Ho ordinato questo impianto e l’ho provato sul banco di prova. Le immagini sono ottime e il ritardo minimo nella visione in diretta.
E’ arrivato in uno scatolo ben imballato e con tutti gli accessori previsti. Telecamere che si autoinstallano ed un piacere non perdere del tempo prezioso.
L’unico neo, a cui la Reolink dovrebbe provvedere quello di inserire una uscita di allarme ON/OFF e diventerebbe il “TOP”. Potreste dirmi che ha la possibilit di inviare email di allarme. Ma con una uscita ON/OFF di allarme, potrebbe essere installato su una “zona di allarme” o pi zone. Farebbe un figurone.

Bought these for my workshop. I was worried about the negative reviews over delivery. Got my very quickly and all was there. Easy to set up I had two cameras installed and up and running in around 30 min picture quality is excellent too.
Le telecamere hanno una ottima definizione se le si fa lavorare in HD. Per risparmiare sul flusso dati, la modalit “video fluido” pur sempre definita e nitida, anche di notte. I colori durante il giorno sono sufficientemente fedeli. La connessione web da remoto a volte un po’ lenta ma tutto sommato accettabile. La parte audio assolutamente da riferimento. Si sente distintamente cosa accade, anche se la fonte emittente non cos vicina alla telecamera! Consigliate!
Questo il prodotto migliore che io abbia mai provato! La qualit video diurna e notturna eccellente! Il sistema di sorveglianza ottimo, ci tante funzioni e allarmi personalizzabili oltre ad un sofisticato servizio di “rilevamento”. Il servizio di assistenza quasi istantaneo! Il mese successivo dal giorno in cui ho ricevuto il prodotto, a causa di un fulmine, si brutiata la scheda madre dell NVR; contattando il servizio di assistenza, dopo una settimana, ho ricevuto il nuovo NVR senza sostenere nessun costo!
Raccomando vivamente i prodotti dell’azienda!
I purchased this because of the name and because of the specification.
The unit was well packed and supplied all you need for a basic installation.
The system was easy to set up, but the UI is not user friendly, you hover mouse over icons but not all explain what they do.
I also don’t think its difficult to do something and stop recording
I want my system to record 24/7 sometimes I find it has stopped recording.
The unit comes with a wd green (desktop spec) 3tb hard drive, so I purchased a 6tb wd purple (CCTV spec) in addition.
The picture quality is OK, but not as sharp or as good as I would have liked especially at this price point.
In my opinion if this is the best reolink has to offer, then I would purchase a system from another manufacturer.
Easy to setup.
Motion detection on latest firmware is better in that it will playback a few seconds before the event.
I need the motion detection to work ona long driveway, therefore need to increase sensitivity.
Unfortunately once I increase sensitivity, flies & general bugs set it off at night. Cobwebs also set it off, therefore you need to turn off push notifications until you clean lense.
In discussions with support at the moment regarding the above but I think this is the way it is.
I also had to replace the standard noisy high pitched fan with one recommended by Riolink themselves. Seemingly they know its an issue but you can only get a heatsink replacement on 8 ch NVR & not the 16ch NVR.

Negativ:
– Aufnahmequalitt einzelner IP-Kameras lsst sich scheinbar nicht einstellen, um die Aufnahmedauer zu erhhen (bzw. die Einstellung nicht gefunden)
– NVR wohl nicht mit Kameras anderer Hersteller kompatibel (strt mich persnlich nicht und selber nicht getestet)
Overall have been impressed with Reolink products as their app/firmware/software has been kept well updated also picture/audio quality great for the price when on offer.
However recently on a project it was brought to our attention that in particular the dome cameras have major design/security flaw/issue, there is no way of securing the camera and position in place! therefore if someone wanted can move/point the camera away or even simply twist and pull it out of place if reachable and if not with something long can simply move/twist/point away! surely couple of security screws to secure it place would have been a wise choice seeing they have thought of most other areas.
We bought this product because the spec looked really good. We even checked out some Youtube videos but even though the cameras looked to be an older type and not exactly what we were buying, we still decided to go ahead. However, after the product arrived, we realised there was no user manual and the interface we had seen on the Youtube videos did not match what we were getting on the screen so we couldn’t even use those for guidance. I contacted Reolink and to be fair to them they have been very responsive but they say that since this new interface is newly released, its corresponding manual is still under preparation! So I have had to email them several times just to get the system up and running. The next step was to get remote access to the system and for that you need the Reolink Client which I downloaded with ease from the App Store. But again working blind without a manual we were struggling to get half of the features on there to work! They sent me a link for a new client as they say the one on the App Store is old but Apple block downloads from external sources and of course Apple did exactly that when I tried. There is oodles on information on their website but it’s all old interface which we don’t have and all new client which I can’t get! I can not believe a company would release a product of this complexity without an up to date manual and ensuring the up to date Client is on the App Store. Other than that, the cameras are small and discreet, all the bits you might need for installation and more are provided in the box and the picture quality is great. We will just have to wait for the Reolink manual writers and the App tech departments to catch up (and hope that it’s not too long) before we can gain full functionality! Just had an update today – there are no plans to put the New Client on the App Store so you either bypass the security settings on your Mac to download their version, or suffer with a client with limited functionality. Oh and a tip for anyone who is a novice (as we are) – apparently you are meant to format the hard drive when you first get the machine. Without the manual how are you supposed to know this?? Overall I’m disappointed and we now wish we had not bought this system.

Scrivo questa recensione a distanza di tempo in modo da fornirne una testata e convalidata data l’importanza del prodotto.
Ho acquistato il kit da 16 ch con 8 telecamere da interno a 5 MP e in aggiunta altre 4 da esterno a 4 MP. Che dire, ne ho approfittato in tempo di saldi ma se anche avessi dovuto acquistarlo a prezzo pieno l’avrei fatto di certo!! Vengo da un passato dove ho iniziato con telecamere wifi con Cloud giapponesi a pagamento inappropriati (poca spesa poca resa) per poi passare a un kit serio ed efficente a circuito chiuso come questo. Lavoro in un supermercato di 1500 metri e ora possiedo un kit migliore di quello del lavoro.
Partiamo dal collegamento: facile e veloce, si fanno i fori sul cartongesso/muro dove si vogliono posizionare le telecamere avendo l’accortezza di creare anche un foro centrale ove fare passare i tre cavi necessari per il funzionamento, se come me dovrete comprare una punta per il trapano da cemento armato una con un diametro da 25 sufficiente.
Una volta fissate si collegano all’NVR con il cavo di rete in dotazione che funge da audio, video e alimentazione.
Per quanto riguarda l’utilizzo una volta collegato il tutto e acceso l’nvr basta procedere con la prima configurazione base con i dati del modem, la formattazione del o degli HD interni e poi se lo desiderate potrete anche modificare qualsivoglia parametro di immagine o di allarme in ogni telecamera. (Nel dubbio potrete trovare in rete diversi video sulla configurazione iniziale)
Come funziona l’allarme? Si imposta tramite il programma le aree di allarme e il grado di sensibilit, una volta fatto ci si impostano i metodi di ricezione se tramite app, mail, bip sonoro nellnvr ad ogni minimo passaggio nelle zone di allarme. Io ho optato per i primi due e se accettate un consiglio createvi una mail apposta per questo allarme in modo da non intasare la vostra principale in quanto ci vorr un po’ di pratica per tarare bene la sensibilit e le zone in modo che non vi scriva ogni 30 secondi.
Le telecamere funziona ottimamente alla luce del sole come al buio, sono ultra resiste ti agli eventi atmosferici (ovviamente quelle da esterno) e hanno un audio davvero eccezionale!! Quella che ho installato nel balcone della cucina arrivava a sentire a 10 metri le chiacchere dei vicini in strada!!
Nell’nvr presente un HD da 3 tb ma io ne ho acquistato e installato uno secondario da 6 TB in modo da prolungare la durata del mio Cloud personale. (Per il collegamento davvero semplice consultate i video in rete)
Per farvi un esempio pratico con 12 telecamere impostate a 4 mb con audio e registrazione H24 ho un’archiviazione di oltre 3 settimane!!! La registrazione ovviamente ciclica. Quindi ottimo direi.
Ho avuto modo di contattare anche la succursale italiana della Reolink per assistenza su configurazioni e sono sempre stati rapidi, cortesi e super professionali risolvendo qualsivoglia mio problema tecnico!!

Easy to set up, good quality image. I got everything I ordered so it looks like the earlier delivery issues people mentioned have been sorted. The only downside is the rtsp main stream isn’t available to stream and the substream on the NVR is locked to a very low quality so unless you use the reolink software the streaming quality will be poor.
No more spider webs thank you Reolink, the cameras are fantastic and much better than the bullet ones had before from Reolink, I haven’t had one spider web yet thank god. I like being able to add an extra hard drive inside the NVR so I will be upgrading to 2 x 4gb hard drives = 8gb, night vision on these cameras are surprising good and the sound quality is pretty good too. I like Reolink for the ease of use and the smoothness of the live view app compared to other manufacturers its a more friendly app and just works. Reolink all the way for me.
Aprs quelques changes, un problme logistique ct Amazon a t dtect (et j’espre corrig pour les prochains), je reois le colis en plusieurs parties, l’important tant de tout avoir la fin et surtout que le SAV du vendeur est trs professionnel : ractif, comprhensif, et la recherche de relles solutions.
Concernant le produit en lui mme, les camras sont des bonnes factures, l’image est nette, je n’ai pas encore trop regard la nuit. Le NVR est relativement silencieux (viter dans une chambre coucher quand mme, si vous avez le sommeil lger). Installation simple et rapide. L’application est bien faite et simple d’utilisation, mieux qu’une marque concurrente que j’avais connue dans mon ancien logement. Je n’ai pas compar avec les rsolutions infrieures.

L’application est bien faite et simple d’utilisation, mieux qu’une marque concurrente que j’avais connue dans mon ancien logement. Je n’ai pas compar avec les rsolutions infrieures.
