Man kann nichts schlechtes darber schreiben. Qualitt Top, das Training damit je nach Bedarf oder Kraft einfach nur super. Also wer sowas ausprobieren will, unbedingt kaufen….
Ich habe ein paar Gerte im Keller stehen, von denen ich durch Covid auch fleissig Gebrauch gemacht habe. Endlcih war mal Zeit (*Ironie*)
Mir fehlte aber etwas zum gezielten Trainieren der Arme, Rumpf und Rcken, was auch irgendwie Spa macht und nicht nur Training mit Hanteln in verschiedenen Formen ist. Das ist mir dann auf Dauer zu langweilig.
Durch Zufall kam ich auf diese Seile. Kurze Recherche nach beanspruchten Regionen und es sah nach einem Treffer aus.
Die Bestellung kam schnell, das Seil ist wertig, die Halterung schnell montiert. Die mitgelieferten Schrauben haben mich aber nicht berzeugt, so dass ich schnell neue aus dem Baumarkt besorgt hatte.
Nun aber kurz zum “Gert” Was ich nicht so geplant hatte ist das der Platzbedarf der Seile sehr hoch ist. Nicht nur die Lnge im Raum muss da sein, sondern auch der bequeme Stand bei der Bewegung bentigt mehr Raum als ich vorher geschtzt habe. Definitiv kein Gert fr einen engen Trainingsraum.
Man kann das auch Outdoor nutzen, aber ehrlich gesagt kommt das fr mich nicht in Frage.
Neben dem Seil kam noch ein Heft mit verschiedenen bungsaufbauten, das ich demnchst dann mal durcharbeiten werde.
Das erste Training mit der Standartbewegung macht Spa und ist genau das was ich wollte. Fitne zu Hause als Abwechslung zu Hanteln.
Ich habe das Seil an meiner Sprossenwand befestigt.

I previously bought this for my friend for her birthday a year ago.. and when we became tired of our and how hard it was to hold, I asked my friend if she was still happy with her (clearly mine was a different one than hers). She said that is has been very durable and she doesn’t think it’s hard to grip of hold. I bought it and have been happy since.

Tell you what, if I had to have one piece of equipment, this would be it. If you never messed with ropes before buckle up, these things are no joke. Everyone I have try it starts out thinking they’re good but oh how quick it changes. This brand in particular is high quality. the rope, the grip, the fabric shield, the center marker is all very well made.
Rope protection was good, I had to return it for another size, I got the 9M and found that it was very short for me, I didn’t get a good feeling from it. So instead I reorder the same rope 12M. Haven’t made it here yet when it said would be here today.

Super zum trainer ob als Frau oder Mann. Mein Partner und ich benutzen es zusammen und haben hiermit nicht das Problem, das man z. B. Gewichte ndern muss.
Auerdem ist es einfach zu transportieren, zu Hndeln und effektiv.
Ach… Und man kann es berall benutzen und ist nicht an einen Ort gebunde
All in all it’s a great product, very sturdy. My only gripe was with the sleeve anchors. I spent days and money figuring out how to mount the plate, ending up with extra holes in my garage floor for this reason: the sleeves aren’t exactly 3/8″. Save yourself some time and extra holes and go buy actual 3/8″ sleeve anchors for your 3/8″ drill bit for this.

Expensive but worth it.
I bought these for my bootcamps and so far they have performed beautifully. They’re heavy, a good thickness to challenge grip and built to last. Mine get cleaned after every bootcamp and there is no sign of wear at all. I expect these to last me years. The sleeve is a really welcome addition and should massively improve their durability. I also really appreciate the extra movable sleeve as I use mine around a tree and so far no sign of wear on the sleeves at all. Massive thumbs up from me. I’m glad I did my research and paid a little extra for the quality.

I love this Battle Rope. I have not returned to the gym, and have missed the convenience of a battle rope workout. This one is perfect, and the protective cover is particularly helpful because I take this to an outdoor workout location. The rope is a little heavier, but stepping it up a notch was the point for me: Go Big or Go Home! I have the 1.5″ 50′ rope, and highly recommend it if there is enough space.

Had never used a battle rope before. Ordered this while looking for fitness equipment during lock down. This is a really good quality item and is ridiculously hard work … though I’m sure is doing some good !
Anchor worked best in the ground, doesn’t budge! Rope is heavy and great quality. 9m was a great buy for my 5 x 3 garage means I can workout with the doors shut!
Now that the gyms have been closed for over 2 months, it was time to put together my own gym. With the addition of your battling ropes, my home gym is complete! So I have no really knowledge to review it, but I used for a week and it worked very well to me. I am doing some 20 minutes workout everyday with it. No complaints at all. It didnt twist at least with me. Everything seems to be in a good quality. For me is working really well.

This is a quality rope and the bracket is of quality as well. If you like challenging yourself and/or in somewhat decent shape, buy the longer version so you don’t out grow the rope too soon. My routine includes a 25″ interval followed by 15″ rest then another 20″ interval followed by 2′ of shadow boxing. After 12 rounds, you know you’ve done something worthwhile. Don’t cheat yourself on an inferior product or sheat yourself by not putting in your best during your workout, you’ll be glad you did.
Recently, I wanted to try battle ropes as a home workout option. I started my research journey with zero information as I chased reviews and top tens etc. for the “perfect” home use ropes. I kept reading good reviews for Power Guidance. Now I’m thinking…Ok, this is just some hefty ropes with the ends caped with plastic right so why should I spend more for anything fancy? As you may have read in reviews for other ropes (that look solid) there seems to be a tendency for some of them to unwrap or fray pretty quickly due to hitting the ground. This sounded like something I wanted to avoid for sure and since these ropes have a durable sleeve to protect the rope, that was even better. Also, the ropes need to be pliable and stay that way so that the rope-wave you generate during the workout is smooth and these are smooth and stayed pliable so far (even leaving outside). Yes, these cost a bit more than some of the competitors but the quality is top notch and I was very happy to see that the good reviews were for a reason as these ropes are very nice quality and work really well! If you’re wondering which size/length I would recommend the 50′ 1.5 ropes if you are in decent shape and ready for a killer workout. I’m in good shape/very active and 30-60 second rounds on these ropes is hard!

They are a good weight. I bought these having read the excellent reviews and reading that cheaper ones were fraying. These are covered so less likely to fray.

Very well made and durable. I think the 1-1/2″ size is the best choice for an ordinary person. The best benefit I get from the ropes is the lung exercise caused by the motor exertion. I made a sling to attach to a fence post to keep it elevated off of the ground – about chest level. Well worth the money and I would recommend this product to anyone.
Bought this to help with the new year promise to get fitter. Very pleased, it’s good value and is a different type of exercise that is very effective. Product is good quality.
i did my reasearch when it came to finding the perfect rope, i am someone who has has been working out regularly for 9 years now and the 1.5 50 foot rope is perfect for , i am 5 foot 5 and weight about 145 , the 30 and 40 foot ropes might be too short and you dont get the same waves with them, the 50 foot one is a bit heavier but gives you some weight to play with and enjoy your workout , def recommend

Superb quality. Heavier than I thought but got used to them Quickly and excellent way to tone arms core and get a cardiovascular workout at the same time. Would recommend.
Added this to the home gym after reading about rope workouts, price was right, and I am happy to have picked it up. Got a good workout in at full length, its not the heaviest but interval training and intensity set by you can improve the results of your workout. Had it for a couple months and use it on concrete, its held up, durability seems strong enough to last, the rope has a cover which I am sure helps the longevity.
Bought my for my husband and the quality is absolutely amazing! Deffo buy this! I couldn’t recommend it more!

Superb in its simplicity. It is a rope, but when i follow just the basic exercises it feels more than a full workout at the gym (which i dislike). The rope itself is really well made and the wall anchor makes it very easy to use at home. I am glad i went for the larger one as it just works better for me and the family.
I bought this rope to increase the choice of my upper body workouts and it feels just amazing. It is rather heavier than I expected, so I can’t really go on for more than 30-40 seconds per set, but it does work every single muscle of my body!
I should have probably chosen the shorter model as the rope stretches outside my garage and I can’t use it during wet days.
Happy with the quality so far although I haven’t really used it that often, so can’t tell the resistance to wear and tear.
I used to do these Tabata workouts on a turbo trainer but I thought that engaging my upper body using battle ropes would assist upper body functional strength and endurance. I’m hoping these exercises will beef up my tennis game too!

At the moment, I have a year’s training and 6 months weight training under my belt so I am probably above average in strength and endurance although I’ve never been athletically gifted so that being said I’d recommend the 15m x 38mm for most men doing a HIIT routine.
One think I should say about Battle Rope exercises is that they are more interesting than most exercises. They are dramatic and very visual. I’m really hoping they will strengthen my wrists and forearms and assist in burning off six-pack blocking fat!

Absolutely love these. Bought the 38mm/12m and was worried they’d be too light. I was happily proved wrong, they’re heady duty and feel really well made.
I particularly like the addition of the protective sleeve in the middle so the rope doesn’t get damaged by whatever you wrap it round.
I would 100% recommend.
Rope’s hidden in a casing to protect it from the elements, great size for a home gym. Pumps your arms and shoulders no end. Not secured mine to the wall yet but so far so good!
Easy to set-up and it looks like it is a good quality item. After watching some videos it became clear that if you use a shackle and rope in the centre to clip onto the eye it is better for the battle rope. Do this.

Espectacular cuerda, en mi caso compr la ms corta y menos pesada. De muy buena calidad los agarres, los acabados y la tela que la cubre hace ms duradera la cuerda. En cuanto al gancho que viene es de muy buena calidad suficiente para poner la cuerda de batalla, trx, bandas elsticas…

I’m new to battle ropes, but wanted something different to add to the variety that is my home garage gym. So far I’ve only used them once, but the quality feels superior. To help protect the rope from damaging during use and to extend the life of the rope, they have included a sleeve that covers the entire rope, not just the part in the center that is hooked onto something to hold the center part of the rope down while in use! Handles feel really nice and comfortable to grip. I bought the heaviest one, with the hopes of building up my strength over time.
I tried the 6m 50mm rope but it was very heavy – too much unless you are seriously strong (I work out regularly).
The 6metre 38mm is much better in my opinion and excellent quality.

Good quality. Bought the 38mm as thought it was same as gym one but think gym version is 50mm but very nicely out together.
This was a nice purchase. You get a superior quality battle rope at a very good price. Free shipping with prime, so win win all the way. Nice thing also is that comes with the hardware, so less thing to worry about on buying. If you are installing this on a concrete wall i dont recommend using the provided bolts with expansion. You will need to go to hardware store and purchase this seperate. Dont buy big bolts since the bracket 4 holes are not that big. So maybe the biggest bolt that could go thru is maybe a #10. The included bolts are more for wood.

However took a punt on this one, at the moment I have it wrapped around my hard standing punch bag, so prob only using 8-9 meters of its 15meter length, I thought for the money it was a gamble worth taking,
im a 5ft 6 77kg male, used to do heavy weights years ago but then got into kick boxing,
I literally now training out of my garage, and if you put in the time and effort and push yourself the efforts payoff,
but I thought I was missing that extra nudge and cannot stand running!, so give this a go, its great, loads of youtube clips on how to use it, but its not rocket science,
I have only been using it for a month or so, and the best I can manage if im honest, is 1 minute continuous, its just mental! and where I thought id hit a wall cutting up my stomach muscles with tons of sit-ups, this is definitely helping,
my only sigh is I wish Power Guidance did a 50mm version like others do, but will have to take a gamble ordering that from someone else

En conclusion un bon investissement pour s’entrainer ( condition d’avoir de la place)
