Wir haben unterschiedliche Jahrgnge” im Einsatz und bei dieser aktuellen Version scheint wieder ein kleiner Fortschritt eingetreten zu sein: (noch) schrferes Bild, etwas direktere Reaktion auf Befehle und bislang einwandfreier Betrieb. Einfach gestaltete sich auch der Ersatz der auszutauschenden Kamera des gleichen Herstellers in der visuellen Einrichtung. Das ist lobenswert. Bin einmal gespannt wie lange der Akku ( mit Solarpanel) bei diesem Modell durch hlt; wenn auch hier eine Steigerung festzustellen ist, dann wre noch ein Stern mehr zu vergeben.
Nicely Made Compact PTZ Fully Wireless Camera I have a camera in my doorway now that is fully wireless however I really wanted to be able to remotely position it which I couldn’t do so when this PTZ version came up I ordered it as a replacement.
On opening, this camera comes with everything required for installation, including the mount, aerial, charging cable and a strap although I’m not really sure what I would need the strap for.
Looking at the actual camera, it is of a more compact size than that of other PTZ cameras that I have owned but everything is nicely positioned for access. On the camera head is a port for a micro SD card which will enable local recordings, on the base is an on/off switch and the charging port to recharge the internal battery within this device. All ports and switches are concealed with tight fitting rubber covers to keep the water out.
I do like the way the mount has been designed, once installed instead of having to unscrew the camera from the mount arm for recharging, this mount has a quick release button that I simply slide back to release the camera, then to put it back is just as quick, just make sure that the camera clicks into place as I nearly dropped my one the first time, lol.
Once charged up and powered on, I had to download the Reolink app which is free. From there it was very quick and easy to add the camera, I set my iPhone to my 2.4ghz network although this camera is dual channel I always find that the 5ghz band doesn’t cover distance as well as 2.4ghz does. From there it was a simple case of following the on screen instructions and the whole process took no more than a few minutes at which time the cameras picture showed up instantly in the app.
I have included a photo of a grab taken from this camera which is a little pixelated on the edges but this is likely due to the wind at the time which rarely stops where I live, lol.
I have been monitoring the camera since I installed it and generally it seems to be performing well, the battery life is lasting very well, since I didn’t charge the battery first as I should have does it has only dropped a small amount since its been on.
The downside to this that I have found is that in order to prolong the battery life this will only be turned on when accessed by the app or when it detects motion, this in principle is a good idea but what happens is that it takes a short time to start recording which in most cases won’t be a problem but occasionally it could just miss that one important snippet required.
On the whole this looks to be a sturdy security camera that performs quite well and is easy to setup and is a good choice if you can’t add any wiring, however a camera with a wired power supply will always outperform a battery version.
Easy to set up This camera has a very wide field of view so it’s good for covering a wide area. So easy to setup just download the app on your phone or pc and it tells you how to set it all up. I like that it is only activated by a PIR sensor, which is very quick to react, as it saves me watching hours and hours of footage! It has 2 way audio where you can speak remotely through the camera via live feed on your device.

Easy set up and great wifi signal This was simple to mount and get going with, simply download the app and link the camera to home wifi and that is it really, well apart from charging the camera, wifi signal is great and even when remote viewing I have had zero lag or drop outs, image quality is great in both daytime and nighttime, this is one of the best wireless security cameras I have tested, you will not be disappointed.
Valida per l'esterno, ma prezzo un po' elevato Telecamera di sicurezza che mi ha stupito positivamente, molto ben realizzata e perfettamente funzionante: l’app non ha problemi di alcun tipo, ha anche il cloud ma pu essere gestita molto bene manualmente.
Ci ho inserito una SD da 64Gb e mi pare che registri circa una settimana, in una qualit molto buona: di giorno si vede bene come tante altre telecamere (soffre solo i contrasti, dove le luci vengono un po’ bruciate), ma di notte mi ha davvero stupito perch si vede molto bene, anche meglio della mia attuale Netatmo da 400 euro.
Si pu muovere quasi a 360 gradi, dovrebbe resistere anche alle intemperie ma io l’ho posizionata sotto un balcone quindi per fortuna non ho necessit di testare questa caratteristica. Non manca la possibilit di muovere la telecamera da remoto, l’audio doppia via e si pu anche zoomare all’interno dell’immagine digitalmente. Non ho provato lo smart motion detection perch in una zona in cui passo spesso e non voglio infinite notifiche.
Sotto i 100 euro sarebbe best buy, cos sui 130 diventa nella media delle buone telecamere di brand mediamente conosciuti, con altri prodotti molto simili anche a una 20-30ina di euro in meno. Solo per questo 4 stelle, ma funzionamento da 5 stelle.

Completanente in plastica Pesante all’apparenza solida e compatta, la telecamera si presenta di buona fattura e rende bene l’idea di un prodotto robusto.
l’attacco a vite da 1/4 sia presente solo sulla parte superiore dell’oggetto, il che vincola il suo posizionamento tramite Il suo supporto in plastica che potrebbe essere leggermente pi robusto, anche se svolge bene il suo lavoro.
Il collegamento il classico di queste videocamere, si scarica la loro App (REOLINK che funziona su Android (penso anche su IPhone) e si connette al WiFi di casa a 2.4Ghz.
Una volta connessa seguendo tutte le istruzioni , la potremo controllare a distanza tramite il nostro smartphone ovunque ci troviamo.
Comodissimo poter avere sempre sotto controllo la situazione.
L’app ci pu avvisare anche tramite notifica se il rilevatore di movimento incorporato nella videocamera , noter qualche cosa di insolito.
Pu registrare i video in 2 maniere differenti, sia tramite micro sd interna OPZIONALE ma che essendo removibile potrebbe eventualmente essere anche rimossa da eventuali “intrusi preparati”.
Oppure pu anche registrare i filmati tramite Cloud, che il metodo che preferisco, dato che i video rimarranno ben custoditi online e facilmente recuperabili anche se dovessero riuscire a rompere la videocamera in qualche modo.
Io ho Messo questa videocamera sul tetto di una delle mie case al mare, e ho trovato comodissimo il fatto che sia totalmente libera dai cavi, bisogna solo ricordarsi di ricaricarla (volendo Amazon vende anche separatamente i pannellini solari, che consiglio di acquistare per renderla del tutto autonoma).
Le immagini sono molto buone, con una risoluzione di 4Mpx , sia di giorno sia di notte, dove utilizza il sistema di visione notturna per poter vedere in modo molto nitido e chiaro in qualsiasi condizione di luce ambientale.
Nel video allegate potete vedere la sua qualit in una giornata normale di sole,
Essendo certificata “Weatherproof” adatta per esterni e resistente alle intemperie, infatti per ora, dopo quasi un mese di utilizzo, sta funzionando sempre in modo perfetto
Ha un audio bidirezionale che ci permette sia di ascoltare i suoni provenienti da quella zona, sia di poter eventualmente farci sentire tramite il suo altoparlante integrato.
ovviamente dotata di una sua batteria interna al litio di grande capacit che ne garantisce una lunghissima autonomia, dato che la videocamera non sta accesa 24/24 ma si attiva solo quando il suo sensore di movimento rileva qualcosa, oppure quando noi andremo a vederla tramite l’applicazione.
Adoro anche il fatto che si possa far ruotare a nostro piacimento tramite App a 360 gradi e anche inclinare per poter inquadrare sia verso il basso sia un po’ anche verso l’alto

Ottima visione notturna e con molteplici funzioni , qualche problema con il wi-fi Trattasi di una telecamera Wi-Fi da esterno della “Reolink”, un brand cinese specializzato nella produzione di telecamere WI-FI e 4G , dotate batteria incorporata , nello specifico parliamo dell’Argus PTZ 4MP, una videocamera di sorveglianza Wi-Fi progettata per uso esterno, come dimostra la sua caratteristica forma e il grado di protezione IP65. Questo un modello che non bada di certo all’estetica, ma pi che altro alla qualit dell’hardware e completezza delle funzioni per garantire un adeguato livello di sicurezza.
Il dispositivo viene fornito con una batteria ricaricabile non removibile di lunga durata, essendo autoalimentato pu funzionare anche in caso di blackout, in ogni caso se desiderate mantenerlo alimentato in modo permanente possibile acquistare separatamente il pannello solare “Reolink” al costo di circa 30 , in modo da non liberarsi del problema della ricarica, cos da mantenerla alimentata 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7.
La Argus PTZ 4MP compatibile con gli assistenti vocali Google Assistant e Alexa , per cui possibile mostrare le immagini live della telecamera sia su Google Nest Hub o sulla tua TV tramite Chromecast , oltre che con gli Echo Spot, Echo Show o Fire TV , con alexa basta semplicemente abilitare la skill Reolink , loggandosi con gli stessi dati forniti al momento della registrazione , con Google Nest invece , bisogna abilitare il dispositivo che si desidera aggiungere a Google Home nella pagina Smart Home .

Cosa non mi piaciuto :
* La scarsa connessione del WI-FI che di fatto rende difficoltoso l’utilizzo del 2K, (pur riducendo al
minimo il bitrate di trasmissione e nonostante abbia utilizzato un repeatear posto all’interno
dell’abitazione a meno di 3 metri in linea d’aria).
* La telecamera gestibile solo dall’applicazione e non da web (in quanto a batteria non previsto).
* Al prezzo attuale avrei gradito la presenza anche del pannello solare, che avrebbe resa la telecamera
completamente autonoma
* Impossibilit di gestire i file sulla card SD, la telecamera li sovrascrive in automatico quando piena,
senza la possibilit di cancellarli se non estraendo la carta mettendola su un PC
Al momento in cui scrivo la recensione la Argus PTZ 4MP, viene proposta a 149,99 , con la possibilit di applicare uno sconto coupon del 15 %, valido fino al 25 aprile 2022, che fa si che il suo prezzo finale si attesti a circa 128 .
*********Conclusioni*************** :
Concludendo in sintesi posso sicuramente affermare che l’Argus PTZ 4MP indubbiamente un buon prodotto , adatto sia ad un uso interno che esterno , visto il suo grado di protezione IP65 , molto semplice da configurare e con un ottima autonomia , che viene penalizzato da una scarsa copertura del WI-FI e dalla Impossibilit di poter gestire i file direttamente sulla SD card , in ogni caso al prezzo di vendita attuale , se avessero incluso anche il pannellino solare nel prezzo , l’avrebbe quasi perfetta , cos da ottenere un dispositivo piuttosto completo , che ci avrebbe reso liberi anche dalla preoccupazione della ricarica .
Tengo a precisare di essere stato sempre imparziale e di non avere mai avuto atteggiamenti preferenziali nelle recensioni redatte sui campioni gratuiti ricevuti da parte di Amazon, spero per tanto che la mia recensione sia stata gradita e soprattutto sia stata utile a valutare obiettivamente l’acquisto di questo prodotto voto complessivo 80 /100 , grazie per avermi letto.
OTTIMA TELECAMERA DI SORVEGLIANZA A BATTERIA Ottima videocamera PT questa della Reolink. PT sta per Pan and Tilt, ovvero un modello che pu essere ruotato da remoto sia orizzontalmente che verticalmente. Si pu quindi regolare dall’applicazione l’angolazione dell’inquadratura e controllare tutta la zona circostante.
La videocamera molto comoda da installare visto che alimentata a batteria e quindi non necessita di un collegamento diretto con una presa di corrente. La durata della batteria molto elevata anche perch la camera si attiva solo quando rileva un movimento nel suo campo visivo. Per renderla del tutto autonoma e non doversi neppure preoccupare di ricaricarla, possibile inoltre acquistare a parte un piccolo pannello solare.
La videocamera semplice anche da configurare, basta seguire tutte le indicazioni fornite dall’applicazione da installare sullo smartphone. L’app l’ho trovata ben fatta. Si possono vedere le immagini in tempo reale con una buona fluidit dei video, con la possibilit di utilizzare uno zoom digitale. Anche la risoluzione buona, superiore a molte delle videocamere in questa fascia di prezzo, avendo immagini nitide e ben definite.
Buona anche la parte di configurazione, con varie impostazioni selezionabili. Si pu regolare come si preferisce il sensore di movimento e indicargli se rilevare solo le persone o anche i veicoli. Se devo proprio trovare il pelo nell’uovo, mancano due funzioni che renderebbero davvero completa l’app, ovvero la possibilit di selezionare solo un’area dell’inquadratura da controllare e una funzione di tracking per inseguire i movimenti di una persona, ruotando la camera in automatico.
Nel complesso comunque la camera sicuramente un ottimo dispositivo di sicurezza per tenere sottocontrollo un’area e venire avvisati quando viene rilevato un movimento. Con l’aggiunta del pannello solare si ottiene una videocamera davvero completa e autonoma, potendola installare facilmente ovunque senza doverla neppure ricaricare.

Beste Überwachungskamera ever! 👍 Ich war sehr skeptisch, ob alles was beschrieben wurde so funktioniert und ich bin mehr als positiv berrascht. Sie tut genau das was sie soll. Einmal (und das in nicht mal 10 Minuten und ohne jeglicher Probleme) installiert, nimmt sie eigenstndig auf sobald sie Bewegung erkennt. Tag wie Nacht. Alles wird auf der internen Speicherkarte (dazu gekauft) gespeichert und kann im Nachhinein mit Datum & Uhrzeitangabe in der App (brigens Kostenfrei ) angeschaut, herangezoomt und abgescreenshottet werden. Zustzlich sendet die Kamera einen Alarm auf’s Handy, wenn sie mit der Aufnahme wegen Erkennung einer Bewegung im beobachteten Raum beginnt.
Man kann sich nun live zuschalten, beobachten, Fotos machen, mit der eingedrungenen Person sprechen oder einen Alarm im Raum abgeben um zu erschrecken. Fr diesen Preis ein Qualitativ hervorragendes Produkt. Funktioniert natrlich nur, wenn man das W-LAN Netz ber das die Kamera eingeloggt ist, immer am Strom lt.
300km Entfernung zum Eigentum? ->kein Problem, mit dieser berwachungskamera hat man alles im Griff. Aufnahmen im privaten Raum’ sind brigens vor Gericht als Beweismittel zugelassen. Weiterer Pluspunkt: kein Kabelsalat wegen Akku, welches mit einem separat dazubestellbaren Solarpanel immer aufgeladen und sicher einsatzbereit ist.
Ich werde noch eine kaufen dann mit Solarpanel fr den Gartenbereich.

Artikel wie beschriebe Bin mit dem Produkt eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Ausleuchtung im Schwarz/Wei Modus bei Nacht. Da ist es dann wirklich ab einer Entfernung von ca.10m etwas dunkler. ( steht auch in der Beschreibung ) Da kann man umgehen wenn man auf Farbe stellt. Dann ist das Bild allerdingst etwas grob pixlig.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Akku Anschluss geht schnell kapu Ich bin soweit zufrieden mit allen Kameras . Das einzigste was mich strt wenn man bei kalten Temperaturen um 0 Grad laden mchte kann es drauen schwierig werden . Den Anschluss zur Kamera ist Insuffizient. Heit das kann passieren das man sehr oft laden muss u das Kabel vom Akku immer wiede einstecken muss . Hab mir eine dadurch gehimmelt . Mal ausgebaut . Wundert mich nicht . Zwei kleine Ltstellen halten das ganze zusammen um das Kabel einzustecken . Nicht gut . Wackelkontakt ist da vorprogrammiert.
Argus PT 2K Die Kamera hat eine Argus Eco abgelst, da die Argus PT die Schwenk- und Neigefunktion hat. Habe bereits zwei Argus PT im Einsatz und die bessere Auflsung und der bessere Fokus der Kamera gegenber den beiden bereits im Einsatz befindlichen ist schon bemerkbar. Keinerlei Probleme beim WLan- Empfang. Bin zufrieden.
uvoloso = batteria scarica Salve, ho acquistato questo prodotto, per sorvegliare il garage, mi piace perche’ ovunque posso controllarlo, o con il PC o con lo smartphone. Una cosa che secondo me’ manca, e’ la funzione traking. Quello che non mi piace, e’ che con il pannello solare, se piove o e’ nuvoloso per una settimana, la batteria si scarica, quindi il pannello serve solo a mantenere la carica, e non a caricare la batteria della telecamera.

Achetes pour surveiller ma voiture en ville suite vandalisme les deux camras font le job. ce tarif l, la lecture des plaques en mouvement n’est pas possible sauf si passage trs lent et camra bien place (pas vident et interdit, c’est juste une info qualit). Les visages sont reconnaissables si pas loigns (<6m), aprs l'identification se complique mme avec le zoom. Les alertes sont efficaces avec l'appli installe sur un smartphone et le pilotage distant tout fait convenable. La programmation est assez facile et l'autonomie sur batterie est trs bonne si pas en live permanent. Capte mon wifi de l'autre ct de la rue : pas mal. Mode infrarouge correct.

Great camera, paired it with the white solar panel and it is never low on battery. The only problem is that sometimes it is difficult to get at to connect the camera to the Reolink client prog running on my pc. But, that aside this is a great camera with very clear images captured. I’ve just printed the images out at A4 size to show my neighbour, who is very impressed, and going to fit some of these to his home. Excellent image quality, even at night when it is pitch black outside. Personally, I can’t fault the camera.
Completamente soddisfatto Ne ho 2 e sono completamente soddisfatto, non sono da utilizzare come quelle alimentate a corrente visto che queste sono a batteria, ho messo il loro pannello solare e vanno bene, ci sono telecamere pi prestazionali certo che s, ma sono alimentate a corrente, ed hanno prezzi notevolmente pi alti, quindi rapporto quelit prezzo OTTIMO, installate in una casa in montagna, 1000 mt, con un router HUAWEI, visto che il TP LINK non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi, ho acquistato HUAWEI sim ILIAD, tutto funziona bene. Ho collegato 3 telecamere ARGUS 2 e 2 telecamere ARGUS PT tutto funziona bene ed in poco tempo ho fatto tutto, queste sono sotto il tetto riparate dalla pioggia diretta. L’unica cosa l’app che se il telefono per vedere le telecamere da remoto collegato alla rete dati spesso non si connettono, ma se collegato ad router in wifi, si collegano immediatamente non sbagliano un colpo, quindi penso sia un baco dell’app visto che se mi collego alla rete dati del telefonino nonostante il segnare sia al massimo, spesso bisogna provare diverse volte prima di riuscire a collegarsi con le telecamere. Quindi telecamere a 5 stelle app per la gestione, 3 stelle.
Calidad de image La he puesto a unos 5 metros de mi casa, en un poste as veo la casa. La he cargado con un cargador de mvil al 70% y la insyale y puse el panel solar , una vez w se ha cargado al 100% en un 2 o 3 das, se manteniete casi siempre al 100% aunque no haya sol carga igualmente . La sntela wifi la he creado por una ms grande para q me pillara mejor el wifi. Aguanta todo viento lluvia granizo y centellas.
Picture quality Camera operated as expected for about a year, after which camera image deteriorated somewhat after some very nasty weather, image a bit foggy suspect moisture ingress. Contacted Reolink customer services and after giving them the relevant details and image snapshots they were very prompt in supplying a replacement camera. The standard of service from Reolink customer services was excellent. Would give them a 5 star rating on all aspects however jury is still out on the quality of ingress protection. Only time will tell!
Kamera top, Service könnte besser sei Camera eigentlich top. Aber, nachdem ich die Kamera zum Laden angenommen und ausgeschaltet habe lsst sich sich nicht mehr einschalten. Der Schalter springt immer wieder zurck auf Off. Fhlt sich an als wre intern etwas ausgehngt. Also Support kontaktiert und gefragt wohin die Kamera geschickt werden soll zur Reparatur. Und dann fing das Email hin und her an. Bitte schicken sie uns ein Video. Das Video ist nicht angekommen (8MB sollten bei jedem Provider funktionieren). Mal schauen wie es weiter geht, aber im Moment kann ich nur jedem abraten bei Reolink eine Kamera zu kaufen. So lange sie funktionieren, alles gut, aber wehe es gibt eine Reklamation!
Update: nach mehrmaligem hin und her wurde mir eine neue Kamera geschickt. Rcksendung mute ich allerdings selbst bezahlen. Also Augen auf beim Kamera kauf. Und ich Frage mich was gewesen wre, wenn ich kein Video vom Fehler htte machen knnen. Ein Fehler den man nicht Filmen kann??? Und dann noch die Grenbeschrnkung in der Mail. Heutige Smartphone’s Filmen in min 720p. Da kann man nur ein paar Sekunden aufnehmen um das noch verschicken zu knnen.
Und die Google bersetzten Mails waren auch nicht der Renner. Ohne den englischen Text htte ich teilweise nicht verstanden was die von mir wollen.
Naja, neue Kamera ist installiert und wird nicht mehr aus geschaltet. Dann gibt’s den Fehler auch nicht mehr.

The Reolink app is good too. Notifies you when camera is triggered. Easy to set up. Tip, Have camera near router on first set up. Only records video when triggered to preserve battery life. Or you can access anytime for live viewing and record then. Had one outside now for 6 months and hasn’t failed so I guess it’s got good waterproof seals. Great also for moving from room to room without having to unplug stuff and set up again. The quality of construction is very good. You can see why it’s a bit more expensive than others. PTZ is great too. All in all very happy and does the job well.
Prodotto e Supporto Tecnico post-vendita La cosa pi importante sicuramente la bont del prodotto, ma almeno ugualmente importante il supporto tecnico post-vendita nella gestione e risoluzione di eventuali problemi che sorgono durante l’utilizzo.
Il prodotto coinvolge molti settori (e fornitori) di elettronica (prodotto, router, fornitore della linea internet, roaming se necessario, etc…) e chi fornisce la telecamera deve saper gestire i problemi interagendo con tutte queste parti.
Tutto il Team di Supporto di Reolink stato (ed tuttora) molto efficace nella gestione e soluzione di quel paio di problemi che ho dovuto fronteggiare per mettere a regime l’impianto.
Per questo, molte grazie a tutto il Team Tecnico, con uno Speciale Ringraziamento a Peter per la sua tenacia nell’affrontare e risolvere con successo i (pochi, ma inevitabili) problemi che ho riscontrato in questo primo periodo di intenso utilizzo.

The most important thing is certainly the quality of the product, but at least equally important is the after-sales technical support in the management and resolution of any problems that arise during use.
The product involves many sectors (and suppliers) of electronics (product, router, internet line provider, roaming if necessary, etc …) and whoever supplies the camera must be able to manage problems by interacting with all these parts.
The whole Reolink Support Team has been (and still is) very effective in managing and solving those couple of problems I had to face to get the system up and running.
For this, many thanks to all the Technical Team, with a Special Thanks to Peter for his tenacity in facing and successfully solving the (few, but inevitable) problems I encountered in this first period of intense use.
Brilliant - does what you would expect a surveillance camera to do This was my first excursion into surveillance and this device has not disappointed – it looks well made, smart and unobtrusive. Once the installation instructions are digested it, and the Solar Panel, were quick and easy to install and worked on the Smart Phone App with no issues and produces good live images and records video on the internal SD Card and easy to view alerts. The only issue was getting the same abilities on my Windows PC which was very important (to me) – turns out there no installation instructions and I couldn’t get the PC App working but Reolink Support advised using the Camera’s UID number to enable (which is on the camera’s base – take a photo BEFORE installing!) and everything burst into life and very pleased. Currently I don’t see any need for a subscription to a Cloud storage service. I have given 4*s as I can’t make comparisons with any other products which may or may not be better and I did need to use Reolink’s Support.
partial refund! I am side disappointed Poor myo arrival and was very disappointed. my refund was not for the full amount but they withheld 20 more i had to pay the technician to install or then replace!
Really good camera Since I bought this camera it’s been very good. Easy to install and the setup was super easy. I would recommend buying this camera if your after a battery powered one. The after support from reolink is really good as well. I was helped by Peter from reolink who arranged for my camera to get a firmware update. It was really good support from Peter. The camera its self is very good you can move and tilt the camera from your mobile phone which is very handy.
good little cctv camera great little camera tilt and turn useful, would be even better if tilt and pan could be sound activated. I have an imou cctv which has this option, but that one is mains run. the solar panel is very good, i forgot to precharge the camera battery so solar panel would just topping up now the dark days have arrived. Battery was at 18% but even in poor light over the first few days it was up to 80% .
Argus PT mit Pi-hole und VLAN, das funktioniert leider nicht wirklich gut! Die Kamera mag durchaus gut sein, in meiner Netzwerk-Infrastruktur funktioniert die Kamera aber nicht wie ich mir das vorstelle, weshalb ich diese leider wieder zurckschicken werde und auch diese Rezension schreibe, weil es vielleicht den einen oder anderen interessieren knnte. Ich habe zu dem Thema einige Mails mit dem Support-Team von Reolink ausgetauscht. Der Support antwortet meist am gleichen Tag und ist auch sehr bemht einem weiterzuhelfen! Vielen Dank dafr!
Aber folgende Dinge waren mir vor dem Kauf nicht wirklich bewusst:
Batteriebetriebe Kameras (wie z.B. die Argus PT) knnen aus Energiespargrnden nicht ber ihre IP-Adresse erreicht werden! Die Kamera “spricht” also kein TCP/IP, in der Reolink APP oder ber die Client Anwendung kann man die Kamera nicht ber ihre IP-Adresse hinzufgen, sie hat auch deswegen kein Web Interface, kann also nicht ber den Browser erreicht werden.
Die Verbindung erfolgt stattdessen ber eine UID und dazu baut die Kamera erstmalig eine Verbindung ins Internet auf (die Kamera verbindet sich mit p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com). Daher stammt auch meine Frage zu diesem Artikel, ob die Kamera zur Kommunikation mittels der UID zwingend Zugriff auf p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com bentigt, aber dazu gleich mehr.
Bei der Einrichtung fing mein erstes Problem an!
Ich habe in meinem Netzwerk einen (Raspberry) Pi-hole, der alle unerwnschten DNS-Anfragen ins Internet blockiert. Ich mchte nicht, dass meine IoT-Gerte “nach Hause telefonieren” und Daten ins Internet senden. Die Kamera soll nur in meinem lokalen Netzwerk operieren, Cloud-Funktionalitt bentige bzw. mchte ich nicht. Die Einrichtung per Handy APP funktionierte bei mir anfangs nicht, weil mein Pi-hole den Zugriff auf pushx.reolink.com blockierte! Fr die Ersteinrichtung ist fr die Kamera also zwingend ein Zugriff aufs Internet erforderlich! Damit kann ich leben, ich habe den Pi-hole dann temporr deaktiviert und konnte die Einrichtung ohne Probleme abschlieen.
Mit der Handy APP konnte ich dann auch alle Einstellungen an der Kamera vornehmen. Dann wollte ich die Kamera ber die Reolink Windows Anwendung ansprechen und versuchte, die Kamera ber deren lokale IP-Adresse hinzuzufgen. Da war mir noch nicht klar, dass das bei der Kamera nicht geht. Da man die Kamera nur ber die UID zur Anwendung hinzufgen kann, habe ich mich natrlich gefragt, wie das dann technisch funktioniert und ob die Kamera zur “Auflsung” der UID grundstzlich einen Zugriff ins Internet, auf die Adressen p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com, bentigt. Das wre fr mich ein absolutes No-Go!
Dem ist aber glcklicher Weise nicht so, die Kamera bentigt laut Reolink nur fr die erste Einrichtung einen Zugriff aufs Internet und kann dann auch ohne Internetverbindung (Internetberechtigung) im lokalen Netzwerk betrieben werden!
Auf meinem Tablett konnte ich in der APP die Kamera dann aber auch mit der UID nicht hinzufgen! Und woran lag es? Jetzt kommt eine weitere Besonderheit meines Netzwerks ins Spiel! Ich betreibe alle meine IoT-Gerte in einem getrennten Netzwerk (VLAN), meine “sicheren” Gerte wie PCs, NAS usw. befinden sich in einem anderen Netzwerk (VLAN). Per TCP/IP kann ich ohne Probleme von meinem PC aus (sicheres Netz) auf die IoT-Gerte (im Iot-Netz) zugreifen, dass funktioniert aber aus den beschriebenen Grnden nicht bei der Argus PT! Eine Kommunikation zwischen Reolink APP und Client mit der Kamera ist laut Reolink Support nur mglich, wenn sich die Gerte im gleichen Netzwerk befinden! Mein Tablett befand sich im “sicheren” WLAN, die Kamera im IoT-WLAN. Das funktioniert also leider nicht! Wenn ich mit dem Tablett ins IoT-WLAN wechsele, kann ich natrlich auf die Kamera zugreifen.
Eine weitere meiner Anforderungen, die leider nicht funktioniert: Wenn ich per VPN eine verschlsselte Verbindung in mein Netzwerk (ber die FritzBox) aufbaue, komme damit z.B. ohne Probleme an die Reolink C1 Pro heran und kann z.B. im Urlaub auf die Kamera zugreifen. Auch das geht mit der Argus PT leider nicht, weil diese nicht ber Netzwerkgrenzen hinweg kommuniziert.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Ich mchte die Kamera hier gar nicht schlecht reden, in Kombination mit dem Solar Panel ist sie sicherlich eine tolle Lsung, wenn man die Kamera bzw. seine anderen Gerte in nur einem WLAN betreibt und auch den Zugriff aufs Internet erlaubt.
Fr meine Anforderungen msste ich also alternativ auf eine andere Kamera zurckgreifen, die per Netzteil oder POE mit Strom versorgt wird, denn diese kommunizieren per TCP/IP (wobei ich mir nicht sicher wre, ob das auch bei allen POE-Kameras der Fall ist). Deswegen kann ich leider nur 4 Sterne vergeben!
Videocamere Reolink Premessa: scrivo la recensione a seguito di una richiesta di assistenza su una videocamera modello E 3MP. Devo ammettere che ero scettico sulla velocit del supporto che invece stato preciso nelle comunicazioni e veloce nelle risposte. Unica nota il supporto viene fatto direttamente da Hong Kong (Reolink una azienda con sede a Hong Kong) e lo scambio di email stato in inglese. Perci bisogna un p arrangiarsi con l’inglese. Per il resto l’assistenza stata perfetta.
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto di per se, l’unica nota che si pu fare una migliore qualit delle immagini in notturna. La rilevazione con il sensore PIR quasi perfetta e pu essere parametrizzata facilmente dalla applicazione. Non ho avuto particolari problemi con il collegamento al mio wifi, solo qualche incertezza nella scansione del codice data matrix richiesto a inizio configurazione.
L’applicazione windows non accattivamente dal punto di vista grafico ma funzionale e le parametrizzazioni sono facili da fare. Sinceramente preferisco cose semplici e funzionali come credo la maggior parte di chi si rivolge a prodotti di videosorveglianza. Ad oggi ho installato due videocamere Argus PT una videocamera Argus 2 una videocamera E 3MP e una videocamera E1 Zoom da circa 1 mese e mezzo. Finora non hanno mai perso la connessione. Qualche incertezza quando ci si collega alle due Argus PT ma niente di drammatico, almeno nel mio caso.
Does what I expected Camera arrived on date given. Very good packaging, camera very well made. Easy to set up, good instructions. The mounting bracket seemed a bit flimsy, but mounted OK. Just have to wait and see if the plastic is sturdy enough. Day vision is good and the night vision was better than the cameras I have at the moment. Good PTZ, though there can be some lag – you get used to it. Zoom is digital so don’t expect fine detail. It has been mounted for over a week and batterie is at 65% from 100. Will mount solar panel when I get idea of camera life. Easy to mount and dismount via one thumb screw. Alerts to iPhone are good and sensitivity can be controlled. Quite happy with item and would recommend.
Fantastic security Very easy to install and set up using the app, some have mentioned the app but on both my android phone and Mac this works well so much that I have 4 around the house now and you see from the screenshot very easy to see. Clarity of the photos is very good and setting up notifications by app or by email (which also sends a screenshot photo) is very easy. The only slight issue is with Cloud storage which isn’t available in the UK yet but each camera has a memory card inside (ok if it gets stolen it’s gone yes but the app allows you to record easily in real time).
At times the notifications can be rapid but found out how to turn them off at set periods (when we are home) so less obtrusive now. Recommend these definitely.

oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia esperienza con la Ditta Reolink.
Ho acquistato due videocamere Argus pt con relativi pannelli solari.
Sono arrivate nei tempi previsti, scarico l’applicazione sul cellulare e quindi seguo la procedura per la loro istallazione semplice e chiarissima (in tutto 5 minuti) e fino a qui tutto ok..
Provo quindi il loro funzionamento dal cellulare ( utilizzando la rete wifi dove erano connesse anche le telecamere ) ..perfette si collegavano tutte e due subito si vedeva perfettamente.. ho pensato meravigliose..
Esco di casa, provo a collegarmi con il cellulare ( quindi non utilizzando la rete wifi dove erano connesse le camere) utilizzando la linea dati del cellulare.. e qui sono nati i problemi.. non si collegavano neanche a pagarle.. oppure si collegava soltanto una dopo svariati tentativi.. per un attimo e poi non si collegava pi.. niente provo anche il giorno dopo ma niente da fare.. Applico modifiche al router .. ma nulla, da remoto le telecamere non funzionano.
Allora penso, era sabato, luned le rispedisco al mittente pero anche se sabato provo a mandare una mail al supporto vediamo cosa succede..inverosimile.. dopo 15 min dalla mia mail mi risponde subito il supporto ( Sarah e Justina) mi danno delle indicazioni e mi chiedono di inviargli i messaggi di errore che comparivano sulla videocamera e UID ( un codice numerico che si trova sulla telecamera) in maniera tale che i loro tecnici potevano capire quale era il problema.. Epilogo …nel giro di 24 ( domenica) ore il supporto ha risolto il problema e le telecamere funzionano alla perfezione.
Quindi nel complesso anche se le telecamere non erano subito funzionanti, il supporto in maniera molto molto efficiente ha risolto il problema.
Esperienza totalmente positiva sia per il prodotto che per il supporto avuto.
Questo mi ha fatto anche capire che se un domani avr dei problemi ci sar qualcuno pronto a risolverli

Does the job initial unit kept dropping of the wifi, failing to connect, PIR not working. Raised with Reolink who wanted me to return the unit to them at my own cost. Ended up doing this through Amazon at no cost. New unit is working a treat, all issues resolved. Just what I wanted.
I’ve knocked the stars down by 1, only because the support is extremely poor. It’s all offshore, replies can take a long time, often with broken English – to a point where thigs don’t make sense.
Very poor app, but good battery life and WiFi connectivity (once established) is excellent. I bought this unit to watch the wildlife knocking about the garden, specifically the greenhouse where it was known that something was breaking in overnight to steal the bird food, but it wasn’t clear what it was.
It transpired that badgers were forcing their way in and, not having the good grace to close the door behind them, everything else in the neighborhood, including the local moggies, foxes, and mice were also in evidence.
I was hoping for a little more clarity at night than is available, but given that the greenhouse is illumination at night is entirely dependant on the infra-red LED’s in the camera, it may be that my expectations were a little high. The image quality in the day time is very good, however.
The rechargeable battery life is to be commended. It will happily work for a couple of days before requiring a recharge.
It has a feature that switches the camera onto a recording mode if something passes in front of it. With some experimentation, I managed to get this working, but even with the sensitivity set to maximum, something (e.g. me) had to pass quite close to the camera before it started working. It’s designed for people, not wildlife, however, so I would surmise that if it was set up to watch the front door of a house, for example, then it would activate if someone approached the camera.
Setting up the camera was a struggle; the WiFi configuration is overly complicated. However, having worked through the process the WiFi connectivity is pretty good and the connection stability has proven to be excellent.
The interface to the camera, i.e. the phone app, is very poorly designed in my opinion. There are far too many poorly documented operational parameters buried in obscure menus. This makes configuring features difficult with the added bonus of terminology that is ambiguous and counter-intuitive. Some experimentation and lots of messing about and I think I’ve got most of the features figured out, but the app itself is dreadful.
The last element that I was looking forward to using was the pan & tilt functionality. The ability to remote control the optics was the main reason why I chose a camera of this type.
Unfortunately, the remote control from the phone app is so laggy as to be almost useless. The camera will rotate and allow the view up & down can be changed but the control of these parameters is extremely hit and miss.
Moving the camera in real-time to track the action is almost impossible, it takes a considerable amount of time for the camera servo’s to react to control input. This is extremely frustrating because nothing moves for a long period after control input…. then the camera overshoots. I’ve given up on it as a feature.
For the purpose of setting the camera up to provide a static view, this remote operation allows the installer being able to stand in the target spot and frame the camera view without having to have a second person to wiggle the camera, so that’s good. Being able to track a moving target with it, however, is very difficult to do; it’s simply not practical given the poor control.
It occurs to me that should the device be accessible enough to facilitate dismounting to facilitate recharging, then it will likely be accessible enough to walk off with. If this is intended as a security feature, then I would suggest that powering the camera from the optional solar panel or using a wired power installation, but for a mobile platform, the rechargeable battery is excellent; the two days run time between charges is pretty impressive.
So, am I happy with it? The most disappointing thing about it is the very poor app, which is confusing to use from a configuration perspective and all but useless for camera remote control.
The image quality is OK and the video footage I’m obtaining with it is fun, so I guess I am generally happy with my purchase.
If I buy another it won’t be this camera. I’ll want a device that makes good on its promise to be able to pan & tilt accurately. But if all you’re after is a static view of a spot, which to be fair is pretty much what this device was intended for, then it’s probably not a bad way to go.
Areas I feel that needs to be improved :
1. The bracket isn’t bested supported very flimsy like it could snap at any time
2. The sound alarm is very poor so quite you can’t here it from inside the house.
3. You need to buy WiFi extender due to the poor signal strength that is giving out
4. Always having to reset it
5. The zone areas is pointless really still picks up the areas you have masked out.
6. The Motion detection is ok.
I feel there is many areas for improvement and I have come to the decision to send this back. Doesn’t work they way it should.
Good addition to the Reolink range The Reolink Argus PT allows the pan and tilt of a wireless camera for remote locations outside of the house. I have used it with the rechargeable battery, which seemed to operate without draining the battery adversely while remotely moving the camera regularly. It is now connected to a solar panel, so that it will not need to be taken down for recharging, which is a very useful option, since the camera is now in a tree.
One problem I did experience was trying to change the WiFi settings after the initial setup. No instructions are provided in the manual or online, but I did manage to achieve it by resetting the camera. This was not straightforward, as the lens was left positioned with the reset hole not assessable, and no way of moving it via the app. I manually moved it, reset the camera, deleted the original camera setup in the app, then reinstalled the camera, successfully, in the app.
I have other Reolink cameras, which all work with the same app on smartphones and tablet, and the Argus PT allows remote monitoring away from the house without cabling. It is still early days for reliability, but I am pleased with the camera’s performance to date.
Funktioniert ! Aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen mit Argus 2 und Solarpanel – nunmehr in einem Bereich dieses neue Produkt erstanden.
Ersetzt eine Argus 2, da schwenkbar und war doch etwas komplexer hinsichtlich Installation.
Aber nunmehr alles gut und funktioniert – wobei erst mal Vorabtest durchgefhrt, da noch kein Panel, wie auch noch nicht am vorgesehen Ort angebracht.
Aufnahmen und deren Quatlit entsprechen der Argus 2, wobei das Drehen und Schwenken trotz WLAN mit 400 Mbit etwas langsam ist.
Wie der Empfang im Auenbereich ist, kann ich noch nicht bewerten, werde dies jedoch nachreichen, wenn diese am vorgesehenen Ort installiert ist.
Bisher mit den Argus 2 und Panel mehr als zufrieden, wobei es meist etwas dauert, bis man einloggen kann, was aber auch den Handys / Funk liegen kann, da man auch hier erst mal aufrstet 🙂
Meldungen ber Mail gehen schnell, Abruf derzeit noch etwas langatmig. Abruf der auf SD gespeicherten Bilder / Filme geht jedoch gut und schnell. Alles bissl zickig und somit nix fr Ungeduldige, aber man muss Preis/Leistung sehen und diese ist meinerseits als gut zu bewerten.
Bildquali bei Tag und Nacht ist mit Note 2 – zu sehen, aber absolut ausreichend und trotzdem noch erkennbar auflsend, bis hin zu Gesicht.
Lt. Homepage spricht man davon, jedoch ist dies nicht eindeutig, dass es eben keinen Slot hierfr gibt !!!
Somit ein Punkt Abzug meinerseits, da man dies htte wohl vorsehen htte mssen.
Zugriff geht ber mehrere Handys / PC’s und Laptop – gleichzeitig problemlos und dies ist schon mal eine gute Sache, seitens des Reolink – Systems !
Fazit:
Habe schon 6 Argus 2 gekauft – alle funktionierten mit Panel bis dato zuverlssig ! Akku ldt sich schnell und vollstndig auf, was auch nunmehr nach lngerer Nutzung der Fall ist.
Hierdurch kommt man auf den nchsten Nachteil bei der PT:
Der Akkut ist fix installiert und somit nicht austauschbar, was nicht verstndlich ist, sondern eben den somit erforderlichen Neukauf der Kamera erfordert !
Das darf “Greta” und “F. Neubauer als deutsche abgekupferte Variante” usw. aber nicht erfahren, da gibt es sonst immens rger !!! 🙂
Soweit erst mal und wrde – wie bereits erwhnt – immer wieder kaufen, da keine Probleme, Preis / Leistung als gut zu werten ist, wie auch: Mehr muss man nicht haben – auch keine permanente berwachung im Privatbereich, da ein Auslsen zu gegebenem Anla (und sei es nur der Paket- oder Postbote) absolut ausreicht.

Die Installation ist leicht, die Verknpfung mit Alexa ist aber etwas schwieriger gewesen.

Geworden ist diese Generation von Reolink. Wir haben unterschiedliche Jahrgnge” im Einsatz und bei dieser aktuellen Version scheint wieder ein kleiner Fortschritt eingetreten zu sein: (noch) schrferes Bild, etwas direktere Reaktion auf Befehle und bislang einwandfreier Betrieb. Einfach gestaltete sich auch der Ersatz der auszutauschenden Kamera des gleichen Herstellers in der visuellen Einrichtung. Das ist lobenswert. Bin einmal gespannt wie lange der Akku ( mit Solarpanel) bei diesem Modell durch hlt; wenn auch hier eine Steigerung festzustellen ist, dann wre noch ein Stern mehr zu vergeben.

Nicely Made Compact PTZ Fully Wireless Camera
I have a camera in my doorway now that is fully wireless however I really wanted to be able to remotely position it which I couldn’t do so when this PTZ version came up I ordered it as a replacement.
On opening, this camera comes with everything required for installation, including the mount, aerial, charging cable and a strap although I’m not really sure what I would need the strap for.
Looking at the actual camera, it is of a more compact size than that of other PTZ cameras that I have owned but everything is nicely positioned for access. On the camera head is a port for a micro SD card which will enable local recordings, on the base is an on/off switch and the charging port to recharge the internal battery within this device. All ports and switches are concealed with tight fitting rubber covers to keep the water out.
I do like the way the mount has been designed, once installed instead of having to unscrew the camera from the mount arm for recharging, this mount has a quick release button that I simply slide back to release the camera, then to put it back is just as quick, just make sure that the camera clicks into place as I nearly dropped my one the first time, lol.
Once charged up and powered on, I had to download the Reolink app which is free. From there it was very quick and easy to add the camera, I set my iPhone to my 2.4ghz network although this camera is dual channel I always find that the 5ghz band doesn’t cover distance as well as 2.4ghz does. From there it was a simple case of following the on screen instructions and the whole process took no more than a few minutes at which time the cameras picture showed up instantly in the app.
I have included a photo of a grab taken from this camera which is a little pixelated on the edges but this is likely due to the wind at the time which rarely stops where I live, lol.
I have been monitoring the camera since I installed it and generally it seems to be performing well, the battery life is lasting very well, since I didn’t charge the battery first as I should have does it has only dropped a small amount since its been on.
The downside to this that I have found is that in order to prolong the battery life this will only be turned on when accessed by the app or when it detects motion, this in principle is a good idea but what happens is that it takes a short time to start recording which in most cases won’t be a problem but occasionally it could just miss that one important snippet required.
On the whole this looks to be a sturdy security camera that performs quite well and is easy to setup and is a good choice if you can’t add any wiring, however a camera with a wired power supply will always outperform a battery version.
Easy to set up
This camera has a very wide field of view so it’s good for covering a wide area. So easy to setup just download the app on your phone or pc and it tells you how to set it all up. I like that it is only activated by a PIR sensor, which is very quick to react, as it saves me watching hours and hours of footage! It has 2 way audio where you can speak remotely through the camera via live feed on your device.

Seul point noir comme beaucoup de camera autonome sur batterie la fonction suivi automatique n’est pas prsente mais elle n’est d’ailleurs pas voqu par le fabriquant sur ce modle.(toujours bon savoir pour ceux qui ne lisent pas en dtail les fonctionnalits)

This was simple to mount and get going with, simply download the app and link the camera to home wifi and that is it really, well apart from charging the camera, wifi signal is great and even when remote viewing I have had zero lag or drop outs, image quality is great in both daytime and nighttime, this is one of the best wireless security cameras I have tested, you will not be disappointed.
Valida per l'esterno, ma prezzo un po' elevato
Telecamera di sicurezza che mi ha stupito positivamente, molto ben realizzata e perfettamente funzionante: l’app non ha problemi di alcun tipo, ha anche il cloud ma pu essere gestita molto bene manualmente.
Ci ho inserito una SD da 64Gb e mi pare che registri circa una settimana, in una qualit molto buona: di giorno si vede bene come tante altre telecamere (soffre solo i contrasti, dove le luci vengono un po’ bruciate), ma di notte mi ha davvero stupito perch si vede molto bene, anche meglio della mia attuale Netatmo da 400 euro.
Si pu muovere quasi a 360 gradi, dovrebbe resistere anche alle intemperie ma io l’ho posizionata sotto un balcone quindi per fortuna non ho necessit di testare questa caratteristica. Non manca la possibilit di muovere la telecamera da remoto, l’audio doppia via e si pu anche zoomare all’interno dell’immagine digitalmente. Non ho provato lo smart motion detection perch in una zona in cui passo spesso e non voglio infinite notifiche.
Sotto i 100 euro sarebbe best buy, cos sui 130 diventa nella media delle buone telecamere di brand mediamente conosciuti, con altri prodotti molto simili anche a una 20-30ina di euro in meno. Solo per questo 4 stelle, ma funzionamento da 5 stelle.

Completanente in plastica Pesante all’apparenza solida e compatta, la telecamera si presenta di buona fattura e rende bene l’idea di un prodotto robusto.
l’attacco a vite da 1/4 sia presente solo sulla parte superiore dell’oggetto, il che vincola il suo posizionamento tramite Il suo supporto in plastica che potrebbe essere leggermente pi robusto, anche se svolge bene il suo lavoro.
Il collegamento il classico di queste videocamere, si scarica la loro App (REOLINK che funziona su Android (penso anche su IPhone) e si connette al WiFi di casa a 2.4Ghz.
Una volta connessa seguendo tutte le istruzioni , la potremo controllare a distanza tramite il nostro smartphone ovunque ci troviamo.
Comodissimo poter avere sempre sotto controllo la situazione.
L’app ci pu avvisare anche tramite notifica se il rilevatore di movimento incorporato nella videocamera , noter qualche cosa di insolito.
Pu registrare i video in 2 maniere differenti, sia tramite micro sd interna OPZIONALE ma che essendo removibile potrebbe eventualmente essere anche rimossa da eventuali “intrusi preparati”.
Oppure pu anche registrare i filmati tramite Cloud, che il metodo che preferisco, dato che i video rimarranno ben custoditi online e facilmente recuperabili anche se dovessero riuscire a rompere la videocamera in qualche modo.
Io ho Messo questa videocamera sul tetto di una delle mie case al mare, e ho trovato comodissimo il fatto che sia totalmente libera dai cavi, bisogna solo ricordarsi di ricaricarla (volendo Amazon vende anche separatamente i pannellini solari, che consiglio di acquistare per renderla del tutto autonoma).
Le immagini sono molto buone, con una risoluzione di 4Mpx , sia di giorno sia di notte, dove utilizza il sistema di visione notturna per poter vedere in modo molto nitido e chiaro in qualsiasi condizione di luce ambientale.
Nel video allegate potete vedere la sua qualit in una giornata normale di sole,
Essendo certificata “Weatherproof” adatta per esterni e resistente alle intemperie, infatti per ora, dopo quasi un mese di utilizzo, sta funzionando sempre in modo perfetto
Ha un audio bidirezionale che ci permette sia di ascoltare i suoni provenienti da quella zona, sia di poter eventualmente farci sentire tramite il suo altoparlante integrato.
ovviamente dotata di una sua batteria interna al litio di grande capacit che ne garantisce una lunghissima autonomia, dato che la videocamera non sta accesa 24/24 ma si attiva solo quando il suo sensore di movimento rileva qualcosa, oppure quando noi andremo a vederla tramite l’applicazione.
Adoro anche il fatto che si possa far ruotare a nostro piacimento tramite App a 360 gradi e anche inclinare per poter inquadrare sia verso il basso sia un po’ anche verso l’alto
Se avesse avuto anche un po’ di zoom ottico sarebbe stata la videocamera perfetta
Comunque possiamo zoommare in modo digitale anche se la qualit visiva diminuisce ovviamente.
Ha numerose funzioni impostabili, visione notturna, led infrarossi, ecc ecc..

Trattasi di una telecamera Wi-Fi da esterno della “Reolink”, un brand cinese specializzato nella produzione di telecamere WI-FI e 4G , dotate batteria incorporata , nello specifico parliamo dell’Argus PTZ 4MP, una videocamera di sorveglianza Wi-Fi progettata per uso esterno, come dimostra la sua caratteristica forma e il grado di protezione IP65. Questo un modello che non bada di certo all’estetica, ma pi che altro alla qualit dell’hardware e completezza delle funzioni per garantire un adeguato livello di sicurezza.
Il dispositivo viene fornito con una batteria ricaricabile non removibile di lunga durata, essendo autoalimentato pu funzionare anche in caso di blackout, in ogni caso se desiderate mantenerlo alimentato in modo permanente possibile acquistare separatamente il pannello solare “Reolink” al costo di circa 30 , in modo da non liberarsi del problema della ricarica, cos da mantenerla alimentata 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7.
La Argus PTZ 4MP compatibile con gli assistenti vocali Google Assistant e Alexa , per cui possibile mostrare le immagini live della telecamera sia su Google Nest Hub o sulla tua TV tramite Chromecast , oltre che con gli Echo Spot, Echo Show o Fire TV , con alexa basta semplicemente abilitare la skill Reolink , loggandosi con gli stessi dati forniti al momento della registrazione , con Google Nest invece , bisogna abilitare il dispositivo che si desidera aggiungere a Google Home nella pagina Smart Home .

Cosa non mi piaciuto :
* La scarsa connessione del WI-FI che di fatto rende difficoltoso l’utilizzo del 2K, (pur riducendo al
minimo il bitrate di trasmissione e nonostante abbia utilizzato un repeatear posto all’interno
dell’abitazione a meno di 3 metri in linea d’aria).
* La telecamera gestibile solo dall’applicazione e non da web (in quanto a batteria non previsto).
* Al prezzo attuale avrei gradito la presenza anche del pannello solare, che avrebbe resa la telecamera
completamente autonoma
* Impossibilit di gestire i file sulla card SD, la telecamera li sovrascrive in automatico quando piena,
senza la possibilit di cancellarli se non estraendo la carta mettendola su un PC
Al momento in cui scrivo la recensione la Argus PTZ 4MP, viene proposta a 149,99 , con la possibilit di applicare uno sconto coupon del 15 %, valido fino al 25 aprile 2022, che fa si che il suo prezzo finale si attesti a circa 128 .

Concludendo in sintesi posso sicuramente affermare che l’Argus PTZ 4MP indubbiamente un buon prodotto , adatto sia ad un uso interno che esterno , visto il suo grado di protezione IP65 , molto semplice da configurare e con un ottima autonomia , che viene penalizzato da una scarsa copertura del WI-FI e dalla Impossibilit di poter gestire i file direttamente sulla SD card , in ogni caso al prezzo di vendita attuale , se avessero incluso anche il pannellino solare nel prezzo , l’avrebbe quasi perfetta , cos da ottenere un dispositivo piuttosto completo , che ci avrebbe reso liberi anche dalla preoccupazione della ricarica .
Tengo a precisare di essere stato sempre imparziale e di non avere mai avuto atteggiamenti preferenziali nelle recensioni redatte sui campioni gratuiti ricevuti da parte di Amazon, spero per tanto che la mia recensione sia stata gradita e soprattutto sia stata utile a valutare obiettivamente l’acquisto di questo prodotto voto complessivo 80 /100 , grazie per avermi letto.
OTTIMA TELECAMERA DI SORVEGLIANZA A BATTERIA
Ottima videocamera PT questa della Reolink. PT sta per Pan and Tilt, ovvero un modello che pu essere ruotato da remoto sia orizzontalmente che verticalmente. Si pu quindi regolare dall’applicazione l’angolazione dell’inquadratura e controllare tutta la zona circostante.
La videocamera molto comoda da installare visto che alimentata a batteria e quindi non necessita di un collegamento diretto con una presa di corrente. La durata della batteria molto elevata anche perch la camera si attiva solo quando rileva un movimento nel suo campo visivo. Per renderla del tutto autonoma e non doversi neppure preoccupare di ricaricarla, possibile inoltre acquistare a parte un piccolo pannello solare.
La videocamera semplice anche da configurare, basta seguire tutte le indicazioni fornite dall’applicazione da installare sullo smartphone. L’app l’ho trovata ben fatta. Si possono vedere le immagini in tempo reale con una buona fluidit dei video, con la possibilit di utilizzare uno zoom digitale. Anche la risoluzione buona, superiore a molte delle videocamere in questa fascia di prezzo, avendo immagini nitide e ben definite.
Buona anche la parte di configurazione, con varie impostazioni selezionabili. Si pu regolare come si preferisce il sensore di movimento e indicargli se rilevare solo le persone o anche i veicoli. Se devo proprio trovare il pelo nell’uovo, mancano due funzioni che renderebbero davvero completa l’app, ovvero la possibilit di selezionare solo un’area dell’inquadratura da controllare e una funzione di tracking per inseguire i movimenti di una persona, ruotando la camera in automatico.
Nel complesso comunque la camera sicuramente un ottimo dispositivo di sicurezza per tenere sottocontrollo un’area e venire avvisati quando viene rilevato un movimento. Con l’aggiunta del pannello solare si ottiene una videocamera davvero completa e autonoma, potendola installare facilmente ovunque senza doverla neppure ricaricare.

Ich war sehr skeptisch, ob alles was beschrieben wurde so funktioniert und ich bin mehr als positiv berrascht. Sie tut genau das was sie soll. Einmal (und das in nicht mal 10 Minuten und ohne jeglicher Probleme) installiert, nimmt sie eigenstndig auf sobald sie Bewegung erkennt. Tag wie Nacht. Alles wird auf der internen Speicherkarte (dazu gekauft) gespeichert und kann im Nachhinein mit Datum & Uhrzeitangabe in der App (brigens Kostenfrei ) angeschaut, herangezoomt und abgescreenshottet werden. Zustzlich sendet die Kamera einen Alarm auf’s Handy, wenn sie mit der Aufnahme wegen Erkennung einer Bewegung im beobachteten Raum beginnt.
Man kann sich nun live zuschalten, beobachten, Fotos machen, mit der eingedrungenen Person sprechen oder einen Alarm im Raum abgeben um zu erschrecken. Fr diesen Preis ein Qualitativ hervorragendes Produkt. Funktioniert natrlich nur, wenn man das W-LAN Netz ber das die Kamera eingeloggt ist, immer am Strom lt.
300km Entfernung zum Eigentum? ->kein Problem, mit dieser berwachungskamera hat man alles im Griff. Aufnahmen im privaten Raum’ sind brigens vor Gericht als Beweismittel zugelassen. Weiterer Pluspunkt: kein Kabelsalat wegen Akku, welches mit einem separat dazubestellbaren Solarpanel immer aufgeladen und sicher einsatzbereit ist.
Ich werde noch eine kaufen dann mit Solarpanel fr den Gartenbereich.

Bin mit dem Produkt eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Ausleuchtung im Schwarz/Wei Modus bei Nacht. Da ist es dann wirklich ab einer Entfernung von ca.10m etwas dunkler. ( steht auch in der Beschreibung ) Da kann man umgehen wenn man auf Farbe stellt. Dann ist das Bild allerdingst etwas grob pixlig.
Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Akku Anschluss geht schnell kapu
Ich bin soweit zufrieden mit allen Kameras . Das einzigste was mich strt wenn man bei kalten Temperaturen um 0 Grad laden mchte kann es drauen schwierig werden . Den Anschluss zur Kamera ist Insuffizient. Heit das kann passieren das man sehr oft laden muss u das Kabel vom Akku immer wiede einstecken muss . Hab mir eine dadurch gehimmelt . Mal ausgebaut . Wundert mich nicht . Zwei kleine Ltstellen halten das ganze zusammen um das Kabel einzustecken . Nicht gut . Wackelkontakt ist da vorprogrammiert.
Argus PT 2K
Die Kamera hat eine Argus Eco abgelst, da die Argus PT die Schwenk- und Neigefunktion hat. Habe bereits zwei Argus PT im Einsatz und die bessere Auflsung und der bessere Fokus der Kamera gegenber den beiden bereits im Einsatz befindlichen ist schon bemerkbar. Keinerlei Probleme beim WLan- Empfang. Bin zufrieden.

Salve, ho acquistato questo prodotto, per sorvegliare il garage, mi piace perche’ ovunque posso controllarlo, o con il PC o con lo smartphone. Una cosa che secondo me’ manca, e’ la funzione traking. Quello che non mi piace, e’ che con il pannello solare, se piove o e’ nuvoloso per una settimana, la batteria si scarica, quindi il pannello serve solo a mantenere la carica, e non a caricare la batteria della telecamera.

Achetes pour surveiller ma voiture en ville suite vandalisme les deux camras font le job. ce tarif l, la lecture des plaques en mouvement n’est pas possible sauf si passage trs lent et camra bien place (pas vident et interdit, c’est juste une info qualit). Les visages sont reconnaissables si pas loigns (<6m), aprs l'identification se complique mme avec le zoom. Les alertes sont efficaces avec l'appli installe sur un smartphone et le pilotage distant tout fait convenable. La programmation est assez facile et l'autonomie sur batterie est trs bonne si pas en live permanent. Capte mon wifi de l'autre ct de la rue : pas mal. Mode infrarouge correct.
& Rsistance aux chocs ! L'une d'elle est tombe du 1er sur le trottoir : RAS !
Great camera, paired it with the white solar panel and it is never low on battery.
The only problem is that sometimes it is difficult to get at to connect the camera to the Reolink client prog running on my pc. But, that aside this is a great camera with very clear images captured. I’ve just printed the images out at A4 size to show my neighbour, who is very impressed, and going to fit some of these to his home. Excellent image quality, even at night when it is pitch black outside. Personally, I can’t fault the camera.
Completamente soddisfatto
Ne ho 2 e sono completamente soddisfatto, non sono da utilizzare come quelle alimentate a corrente visto che queste sono a batteria, ho messo il loro pannello solare e vanno bene, ci sono telecamere pi prestazionali certo che s, ma sono alimentate a corrente, ed hanno prezzi notevolmente pi alti, quindi rapporto quelit prezzo OTTIMO, installate in una casa in montagna, 1000 mt, con un router HUAWEI, visto che il TP LINK non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi, ho acquistato HUAWEI sim ILIAD, tutto funziona bene. Ho collegato 3 telecamere ARGUS 2 e 2 telecamere ARGUS PT tutto funziona bene ed in poco tempo ho fatto tutto, queste sono sotto il tetto riparate dalla pioggia diretta. L’unica cosa l’app che se il telefono per vedere le telecamere da remoto collegato alla rete dati spesso non si connettono, ma se collegato ad router in wifi, si collegano immediatamente non sbagliano un colpo, quindi penso sia un baco dell’app visto che se mi collego alla rete dati del telefonino nonostante il segnare sia al massimo, spesso bisogna provare diverse volte prima di riuscire a collegarsi con le telecamere. Quindi telecamere a 5 stelle app per la gestione, 3 stelle.

La he puesto a unos 5 metros de mi casa, en un poste as veo la casa. La he cargado con un cargador de mvil al 70% y la insyale y puse el panel solar , una vez w se ha cargado al 100% en un 2 o 3 das, se manteniete casi siempre al 100% aunque no haya sol carga igualmente . La sntela wifi la he creado por una ms grande para q me pillara mejor el wifi. Aguanta todo viento lluvia granizo y centellas.
Picture quality
Camera operated as expected for about a year, after which camera image deteriorated somewhat after some very nasty weather, image a bit foggy suspect moisture ingress. Contacted Reolink customer services and after giving them the relevant details and image snapshots they were very prompt in supplying a replacement camera. The standard of service from Reolink customer services was excellent. Would give them a 5 star rating on all aspects however jury is still out on the quality of ingress protection. Only time will tell!
Kamera top, Service könnte besser sei
Camera eigentlich top. Aber, nachdem ich die Kamera zum Laden angenommen und ausgeschaltet habe lsst sich sich nicht mehr einschalten. Der Schalter springt immer wieder zurck auf Off. Fhlt sich an als wre intern etwas ausgehngt. Also Support kontaktiert und gefragt wohin die Kamera geschickt werden soll zur Reparatur. Und dann fing das Email hin und her an. Bitte schicken sie uns ein Video. Das Video ist nicht angekommen (8MB sollten bei jedem Provider funktionieren). Mal schauen wie es weiter geht, aber im Moment kann ich nur jedem abraten bei Reolink eine Kamera zu kaufen. So lange sie funktionieren, alles gut, aber wehe es gibt eine Reklamation!
Update: nach mehrmaligem hin und her wurde mir eine neue Kamera geschickt. Rcksendung mute ich allerdings selbst bezahlen. Also Augen auf beim Kamera kauf. Und ich Frage mich was gewesen wre, wenn ich kein Video vom Fehler htte machen knnen. Ein Fehler den man nicht Filmen kann??? Und dann noch die Grenbeschrnkung in der Mail. Heutige Smartphone’s Filmen in min 720p. Da kann man nur ein paar Sekunden aufnehmen um das noch verschicken zu knnen.
Und die Google bersetzten Mails waren auch nicht der Renner. Ohne den englischen Text htte ich teilweise nicht verstanden was die von mir wollen.
Naja, neue Kamera ist installiert und wird nicht mehr aus geschaltet. Dann gibt’s den Fehler auch nicht mehr.
Solid construction, perfect outdoor/indoor rechargeable solutio
Love these cameras as battery powered so perfect for outside areas without power. Solid well made construction. The Reolink app is good too. Notifies you when camera is triggered. Easy to set up. Tip, Have camera near router on first set up. Only records video when triggered to preserve battery life. Or you can access anytime for live viewing and record then. Had one outside now for 6 months and hasn’t failed so I guess it’s got good waterproof seals. Great also for moving from room to room without having to unplug stuff and set up again. The quality of construction is very good. You can see why it’s a bit more expensive than others. PTZ is great too. All in all very happy and does the job well.
Prodotto e Supporto Tecnico post-vendita
La cosa pi importante sicuramente la bont del prodotto, ma almeno ugualmente importante il supporto tecnico post-vendita nella gestione e risoluzione di eventuali problemi che sorgono durante l’utilizzo.
Il prodotto coinvolge molti settori (e fornitori) di elettronica (prodotto, router, fornitore della linea internet, roaming se necessario, etc…) e chi fornisce la telecamera deve saper gestire i problemi interagendo con tutte queste parti.
Tutto il Team di Supporto di Reolink stato (ed tuttora) molto efficace nella gestione e soluzione di quel paio di problemi che ho dovuto fronteggiare per mettere a regime l’impianto.
Per questo, molte grazie a tutto il Team Tecnico, con uno Speciale Ringraziamento a Peter per la sua tenacia nell’affrontare e risolvere con successo i (pochi, ma inevitabili) problemi che ho riscontrato in questo primo periodo di intenso utilizzo.

The most important thing is certainly the quality of the product, but at least equally important is the after-sales technical support in the management and resolution of any problems that arise during use.
The product involves many sectors (and suppliers) of electronics (product, router, internet line provider, roaming if necessary, etc …) and whoever supplies the camera must be able to manage problems by interacting with all these parts.
The whole Reolink Support Team has been (and still is) very effective in managing and solving those couple of problems I had to face to get the system up and running.

Brilliant - does what you would expect a surveillance camera to do
This was my first excursion into surveillance and this device has not disappointed – it looks well made, smart and unobtrusive. Once the installation instructions are digested it, and the Solar Panel, were quick and easy to install and worked on the Smart Phone App with no issues and produces good live images and records video on the internal SD Card and easy to view alerts. The only issue was getting the same abilities on my Windows PC which was very important (to me) – turns out there no installation instructions and I couldn’t get the PC App working but Reolink Support advised using the Camera’s UID number to enable (which is on the camera’s base – take a photo BEFORE installing!) and everything burst into life and very pleased. Currently I don’t see any need for a subscription to a Cloud storage service. I have given 4*s as I can’t make comparisons with any other products which may or may not be better and I did need to use Reolink’s Support.

Poor myo arrival and was very disappointed. my refund was not for the full amount but they withheld 20 more i had to pay the technician to install or then replace!
Really good camera
Since I bought this camera it’s been very good. Easy to install and the setup was super easy. I would recommend buying this camera if your after a battery powered one. The after support from reolink is really good as well. I was helped by Peter from reolink who arranged for my camera to get a firmware update. It was really good support from Peter. The camera its self is very good you can move and tilt the camera from your mobile phone which is very handy.
good little cctv camera
great little camera tilt and turn useful, would be even better if tilt and pan could be sound activated. I have an imou cctv which has this option, but that one is mains run. the solar panel is very good, i forgot to precharge the camera battery so solar panel would just topping up now the dark days have arrived. Battery was at 18% but even in poor light over the first few days it was up to 80% .
Die Kamera mag durchaus gut sein, in meiner Netzwerk-Infrastruktur funktioniert die Kamera aber nicht wie ich mir das vorstelle, weshalb ich diese leider wieder zurckschicken werde und auch diese Rezension schreibe, weil es vielleicht den einen oder anderen interessieren knnte. Ich habe zu dem Thema einige Mails mit dem Support-Team von Reolink ausgetauscht. Der Support antwortet meist am gleichen Tag und ist auch sehr bemht einem weiterzuhelfen! Vielen Dank dafr!
Aber folgende Dinge waren mir vor dem Kauf nicht wirklich bewusst:
Batteriebetriebe Kameras (wie z.B. die Argus PT) knnen aus Energiespargrnden nicht ber ihre IP-Adresse erreicht werden! Die Kamera “spricht” also kein TCP/IP, in der Reolink APP oder ber die Client Anwendung kann man die Kamera nicht ber ihre IP-Adresse hinzufgen, sie hat auch deswegen kein Web Interface, kann also nicht ber den Browser erreicht werden.
Die Verbindung erfolgt stattdessen ber eine UID und dazu baut die Kamera erstmalig eine Verbindung ins Internet auf (die Kamera verbindet sich mit p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com). Daher stammt auch meine Frage zu diesem Artikel, ob die Kamera zur Kommunikation mittels der UID zwingend Zugriff auf p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com bentigt, aber dazu gleich mehr.
Bei der Einrichtung fing mein erstes Problem an!
Ich habe in meinem Netzwerk einen (Raspberry) Pi-hole, der alle unerwnschten DNS-Anfragen ins Internet blockiert. Ich mchte nicht, dass meine IoT-Gerte “nach Hause telefonieren” und Daten ins Internet senden. Die Kamera soll nur in meinem lokalen Netzwerk operieren, Cloud-Funktionalitt bentige bzw. mchte ich nicht. Die Einrichtung per Handy APP funktionierte bei mir anfangs nicht, weil mein Pi-hole den Zugriff auf pushx.reolink.com blockierte! Fr die Ersteinrichtung ist fr die Kamera also zwingend ein Zugriff aufs Internet erforderlich! Damit kann ich leben, ich habe den Pi-hole dann temporr deaktiviert und konnte die Einrichtung ohne Probleme abschlieen.
Mit der Handy APP konnte ich dann auch alle Einstellungen an der Kamera vornehmen. Dann wollte ich die Kamera ber die Reolink Windows Anwendung ansprechen und versuchte, die Kamera ber deren lokale IP-Adresse hinzuzufgen. Da war mir noch nicht klar, dass das bei der Kamera nicht geht. Da man die Kamera nur ber die UID zur Anwendung hinzufgen kann, habe ich mich natrlich gefragt, wie das dann technisch funktioniert und ob die Kamera zur “Auflsung” der UID grundstzlich einen Zugriff ins Internet, auf die Adressen p2p.reolink.com und pushx.reolink.com, bentigt. Das wre fr mich ein absolutes No-Go!
Dem ist aber glcklicher Weise nicht so, die Kamera bentigt laut Reolink nur fr die erste Einrichtung einen Zugriff aufs Internet und kann dann auch ohne Internetverbindung (Internetberechtigung) im lokalen Netzwerk betrieben werden!
Auf meinem Tablett konnte ich in der APP die Kamera dann aber auch mit der UID nicht hinzufgen! Und woran lag es? Jetzt kommt eine weitere Besonderheit meines Netzwerks ins Spiel! Ich betreibe alle meine IoT-Gerte in einem getrennten Netzwerk (VLAN), meine “sicheren” Gerte wie PCs, NAS usw. befinden sich in einem anderen Netzwerk (VLAN). Per TCP/IP kann ich ohne Probleme von meinem PC aus (sicheres Netz) auf die IoT-Gerte (im Iot-Netz) zugreifen, dass funktioniert aber aus den beschriebenen Grnden nicht bei der Argus PT! Eine Kommunikation zwischen Reolink APP und Client mit der Kamera ist laut Reolink Support nur mglich, wenn sich die Gerte im gleichen Netzwerk befinden! Mein Tablett befand sich im “sicheren” WLAN, die Kamera im IoT-WLAN. Das funktioniert also leider nicht! Wenn ich mit dem Tablett ins IoT-WLAN wechsele, kann ich natrlich auf die Kamera zugreifen.
Eine weitere meiner Anforderungen, die leider nicht funktioniert: Wenn ich per VPN eine verschlsselte Verbindung in mein Netzwerk (ber die FritzBox) aufbaue, komme damit z.B. ohne Probleme an die Reolink C1 Pro heran und kann z.B. im Urlaub auf die Kamera zugreifen. Auch das geht mit der Argus PT leider nicht, weil diese nicht ber Netzwerkgrenzen hinweg kommuniziert.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn. Ich mchte die Kamera hier gar nicht schlecht reden, in Kombination mit dem Solar Panel ist sie sicherlich eine tolle Lsung, wenn man die Kamera bzw. seine anderen Gerte in nur einem WLAN betreibt und auch den Zugriff aufs Internet erlaubt.
Fr meine Anforderungen msste ich also alternativ auf eine andere Kamera zurckgreifen, die per Netzteil oder POE mit Strom versorgt wird, denn diese kommunizieren per TCP/IP (wobei ich mir nicht sicher wre, ob das auch bei allen POE-Kameras der Fall ist). Deswegen kann ich leider nur 4 Sterne vergeben!
Videocamere Reolink
Premessa: scrivo la recensione a seguito di una richiesta di assistenza su una videocamera modello E 3MP. Devo ammettere che ero scettico sulla velocit del supporto che invece stato preciso nelle comunicazioni e veloce nelle risposte. Unica nota il supporto viene fatto direttamente da Hong Kong (Reolink una azienda con sede a Hong Kong) e lo scambio di email stato in inglese. Perci bisogna un p arrangiarsi con l’inglese. Per il resto l’assistenza stata perfetta.
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto di per se, l’unica nota che si pu fare una migliore qualit delle immagini in notturna. La rilevazione con il sensore PIR quasi perfetta e pu essere parametrizzata facilmente dalla applicazione. Non ho avuto particolari problemi con il collegamento al mio wifi, solo qualche incertezza nella scansione del codice data matrix richiesto a inizio configurazione.
L’applicazione windows non accattivamente dal punto di vista grafico ma funzionale e le parametrizzazioni sono facili da fare. Sinceramente preferisco cose semplici e funzionali come credo la maggior parte di chi si rivolge a prodotti di videosorveglianza. Ad oggi ho installato due videocamere Argus PT una videocamera Argus 2 una videocamera E 3MP e una videocamera E1 Zoom da circa 1 mese e mezzo. Finora non hanno mai perso la connessione. Qualche incertezza quando ci si collega alle due Argus PT ma niente di drammatico, almeno nel mio caso.
Does what I expected
Camera arrived on date given. Very good packaging, camera very well made. Easy to set up, good instructions. The mounting bracket seemed a bit flimsy, but mounted OK. Just have to wait and see if the plastic is sturdy enough. Day vision is good and the night vision was better than the cameras I have at the moment. Good PTZ, though there can be some lag – you get used to it. Zoom is digital so don’t expect fine detail. It has been mounted for over a week and batterie is at 65% from 100. Will mount solar panel when I get idea of camera life. Easy to mount and dismount via one thumb screw. Alerts to iPhone are good and sensitivity can be controlled. Quite happy with item and would recommend.
Very easy to install and set up using the app, some have mentioned the app but on both my android phone and Mac this works well so much that I have 4 around the house now and you see from the screenshot very easy to see. Clarity of the photos is very good and setting up notifications by app or by email (which also sends a screenshot photo) is very easy. The only slight issue is with Cloud storage which isn’t available in the UK yet but each camera has a memory card inside (ok if it gets stolen it’s gone yes but the app allows you to record easily in real time).
At times the notifications can be rapid but found out how to turn them off at set periods (when we are home) so less obtrusive now. Recommend these definitely.

oggi voglio condividere con voi la mia esperienza con la Ditta Reolink.
Ho acquistato due videocamere Argus pt con relativi pannelli solari.
Sono arrivate nei tempi previsti, scarico l’applicazione sul cellulare e quindi seguo la procedura per la loro istallazione semplice e chiarissima (in tutto 5 minuti) e fino a qui tutto ok..
Provo quindi il loro funzionamento dal cellulare ( utilizzando la rete wifi dove erano connesse anche le telecamere ) ..perfette si collegavano tutte e due subito si vedeva perfettamente.. ho pensato meravigliose..
Esco di casa, provo a collegarmi con il cellulare ( quindi non utilizzando la rete wifi dove erano connesse le camere) utilizzando la linea dati del cellulare.. e qui sono nati i problemi.. non si collegavano neanche a pagarle.. oppure si collegava soltanto una dopo svariati tentativi.. per un attimo e poi non si collegava pi.. niente provo anche il giorno dopo ma niente da fare.. Applico modifiche al router .. ma nulla, da remoto le telecamere non funzionano.
Allora penso, era sabato, luned le rispedisco al mittente pero anche se sabato provo a mandare una mail al supporto vediamo cosa succede..inverosimile.. dopo 15 min dalla mia mail mi risponde subito il supporto ( Sarah e Justina) mi danno delle indicazioni e mi chiedono di inviargli i messaggi di errore che comparivano sulla videocamera e UID ( un codice numerico che si trova sulla telecamera) in maniera tale che i loro tecnici potevano capire quale era il problema.. Epilogo …nel giro di 24 ( domenica) ore il supporto ha risolto il problema e le telecamere funzionano alla perfezione.
Quindi nel complesso anche se le telecamere non erano subito funzionanti, il supporto in maniera molto molto efficiente ha risolto il problema.
Esperienza totalmente positiva sia per il prodotto che per il supporto avuto.
Questo mi ha fatto anche capire che se un domani avr dei problemi ci sar qualcuno pronto a risolverli

initial unit kept dropping of the wifi, failing to connect, PIR not working. Raised with Reolink who wanted me to return the unit to them at my own cost. Ended up doing this through Amazon at no cost. New unit is working a treat, all issues resolved. Just what I wanted.
I’ve knocked the stars down by 1, only because the support is extremely poor. It’s all offshore, replies can take a long time, often with broken English – to a point where thigs don’t make sense.
I bought this unit to watch the wildlife knocking about the garden, specifically the greenhouse where it was known that something was breaking in overnight to steal the bird food, but it wasn’t clear what it was.
It transpired that badgers were forcing their way in and, not having the good grace to close the door behind them, everything else in the neighborhood, including the local moggies, foxes, and mice were also in evidence.
I was hoping for a little more clarity at night than is available, but given that the greenhouse is illumination at night is entirely dependant on the infra-red LED’s in the camera, it may be that my expectations were a little high. The image quality in the day time is very good, however.
The rechargeable battery life is to be commended. It will happily work for a couple of days before requiring a recharge.
It has a feature that switches the camera onto a recording mode if something passes in front of it. With some experimentation, I managed to get this working, but even with the sensitivity set to maximum, something (e.g. me) had to pass quite close to the camera before it started working. It’s designed for people, not wildlife, however, so I would surmise that if it was set up to watch the front door of a house, for example, then it would activate if someone approached the camera.
Setting up the camera was a struggle; the WiFi configuration is overly complicated. However, having worked through the process the WiFi connectivity is pretty good and the connection stability has proven to be excellent.
The interface to the camera, i.e. the phone app, is very poorly designed in my opinion. There are far too many poorly documented operational parameters buried in obscure menus. This makes configuring features difficult with the added bonus of terminology that is ambiguous and counter-intuitive. Some experimentation and lots of messing about and I think I’ve got most of the features figured out, but the app itself is dreadful.
The last element that I was looking forward to using was the pan & tilt functionality. The ability to remote control the optics was the main reason why I chose a camera of this type.
Unfortunately, the remote control from the phone app is so laggy as to be almost useless. The camera will rotate and allow the view up & down can be changed but the control of these parameters is extremely hit and miss.
Moving the camera in real-time to track the action is almost impossible, it takes a considerable amount of time for the camera servo’s to react to control input. This is extremely frustrating because nothing moves for a long period after control input…. then the camera overshoots. I’ve given up on it as a feature.
For the purpose of setting the camera up to provide a static view, this remote operation allows the installer being able to stand in the target spot and frame the camera view without having to have a second person to wiggle the camera, so that’s good. Being able to track a moving target with it, however, is very difficult to do; it’s simply not practical given the poor control.
It occurs to me that should the device be accessible enough to facilitate dismounting to facilitate recharging, then it will likely be accessible enough to walk off with. If this is intended as a security feature, then I would suggest that powering the camera from the optional solar panel or using a wired power installation, but for a mobile platform, the rechargeable battery is excellent; the two days run time between charges is pretty impressive.
So, am I happy with it? The most disappointing thing about it is the very poor app, which is confusing to use from a configuration perspective and all but useless for camera remote control.
The image quality is OK and the video footage I’m obtaining with it is fun, so I guess I am generally happy with my purchase.
If I buy another it won’t be this camera. I’ll want a device that makes good on its promise to be able to pan & tilt accurately. But if all you’re after is a static view of a spot, which to be fair is pretty much what this device was intended for, then it’s probably not a bad way to go.
Poor Cam many improvements needed
This Cam is ok.
Areas I feel that needs to be improved :
1. The bracket isn’t bested supported very flimsy like it could snap at any time
2. The sound alarm is very poor so quite you can’t here it from inside the house.
3. You need to buy WiFi extender due to the poor signal strength that is giving out
4. Always having to reset it
5. The zone areas is pointless really still picks up the areas you have masked out.
6. The Motion detection is ok.
I feel there is many areas for improvement and I have come to the decision to send this back. Doesn’t work they way it should.
The Reolink Argus PT allows the pan and tilt of a wireless camera for remote locations outside of the house. I have used it with the rechargeable battery, which seemed to operate without draining the battery adversely while remotely moving the camera regularly. It is now connected to a solar panel, so that it will not need to be taken down for recharging, which is a very useful option, since the camera is now in a tree.
One problem I did experience was trying to change the WiFi settings after the initial setup. No instructions are provided in the manual or online, but I did manage to achieve it by resetting the camera. This was not straightforward, as the lens was left positioned with the reset hole not assessable, and no way of moving it via the app. I manually moved it, reset the camera, deleted the original camera setup in the app, then reinstalled the camera, successfully, in the app.
I have other Reolink cameras, which all work with the same app on smartphones and tablet, and the Argus PT allows remote monitoring away from the house without cabling. It is still early days for reliability, but I am pleased with the camera’s performance to date.
Aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen mit Argus 2 und Solarpanel – nunmehr in einem Bereich dieses neue Produkt erstanden.
Ersetzt eine Argus 2, da schwenkbar und war doch etwas komplexer hinsichtlich Installation.
Aber nunmehr alles gut und funktioniert – wobei erst mal Vorabtest durchgefhrt, da noch kein Panel, wie auch noch nicht am vorgesehen Ort angebracht.
Aufnahmen und deren Quatlit entsprechen der Argus 2, wobei das Drehen und Schwenken trotz WLAN mit 400 Mbit etwas langsam ist.
Wie der Empfang im Auenbereich ist, kann ich noch nicht bewerten, werde dies jedoch nachreichen, wenn diese am vorgesehenen Ort installiert ist.
Bisher mit den Argus 2 und Panel mehr als zufrieden, wobei es meist etwas dauert, bis man einloggen kann, was aber auch den Handys / Funk liegen kann, da man auch hier erst mal aufrstet 🙂
Meldungen ber Mail gehen schnell, Abruf derzeit noch etwas langatmig. Abruf der auf SD gespeicherten Bilder / Filme geht jedoch gut und schnell. Alles bissl zickig und somit nix fr Ungeduldige, aber man muss Preis/Leistung sehen und diese ist meinerseits als gut zu bewerten.
Bildquali bei Tag und Nacht ist mit Note 2 – zu sehen, aber absolut ausreichend und trotzdem noch erkennbar auflsend, bis hin zu Gesicht.
Lt. Homepage spricht man davon, jedoch ist dies nicht eindeutig, dass es eben keinen Slot hierfr gibt !!!
Somit ein Punkt Abzug meinerseits, da man dies htte wohl vorsehen htte mssen.
Zugriff geht ber mehrere Handys / PC’s und Laptop – gleichzeitig problemlos und dies ist schon mal eine gute Sache, seitens des Reolink – Systems !
Fazit:
Habe schon 6 Argus 2 gekauft – alle funktionierten mit Panel bis dato zuverlssig ! Akku ldt sich schnell und vollstndig auf, was auch nunmehr nach lngerer Nutzung der Fall ist.
Hierdurch kommt man auf den nchsten Nachteil bei der PT:
Der Akkut ist fix installiert und somit nicht austauschbar, was nicht verstndlich ist, sondern eben den somit erforderlichen Neukauf der Kamera erfordert !
Das darf “Greta” und “F. Neubauer als deutsche abgekupferte Variante” usw. aber nicht erfahren, da gibt es sonst immens rger !!! 🙂
Soweit erst mal und wrde – wie bereits erwhnt – immer wieder kaufen, da keine Probleme, Preis / Leistung als gut zu werten ist, wie auch: Mehr muss man nicht haben – auch keine permanente berwachung im Privatbereich, da ein Auslsen zu gegebenem Anla (und sei es nur der Paket- oder Postbote) absolut ausreicht.
