Like many comments said, the game code is invalid even though via phone app, but the product itself is still great.

A good toy, quite clever really. The headset seems to work fine with my glasses too which is a bonus. Can’t play it for long though or it makes my stomach turn. Graphics are amazing

I can say that because i have an Oculus 2, but i prefere using this one, not only because it is more comfortable, but there isn’t a great deal of difference in the picture quality, i know what you thinking, the Oculus has a much better picture quality due to having a better resolution, but as i said i have an Oculus Quest 2, there really isn’t a great deal of difference, i wish i didn’t buy the Oculus, and just used the ps4 vr.

I’m quite late to the party when it comes to the PS4 VR headset. I’ve been using the Oculus for years and didn’t think the PS4 be headset would be worth getting. I was offered one recently so thought I’d give it a go.I really wished I had bought one of these years ago! Amazing bit of kit, extremely responsive and so many excellent VR games for it. I must buy for PS4 and PS5 owners. Unless you suffer with motion sickness then this wouldn’t be a good buy for you.
Astro bot is not only a great platform but an amazingly fun VR game also

Was dubious about some of the reviews as the games didn’t seem to work but done the codes on my account over the mobile and no issues. Really is a fantastic device and a long enough lead you can sit on the sofa and play

When i bought this product i thought that it would come with the games, the headset and controllers. But it doesnt. No controllers are included with this item. Instead the controllers cost around 100 which is annoying. But its still good. But if i were to re buy it i wouldnt get this but instead the new oculous quest 2 which is the same price with controllers and overall better.

Good value, I think? Prices are varied and can change quite dramatically!
As always, do your research, make sure you have enough space and set up the equipment properly! And you will be happy!
Downside, no move controllers included.

We purchased this in November and was disappointed that when opened at Christmas the voucher codes for the 4 games were missing. The VR Worlds code was included twice so obviously a mix up in packing. We contacted Sony (had to do this via Twitter) who messaged us a phone number to call. 90 minutes on hold but eventually we got to talk to a representative who said the missing codes was an issue they were aware of and would notify the relevant department to credit our PS account with the games. 3 more phone calls over the next month until eventually I got an email to say the missing codes (although a factory packing problem they were aware of) wasn’t anything they could help with and to return the item to Amazon.
This wasn’t satisfactory as it wasn’t the sellers issue, so I emailed them again to only get the same response. I was about to contact Amazon when my daughter noticed the PS account had been credited to download the 4 games. Even after this I still received further communication from Sony to say it wasn’t something they could help with (even though they clearly had sorted it).

Anyway, just be aware you may not get all the games in the pack. The headset and wide range of games (some free if you subscribe to PS network) is enjoyed by the kids and highly recommended.

Its been said in a few reviews but worth mentioning again. Product is fine but there is a problem with the downloads.

The 5 game downloads come from 2 codes. One for vr world’s, one for the other four. The other four cannot be redeemed on the console – they just say either invalid code or that vr world’s has already downloaded.

This code must be redeemed on the phone app (maybe on the website but didn’t check). Sony support is either useless or overwhelmed at Xmas. We had several days of not being able to use the games which was frustrating

Excellent pack to act as an introduction to VR. The ‘Moss’ game is enchanting and ‘Blood & Truth’ an ace shoot em up within the VR framework. With the games included it’s superb value.

Great fun. Below I going to put some important information. The games included in this bundle has reedem codes. Please input code with four games. If you input code with VR Worlds first you have to use playstation app on your phone to reedem code for four reaming games. Don’t ask me why. I spent lot’s of time on internet to obtain a very usefull solution.

After I unpacked the vr and tried to redeem vouchers. The first vrworld code worked but other one with 4 games did not.. I contacted amazon but they couldn’t help as its Christmas time and PSN was closed to contact them. Then I research online what ki d of problem it can be and found this:
Log in to ps account but on the phone not ps4 ( I assume on laptop work as well) and redeemed code there. It showed me all 4 games so I added them into my account and now we have them in the ps4 library ready to download. Yupi

Fab Christmas Day playing on this. We couldn’t get the vouchers to work for the games whilst trying to add them on the VR.
***Tip- If you go onto ps4 store app on your phone/tab and add the codes that way it works. I’ve noticed people are having problems like we did. Hope this helps.

Great piece of equipment. Unfortunately the voucher for the games isn’t working.
After 3 phone calls to PlayStation they did help and our pack is now working
