New door hence new cat flap.
The old one was in use for 8+ years and still in fantastic working order.
The magnet is expensive to replace.

Staywell cat flap is excellent value. Clear door so my cat can see outside or in. 4 way locking really useful. A quality product. I needed help to install though. Recommend
Last on lasted 10 years and only broke because a puppy went through it.
Easy to install if you have the right tools to make a neat hole in a door or window. But comes with a magnetic catch that requires a small magnet to be hung round the cat’s neck; this is to prevent other cats coming in through the flap. if however you don’t want to do this or if you have more than one cat then this is a real problem. There is no way of easily overriding or disabling this mechanism. I was able to do so but it was a pain. The pervious flap I had, from he same manufacturer, did not have this mechanism and so was not a problem.
Easy to install, my wee cat is still getting used to it but it definitely works how it should very happy with it.

This is the second one which we have bought (due to a house move).
It’s really sturdy and doesn’t let a huge draft in like others. Would definately recommend.
No cat flap is easy to fit, but this one is no more difficult than any other.
It is a good quality, solid and reliable magnetic cat flap that is working well and only letting my cats in !! Great quality product.
Too much projection of the flap beyonf the thickness of the door. Had to cut and modify

I spent ages trying to find a replacement cat flap for my door as the last one was fitted by the previous owners. Finally I found this one and it’s perfect. Easy to install.
Got it a bit cheaper through warehouse deals, as it had been returned with a scratch on the door. My cats weren’t too bothered about that bit and it fitted in the hole from the previous cat flap quite easily. Seems sturdy enough, but so did the last one, till a Tomcat barged through it.
Bought this to replace an old cat flap that was falling to pieces it works fine for what it is if it lasts as long as the old one I will be happy. Please read instructions carefully for assembly.
As the camera shows, this is a stray cat that STILL comes in to pee all over. Thank god I kept conservatory door shut. It has no magnetic collar!! How the hell does it come in? I would be delighted with an answe
Very easy to fit and good that there are no batteries. I purchased this magnetic cat flap as we were getting other cats coming in, unfortunately they also had magnetic collars. Which was a bit of a b*gg*r.
