old and quite arthritic but a younger cat may not have these problems. Having said all that it is a very good product.
Had this fitted about a year ago, have two cats using it & has lasted well. The only thing wrong is the plastic door that the cats go through is looking tired even after cleaning, you can buy a replacement door.

Perfect for keeping other cats out. Had a few incidents with a Tom cat spraying in our kitchen. This completely eliminates that issue. The magnet isn’t that haven’t and easy to replace when the cats undoubtedly lose their collars chasing mice!
We have two cats and a Jack Russel using this item. It is very sturdy, with easy to install instructions and great value for money.

it will take 1 idiot cat at least 5 headbutts to bust through it, but until it does it will be exclusive for the use of ALL cats with a magnetic collar.
my cat is not a fan but at least it keeps the neighbourhood wildlife out, for now.
I prefer the magnetic c.f. to the electric version but that only work if other cats in the neighbourhood don’t have magnetic keys …This item works very well..
This cat flap is a good buy. No problems fitting and replaced an old one which lasted about 7 years. The cat seems to have no trouble using it.
This is my second of these cat flaps. This one was going into a window. I picked same make as find it well made and like that can have it set to come in only or completely locked
It took a couple of days for the cat to feel confident with it but now has no problems and sits inside sticking her tongue out at the bully cat outside through the transparent flap.
A great cat flap easy to use easy to clea
Brilliant. Has stopped my neighbours cat coming in and eating my cats food and using my house as a litter tray. I have two cats, one of them used it straight away, the other is an idiot. He will get cold until he gets it.
It needed to be sturdy had to kick into place. It works better than the standard one. So far stopped the stray getting back in and attacking my cats.
Perfect to keep other cats from entry and brilliant for allowing our own in safely.

This is overall good the only draw back is the noise it makes shutting and the fact our cat can only just fit through it, it is quite funny watching him use it. would be better if you offer a slightly bigger one as well with the same features
Used with five of the add on tunnel pieces to get through an external wall. The installation was straightforward and the cats started using it immediately.
Very pleased with this cat flap. It took a bit of time to get the cat to use it but now he is in and out as and when he pleases.

Exactly what I was looking for and easy to install
This was a replacement item for a perfectly good one that was wrecked after a courier forced a parcel through it. We have had these type of cat flaps for many years and they are top notch. Amazon sell them at very reasonable prices.
Good catflap.Doesn t need the batteries,which is good as I used to have one with batteries and it stopped working for no reason.
The only down side is that the flap is quite noisy when it closes,so I d advise to install it away from the bedroom.
Bought this because our cat was getting frustrated of other stray cats entering our house and eating his food, as a result my cat stopped eating and even sleeping downstairs, his life went upside down, so we got him this magnetic cat flap, first thing I did is putting the collar to get him used to it, cat flap fitting was easy for me as the old one has same dimentions, the hardest part was training my cat to use the flap because first time he tried he got jumped by the clicking noise of the mechanism after that my cat has not tried to use it because the clicking noise scares him, but we presisted by sometimes pushing him through untill he started getting used to it, it took almost 2 weeks
Now my cat is back to his normal routine, eating his food and sleeping downstairs, coming in and out as he pleased knowing no other cats can enter through the flap exept him 😉

Stopped other cats from coming over and stealing food! Took our cat a day to get used to it. The magnetic tag does pick up items so keep an eye on your bobby pins / pennies. Very sturdy and great quality.

It slotted into place so well, and is busy facilitating our two cats’ passage.
Was a bit sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews but installed this about a month ago and our cat’s been going in out like a good’un. No other cats have been able to get in (although I’ve not actually seen any trying).
If you have an adventurous young cat – be aware that the magnetic ball that fixes to the collar can get lost (when our cat was a kitten she lost a fair few) – but they are available online fairly cheap. Our cat isn’t as wild as she used to be – and she hasn’t lost the magnet in a while. The cat flap dos come with a couple of magnets – so we now have a few spares.

Air sealants around the flap could be a bit better, as a bit of cold draught would get in winter.
Had to replace in the end for electronic one, capable of reading chip, due to uninvited guests coming in for food.

After seeing in other retail outlets, this one was exactly the same & considerably cheape
We brought this cat flap as we had had problems with other people’s cats coming into our home. It was easy to fit. We did have to make the joke a little bigger. My husband did this with a jigsaw. It took my cats a few days to get use to the new flap as it make a bit of a noise on entering and leaving. Also we needed to get the collars too.. this was because the magnet has to hand down so it can engage with the locking mechanisms. I would recommend this product as it has helped to stop other cats getting in to the house.

As I already had a hole of the correct size it was very easy to fit. The old one needed a battery. This works without one and the cats seem more at ease using it. No problems so far.

Had to purchase this as a replacement for my other due to delivery driver breaking the old one pushing a parcel through snapping a piece that kept it locked from other cats without the fob .

Very pleased with this. My daughter’s cat soon worked it out. We had it fitted in a glass double-glazed door panel. The local glazier provided a new double glazed panel with the hole pre-cut. Quality seems ok for the price. Nothing has broken but I do wonder about the slightly flimsy door and catch mechanism. However, so far so good. It seems that spares can be obtained for this type, which was a selling point.
Easy to install, great quality. Took a few days to get my car used to using a cat flap, but now she uses it all the time. Great idea having the magnetic lock thing because it stops other cats coming in through it. Would definitely recommend
Better than the previous model as it seems to close properly after cat comes in but plastic seems very flimsy.
Got this to replace my magnetic cat flap whose magnetic release mechanism was broken by a Yodel delivery driver who forced a parcel through it, and then denied the damage, and was believed by their ‘complaints’ department, despite evidence to the contrary!
I am still pursuing my compensation, but needed a replacement in the interim. I will of course, in the future, be avoiding deliveries by Yodel.

This is one of the best magnetic cat flaps I have ever purchased. No battery needed. It did take a few goes before the cats got use to it. Looks neat too.
Arrived in plenty of time and as described; has taken a little time for the cat to work out how to actually use it though.
Easy to install. Collar works well. But does catch onto random nails and metal bits from outside which then get caught in the door and block it shut.
Looking for suitable cat flap , had in for a while now, great as no other cats can get in .. would recommend this item..
Excellent product, good quality, just dont forget you have locked it as our cat then managed to break through the plastic flap in a desperate attempt to get out and we had to replace it!
Fitted fine, I was putting ours through a wall so do buy the extension connecting pieces if you are doing this, it essentially creates a tunnel through the brickwork, cat was using it within 10 minutes.
Bought this cat flap this week as a replacement for 1 we had had for 5 years. Price in shop 36 Amazon 23 excellent price, fitted perfectly and so easy to do it took 10 minutes.

Great sturdy stop other cats getting would recomend, I had to push my cat throw a few times until she got the message, I put an extra tunnel in which made her stretch this helped her get throw easer.
Met all expectations except no spare magnet for the cats collar. Easy to fit and secure.
After a few visits from a cat that didn’t live here we got the magnetic model. I was surprised how good quality it is and how well it works without battery. So i would recommend it anyday.
Only thing that is a lille problem is the sound that it makes once the cat door closes.. its quite loud.. But then again… it closes correctly.

We had had problems with another at coming in through our old cat flap. Our cat is 16yrs. old so was worried if he would manage the magnetic flap. He has managed very well but bear in mind it is heavier than an ordinary flap. After a few attempts he has mastered it. No more cats coming in, great.
Problem with other cats getting in house now sorted. My cat has taken a while to get used to it; but it has resulted in our cat not having her food consumed by all the cats in the area.
Others have criticised this catflap, but we have had one for years and as long as you are prepared to put up with the crashing noise it makes when it opens and closes (tells you where the cat is coming in, as far as I am concerned) then it is excellent.

my cats always try to open the cat flap with their feet first, but they do suceed to get in.
This was bought to replace my previous Staywell Magnetic Cat Flap which lasted fifteen years and kept two cats happy. I am quite confident this identical one will do the same job equally well.

Good quality cat flap. My cat does struggle sometimes to get through the flap from outside. Not sure if it’s the magnet not activating it properly. The cat flap is quite wide and intrusive looking on the door.
Always works as it says it will on the box! The previous one lasted just over 3 years – maybe because there is no porch over my back door I don’t know.
Took a bit of getting used to but my cats love it. However it’s noisy when they come in and does bang in the wind
I was very happy with this cat flap, however I am assuming one of my neighbours had the same idea as another cat got into our house, so I have had to upgrade to the microchip cat flap.
Works well but still have an issue with a stray cat who insists on forcing it’s way in through the flap.
Had to purchase another one as the old one had worn out after much use by two cats. It comes with a collar and magnetic tag and very easy instructions. I have tried the infra-red flap, but it did not last very long in my household, so have gone back to magnetic.
Already have this fitted to my back door, but am moving house so would not be without this Magnetic Flap for my 2 babes. It is really handy for them to get in & out themselves-Love i
