Three important benefits of using a Pro Breeze dehumidifier:
| | | |
|---|---|---|
Eradicate CondensationCondensation appearing on the inside of your windows is a key warning sign that your room has a problem with high humidity and trapped moisture. This excess moisture can lead to major problems for the adjacent area, such as your walls staining, discolouring, and even peeling. Fight excess moisture at home with a dehumidifier. | Combat Damp & Black MouldMould is a common problem in many households. It can indicate high humidity and may cause your room to smell unpleasant and musty. Black Mould is the most toxic and can release harmful mycotoxins into the air. It starts to grow at 50% humidity, so it is vital that you control your rooms humidity level to prevent its growth. | Humidity & Respiratory ProblemsHigh humidity has been directly linked to many respiratory problems, particularly in young children. It provides the perfect breeding ground for dust mites which live in your furniture, carpets and bedding. Reducing humidity helps eradicate mites and prevents airborne triggers, improving the quality of air around you. |

Small and compact, heavier than it looks but moves around easily on wheels. Works well at removing water from the bedroom, which is prone to condensation and has had a water leak in the past. Quiet, but does make a low buzzing/hissing noise that might disturb light sleepers if left on overnight. We use it mostly during the day and have no problems at all with noise. Water container a little bit tricky to remove (odd shape and no handle) — this is my only disappointment and hence the 4 stars and not 5.
Great Produc
Really easy to set up. Works great, super effective and inexpensive to run. This is our 2nd purchase of this dehumidifier. We have one one both floors of our flat, and they do a great job keeping the moisture down. Would definitely recommend.
It works perfectly
Bought to get rid of damp and condensation on walls and windows. Does the job, easy to use. Easy to empty, easy to move from one room to another. Really pleased.
A very efficient service from Amazo
The dehumidifier was used in our conservatory mainly to dry laundry
Brillia
Excellent! it’s so quite, very easy to move around I would recommend this if you have a damp problem or if you just want to dry your washing great value for your money
Like a sponge!
Set this up in my shed and was amazed by the amount of water it collected after a couple of hours. It definitely does the job!
I breath better now.
Got this because of mould in my bedroom. I haven’t had it for long but I can already see less humidity all around. I also put it by my bathroom door after a shower. I haven’t nothing to compare so I’m really happy.
Works very well.
Works as described, use it to dry clothes, only thing is it needs to be in a warm room to work, but it kicks out cold air, it’s fine but worth noting in winter.
The machine was a lot smaller than I expected for the price of it
On the whole it’s easy to carry around to different rooms very pleased with it at the mome
Easy to use, light weight, takes up very little room and looks stylish, fairly quite the noise it does make is like a very mild hum not unpleasant at all, the water collection is fantastic and the tray is easily emptied. You get what you pay for !!! Worth every penny !
We had a real problem with wet wall/mould building up in our bedroom due to the wall facing north and being the coldest part of our home. It stopped me being able to use the wardrobe as mould had actually spread on to my clothes. Bought this wee boyo after researching dehumidifiers online and am very impressed. It pulls in about a litre of moisture per day that presumably would otherwise have ended up spread over the walls. Wall is now dry to the touch. It also warms the room a bit which is nice in these chilly January winter days. The night mode is relatively quiet ( I can sleep through it easily). Have to say I’m very impressed.
If you have any moisture on your windows in the morning or any mould growing anywhere, then get a dehumidifier. I wish I had bought this 20 years ago. This one works great and is not too noisy at night. I’m a fairly light sleeper and It’s not kept me awake. Just like having a quiet fan on.
As for performance – I live in a bungalow and we have some issues with excess moisture and dampness around the house. I placed it in the hallway last night with all the doors open. The moisture level was at 61 when we went to bed and at 46 this morning, with the water tank full!
We can tell the difference in the air. It smells fresh and clean and we have no condensation anywhere.
A low moisture level also gets rid of allergies and dust mites, so if you or anyone suffers from asthma etc then get one of these. Added bonus – placed it next to a load of washing on an airer and it dried within 5 hours, including jeans! Think of all that moisture that didn’t go into the air! Also, drier air is cheaper to heat, so you’re heating will be more efficient.
In summary, a dehumidifier is an absolute must-have and this one works great.
Overall extremely happy with the dehumidifier. It definitely works in collecting unwanted moisture! We haven’t tried it on sleep mode yet so unable to star rate it for that hence the overall 4 star rating. If it works as well on sleep mode as the machine does generally then the overall rating would definitely be worth a 5 stars.
I found a small patch of condensation in my bedroom hence the purchase.
I have found it efficient not expensive.
I was aware of the noise and light overnight but I will get used to it. Not overly loud.
I like the other lady also get the P1 and when I googled it online they said that meant it needed emptied which I did and the P1 went off but the tank wasn’t full and it was still
Working at the same time.
The P1 wasn’t noted in the instructions that I could
Find.
I use it mainly in my
Bathroom after showering as my
Fan is rubbish and my bedroom.
Bed room.
I aslo don’t run it for hours maybe just a couple of hours.
I did run it one night all night when I bought it to test the overnight expense cost and it my smart meter was only about 50p more than it would normally be in the morning.
I’m happy overall with my purchase
I got this product after borrowing the same model from my neighbours. It really helps. Windows stopped being completely covered by water. However, the dehumidifier very often shows an error message (P1). This is not explained in the manual. The dehumidifier increases the fan speed for a while and you cannot adjust anything. This is strange: the temperature in my flat is not extreme (c. 17-18C). Humidity is not crazy so I don’t understand why this would happen and why this is jot explained anywhere.
Excellent produc
Really happy with the dehumidifier. It’s cheap to run, quiet and really useful for drying washing. Quite heavy to carry upstairs but easy to move around on its wheels on one level.
Just The Job
This has been perfect for reducing the condensation in the house. It’s also helped get clothes dried quicker. Very happy to recommend. Easy to use and easy to empty.
Buy one
I am using this in my bedroom, it’s taking 3 to 4 pints of water out daily. The air feels so much drier. The noise it makes is just white noise and I can easily sleep with it on, the sleep mode cuts the noise out. Easy to move above , easy to empty…also cam within days ordering
Removes lots of water from the air!
We had lots of condensation in our basement flat. Heating and window vacuums helped but didn’t fix it – now we have no water on our windows and our washing dries much faster!
Very quie
Good size, very quiet easy to empty.
Does the job
Quite good does its job.
Very good dehumidifier, it extracts a good amount of water in a day. If I leave it over night( it’s not too noisy, acts like a white noise for my baby) , the next morning there’s no condensation on the windows, they are completely dry. So the humidity level in the bedroom is much lower now, you can set up the humidity percentage on the display and it stops when reaches that level.
I would recommend this dehumidifier for bedrooms to use it against condensation, humidity, mould etc.
Amazing
This is amazing, removes soo much moisture from the air. After 4 hours, a shower, a bath and 2 load of washing hanging out it was full up!
Does the job, fairly quiet.
Left on the landing at night and hasn’t kept us awake with bedroom doors shut. Took the dampness right out of our toilet and bathroom wall, whilst it has been so cold. It’s done a great job.
A great buy
Love everything about this product. Easy to move, minimum noise and does a great job. I live in a 3 bed house and leave this in the doorway of one of rooms and in morning no condensation on any windows in house. Great next to a clothes horse for drying out clothes too. Would definitely recommend.
The timer feature is great too as can set for few hours in morning when your asleep then simply knock off when wake up, no condensation. Very happy with product.
Excellent value and super fast drying
Bought this dehumidifier to save me using my tumble dryer. Upon reading the reviews on its efficiency and cheap running costs – I opted for this model based on the positive reviews of other purchasers. When switching on the dehumidifier automatically gauges the humidity level and starts straight away. In less than 24 hrs a full load of washing including jeans and towels are dry. You can add the hose attachment for continuous drainage but I prefer to collect the water as it is de- ionised and I can use in my steam iron which only uses de- ionised water. So another saving. The dehumidifier cuts off immediately when the water level is full. If anything I find the room warmer where it is operating. The machine is heavy but I am able to lift it and carry it to other rooms. In respect of the operating noise – I find it quiet. However I have not tried sleeping in the same room as it when on. I have a fish tank with tropical fish and that is noisier. I have recommended this product to others and found it reasonably priced. And good value.
Works so well
Love this, I empty almost a pint of water every time I dry laundry or when I place it in the bathroom after a bath/shower. It’s crazy to see how much moisture is being taken out of the air, I’ve got a 2 bed terraced house and for me it doesn’t clear the windows upstairs but it’s easy to carry from room to room.
Good product and efficie
We bought this Probreeze dehumidifier a few weeks ago its works great for drying clothes..I would recommend putting it on a night when you are going to bed..it can be a little noisy but you get used to it very quickly…some clothes will take alot longer to dry for example jeans and heavy materials..I will probably buy another for upstairs..Mark
Helpful for laundry drying
This seems to have been effective for speeding up laundry drying and it also makes the room feel a lot warmer.
Compact equipme
Have a small basement room that has no real air circulation – this is drying the room out quite well.
Easy to use. Quiet, lightweight.
Absolutely works get one.
We only bought this because our moisture meters were reading wet. Were so glad we did and 5 weeks on it has removed an average of 2 litres of water every day amazing running it from 7.00am-21.00.pm . The cost has been negligible and all meters are reading mid range comfort zone now .Will start using less very soon as machine now running on 45% moisture setting . Highly recommend this unit. Our heating is on 18.5 degrees all day and 18 at night as the house does no longer feel cold . We leave it in the hallway with all rooms open so the warm dry air circulates and forces moist air out into the dehumidifier.
I didn’t think it would work as well as it does, very impressed. We have a very old and cold house, washing takes an age to dry but with the dehumidifier on the time is shortened by days to get things dry. Good news is we can move it about to different rooms and no more damp smell or the smell from clothes drying. Wish we had got one sooner. Very impressed as I said and would recommend getting a dehumidifier to anyone if you can afford it. This one is great.
It shifts lots of moisture.
You would not believe how damp the air is around you.
I have used it in conjunction with my portable space heater, to dry laundry in my utility room.
It is rather loud, so be aware of this if you’re using it in your bedroom.
Even in sleep mode.
But it certainly works.
Is quite potable, with its handles and castors.
If you are using it in a cold room, it will quite often go into defrost mode.
It will show a P1 on the display.
This is perfectly normal, and it will continue to do its job after defrosting.
A good buy if I am honest.
I bought this to keep moisture levels down in my house especially when drying laundry in inclement weather. Its easy to use and lightweight, which means that my hands are not pained by moving it. Its had a fair amount of use since i bought it. Most recently, I have been using it daily to dry towels and bedding for an animal rescue that I volunteer with and it is holding up well. The unit is a perfect size for my small bungalow, I can easily tuck it against a central wall and the unit feeds bed, bath, lounge & kitchen so it would be perfect for a single room or particular area. Im glad i bought it. Its certainly earnt its keep!
Powerful and compac
Great machine, made a huge difference to the walls within 24 hours. Were so impressed, we ordered a second one within 48 hours to run upstairs. Quiet enough to leave running through the night, compact overall yet a large enough tank that collects almost 2 litres of water. Easy to manouvre and tank is simple to empty, takes only a couple of seconds.
Would recommend.
Quick response!
It was delivered today. I wanted to use this for my baby room because there was a really high humidity problem (over %80) At the beginning there was %80 humidity in the room but after few minutes it changed. Really good performance. Also it is not too noisy especially on sleep mode it sounds like white noise and my baby likes i
I’m a complete novice to dehumidifiers, but having a problem with condensation on windows and damp patches on walls of a bedroom in my flat, I decided I needed to buy one. The ProBreeze is quite stylish to look at and compact – it doesn’t occupy much floor space in any room where you deploy it. The setup instructions were mostly clear and easy to understand, although I initially thought the unit had arrived with no detachable filter, due to the diagram in the instruction booklet appearing to show it behind the fluid collection tank, when in fact, it was behind the cabinet front grille. That niggle aside, I’m quite satisfied with the operation of the dehumidifier. It is relatively quiet while it’s running, although I am a light sleeper, so I’m not sure I would do as other buyers appear to have done, and operate it during the night while I am in bed. I don’t think I would be able to ignore the sound of the compressor while trying to get to sleep, however quiet it actually is. The unit sits on four small castors for moving it around, which work best on hard flooring. Moving it around on carpet is a little less easy, especially if the carpet has thick pile. I found I had to pick it up and carry it by the fold-away handle, and it does weigh a fair bit. Thankfully my flat is all on one level. I’m not sure I’d be quite as happy to have to lug it up and down stairs because of the weight. I have tried it in every room in the flat, and I find it works quickest and best in smaller spaces like the kitchen and the hallway. The bedroom where the worst condensation and damp occurs is a different story, however. It is also the largest room in the flat. I found I have to run the unit all day (12+ hours) in order to bring the humidity down to anywhere near the default setting of 50%. I’m not sure whether the unit is too small for that size of room, or whether it is just that the dampness in there is more than the unit can reasonably cope with, but I’ve never managed to get fully down to 50% humidity even after a 12 hour stint, whereas the other rooms dried to that level within a couple of hours or less. Emptying the fluid collection tank is quite easy, although it doesn’t have a lid or a pouring spout so you need to be careful that it doesn’t spill and cause a mess. It also doesn’t appear to have a major effect on electricity consumption. I’ve looked at my smart meter while it has been running, and the indicator stays in the green zone. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and I would recommend it to other buyers. It even arrived a day earlier than predicted. Well done the seller!
Amazing economy for drying laundry! There’s only been one other appliance purchase that we’ve bought before which has made a huge difference to our lives, and that was our airfryer – so when someone suggested we buy a dehumidifer as a cheaper alternative to an expensive tumble dryer, it came as a bit of a leftfield suggestion.
With the British climate being the way it is in Autumn/Winter, we deliberated over buying a tumble dryer for ages as it’s not economical to have the heating on all the time.
A friend recommended this as an option, and it seemed like a gamble, but we’ve not regretted it in the slightest.
It’s setup in my home office behind me (where we happen to hang our laundry), so it’s quiet and inoffensive, and we’ve pretty much cut our drying times by 3/4. Towels dry within 2-3 days, clothes dry within 1-2 days – and we don’t need the heating on (although it helps with an hour’s worth to give it a quick blast and speed the process up).
I’ve been looking at my energy consumption, and it barely registers.
Great produc
I bought this dehumidifier specifically to help dry laundry and it certainly does the job! I am very impressed with it and it’s really quiet too. Can highly recommend it.
Does the job
I have asthma and sleeping in a damp room aggregates symptoms. Using a dehumidifier removes excess moisture. In the mornings my windows are dry and the room doesn’t feel as cold. I don’t use the sleep mode, but it is a quiet machine so I probably could use it without being kept awake.
We put this up on a worktop in our utility room to help with clothes dryingit didn’t seem to work at all, so put it down on the floor and the difference was remarkable. Towel wash had been taking 42 hours to dry with a 10 min finish in the tumble dryer (rains a lot where I live, this indoor drying). With this remarkable little machine towels were completely dry within 15 hrs.
Economic and effective
My 15-year-old dehumidifier was still working but much higher energy consumption than more modern alternatives so it made sense to upgrade. This cost a lot less than most of the others and was higher rated than more expensive models.
Delighted with this item. Quiet enough to leave working overnight and has lowered the humidity level in my flat as effectively as my previous model
Good puchase
We are happy to buy this dehumidifier, we can see that it works, no noise, and our house now is less cold and humid.
Found the product to be really good, has bought the humidity rate down in our property and made a real difference when used in the bathroom.
Putting it in the bathroom after two people have had showers, it’s dried the room out within an hour.
Haven’t tried sleep mode that’s why I only gave it a low score.
Extracts at least 2 litres a day but not silent. I am a light sleeper and can sleep through this but sounds like a refrigerator running. Not the best for emptying either but reasonably happy with its performance.
1..Had ours for nearly 6 months now
2..Easy to use
3..Easy to empty
4..Easy to understand.. simple two way programming.
5..Easy to restart after non use for few months.
6When it’s full and needs emptied it omits a beeping sound and waits to be emptied.
So no over filling worry’s which is nice.
7I’ve noticed a huge difference in the window condensation.
8..A Considered purchase I think, but after reading other reviews about size, noise, and emptying, I’m glad I got this style and got two of them.
I purchased both new but have a feeling they’re such good products to have reconditioned machines would be no bad thing.
9 our property is an old three bed room semi
As others have said, when the condenser is operating this unit gives off a slightly annoying wine. Nothing earsplitting but noticeable. I have attached it to a programmable timer so it comes on at periods throughout the day/night when we are not in the vicinity.
The most important aspect of a dehumidifier is its ability to remove water vapor from the air and I can assuredly say that this unit works like a dream – I have to empty it every day. The reduction in condensation is very noticeable and I would recommend this unit to anybody with condensation or damp issues.
Early days as only been using just over a week but good so far. Bought mainly to help in drying laundry & it is doing what I’d hoped, can leave damp laundry in cool utility with the dehumidifier going & pretty well dry in a few hours. Appears (checking smart meter) to be using very little electricity even on high, I am normally a tumble dryer user in the winter but for obvious reasons not really a viable option this year. Easy to move around, not overly heavy & a small footprint. Good to have a water gauge which although a bit tricky to see (I use a torch) saves you letting the tank fill right up before emptying, unless of course you are using the drain hose. It is quiet in operation too. So far so good, seems a good buy.
This dehumidifier is very good. It’s quiet doesn’t make a lot of noise when it’s on. Easy to move around as it has a handle to carry if need be as well as the wheels to slide from one place to another. I have put this dehumidifier on for 5 hours which dried my laundry which I had on a maiden in the kitchen. Everyone should have one of these. Essential in the winter months
Within 8 hours it had drawn out so much moisture in my bedroom that it was full and automatically switched off.
Much noisier than anticipated, like a previous reviewer stated, it sounds a bit like a refrigerator, even on the lower fan it has the continuous low sounding whistle.
I have it currently in my bedroom, it is doing what it needs to do, and I can tolerate the noise because I am benefitting from the reduction of humidity.
I would definitely recommend.
I live in one of those modern flats with glass and no windows. The mold was sprouting from shoes, clothes, pillows, night dress, toys, everything . I bought this and removed 6 liters of water in less than 1 day, night was off. Cannot yet see a difference but for sure mold will not be an issue after few weeks and many more liters of water ou
Why didn’t I come across it earlier? Simply amazing. It dries full load of washing in 12-16 instead of 72hrs depending on how densely it’s sitting on the airer. It’s very quiet. Been using it on auto setting with the fan on low as preset. As far as electricity my smart meter is showing 6p/ h alongside watching tv, charging my phone and various home appliances being in standby mode. I’m simply speechless on how good it is and I think it’s absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.
Purchased this almost 4 years ago and it’s still going strong. It’s been running almost every single day.
I live in a small apartment with poor ventilation and was frequently combating the starts of black mold in my bathroom and kitchen areas. In winter I would have to wipe my windows dry at least twice a day, more if I was attempting to dry laundry (which smelt awful cause it wouldn’t dry due to the humidity).
I purchased this and instantly noticed the difference. Some days I empty the reservoir twice a day, but I no longer have wet windows and no more mold forming. When on laundry mode and locked in the bathroom with my drying clothes, my clothes and bathroom both end up smelling nice and fresh, as you’d expect from freshly washed clothing.
It has easily been the best 130 spent, as it has changed the quality of life in my flat so much.
It can be a bit noisy at night when the house quiets down, but I’ve grown used to the sound it makes (I tend to sleep with white noise on anyway)
This has a digital display you can set the timer enter humidity level when the tank is full it lets you know I move this from room to room with it being on wheels easy to move around I can feel the difference in air quality in my home I am surprised at the account of water this machine pulls from the air I hoping to get another one for my bedroom
Good
Took a bit of time to work out but very good. Only downside is that the fan keeps running once the desired level of humidity is reached and with the cost of electricity that is, for me, an issue
Perfect!
I really wasn’t sure which dehumidifier was the right one however after reading the reviews for this one, I decided to buy. No complaints at all. It’s quiet enough and easy to move from my utility and shower room. It’s quite heavy to lift but for that’s a good thing as it shows it’s built well. I was gobsmacked at the amount of water this thing sucks out of the air and walls. Defo worth the investment!
Quiet and efficient.
Quiet and good humidity collection. It would be better if reservoir held more fluid.
Better than expected
Easy to operate. Heavier tha expected but on wheels. Water tank easy to remove and empty. 4 hours on low mode got 3/4 of tank. Really good
Quite, small and effective.
Things I liked easy to move, small and easy to move, and effective.
Things i didn’t like? I havnt found any problems, time and usage will tell.
Overall this is a good dehumidifier in terms of lowering the humidity, but there are a couple of problems with it.
The first is that it can be noisy at times, sounding like a dishwasher in use, and not something you would want to have in the room with you when watching TV or trying to sleep. The noise level varies unpredictably, so at times it’s OK.
The second issue is the claim of removing 12 litres of water a day. This figure will only be achieved in conditions of temperature and humidity beyond what you would get in a home (this is revealed in the handbook). I have mine in the kitchen and it will typically remove 2 litres a day (which is about equivalent to having to empty the full tank of water once a day). I found it can’t really get the room below 50% humidity, although you can set it as low as 30% as a target. It’s very heavy, even when empty, although having both a handle and wheels means it is not too bad to reposition.
Heavy and a tad loud, but does the job!!
Product does the job, the amount of water it condensates a day is not a joke. A tad loud and heavy, but otherwise fantastic.
Good Design bu
Pros: Works well, easy to operate, low noise level, wheels a bonus, good button options, high/low fan, set the moisture level, modes for sleep etc. Storage mode protects it while not in use. Hose outlet about 8 inches off the floor.
Cons: hose was only 1 foot length. Emits a high-pitched sound in close proximity. Need to set the humidity level low (every time), otherwise it operates as a fan only.
I'm happy with my purchase
It works just like advertised. No more condensation in my windows and doors which was actually creating mould and damaging my wooden floor. It’s also great for drying your clothes inside, I’m very happy with this purchase. It not very noisy but it’s noticeable but I prefer a bit of noise rather than a damaged house full of humidity and mould.
Does its job well, but has a high pitch noise
This does it job well but it is not ‘whisper quiet’. No matter what speed you use(2-Hi-Low),there is a very high pitch noise that comes on about 20 seconds into operation. We thought we would use it in the bedroom,no.So it is used in the back kitchen or wherever needed with a door closed. It does take the water out very well,so we are pleased on that fact.
Great for larger rooms
Great dehumidifier especially for larger rooms. The noise level is ok the more irritating feature is the bright blue light in stand by. If buying for a bedroom you’ll either want to switch off at the plug each night or tape over that thing unless you like that blue dazzle.
Haven’t used the hose function for it as it does the job well enough with just the collector.
Sensor seems to work well and the overall product is decently made imho.
Great dehumidifie
I don’t have a lot of experience with dehumidifiers, I got this one because of some mold issues developing in my bathroom. I basically have this on all the time and it works great, the bedroom is right next door to the bathroom and I have no issues with the noise when the doors are closed.
Really happy with this product, and I also have the added bonus of nice clean water to give to my fussy plants.
Impressed overall but sounds like a loud fridgefreeze
Disclaimer – I don’t have any previous experience with dehumidifiers.
Bought to dry out a garden room that had been plastered and was soaking wet inside. Literally water running down the plastic sheeting behind the plasterboard. It was 99% humidity for two weeks before buying the dehumidifier. After a week it was down to under 60%, and had removed over 30litres of water.
Forget 12L/day, you would struggle to get this in practice. At 99% humidity and temperature ranging from 15-21 degrees it was pulling out about 6-7L/day. It is much for efficient than I though it was going to be. Costs about 5-6p/hr according to the smart meter.
The hose for continuous draining is great. I just used it with a bucket to increase the capacity to 10litres from the 1.8 internal container. By attaching the hose it automatically activates it.
It is too noisy to have on whilst being in the same room. It would get very annoying very quickly. It has the horrible noise of a fridge but is about the same volume as a Combi boiler. In the house I move it around and just put it in a room I’m not using. It is not too heavy to carry one handed and can be wheeled easily too.
In summary I didn’t know what to expect, but it certainly works and completely dried out a soaking wet garden office in 10-14days. I would like it to be quieter but otherwise pretty happy with it. Hope that helps.
Works well, but loud with annoying lights
Works really well, gone from having water running off my windows each morning to them being dry. The dehumidifier isn’t the quietest though, it is fine in normal operation, but a couple of times it will just make some really loud noises (I think switching on or off the compressor or something like that). But it will definitely disturb light sleepers. The lights on top of the machine are also really bright and irritating, they will go off in sleep mode though, but don’t let the machine get full overnight or you will be woken up by the strobe light coming off the top of the machine.
One annoying feature
Although I echo the positive reviews regarding how quiet and efficient this machine is – it has an annoying oversight in Night Mode that is very frustrating. Even though this mode is meant to avoid disrupting sleep (it goes quieter and all the lights turn off) – if the tank fills up then all the lights turn on and flash really brightly until its emptied. I find that it’s woken me up so many times that I’ve started to put book on top of it to cover the LEDs in case it fills up in the night.
Excellent!
So my house has a lot of problems with damp normally and during winter with the heating on, it becomes a necessity to have a dehumidifier. I was very skeptical at first but decided to chance it. I was surprised how good this works. Pretty much as a charm. Its overall silent, quick and I have hardly any issues with damp anymore. It’s pretty big, do take some space though. However I have just found a perfect spot for it so it’s not in the way. Even the dog who is kinda fuzzy and don’t like noisy things is happy with it — it’s enough quiet for her naps. I keep it on during the day for a couple hours and at night the same.
Worth mentioning it sure helped as well with our overall health too which I suppose was caused by the excess humidity and the damp. Very glad I have invested on this and totally recommended.
Dehumidifie
Hard to read how much water has been collected apart from that seems to be working o/k only had it a week so early days yet.
Does the job
I leave it on 24 hrs a day in the bedroom at the moment.. As we have very high humidity. Uninsulated solid brick walls. I turn it into night mode at bedtime, all the lights on the control panel are off, unfortunately nightmode has a setting of 50% this means that it is on more or less constant.. The fan runs all the time, I imagine to draw air in to check the humidity level.. The fan has 2 speeds, but still you can hear it.. If the humidity is above the selected level, then the compressor kicks in, noise level increases.. After a couple of nights you get used to the noise level.. I get a full tank everyday, so to me this is doing its job.. No more condensation on the bedroom windows now in the mornings.
It can be used with a time
Thsi is a good little machine, ideal for a small room. It is very quiet, and easy to use. What is very useful is that when you turn off the power supply it will restart again as soon as power is restored without having to reset anything, so is ideal if you want to use a plug in timer with it.
Obviously it is not large enough to handle a large damp area, but within this limitation it is a very good buy.
Efficie
Does the job of removing moisture and it helps tremendously my mold problems in the bathroom. I find it a bit noisy so I often put it in use when I’m not home or when I’m sleeping.
Dehumidifier is a good size and works well
A good Dehumidifier, like most of this size it is not lightweight, but easy to move as on wheels. You can hear it when it’s on and working but again it is not a problem or ‘very’ loud.
Please with my purchase
Does what it says
I was skeptical about this but it does what it says. From my hallway it collects about 4L per day. Who knew there was that much moisture in the air!
It is not as quiet as I expected but as it’s in the hall I don’t notice it.
I have even ordered a second one for downstairs!
The condensation on the window in the hall has gone.
Quite impressed with this for the money.
Easy to use
Didnt realise until carefully read advert that 20L is what’s possible a day but only using continuous hose into a bucket or such like. Actual internal storage is less than 2L which means having to empty few times a day. I dry washing over stairwell and situated top of stairs. First night noticed massive difference in bedrooms upstairs felt “dryer” and no cold sweating in bed. Putting this smaller one in living room for summer and buying larger capacity for the upstairs now I’ve seen the difference they make. Very happy with purchase and product easy to use ability

Effective
They really do remove moisture from the walls of a damp house, I was sceptical at first but having tried it I would recommend. My house is a terrace so always has damp walls, I used it first in my living room and the dehumidifier was full of water after one evening. You could feel a difference in the air as well. I swap it to different rooms each day and find its working great. The noise level is ok not too noisy on the sleep setting if using in the bedroom. They are heavy but with the wheels are easier to move around. Would definitely recommend.
This does NOT have a built in timer as advertised. It can be set to come on or off not both.
I dislike the fact that it does not have a timer. I chose this product because it stated it had a built in timer as I need to use it overnight, obviously I cannot do this.I use it as a dehumidifier in my living room.
Excellent dehumidifie
It’s an excellent dehumidifier. The tank fills up twice a day when it’s wet and damp outside. I’ve positioned it in a cold room. The house is open planned so it’s drawing from a good size space.
I haven’t worked out how to set the humidity level I require but it’s reading around 53 kept on low and set on intermittent although it seems to run at the same level permanently. I’ll probably phone the company just to confirm the settings.
I’ve had it up and running for about a month and very happy with it so fa

Good quality produc
Machine has a good carrying handle or wheels if moving over a flat surface. Did the job of removing water from a damp room better than expected however I was expecting the water container to hold more, so needs to be emptied more often then expected, misunderstood the write up and thought it would hold 12 litres before needing to be emptied.
Works well & nice compact desig
Works well & is a nice compact design & I have definitely noticed the difference, It has 2 power settings, 1 & 2 with the lower power setting being quieter & I use it on setting 1 & empty 1 full container each day from a central location in my house.
Feel it definitely reduces dampness & find it simple to use.
I might reposition it at some point & fit the hose to it for constant drainage but honestly don’t find it much trouble to empty once a day.
I checked out several different models prior to making my choice & very happy.
What a purchase !!!
I searched for hours for a dehumidifier that was low in sound energy cost and efficient and dried laundry
This is amazing
I can wash two loads of washing hang it on airers and baby’s clothes on hangers on curtain pole in my room and they are dry in a day or over night
I have it on at night and the sleep mode is quite it does not disturb me or my baby and I by time I wake up the tank is full
My flat constantly had condensation running down the windows making my nets go mouldy and now are always bone dry and it’s got my humidity down from 85 to 45-50
It costs 5p an hour on sleep mode and in day I have it on high constant set at 50 humidity and it costs 8p an hour that is a lot less than a tumble drier my clothes smells fresh my flat feels warmer as it’s not cold moisture in the air I am sooooo happy with my purchase and highly recommend this item
Brilliant price of kit.
Was optimistic whether this would actually work, double glazed windows suffered from condensation along with ceilings walls and clothing & curtains. Was very very bad, even my salt got ruined. In desperation tried one of these & the result……………… absolutely amazing. Not a trace of damp in the whole bungalow. Clothes dry indoors, able to put sa,t on my food if needed and no need to spend ages mopping up around windows. Had to turn it down a bit as it was giving me a bit of a dry throat overnight. Is very quiet, not silent and I get close to 6 Lts a day from my 2 bedroom bungalow. Have it placed centrally in the hall but it is light & easy to move if needed.
Would thoroughly recommend this product.
Great 👍 overall very happy
We’ve been using this dehumidifier for around 10 days and there is a noticeable difference to some of the rooms.
It’s of a reasonable weight but not too heavy to lift however it moves easy because of the wheels so perfect.
Works well, easy to use and understand also for the size collects good moisture.
The dehumidifier it self is really quiet including the high mode but the fridge noise it makes for me personally is too loud to have running whilst in the same room. My partner says he bearly notices it so perhaps its just my hearing.
Other than that it’s great! Happy with i

So much water.
I have had this for 3 weeks now, i really can not believe the amount of water we have in our house, we knew we lived in a wet area by the sea and surrounded by hills, I bought this unit cos getting clothes dry now the temp has dropped is a nightmare, i did some research and dehumidifier seemed the solution, well not only does it do great job for the washing, our house gives up at least 1 container full every day, i try and be mindful of water around the house, IE karcher vac the whole bathroom after baths showers, turn kettle off just before the boil etc.. It lives on the landing, our house is quiet open plan, washing is put into the room nearest the unit currently but think once we get a reg around 50 i will put it into that room while washing drying, we haven’t reached a 50 yet but 52 keeps popping up so getting there. Our whole house feels so much nicer, very hard to describe, just more comfortable. One review said it blows warm air, mine absolutely does not blow warm air, it is cold, which makes sense as refrigeration is how it works. Doing an amazing job and I am very happy with this product, thoroughly recommend it to you.

So far, so so good! This machine has worked wonders.
This machine has worked wonders for me. My room was having alot of problems due to damp, with a general winter humidity of around 80% going into the 90’s whenever I did the laundry. Clothes would take most of the week to dry and leaving windows open was only mildly helpful and not pratical in the winter months. This dehumidifier fixed all that. It’s a very solid little unit, a little heavy to carry but moves very smoothly on its wheels. It’s very simple to operate too, just plug in and go really. The operation panel is very easy to understand and it’s fairly quiet when working. On low you can barely hear it and high is an inobtrusive background hum. It collects water very rapidly and has brought my room humidity down to a very comfortable 50%. My washing, which could take 5/6 days to dry, can now be put away in 2 and my breathing has improved alot. The damp atmosphere had me feeling like I was always getting a cold, now thats gone.
Overall, I’m very happy.
The Pro Breeze works well , at last condensation free windows.
The Pro Breeze so far has done it’s job, no more dripping windows with little puddles on the sills. It’s smart & modern looking with easy read controls.
One small niggle is removing the water tank, one has to use both hands on the side grips so when pulling, it pulls the whole machine over, but hopefully in time these will slacken off. The machine is NOT Noisy, eaven on high fan, on low it’s just whisper quiet. Overall a good machine that does its job, let’s hope it continues.
A great investment.
I had condensation on my windows in the cold weather. Every morning I’d have to wipe every window and I get mould growing on the frame and I’ve started to get mould in the corner of the room.
I got a recommendation to get a dehumidifier, so I did my research and decided on this. I put it on from about 4pm to 9pm in the evening and it collects alot of water. None of the windows have condensation on them now and my washing drys so much quicker.
It’s not cheap to run but I have it on for a few hours and that does the job.
Empty the tray when it’s half filled because its not easy to remove and you will spill water everywhere.
I live in a one bedroom bungalow and its does everywhere.
I sounds like a loud fridge.
So far so good, it seems to have solved my condensation issues.
Effective and nea
I am surprised by just how much water collects in this machine. I did not realise just how damp my old cottage must be. I have plenty of ventilation and central heating in the winter but during summer months, when heating is off, I have noticed a smell of damp previously. I hope that with occasional use of the dehumidifier to control that.
I got this in the sale as I also have a bigger Pro Breeze dessicant dehumidifier and that has been great. The dessicant is rated ’10 litres per day’ water removal and this is ’12 litres per day’ so I thought it would remove more water. It doesn’t, which highlights the difference in how they extract the moisture I suppose. This is really dependent on the environment where you are using it. In hot, humid rooms it would work better than the dessicant one. In cooler, dryer environments it isn’t as good (but cheaper to run constantly). It’s physically a lot smaller than the dessicant, which was surprising. It’s heavier. It’s also a little quieter but I still wouldn’t want it in a bedroom. Sounds a bit like a small fridge with a desk fan next to it. Dessicant ones are just a fan sound really without the compressor noise. Side by side comparison near to a damp bathroom door at 19C this takes about a litre a day out of the air. The dessicant is at least double that. In the summer, when it’s thundery weather and too hot to use a dessicant I’m sure this will be great as it gives out no noticeable heat. Overall I’m a bit disappointed but I think it’s just how these type of machines work. I’d still recommend it and certainly think Pro Breeze is a good manufacturer having used other top brands and had them fail prematurely.

Very effective
I have got a 2 bedroom flat and whilst it does not have damp issues it always has a lot of condensation on the windows in colder weather; I decided to get this dehumidifier to sort this out. I was astounded at how much water it collected within the first 6 hours of use. The windows don’t have any condensation anymore. Also, I have noticed that the rooms feel warmer since I have used the dehumidifier. It is easy to operate and whilst heavy it is on casters and can be wheeled from room to room. I find the white noise absolutely fine in the daytime but I could not sleep with it on in the bedroom at night – this is not a problem for me – I run it when I am at work.
Good
I had humidity in my room around 55-65. It was too much and every morning I woke up with really bad feel in my nose and throat.
After few days of this dehumidifier the humidity in my room went down from 60 to 40 percent and it’s straight away better. On low fan level, the noise is not that bad. But for someone it would be too much. I’m OK with that. It has to be turn on constantly. There is some sleep mode but when I press it there is not choice to change humidity level. Only 50percent and it’s too much. So I leaving that on auto mode with lowest humidity percentages and low fan speed and it does the job. I empty the container for water every 4-5 days roughly. If anyone get problem in room with humidity it’s perfect solution. Hope it helps.
Collects SO MUCH moisture
I am really surprised at how much water this thing collects. This is the best thing I’ve purchased for the flat – it keeps damp out, keeps mold/mildew at bay, no condensation on my windows anymore and helps dry clothes so quickly. It’s not noisy, a bit of white noise in the background. Kind of soothing. It’s on wheels so you can roll it around. The tank isn’t huge but I don’t mind emptying it now and again, haven’t tried the option of continuous drain yet.
Fab little addition to my home
I purchased this dehumidifier ahead of the autumn/winter, as I dry a lot of washing in the house during this time & only learned just how much moisture I was putting into my house & setting myself up for damp & mould. This is so compact & very easy to carry around the house, you barely notice it’s there. As expected there is some noise but it sort of stays in the peripheral so doesn’t interfere with watching TV or talking to someone even if it’s just through the hallway. Very happy with my purchase though to understand all the modes I probably need to read the instruction booklet as opposed to just winging it but you can just turn it on & go as well.
