This puzzle case works very well as I have very limited room to leave a puzzle out. The fold in leaves hold the pieces in place very well even when the case is standing up.

Me and the boyfriend got into jigsaws towards the end of last year as the UK weather has been disgustingly cold and we couldn’t be bothered going outside at the weekends. We can start a puzzle and finish at a later date. Can easily be hidden behind the sofa.

A good size board for a 1000 piece jigsaw, especially liked the two smaller boards either side to keep your pieces together and not slide about. We’ll made and sturdy. I would highly recommend.

I can now relax doing a puzzle on my bed listening to a podcast and then pop the puzzle and board unobtrusively away on top of a wardrobe. Worth the price as it is really good quality I’m really pleased with it.

This is perfect for my jigsaws, the 2 extra mats you get are a great help, it’s also very versatile, sometimes I have to move my jigsaw this is great the two side flaps just fold over the top job done

If you’re an avid jigsaw puzzler, then you need one of these. One of the best I’ve seen at such a reasonable price! It slips under your sofa or bed keeping the puzzle safe, so don’t let that jigsaw dominate the dining table anymore…

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDesperately needed this, it’s so much better than a roll. It’s very big and comes with two boards so there’s space to sort. Fits on my coffee table and pieces stay together when up right depending on the puzzle brand/quality.

Debated whether to give 3/4 stars, went with 4 but honestly I’m disappointed that panoramic puzzles don’t fit even though they’re 1000 pieces. I’ve limited my puzzle buying because of this but then again, could’ve measured before buying the board.

I have previously purchased the rollable mat which just doesn’t work at all, I ended up returning it. This is perfect. Holds everything in place and stores away lovely. Cannot ask for bette

Exactly what we needed to store our puzzles
The boar is quite firm and we can put it on top of a small table. Perfect for 1000 pieces

I love this. I finally decided to buy one and so glad I did. It is expensive but now I’ve seen it, I do think it’s worth it. I have it on my knee on the sofa but have a pile of cushions on the floor on one side and books on a stool on the other to prop the ends up as it is so big. On a table it would be fine. The jigsaw pieces don’t slide and stay in one place, even when slightly tilted, which is great. The only thing is, don’t wear your best sweater because the velcro is really strong and if you open the side nearest you first and then lean over for the top side your sweater gets caught on the velcro. I learnt to open the top first! It fits 1000 pieces nicely but I measured and the 1500 piece I looked at won’t fit.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is the 3rd one I’ve bought. Not because they are faulty but because I keep giving them away! My kids are just getting in to the big 1000 piece puzzles and it’s so helpful to tidy it away mid construction. Definitely worth the money.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this to assist with sudden fancy to do jigsaws over Christmas. It’s a perfect size for 1000 piece puzzle, and has 2 separate half size boards to work on. When all packed up together all the pieces stay in place. I would have liked one with a carry handle, but not sure it justifies significant increase in cost.

Bought as a gift for someone with a small flat who is an avid puzzler. Very popular.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersGood price and quality. Easy to fold up and move around without disturbing the jigsaw. 4 rating because of the very excessive packaging which was unnecessary and hard to recycle due to the size of the box

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this, as I had the roll-up type before (not very good). This is sturdy and perfect for making and storing an unfinished jigsaw. Unfortunately, I couldn’t store this under the bed, as my bed has drawers and it’s close to the floor. However, I’ve tried standing the Portapuzzle on its side with a part finished 500 piece jigsaw inside, and it works perfectly.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought it as I didn’t have a big table in my house and it worked perfectly for this 1000 pieces puzzle. Easy to put away and use it back when I had the time. I just fold it and save it under the couch. Material is great, not slippery and soft. 100% recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great size

I’m well on my way to completing 1000 piece jigsaw on this board. It’s large enough to take a 1000 piece jigsaw. It’s sturdy and well made. I like to store my board vertically and if packed up properly there is no problem. Some loose puzzle pieces will move around but whatever part of the jigsaw is made up won’t. It’s a quality jigsaw board.

Handy for making puzzles but you cannot carry vertically as some of the puzzle pieces would slide around….the actual puzzle didn’t shift but the pieces on the smaller mats did, but not that big of a deal.

I have had mine for several years now, and have just bought one for my mum. You can close up your in-progress puzzle and move it (sensibly) and it will remain as you left it inside the board. I fold the front covers underneath the board when I am using it, and I don’t use the separate boards. There’s plenty of room for most 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles.

Bought this for my daughter who was completing a 1000 piece Jigsaw. This keeps the Jigsaw all together, and can be stored under the bed and I get my kitchen table back.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersHaving read some less than stellar reviews I was anxious to say what I had to say. First there was some criticism of whether the puzzle stayed in place when stood on side. Although it is clearly indicated by the handle on the front (I am assuming thats what it is) that it should be stored flat I found that the puzzle being completed did stay in position when stood up on side. Obviously it had to have the two pads on the top which are for sorting the loose pieces. These loose pieces moved although not drastically but personally I need the box picture to work from so I only stored a few bits there. It’s constructed largely of cardboard and fabric but quite frankly for the price its excellent and in this case this is relevant, its affordable. But my biggest criticism is the same with this and other boards with flaps, turning it sideways while working means I have to have a lot more space on the table to work. However, as an emergency save when children, dogs and unsympathetic adults come and need to use the table its absolutely great.
