Anchor worked best in the ground, doesn’t budge! Rope is heavy and great quality. 9m was a great buy for my 5 x 3 garage means I can workout with the doors shut!

so we have moved it a few times and still no issues with the product. once we decide we’re we will have it permanently it will be great but nice we have the option to lock it down or move when needed.

So I have no really knowledge to review it, but I used for a week and it worked very well to me. I am doing some 20 minutes workout everyday with it. No complaints at all. It didnt twist at least with me. Everything seems to be in a good quality. For me is working really well.

My routine includes a 25" interval followed by 15" rest then another 20" interval followed by 2' of shadow boxing. After 12 rounds, you know you've done something worthwhile. Don't cheat yourself on an inferior product or sheat yourself by not putting in your best during your workout, you'll be glad you did.

As you may have read in reviews for other ropes (that look solid) there seems to be a tendency for some of them to unwrap or fray pretty quickly due to hitting the ground. This sounded like something I wanted to avoid for sure and since these ropes have a durable sleeve to protect the rope, that was even better. Also, the ropes need to be pliable and stay that way so that the rope-wave you generate during the workout is smooth and these are smooth and stayed pliable so far (even leaving outside). Yes, these cost a bit more than some of the competitors but the quality is top notch and I was very happy to see that the good reviews were for a reason as these ropes are very nice quality and work really well! If you're wondering which size/length I would recommend the 50' 1.5 ropes if you are in decent shape and ready for a killer workout. I'm in good shape/very active and 30-60 second rounds on these ropes is hard!

They come with a bracket to fix to the floor/wall etc.
They are a good weight. I bought these having read the excellent reviews and reading that cheaper ones were fraying. These are covered so less likely to fray.

Very well made and durable. I think the 1-1/2" size is the best choice for an ordinary person. The best benefit I get from the ropes is the lung exercise caused by the motor exertion. I made a sling to attach to a fence post to keep it elevated off of the ground - about chest level. Well worth the money and I would recommend this product to anyone.

I decided on the 1.5″, 30′ rope as the gym I go to has a 2″, 40′ one that is a little more of a work out than I want. This size & length is perfect for an older 5’4″ 130# woman! The length works well around a post in my basement, but this rope comes with a heavy duty anchor that I may install later. It appears to be very well made & the covering will help insure its durability. I would recommend it.

I looked at DIYBattle rope videos online, I estimated I would be into materials 20-30$? IDK for sure, didn’t think a lot about it. It looked like the creation of the battle ropes would take an hour or more likely two. If I paid myself for my time it might make more sense to buy these battle ropes and end up with a better final product. SO I bought these ropes. They are very nice, they come with a nylon/vinyl like sheath over the whole thing. There is a plastic sheath meant to go around the ancho point to prevent wear. They come with a very nice looking anchor. For our use we just wrap them around one leg of a wooden power rack I have in the basement, works great as an anchor. I am 40 years old, 250lb and would look trim if I weighed 200lb. I’m not in very good shape. I got the 50″ ropes. Just starting out with no previous experience I use them about 30-45 seconds, in the middle of a multi station training circuit, before my left arm starts to get weak and the rope wave looses shape. My 11 year old son uses them about 10-20 seconds and he has yet to really get the waves going good on the ropes. We both think the ropes are a great addition and a lot of fun.
i did my reasearch when it came to finding the perfect rope, i am someone who has has been working out regularly for 9 years now and the 1.5 50 foot rope is perfect for , i am 5 foot 5 and weight about 145 , the 30 and 40 foot ropes might be too short and you dont get the same waves with them, the 50 foot one is a bit heavier but gives you some weight to play with and enjoy your workout , def recommend

Superb in its simplicity. It is a rope, but when i follow just the basic exercises it feels more than a full workout at the gym (which i dislike). Excellent rope
I bought this rope to increase the choice of my upper body workouts and it feels just amazing. It is rather heavier than I expected, so I can’t really go on for more than 30-40 seconds per set, but it does work every single muscle of my body!
I should have probably chosen the shorter model as the rope stretches outside my garage and I can’t use it during wet days.
Happy with the quality so far although I haven’t really used it that often, so can’t tell the resistance to wear and tear.
I bought these for Tabata-style HIIT training workouts. Studies suggest that short, high intensity workouts help maintain testosterone levels in men (especially those in their 50s!) and have significant cardiovascular benefits when compared to long steady state cardio workouts.
I used to do these Tabata workouts on a turbo trainer but I thought that engaging my upper body using battle ropes would assist upper body functional strength and endurance. I’m hoping these exercises will beef up my tennis game too!
So far so good. I’ve been using my pull-up frame as an anchor and that sort-of works. The ropes are flattening the grass a bit though! I’ve done 2 workouts so far and I’ve set the interval timers using an app on my phone. At the moment it’s 8 cycles of 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest although I might adjust this to the traditional tabata routine of 8x20secs with 10secs rest.
I bought the thinner but longer ropes. Apparently the shorter the rope the easier it is. This is OK for now. I might get the long thicker rope assuming I build some more strength. At the moment, I have a year’s training and 6 months weight training under my belt so I am probably above average in strength and endurance although I’ve never been athletically gifted so that being said I’d recommend the 15m x 38mm for most men doing a HIIT routine.
One think I should say about Battle Rope exercises is that they are more interesting than most exercises. They are dramatic and very visual. I’m really hoping they will strengthen my wrists and forearms and assist in burning off six-pack blocking fat!

Great high quality battle ropes
Absolutely love these. Bought the 38mm/12m and was worried they’d be too light. I was happily proved wrong, they’re heady duty and feel really well made.
I particularly like the addition of the protective sleeve in the middle so the rope doesn’t get damaged by whatever you wrap it round.
I would 100% recommend.

Easy to set-up and it looks like it is a good quality item. After watching some videos it became clear that if you use a shackle and rope in the centre to clip onto the eye it is better for the battle rope. Do this.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I had never used anything like this before. Recently, I decided to get in shape and needed something for the whole body. I was cycling, playing tennis, working at a restaurant etc. My goal was tone, not bulk. However, it was taking hours and hours and that was discouraging. I bought this after watching a few videos and reading about the benefits of A 15 MIN workout! I wrapped this around the metal leg of a park bench and tried it out. WOW!! 20 seconds later I had done more to work out my upper body than 30 minutes of the other stuff!! If an amazing, effective (very challenging) workout is your goal, get this product!!!!
Einmal die Woche, bis jetzt nur im Innenbereich im Eisatz. Sehr zufrieden. Die Halterung wurde noch nicht montiert, sieht aber massiv aus und stellt etwas dar.
Als Hobbysportler fr Cardioaufbau sehr gut geeignet, man ist nach wenigen Minuten auf hchsttouren. Sehr effektiv.

Espectacular cuerda, en mi caso compr la ms corta y menos pesada. De muy buena calidad los agarres, los acabados y la tela que la cubre hace ms duradera la cuerda. En cuanto al gancho que viene es de muy buena calidad suficiente para poner la cuerda de batalla, trx, bandas elsticas…

I almost never right a review but these ropes are great. I’m VERY happy that i bought them and read the reviews. I thought the 1.5” would be to small but it’s actually a pretty big rope. I got the 40 ft and that works out perfect for me. Because of the rope thickness and you need to come in a few feet to use them i’m glad i got the 40ft instead of the 30ft. The rope quality exceeds my expectations and i’m picky.

buy the 38mm unless you are very strong
I tried the 6m 50mm rope but it was very heavy – too much unless you are seriously strong (I work out regularly).
The 6metre 38mm is much better in my opinion and excellent quality.

I never would have guess how intense using battle ropes would be for a workout. I feel it through my entire body every session. They’re great because they’re so versatile for any workout routine. I’m really glad I got these covered ropes vs uncovered ones because I take these ropes to a few different locations and I’m not worried about the ropes getting damaged.
I got the 1.5in x 30ft rope. This was my first use of battleropes and I’m really glad I took the advice to start with these.
I will turn 70 in November. I bought my first ropes because I am no longer able to run. I live in Mexico and travel often to Arkansas, Arizona, Thailand and Bali Indonesia for extended periods of time. I have a pair of these ropes in each location to keep from having to carry them with me. The quality is the best. I have used them on all types of terrain and notice little or no wear. I expect these ropes to last for many years.

Good quality. Bought the 38mm as thought it was same as gym one but think gym version is 50mm but very nicely out together.
We have been using this rope with our client’s for sometime, in fact we have two of different widths, and they love them both. Well constructed and durable, the weight and design is spot on with very good rubber handles. We haven’t used the anchors as we run our classes in a field so we bought a couple of ground spikes. Buy this brand if your after battle ropes you will not be disappointed!!!
Great product! I was surprised at how good the quality is for 50. Just in the process of finishing off my garage conversion into a home gym so will be a great addition in there. Used it today indoors (in the lounge!) to introduce battle ropes to a client and was both of us were really impressed with its weight, handling etc. No back lash for one thing, rope heavy enough for any excess not to flick. First rope I’ve had that has a nylon cover which looks great, so hoping this will lengthen it’s life too. Really happy and would highly recommend. Bit long for indoor use but as I said the ends stay on the ground when you have excess and it doesn’t stop it being an effective upper body workout tool.

Nice thing also is that comes with the hardware, so less thing to worry about on buying. If you are installing this on a concrete wall i dont recommend using the provided bolts with expansion. You will need to go to hardware store and purchase this seperate. Dont buy big bolts since the bracket 4 holes are not that big. So maybe the biggest bolt that could go thru is maybe a #10. The included bolts are more for wood.

After much laborious research, I decided upon this rope. I took the advice of others, and went with 40′, instead of 30′, reasoning that it would be easier to fashion a fix for a too long rope, than be left wishing the rope was longer. It ended up being perfect! It’s challenging and fun to use. The rope itself seems very durable and well made, including the casing and handles. Currently, a couple of heavy dumbbells (40lb each) are being used as an anchor. Some folks have recommended heavier, but being a 5’2″ lady, the lighter weights work fine with no movement.
This thing is a beast. As a personal trainer, I got the 50ft rope – now I want a 40ft rope for my lighter weight clients too. It’s simply the best, and I’ve used probably 100 different rope models of all different types. The cover/sleeve is fantastic – it’s had continual abuse for the last year and a half and it still looks brand new (even if it’s a little dusty from the Arizona weather). The handles are perfect, and when anchored well, the 50ft rope is heavy enough for two people to both use one end at the same time. Great product, worth every penny – I don’t think I could have purchased a better rope.

Brilliant battle rope. I use it with the Femor Spike mount which works brilliant. The rope is well made and very heavy and certainly a tough but effective workout. A nice touch is that there is an additional tough sleeve section for use with a mount to protect from a mount, pole etc.

juste une folie, kit de fixations fournis, la corde est a un super poids, attention a bien commander la taille par rapport aux performances que l’on peu donner, la taille 15m est rserves aux grands sportifs car elle demander un trs grand tonus pour tre fouette dans sa totalit, la corde est protge par un manchon en nylon ce qui l’empche de prendre des mauvais chocs, un autre manchon en silicone ou caoutchouc la protge en plus au niveau de la fixation

However took a punt on this one, at the moment I have it wrapped around my hard standing punch bag, so prob only using 8-9 meters of its 15meter length, I thought for the money it was a gamble worth taking,
im a 5ft 6 77kg male, used to do heavy weights years ago but then got into kick boxing,
I literally now training out of my garage, and if you put in the time and effort and push yourself the efforts payoff,
but I thought I was missing that extra nudge and cannot stand running!, so give this a go, its great, loads of youtube clips on how to use it, but its not rocket science,
I have only been using it for a month or so, and the best I can manage if im honest, is 1 minute continuous, its just mental! and where I thought id hit a wall cutting up my stomach muscles with tons of sit-ups, this is definitely helping,
my only sigh is I wish Power Guidance did a 50mm version like others do, but will have to take a gamble ordering that from someone else

Je cherchais une corde trs rsistante et d’excellente qualit pour mes entrainements quotidiens, je l’ai trouve avec ce modle qui a un rapport qualit prix trs intressant.
Elle est vraiment trs robuste , et de plus bien protge par son enveloppe de nylon. je l’ai utilise avec 2 autres personnes par tout temps et sur diffrents type de terrains en prparation physique intensive, elle est comme neuve.
Les poignes sont bien adaptes pour une bonne prise en main , le poids/diamtre sont adquats pour moi avec la longueur de 15 m (rserve pour des entrainements moyens trs intenses).
Vous trouverez sur le net des dizaines d’exercices diffrents tip top pour le cardio, crossfit, HIT ,l’endurance musculaire etc. (pas d’exercices fournis avec).

The Power Guidance Battle Rope arrived in a cardboard box within two days of placing my order. It felt heavier than I expected when I carried it into my gym, however it stated its actual weight of 8.6kg. I was not disappointed when I took it out because it is a very good quality, durable rope which wouldn’t look out of place in a commercial gym. I use it for 30secs or so to elevate my heart rate between sets of body weight training and it does the job nicely. I’m a 5ft, 6inch female who weighs just over 10 stone. I purchased the 9M rope which is perfect for me. My husband also thinks it’s great and so does my son.
I could have got a cheaper alternative without the nylon cover but boy am I glad I didn’t, this rope is worth every penny I paid for it, absolutely love it and don’t have to worry about it fraying as the nylon covering ensures that. It’s Superbly constructed; myself and my clients have already put it through the test and it has passed with flying Colours indoors and outdoors. These ropes are awesome. I already feel the difference in my cardio. The nylon cover is thick and the handles seem very durable. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Even my wife and kids enjoy using it. I’m glad my original order from Amazon kept being delayed which forced me to look for another brand of ropes. This is the best deal out there because it comes with a mount. Which costs around $22 by itself. But if purchased with the ropes it comes to about $10. Only disappointing part was the concrete screws. I wish they provided wood screws with hex heads. I had to purchase those Bron homedepot for like $10 for 4. Overall great product. I have already recommended it to 3 friends and they ordered it.
