Go black and go bigge
I went with the small black model of this, I do wish I’d have gone bigger as my enormous feet would have been better off with a little more space, however the sizes are clearly stated and the box is still a great addition at home.
If i had to make any suggestion, it would be go with the black one, i can see the finish the plain one would have with the edges and they get marked quite quickly, especially if used outside or with shoes on, so best bet is to make sure you have that dark finish which i think looks great.
Otherwise it’s well made with nicely finished panels that assemble quite easily, screws could be of better quality but most of the strength is taken from the wood itself which is great quality.
Overall from two weeks of use this has been a solid product. I gave it 5 stars with 4 on assembly. Honestly It should be a 5 on assembly but I had one board that one hole did not line up properly with the predrilled holes. However, past that one point, everything fit well together, it was simple in construction but it feels very solid. Overall, I feel like this is more then well worth it. Assuming it holds up for months and years of abuse it would be worth twice the money.

Strong sturdy and reasonable priced
The POWER GUIDANCE 3 in 1 ply box is a great box for the money, it’s an ideal height for doing plyometric exercises, it’s great for cross training and helps develop the muscles needed to improve. The box has to be assembled, but when assembled it is absolutely solid, more so than I was expecting. The box is load rated for users up to 160kg, it’s strong and sturdy and looks of good quality. Although made with ply it has a really nice, quality finish to it and overall I think it’s a good value for money purchase.

This was the best deal for a 20-24-30 box! Great sturdy quality! Comes in at a hefty 50lbs! Set up was super simple and only one of the bolt holes was misaligned. I had to drill out a new hole.
Other than that, I am very happy with the quality and price!
I hate when you pay for something and it is damaged. It arrived with the conner of one of the sides all chipped . I wanted to return it he didn't feel like it.

High quality wood plyo box
Very good quality wood plyo box. Very strong. The wood is very thick. I believe it is made from solid wood, so it is safe to use for exercising like jumping. Excellent for use at home, it doesn’t require much space to store and can be used as a stool or a nighttable when not in use. My child also likes to play on it.
Sturdy box
East to put together, a couple of screws missing. Quality and finish reasonable, a few rough edges. Overall happy, but it is a bit overpriced for a few lengths of ply ..
great addition to my strength straining for legs and verticals
I’m an avid volleyball player so I’m always looking strengthen my legs to increase my verticals so I can play better. Plyometric jump box enables you to do various exercises that will strengthen your legs and lower body parts.
You can search and look up many exercises you can do with this but my favorites are Step ups with weights and Drop Jumps. These strengths specific areas in your legs and thighs to help you jump higher.
This jump box is very well made with engineered woods and it’s very easy to assemble. I really do appreciate the number of hex screws that it uses to securely and safely attach each side to other side. It’s very sturdy and stable.
This can easily change to different heights by simply turning to other side and it has 12″, 14″ and 16″ options. It looks great and I also like the 2 side handles for moving/carrying. Highly recommend it!

Plyobox is sturdy and easy to put together. Was missing one screw. Sent an email to product support. Crickets. Sent two more emails and no response. Update 8/1/21. Tried their tech support via their website. Received a response the next day with the info I had requested. They were apologetic and gave a partial refund to cover the cost of the screw. I did advise that it wasn’t necessary to provide a partial refund. So, I am happy with the subsequent support.

Save yourself some time by throwing the Allen key away and use a T25 bit attached to a screw gun. You’ll thank me later. My husband is really into fitness but didn't have a jump box yet. I surprised him with this and he was so stoked. It is easy to assemble and he immediately started adding it to his routine. He even tries to get me to do it. It isn't that bad actually and I can improve my balance with the moves as well.

Il montaggio come sfida
Non stato semplice il montaggio, ma sono una donna e ho usato un avvitatore difettoso. Ho faticato un po’ ma il prodotto ottimo.
To be fair, the dimensions were clearly stated, but I looked at the pictures and don’t know inches. The box shown in the pictures is the biggest size. Just in case anyone else is as lazy as me and doesn’t want to get up and get the measuring tape – the 14 inch box is tiny. Attaching a picture of my judgy cat for scale. Definitely hard to do box jumps on such a small surface. Might be useful for easy step ups. Other than that looks sturdy, just can’t be really used for anything if you’re tall. If you don’t want your cat to judge you, go with the bigger box.

Niente da dire su questo plinto! Robusto, facile da montare (l’importante avere sottomano un avvitatore), ottimo per svariate esigenze. Lo utilizzo nella mia squadra di volley per i salti, per la pliometria e anche come semplice plinto su cui far salire l’atleta per lavorare sull’attacco e la difesa. Sarebbe un 5 stelle ma, a mio parere, il prezzo un po’ caro.

Man sollte aber zu 2 sein um sie zusammen zu bauen! Die Seiten passen gut ineinander und das Innenstck (groes Modell) ist leicht einzufgen. Die Lcher sind nur auen vorgegeben, aber das reicht auch. In der Lieferung waren 3 Pckchen mit langen, stabilen Schrauben (1Pckchen blieb brig). Beim zusammenschrauben ziehen sich die Seiten aneieander und so wird die Kiste stabil!
Die Kiste habe ich auf eine antirutschmatte gestellt und kann ohne Probleme draufspringen.

I pannelli non combaciano benissimo costringendo a svitare e riavvitare per metterli in asse. Serve anche un peso (ci stavo seduto sopra) per farli combaciare bene.

As one of the cheaper boxes available on Amazon I didn’t have massively high hopes but the wood is really sturdy and it works well for me. I couldn’t quite get all the pieces to fit flush with one another but we’re only talking 1mm here and there. Pretty easy to assemble although the guide holes for the screws are only on the top pieces so it takes a bit of elbow grease to put together and caused a couple of blisters from the never-ending screwing!

Easy to assemble but not cut perfectly
This works well. It fits well and it’s easy to put together. Though the parts don’t fit perfectly. Some of it takes some forcing together or may be a few millimetres out. Most importantly though, it’s great for training with. Easy to move. and no fear of it breaking. Took 20min to assemble.

I bought this plyo box to help with my sons basketball training and increasing their vertical.
The assembly instructions were a little confusing upon initial glance, but we figured it out in no time. Once we put it together we put it to use right away and couldn’t be more happier with the product. We’ve only had it about a month but use it 3 times a week and it seems extremely sturdy/durable.
The product came in a good time frame. The package was sturdy and in great shape. Easy direction, easy assembling.

This was a quick assembly with a power drill, and I'm quite happy with it. I can jump on it without hesitation or concern that it'll collapse. Nothing wrong with this at all apart from the screws. I used a few of my own better quality ones but the box is a nice, easy to assemble sturdy one. Very happy with it!

Super stabile Box (wiege 85kg), macht keinen Schwcheeindruck noch knarrzt irgend etwas. Zusammenbau ging einfach und war in ca 12 min erledigt (Akkuschrauber empfohlen). Top Produkt, kann ich nur empfehlen!!

Was a little unsure once I unpacked all the wood because of the size. Although, it’s smaller than I expected I must admit it’s very sturdy. If you are looking for something that the gyms use, this would not be the box for you but if you are looking to add to a home gym it’s great!!

Ich habe die PlyoBox als Ergnzung zu meinen brigen Heimfitnessgerten gebraucht, um mehr Variabilitt ins Beintraining zu bekommen. Kurz meine Stellungnahme zu den wichtigsten Punkten:
Verpackung und Versand:
Kam zwei Tage spter an als angegeben, was ich aber nicht weiter tragisch finde. Verpackung war auf den Inhalt zugeschnitten und entsprechend gut. Die einzelnen Teile kamen unbeschdigt an.
Teileinhalt und Qualitt:
Die Box besteht logischerweise aus sechs Seitenwnden und je nach Boxgre mit einer Innenverstrebung.
Die Passmae der Box sind ausgesprochen gut, alles fgt sich wunderbar ineinander und verursacht keine Probleme beim Aufbau. Die Innenverstrebung war bei mir leider auf der langen Seite knapp 6mm zu lang, dieses Problem habe ich mit einer Kappsge schnell gelst (links und rechts je 3mm abgetrennt). Der Zusatzinhalt, also die Schrauben… ich wei nicht wer die da zhlt… aber es braucht fr 12 Verbindungsseiten je 3 Schrauben… macht zusammen 36… und Eine weitere fr die Innenstrebe um diese zu stabilisieren. Unterm Strich waren leider nur 32 Schrauben dabei, hier habe ich mich dann aus meinem eigenen Portfolio bedient (4er Spax ca 40mm lang).
Da ich persnlich die Kanten der Kiste etwas zu “scharfkantig” empfinde werde ich sie noch etwas abschmirgeln.
Aufdruck und die Hhenangabe gefallen mir sehr gut, lsst ein wenig Fitnessstudio-Flair aufkommen.
Das Gewicht ist auch ordentlich, die Kiste fllt auf keinen Fall um, das msste man schon provozieren.
Auf den Bildern sieht man wie sich die einzelnen Platten zusammenfgen, und das an manchen Stellen auch schon ein wenig Material abgeplatzt ist. Was ich ebenfalls nicht schlimm finde da es sich eh mit der Zeit von selbst abnutzen wird.
Weil die Strebe viel zu lang war, und ein halbes Dutzend Schrauben gefehlt haben gebe ich 4 Sterne, ansonsten htte die Box 5 Sterne allemal verdient!
Ergnzung zwecks Haltbarkeit kommt, nach dem ich ein zwei Monate damit trainiert habe.

Have some spare counter-sunk/bugle-head course thread wood/dry wall screws handy. Approx 35+mm – 1 1/4-1/2″ size #6. 2 of the screws were unusable. Cheap chinese tat most likely. One head was already stripped and one had the entire cross-head filled in :/ Philips, not Pozidive btw. The box itself is very well made and fit together perfectly. Get some decent wood glue (e.g. Titebond III Ultimate or similar) to go with it. NOTE: Expanding epoxy glues such as Gorilla glue foam up loads and are not really the best way forward.

Losing a star as each box was short 4 or 5 screws…. so had to go buy a box of black dry lining screws to finish them off.

Cet article est super, je suis vraiment tonner de la qualit! J ai acheter la premire taille 40x35x30 elle est assez grande pour les monter pieds joint idal pour la maison car elle prend pas trop de place et facile ranger mais je vous conseils de prendre plus grand si vous le pouvez d ailleurs je pense en acheter une autre!

Ottimo prodotto, buon rapporto qualit prezzo. Facile da montare. Unico difetto: un pannello, era difettoso. Dopo assemblaggio, la parte rovinata e’ risultata all’interno..altrimenti lo avrei restituito.

I bought two boxes – one 12X14X16 for my daughter to use, and one 20X24X30 for myself, and for my daughter as she gets stronger.
First, the 12X14X16 went to gather cleanly and easily. The packaging was a box that was tightly packed, inside of the amazon box. Screws and generic instructors were provided. With a power screwdriver, I had it together in 15-20 minutes. every piece fit tightly and perfectly, and it’s working really well. The landing surface when it’s 16″ tall is pretty small, I wouldn’t jump on it. It will be used both as a steps tool and a plyo box in the future.
The 20X24X30 was not as well cut as the smaller one. It’s packaging was much looser than the smaller box, and I wouldn’t doubt if the screws actually fell out during shipping, because it didn’t have any! I had to bang the box to get edges tight, and the inside support had some pieces that were tacked together and not terribly straight. One of the edges that I had to bang together split a little bit. It’s not going to affect performance, but I wasn’t happy to see that happen. It did go together and is very, very stable, but overall construction could have been better.
Modified – I contacted the seller after contacting Amazon about the screws and they have rectified the situation. Increased my review to 4 stars.

Il prodotto nel complesso buono, manca solo un po di rifiniture, pu essere rifinto meglio, manca di inserto per le viti ma a parte questo il prodotto buono.

Sturdy box, reasonably well finished
Sturdy box, reasonably well finished. Fast and simple to put together with a Philips screwdriver. Good value for money and would recommend.

Really poor packaging. It was only the cardboard box for the plates. Because of that, some of the plates came damaged. The edges of the plates aren’t polished either – easy to get a splinter.
UPDATE:
Received a replacement for the damaged box – very fast, very nice! The box is exactly what I need – solid & stable. Easy to assemble – you’d need just a screwdriver (an automatic one is better as there’s a number of screws you’d have to use for the assembly).
Delivered on time. Quality seems excellent, ease if assembly was excellent and feels very solid! Very happy with this purchase.

Totalmente recomendable. La calidad es buensima, con un refuerzo interior totalmente necesario. En los dems productos no vi que lo tuviera.
Well constructed but may need a saw
My wife loves it. The only issue was during assembly. The center support was too big and I needed to cut about 1/8 – 1/4 off of it. With-out the cut/trim of the center support the box bowed out on the end making those sides unstable/wobbly.
After the trim…it all went together well and feels very sturdy.

It’s a box, but I like it.
Easy to put together. Takes about 30 minutes without power tools. It’s layered wood so it looks strong enough to hold up under good use, and is fairly heavy when picked up so most people will want to find it a spot and not lug it from room to room to work out.
Only used it for one workout at this point, but so far so good. Does slip on tiled floor, so I’ll need to get a non-slip pad to put it on.
