Ich für meinen Teil bleibe bei der herkömmlichen Eingabe oder Bearbeitung.
Es sollte mir eigentlich meine musikalische Arbeit erleichtern. Also vorweg jemand der mit so etwas anfngt der hat sicher sein Freude damit. Aber nach 2 Jahrzehnten mit Midi Software z.b. Steinberg oder Ableton Live mit Maus und Tasten und dann das Atom SQ als I Tpfelchen, das haut nicht hin also nicht bei mir. Bin da genauso weiterhin mit der Maus als Eingabegert dran wie ohne dem Atom SQ .
Also mir hilft es nicht, im Gegenteil es hlt mich einfach nur auf. Wo drck ich da jetzt drauf??, Ich bin zu dem Entschluss gekommen das ich so wie bisher weitermache. Wahrscheinlich bin ich ohne dem Gert schneller dran. Da spreche ich jetzt nur fr mich. Das Gert hat wie gesagt sicher seine Berechtigung, es ist klein und passt daher berall hin. Wer keinen Platz fr ein 88 Tasten Masterkeyboard hat. Ok, passt.
Vielleicht am besten Testen und selber rausfinden ob es fr sich selbst einen Sinn macht. Das Ding ging zurck und endlich geht es wieder weiter ohne wo oder was drck ich da jetzt.

Leider, keine eingebaute Chords, sondern nur Chorder” VST, wenn man PreSonus Studio One benutzt.
Ist kein Manko”, aber htte es ein Traum gewesen, htte PreSonus das direkt eingebaut, wie Novation Launchkey etc.
Die Pads sind toll zu bedienen.
Ja, die triggern manchmal unntig, daher muss mann die Einstellungen ndern.
Ist kein Manko”, sondern muss man sich dran gewhnen und nicht wie auf einem MPC von Akai drcken und schlagen – Zrtlichkeit ist willkommen 😉
Alles in einem, es hat mir einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht.
Da hat man so viele Knobs, Knpfe, da kann man sich wochenlang in den Einstellungen verlieren – was GUT ist.
Leider, fr mich, zu viele Sachen die ich nicht bentigen werde.

It is amazing and Studio One is simple made and easy to use.. I had ableton before and was very complex for a beginner but Studio one has many videos on YouTube and very well explained… Complex as well but learnable. Great Drumpad

Pour une fois le Fabricant tient ses promesses . Car si le produit est beau et fonctionne super bien , il y a la suite logistique promise ! Il faut un peu de patience et ouvrir un compte , puis attendre un peu pour que la validation du produit arrive et enfin …la page de tlchargement des softs soit possible . Mais a marche ! et retrouver Ableton Live gratos c’est de la balle !!! Studio One 5 est un norme outils avec une visibilit directe sur la . tablette Atom , qui prend en compte nos dossiers perso sans aucune difficult pour les simpler .

Compact, polyvalent et surprena
J’aime beaucoup l’atom SQ. Le gros avantage que j’y vois c’est la fonction scale, qui permet de n’afficher que les notes appartenant une gamme. On conomise de la place sur le clavier midi, qui passe d’une porte de deux octaves 4 et un peu au dela, et plus si on passe en mode pentatonique. Certes vous ferez pas du Chopin avec mais c’est assez norme pour un clavier midi peine plus grand que mon Ducky One 2 Mini.
C’est un bon outil pour mieux visualiser les gammes au piano egalement.
Les inconvnients que j’y vois cependant :
Les pads pas assez sensibles mon got, mme en reglage “soft” il faut taper assez vivement. Taper les bords hauts/bas plutt qu’au centre necessite moins de force et corrige plus ou moins le souci.
Les potards midi du haut, j’aurais prfr des crants avec une rotation limite, comme celui de droite cot de l’cran. Ils sont sensibles la velocit mais je ne trouve pas a specialement malin. Je prfre un potard avec un min/max qu’une rotation infinie, mais a n’engage que moi.
Le gros hic pour moi, le mode arpeggiateur : pour je ne sais quelle raison, il n’est pas disponible quand on utilise studio one artist, mais il l’est avec ableton. Je comprend que presonus souhaite absolument qu’on utilise NoteFX, mais je n’ai pas envie de dbourser 300 de plus pour un arpeggiateur. Resultat, meme si S1 intgre bien l’atom SQ, on manque d’une fonctionnalit essentielle pour un clavier midi, que mon petit Akai MK2 propose, un comble.
Enfin, je ne pense pas que a soit un outil qui dispenser d’utiliser son DAW la souris, l’edition de notes midi sera trop fastidieuse. Par contre c’est top pour caler un beat en 2 minutes avec le mode edition integr avec Impact XT.

Ordinato ieri, risulta in consegna oggi. Vivo ai piedi delle montagne, quindi una nota di merito ad Amazon, non nuova a consegne il giorno dopo l’ordine. il primo controller che acquisto, lo user con logic pro. Ho letto che configurato per l’uso con Studio One che dovrebbe essere incluso nelle licenze software. Credo rimarr con Logic e perder il tempo che serve per assegnare i comportamenti ad ogni tasto, cos come ho visto fare sui tutorial online. Ho scelto questo modello della Presonus perch era quello pi vicino al mio budget e perch comunque ha ricevuto opinioni benevole rispetto a molti altri controller sul mercato anche pi inspiegabilmente pi costosi. Dopo un necessario periodo di prova torner a completare la recensione con le mie impressioni.

Para el precio es bastante bueno, es como una maschine en menor tamao. Lo cool es que con akai mpc live trae casi configuracin automtica y se vuelve una extensin de la misma akai, funciona con muchos daw pero tiene el propio incluido, recomendado si estas empezando en el fingerdrumming o quieres unos pads para estudiar y practicar y asi no acabarte los de tu akai o maschine. Cosas de fingerdrummers.

If you use studio one daw, it’s a must!
Brilliant for use with the DAW Presonus studio one, I use the sphere version and pay monthly. You can use it with other daws, but it interacts better with studio one. One drawback is there’s no loop button, but this has a work around, as you can loop in studio one. The button are rubber, and touch sensitive. Everything works as it should. glad I got one great for shortcuts as well.

Great quality and a must for Studio One
Really nice controller for studio one. I don’t work with anything else so can’t comment on the compatibility for other systems. Nice quality feel pads. I’m taking some time to work through the online manual and watching YouTube videos to get the best out of it. So much fun. Works really well with Impact XT but you can use it with keys as well.

Love it and I'm not even a music creato
Wanted the software so this felt like a free item as not much difference in price so a no brainer. Now I have had a little mess around with it I feel I could use it to put radio jingles together and have a bit of fun. I don’t make music, but have created a few beats for a laugh. I normally use Audition so a bit of a learning curve as there is hardware and software to deal with hence 4 stars for ease of use but that would probably not be the case for Studio one users. Seems to be very well made and would be a great tool for the target audience. I would still say for the money it will be worth a play with as it is a lot of fun and in the 20 hours I have had it I have only made one jingle as too distracted making drum beats!

If you use studio 1 and dont want to get removed from zone by a pesky mouse id say this is essential.

Looks and feels fantastic program, looks like you can compose fantastic music but this is for semi or full professionals only ,not for complete beginners as is to complicated, brought this for my teenage son but he got bored because its too complicated so sent it back.

un controller estremamente dinamico, Per la produzione musicale con DAW. Ha un ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo, le stesse caratteristiche si trovano in strumenti estremamente pi costosi (es Maschine ecc.)
In dotazione viene data la possibilit di scaricare il software Studio One e Ableton Live 10 lite. Direi che per questo prezzo non si pu chiedere di pi.

Feature packed little wonde
Very happy with this little wonder. Yes it takes a minute to get to grips with it, but if you use Studio One, it opens up workflows not possible with any other hardware. There are plenty of tutorials online, so there should be no issue getting up and running with it. Build quality is excellent, it feels very solid. The encoders are smooth and pre-mapped for Studio One software, but it will work with other popular DAWs via the settings screen. Recommended.

Ableton "integration"
The controller itself is excellent. Pads are very nice to use and very responsive. I had a Maschine Mikro Mk3 and this easily beats the pads on that.
The claim of ableton integration bothers me though. The transport controls are fine, so you can play and stop etc. Theres even the option to change scenes and solo tracks but half the buttons on the controller are unlit and do not work with ableton. You also have to use unrelated buttons to control functions, for example using “note repeat” to make the pads work as a drum pad. Full level does something else (cant remember what) so there is no full level option.

Davvero un ottimo prodotto! Appena scaricate applicazioni e contenuti dal sito Presonus stato necessario un aggiornamento del firmware (molto veloce) ed era pronto per l’utilizzo. Eccezionale in abbinamento con Studio One (versione Artist inclusa): permette di controllare la DAW quasi totalmente con grande facilit e velocit. I pad sono di buona qualit, con risposta dinamica pi che decente sebbene qualche falso click di tanto in tanto pu scappare. Buono l’assemblaggio e le plastiche, ottima portabilit grazie a leggerezza e spessore ridotto. Rapporto qualit-prezzo eccellente!

El controlador est fenomenal, muy buena calidad de acabados, se siente robusto, los pads sensibles a la presin tienen un tacto muy bueno, los knobs de giro infinito tienen un diseo y tacto perfectos. Yo lo uso con Studio One y se agradece la tremenda integracin entre el controlador y el programa, tengo tambin el FaderPort y ya no necesito apenas hacer uso del ratn, entre ambos controladores gestiono todo perfectamente. Eso se acaba notando no solo en las horas que ahorras sino tambin en que te cansas menos cuando estn trabajando en tu home estudio.

Appena arrivato il pacco, ero rimasto un po’ deluso, ho pensato vedrai che mi hanno rifilato su un usato senza licenze perch era arrivata la scatola senza sigilli e nemmeno impacchettata con il solito scatolo di Amazon, sconfortato provo ugualmente a registrare il seriale dell’ apparecchio sul portale della Presonus. Ed invece funziona tutto, sono riuscito ad avere la copia di studio One artist 5, una copia di ableton live lite, e una licenza per melodics una sorta di palestra per imparare ad usare lo strumento. Presenti i suoni extra per studio one e il plugin impact per usare l’atom all’interno di studio One. Che dire super soddisfatto.
Transformed my workflow
you can use this amazing device in so many ways and within a few hours use it becomes invaluable. I use mine along with mouse and a 1 octave keyboard, using the atom for drum programming and DAW shortcuts. Being able to quickly open VST instruments, add tracks/patterns, duplicate, undo, set loops, zoom etc etc … all by the touch of a button has really improved my workflow. With a bit of practice you can write and edit a whole song without touching the mouse/keyb (if you were that way inclined) Get one, watch the training videos at presonus.com and enjoy !

C au niveau des pads il peut arriver que lorsque l’on touche 1x le pads il s’avre que l’on n’est tapoter 2x Or que non
Mais reste tout de mme intressant si l’on fait abstraction ce defaut le prix reste trs abordable 79 seulement

L’Irig de chez Apple est plutt pas mal est un peu moins cher que notre cher Atom
Mais cependant l’Atom de chez Presonus est tout juste rcent 1 an ou deux

L’installation du Produit des plug In n’est pas long contrairement d’autres pads.
Pour un novice ou mme pro on s’adapte trs rapidement.

Enfin un pad qui se paramtre tout seul dans studio one en fonction de l’instrument vst que vous avez sous les yeux… Avec des codes couleurs en plus dans impact XT… J’ai le launchpad mk3 et autres apc… Celui ci est top… Il se configure tout seul et la fonction beat repeat est une tuerie pour sequencer des hihat en triple croche ou sextolets…

Facilit di uso, altamente intuitivo,trasforma anche i vecchi banchi di drums in splendidi set di batteria! Consigliato per tutte le DAW e specialmente per Studio One.
Integrazione con Studio One superba. Per chi utilizza questa Daw non averlo pare essere un peccato capitale. Per tutti gli altri invece l’Atom di presonussi attesta nella media, un ottimo strumenti con 16 PAD RGB sensibili alla dinamica. Stiamo parlando di uno strumento che sfrutta il protocollo midi quindi altamente personalizzabile. Risponde a quasi tutte le proprie esigenze!

After a bit of confusion, and an intervention by the Canadian customer service (who don’t know the products but are able to communicate with PreSonus) I was able to use the ATOM Pads with the Studio One Artist software. The software was not available when I installed and registered the pads online but it got sorted.
It was worth the hassle: The pads in conjonction with the Studio One Artist software offer tons of possibilities for producers of electronic music . Relatively easy to use but lots of functionalities.
A great purchase considering the price and the quality of this hardware + software package.
My son LOVES this. He’s 23 and uses it all the time to create music! So many different functions and sounds. Worth every penny!

Der Atom Controller ist wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet und integriert sich perfekt in Studio One.

Pros : although native to PreSonus , the controller works amazing on other Digital Audio Workstations

Impressed as its a very solid build and of course works great with Studio One and Impact XT. Bought without physically testing first but it’s work out well
Having gone through Maschine Studio and Mikros in use within Studio One now very happy with the Atom NI changes were annoying however still use Battery and Komplete and Maschine software if necessary but find the Atom much more easier. Solid build quality and prefer its format. Absolute recommendation for S1 users and great for a new user who does not have a daw yet. Although the artist license is naff for anybody already using S1 Right now the Pro upgrade is 99 at Scan making this an absolute no brainer if you do not have Studio One 4 and want to step into it.
The Atom is a complex beast. On the surface, just some nice drum pads in a solid housing but a few months later, I have discovered that I can operate Studio One with very little if any mouse useage. Also less time spent staring at the screen and more learning to use my ears again. Very tactile experience and huge improvement from being a slave to the mouse. Highly recommended.
It’s portable and easy to set up. Easy manual connection in studio one 3, and even better in studio one artist with automatic connection.
J’ai achet ce pad pour complter mon studio de MAO avec mon logiciel de chez presonus. Fanchement c’est de la trs bonne qualit et sa marche parfaitement mme sur d’autre logiciel de son ou pour du mapping ! Je l’utilise depuis plusieurs mois donc je le recommande !

Il prodotto soddisfa bene tutte le aspettative ma bisogna installare una app (gratuita) che si chiama MIDI-OX per scaricare i nuovi driver per PC. Basta scrivere MIDI-OX su google e la trova. Tutto sommato 5 stelle pi che meritate. Prodotto consigliato

Really useful addition to my Faderport 8. While there is some slight duplication of functionality there are many things that are only available on the Atom. It takes a bit of familiarising to get really productive with the Atom but well worth the effort.
Trs bien a fonctionner du premier coup sur Studio One Pro 4. Rien paramtrer, tout tait prvue dans la STAN (daw).
A mon avis les boutons Play et Start devrait tre un peu plus grand.
Wicked cool! This is a great control surface and my main DAW instrument! I use this in Presonus Studio One 4 and have 0 problems! I love it and if you use Studio One, you will love it too!

So far my experience with this has been very positive. As a user of Studio One, and the ATOM being very much focused to it, it worked straight out of the box. No messing around, just plug it in and fire up Studio One. A bit inconsistent on focus sometimes, and I wouldn’t bother with the keyboard function – get a dedicated keyboard controller if that is what you’re after, but it does work if all you want is something simple to jam with. The encoders are fine, but a bit of a pain with non-Studio One instruments and effects. It is a little expensive, and would have been nice if Presonus offered a unit at a slightly cheaper price for those that already have their (great, btw) Studio One. That said, if you want to get started with bedroom producing, and it’s your first foray into spending some money on the hobby and haven’t quite settled for your DAW of choice, I do recommend this – not only a decently built controller, but a nice starting point with Studio One Artist. One thing though; you will quickly outgrow Artist – its lack of VST support out of the box is something to keep in mind (you can buy an add-on to enable this, but at that point, you may as well go for their Pro option, which makes the included Artist moot).

If you’re lucky enough to find the ATOM in stock, buy it. It’s a solid piece of hardware, no setup required and is very tightly integrated with S1. It’s small enough to fit into my backpack with my laptop when I go mobile and packed with enough features that I can work on the go.
Pros:
– Well priced
– Solid construction and very compact
– Pads, buttons and rotary encoders feel great and are very responsive
– Very tight integration with Studio One
– Greatly improves workflow in S1
– Comes with Studio One 4 Artist Version and Impact XT Sample pack (these alone are worth the purchase)
Cons:
– No power switch so pads stay lit up when computer is off and it’s bright enough to light up a room
– Out of the box functionality with other DAWs is limited
First impressions review:
I converted to Studio One in 2017 after Cakewalk was dumped by Gibson and the Sonar product was bought by BandCamp. Since then I have heavily bought into the Presonus ecosystem, with a StudioLive III 32 channel console, a Faderport and a Monitor Station. I was very excited to learn that the Atom was coming, and the delay between pre-ordering (in September) and delivery (late November) was excruciating!
Now, given that I have the other Presonus toys, a lot of what the Atom offers is duplicated (eg transport controls) but there is so much more to the Atom. The integration with Studio One is fantastic (I use v4 Pro). At the moment I am pretty much using it solely to knock out beats so I have barely scratched the surface, but I’m working my way through various tutorials (Jonny Geib’s are great) and in time I can see this being an important part of my project studio. I reckon I could now produce a song without touching the mouse more than a few times. That said, having used DAWs for well over 20 years now, I still find myself instinctively reaching for the mouse! Hopefully this old dog can be retrained.
I’ll write a more detailed review when I am more familiar with the Atom’s functions.
