I have a wonky garden so these are great for getting down my path at night so bright and easy to install recommended to family

On opening the box we were surprised to see how good the build quality was, made from moulded black tough plastic. Comes with 4 wall mounting brackets with screws and wall plugs, and 4 ground spike poles. Good to have both options included!
All working when switched on but left them outside switched off for two days to get a good charge. (Very little sun available but all charged well). (8 hours is recommended).
These type of solar lights are for decorative purposes not intended to light up the garden or say a pathway.
They look fantastic when lit, flickering like flames and look very realistic, to date the best I have seen.
Cannot wait for the weather to improve so we can sit in the garden at night with a log burner and these four simulated flaming battens in the background.

By far the best solar lights I have had in years and mind I’ve had some they stay alight for 8-10 hours every night even when we haven’t had loads of sunshine, a little more expensive than I usually pay but well worth the money I would DEFINITELY recommend these lights to anyone thinking of buying them

These lights are amazing. I was unsure on solar lights to begin with but I absolutely loves these lights. I have had lots of compliments from our neighbours about how good they look. They are beautiful when they come on and look like candles burning away with the flicker and are also very bright. They arrived a lot earlier than was estimated so we have had chance to enjoy them. They went into the ground very easily and also come with wall mounts so I would recommend these solar lights for your garden.
I love these. These have options to go on a wall or fence using the included 90% arm bracket. Even have stickers for the drill holes. How clever is that. They look very stylish. Have a look at my video. The thing I love about these also they have a discreet big push on push off power button on the side which is very handy. I’ve got two on the fence and two in the flower bed. The flame effect is really cool. They don’t give of much light but these are great as they are.
This product arrived quickly and all in tact.It was easy to assemble.I haven’t tried the wall mounts.The lights are very smart and we put them in place straight away which was mid afternoon.As soon as it got dark,they lit up with a lovely colour even though they’d only been in the sunlight for a while.I would certainly recommend this product.

The products arrived well packed and easy to assemble. They have extension poles, spikes and also screw in fittings which is great. Ours will be screwed in eventually. The lights have a yellow glow that flickers like it a flame. They look nice in the dark and turn on and off as the sun rises and falls.
The lights are absolutely stunning when they light up. So pretty flickering away into the night. They worked straight from the box, with little assembly required, without any solar charge and even when the sun isn’t shining they charge up to light up at night. They can either be installed side on to a wall or fence or straight into the ground. Really delighted with this purchase!
When I originally bought these they looked great and well made and looked lovely in my garden but one wasn’t working so had to send all 4 back. A few months later I received an email from company apologising for the inconvenience and offered me a discount. I have now received new lights and they light up my garden lovely

The garden lights are light and very easy to install. They feel very sturdy and come with all the necessary attachments if you want to screw them onto a wall rather than in the ground. The flame effect is fantastic and provides a stunning visual effect especially if you want to highlight a particular area at night. There is an on-off switch so that you can choose to turn the lights on or off depending on the time of the year and for storage.
I would highly recommend this product and the price is a bargain. All in all, it is a massive yes for the item.
I really like these lights. They look well and the living flame effect they have when the sun goes down is really good and they fairly add to the atmosphere of the garden when sitting out on an evening. I’ve had a number of positive comments from friends. Very pleased with them.
These lights are very pretty. They flicker like a flame lit torch.
If prettiness is what you’re after, then get them. But if you want light outdoors at night, don’t. They don’t give off much light.
I bought them so I could see my dogs when they went out in the garden before bedtime. Thankfully, I have another solar security light, otherwise I wouldn’t see them with just these lights.

My missus is fond of solar-powered lights in the garden. I decided to try these because they looked really nice.
They are actually really classy.
What you won’t get from the photographs is the beautiful movement of the flame effect.
They are fairly large compared with regular solar-powered lights, which was a surprise.
They come with various attachments for different situations or requirements, and they even have an on/off switch as if they were a real (electric) light.
I decided to use the simplest set-up of sticking them in the ground for starters. I ‘planted’ them around noon or before to give at least six-eight hours of daylight (not sunshine on this occasion unfortunately) and waited eagerly to see the result. Very nice. The flame effect is really beautiful – almost Celtic or Viking – giving off a very mystical vibe if you happen to live in the countryside as I do.
No problems at all so far and you simply cannot fail to set them up and operate them.

Arrived well packed and very easy to assemble. I put the lights in place at lunchtime and this evening they came on at dusk. The light is brighter than I expected and gives a really nice orange ‘flame’ flicker.
The effect is really very convincing and easy to move around the garden if required. The lights have various fittings so can be placed in the ground or on a wall/fence etc.

Much better than any solar lighting I’ve tried in the past.
I gave up on solar powered lighting a couple of years ago after very disappointing experiences but these are so much better that I’m considering buying another two packs to fully edge my patio. Don’t expect them to light up your entire garden, these lights are more for effect than for illumination but great for their ambience and for marking out the edges of paths patios etc. The dancing flame effect is nice, giving them a fairly convincing natural flame look and possibly helping them to stay lit for longer after a charge. At the moment they’re getting plenty of early summer sunshine during the day and are coming on at about 9pm and staying lit way after I go to bed. I haven’t stayed up all night just to watch them fade and go out but they’ve certainly still been flickering away nicely in the early hours when I’ve woken through the night.
The build quality is good with sturdy plastic construction and it’s nice to have the option to wall mount or garden spike. I’d recommend for anywhere where you can’t get permanent power for lighting and mainly want them for mood lighting rather than to fully light the surrounding area. All round a good product that makes LED solar lighting a real practical choice.
These solar powered garden lights come in a pack of 4, and at 31 are not the cheapest, but they do look great! I took two photos (one with flash, one without) and a short video showing them in action. They are dead simple to install, just take them out of the box, add the spike to the bottom end of the light, switch on and push the spike into the ground, simple! There are also little mounts/brackets for installing the lights on the outside of the house included in the box but I didn’t use them as I just wanted them down the end of my small garden. I first installed these in the afternoon yesterday and after many hours of being in the light, I was hoping to see them working when it got dark, but nothing happened and I guessed I had a dud pack. However, today my family and I went out to a friends house and on returning in the evening I was happy to see that all 4 were working as they should. So, I guess they need a good full day out in the sunshine before you can expect them to start working properly.

The lights: Flame effect is what I wanted to have most if all and was not disappointed. Great effect and warm feeling when in thr garden at night time with no other lights.
Versatility: the pack contains either spikes or an L shape bracket to mount onto a wall or fence. All fixings provided and I decided to have 2 mounted on the spikes and 2 mounted on the wall so both options could be utilised (see photi). The bracket for the wall and the tubes are all well constructed and were easily installed.
Very happy with the product and would recommend.

, very easy to set up, these lights are so versatile , you can put them into the ground with the supplied spikes, i have three of them along my pathway, you can use the wall bracket to have them just sitting on the table, the stand to use to have table lights can also be used to attach them to the wall like sconces,the lights themselves have to be switched on prior to use, but once it was dark came on automatically, they give a flickering light sort of like a candle.
in my opion they are great value for money , very robust, and like i said with the suppilied pieces that come with it are suitable to use in garden along paths, use as table decoration, or use as wall sconces, so great product for great price, very pleased with them
Having received these solar light last week and awaiting for some good weather to position them outside, I left them on the window ledge to charge the batteries. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that even with cloudy shower weather the batteries charged and that the lights worked all night in the living room. The glow they provide is pleasant and looks like a burning torch. Cool. We like them and will use them on the terrace. Recommended.

Just amazing lights. So easy to set up. You can fix these to the wall but I decided to put mine in the ground.
I was majorly surprised how good they were. The flicker effect is amazing and the photos and video don’t do this justice. They really do look great.

Love these solar lights. They can be mounted on the wall with provided angle brackets or in the ground with provided spikes and extension tubes. Not sure how long they last on a charge but I did look out one morning around 3am and they were still going strong. The dancing flame effect is mesmerising and I find myself looking at them every time I go outside at night, they are a bit more of a feature in the garden than some of the other lights I have.
These lights are great, you get a nice flickering effect when they are on. They are a good size and easily assembled. I like the fact that two sets of fittings are included so you locate them in the ground, using the spikes, or mount on a post or fence withe the included angled fittings. All in all a lovely set of lights

These lights are fantastic – just love them. The glow and warmth they produce is so relaxing and the flickering is very realistic. I bought one set and was so thrilled with them I bought a second set. Unfortunately one of the lights from the second set stopped working after 2 days. I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived 2 days later. Very impressed, first class customer service. Thank you.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with these lights but as soon as the sun went down these flames came out and the effect was so beautiful that I called everyone else in my house to see them. Really beautiful. The installation is straightforward and it tool me literally only few seconds for each light. There’s just one button to push to activate them. Then it’s just work of the sun. I put them on around 10AM in a day with rain, clouds and sun (a typical crazy English weather day) but apparently that was sufficient to keep brightening for some hours.
Anyway, very please with them!
My lights arrived today, well packaged, they were very easy to assemble, I opted for the stake spike into the ground, but also included in the pack were ‘L’ connectors and wall mounts plus all necessary fixings.
The lights had some charge before installing in my garden.
This evening I took the attached video showing the brightness on minimum charge -they look very cool, with the flames flickering in the holders and reflecting on the fence panels
Yes they are not the cheapest lights on the market, but I would say that having bought cheaper versions in the past, these seem sturdier, and better made, and the options for installation provide you with alternative ways to illuminate your garden. These lights also come with a on/off switch so you can save the battery if you are not using them for any period (if you only want to use them for parties/bbqs etc)
These lights are not suitable if you are looking to light your garden or pathway, but as ambient lighting they are impressive.
Really pleased with product , super fast delivery and could not fault communications with seller. These are a great addition to my garden so I ended up buying twelve in total.
Supplied with spikes for the ground and fixing plates so you can mount them on a fence / post or wall etc. These are also supplied with screws and plugs for fixing to a wall.
I did discover that one of the lamp heads was not working correctly so I messaged the seller and this was rectified within 2 days of sending the message and a new unit was delivered by Amazon.

Excellent product I would highly recommended. I’ve had these for a good few weeks now and they are really good, the flickering effect looks realistic and they last all through the night. I get up in the morning for work at 5.30 a.m and they are still going strong. I would recommend you charge them for a day before you use them for the first time.
What can I say, got these with a few pounds off, generally been disappointed with solar products in the past? However, these do not disappoint.

Nice quality, and lovely effect. Batteries seem to go on all night. Not seen them run out yet. If you are reading this review dont even hesitate… just buy them, as you will love them. I put them on my fence posts using the optional right angle mounts, and they look superb at night. Everyone wants some who has seen them.
These lights look fantastic. The dancing flame effect is so realistic that visitors to our garden think that they are naked flames! They come with stakes or brackets for attaching to a fence or wall. I’m currently fitting a hottub and my plan is to have these on all four corners. They give a surprising amount of light and are so atmospheric. They are a little more than I would normally pay for solar lights but I am so glad I did. You will not be disappointed!
I don’t have a garden but bought these for my small balcony and find myself mesmerised by them. They were delivered quickly & were well packaged. The first night they lit up about 8pm & were still going at 5.15 in the morning! Good to have the option of fixing to a wall or fence even though personally I can’t make use of this.

These lights are great. When first received they felt a little bit lightweight and flimsy but the plastic is actually really strong and the lights sit up firmly. The flames look a lot more “real” than i expected and create cozy lighting. I have placed them in a semi shadowed area but the solar panels still get charge every day and last all through the night.
Lights are black ABS plastic and do feel reasonable good quality. The on/off switch feels well made and makes a satisfying click when pressed. Some of the lights had charge and you could see the flame effect. Which Was a great effect.
The ground spikes are quite long and do give the lights an elegant look. They do feel a little thin and wouldn’t want to push them into hard ground, how ever they do the job well.
There are also angled brackets and wall plates that will allow you fix to a wall or you could use with the extension poles and fix to decking.
Comes with screws and rawl plugs, as well as sticker style templates, which is a nice touch.

I know it is only early days with them, but the battery life, even with the ratty cloudy weather we have had, has been pretty impressive. Sun-down around 6pm, and still going strong at 11pm. Really look nice from the bedroom window as well.

As usual with buying from amazon the parcel arrived on time.
The lights were packaged very well and protected in the box with bubble wrap and in the box is instructions for use which is clear and easy to understand.
Each light is made up of 3 parts which I slotted together without the need of tools or instructions.
The lights are made of plastic and have a small rubber push button on the side which toggles the light into the on/off position.
The lights are light weight although the plastic feels strong and sturdy.
I am using the lights in my garden here in the UK during these winter months and the battery is able to collect enough charge to energise the lights throughout the evening when it gets dark.
The lights switch on/off automatically when it senses night/day time so there is no need to manually operate them.
When the lights are on they give of a realistic flame effect. Although the lights are not all that bright they do look very attractive and help set an ambiance.

Received these and they contained all nessesary fixings to bolt to the wall or stab into the ground. I unpacked and stuck in a pole to get some light. Let them charge up and turned them on to receive a nice orangy glowing flickering light. I think they’ll get a better charge during Summer when the sun is stronger, but adequate enough so far, bring on the lazy summer evenings!
I received this about 2 days after I placed my order. I have to say that it came in a great packaging and instructions on how to assemble it in its two different forms.
I am using them for my garden so I used the spike option. They are really great, and the light effectiveness/ brightness is really good.
They can be easily charged by sunlight and can stay up for many hours.

I brought these lights for my back garden and am very impressed with them. The build quality is very good and also the design. The lights came with the batteries charged. The flame effect is lovely and brighter than our current solar lights. We also liked the design which can be used in the soil/planters or mount them on a wall using the supplied fixings. They also have an ON/OFF buttons on them to switch them off in case you don’t want them on. The weather has been little sunny since past few days and the lamps seems to be holding the charge well. I brought only 4 lamps but will be buying few more as it looks so good on the lawn edges. Overall they are very good for the price and build quality and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy these.
I was bit sceptical to begin with as this item was on the higher price range to what I had used in the past. The cheaper ones are typically flimsy and doesn’t last a season.
From the moment of taking these set of lights out of the box, I was amazed of the build quality. It comes with couple of different fittings that can be used to stick it to a wall or dig it in the ground. I have opted for the wall as I have a dog and couldn’t risk her being inquisitive and chewing it away as she has done to my earlier set of lights.
The light comes across very bright. Being in the UK and as we are currently in the winter, I am typically getting 4-5 hours or running time with a single day charge. that I think very impressive. I am hoping to get longer hours in the summer.

These torches provide a very attractive flickering flame effect behind the white translucent ‘bulb’, providing feature lighting rather than general lighting. Neatly and well packaged and very easy to assemble, there are at least 3 options for mounting; either staked in the lawn, self standing with a screw fixed based or with a right angle bracket to screw to awall. They are very lightweight and could be used indoors. They do last all night with a full charge, coming on automatically when it gets dark, about half an hour after sunset, and seem to recharge fairly quickly in daylight. Obviously in winter they last less time – on a nice winter’s day they lasted at least 7 hours, on a particulary dull day it was nearer 2-3.
These solar lights are easy to set up with various mounting options – all in the same box. Wall mounting or with the (included) spike into the grass. I was afraid that they would be too obtrusive but they fit in nicely giving a gentle flickering light.

By twisting the solar panel top, a white tube is found, there is a switch on the underside of the tube. Set to off, turning the switch to on and placing panel back. Forgot about them till dusk. All four alight and flickering away. Really do give that burning torch effect. Very pleased so far. Mine are situated that they get full sunshine for half the day, be interesting how they fare in the winter months. Overall, great little product.

there are four lights that can be assembled according to preference – ive put a couple on an outdoor windowsill and a couple on the bottom of my balcony so i can actually see when having my smoke breaks, and to add a nice ambient feel when outside at night. but they can also be attached to walls and other structures if required.
these create a great glow and are perfect the fight off the winter blues – really pleased with the quality of the lights and the how they seem to mimic a flame kind of feel

The lamps are beautiful, give off a nice warm flickering effect. They are controllable by an on/off switch, when turned on — they come on themselves when dark enough. These are so lovely! I have a few other Wansview products which have all been good quality and value so I decided to try these to replace some old rusty metal ones which are getting temperamental. The quality of these is so much better and with them being plastic they won’t rust. You can choose to have them short or taller with the extra pole and even mount them to the wall/fence with the brackets supplied (see 2nd pic). They’re very easy to put together and after one day of sunshine they’re flickering away this evening with a nice warm light. Great value as well for 4 under 40. Definitely recommend!
Bought these to replace some budget lights i had in the garden and so far i’m very impressed.
They arrived nicely boxed, with each piece individually wrapped. It was very easy to to set them up. The plastic is pretty sturdy and it felt easy enough to put into the ground, ,my previous lights 2 of the plastic spikes crack when getting put in.

I bought the 4 pack and i’m tempted to get another. Solar power is perfect as at the moment i don’t have electric outside and didn’t want anything too bright.
There’s also two designs on the lamps depending on which way you position them. A modern lined look or a more rustic pattern.
I didn’t know quite what to expect from these lights, but I was pleased with the result. I thought it might have been a bright light to illuminate, but instead it’s a warm, atmospheric light that adds a very pleasant feel to my garden, almost like an expensive hotel.
They were easy to stick together and sit nicely in soil or grass. I have to admit that they don’t charge well in Scottish winter, but that’s because I’ve only seen the sun for about 5 minutes this week. I imagine it would work better on the south coast, but that’s no fault of a solar panel. I like the idea that I don’t have to go and charge the battery, I can just leave it in the garden and admire it from time to time.
I’m looking at my garden path now thinking it could do with a few more of them…
These arrived yesterday morning, I left them outside in the sunshine until dark and they all switched themselves on, they have a nice warm feeling about them and the flicker lights really do look like a real flame.
Well worth buying to enhance any garden or front door and so so easy to install, come with wall fittings as well as ground fixings.
Will wait until I decide exactly where to put then before uploading any pictures.

I purchased these lights for the garden and wanted something that was more than just a static light but also looked decorative. They are quite large and come with an on/off switch so if they are being stored the battery won’t be drained. There is a solar panel on the top that charges the internal battery throughout the day and when it gets dark the light comes on automatically. These lights provide a flame coloured glow that flickers like a real flame, making them really good for around a sitting area or garden table.
The internal battery seems to last through the night but this will obviously depend on how much sunlight they get during the day to allow them to charge.
Overall I am really happy with these lights and they do a good job at creating a bit of atmosphere and decoration in the garden.
Ok so over the years i’ve had loads of garden lights, they last 4 months at best.
This one has been in my watch list for some time and I finally went for it.
Attached some photos, get all you need with them to mount on a wall or the ground at 2 heights, the solar panels on the top are really good, its part of the actual housing unlike any others ive had that start to let water in, this wont happen now with this design.
The lights looks great, very close to a real flame effect and the wifes happy so im happy 🙂
Only complaint is I wish I had another 2, 6 would be perfect for my needs, so might have to order a pack of 2 if they do them.
I’ve always preferred 12v wired lights as any solar ones I have tried never came near their performance. However, I wanted some new lights and decided to give these a try to save all the time wiring etc. I thought that technology has moved on so maybe solar powered lights could be better than they used to be, and I was right.
I ordered the lights in the morning and they arrived the same day in the evening. They were well packaged but the lights themselves appear so strong that even the courier would have difficulty throwing the box hard enough to break them anyway.
I quickly unpacked them and was impressed by all the fittings, giving a good choice of how they are positioned. I intend to mount them on a fence, using the angle and screw fittings supplies, once I have treated the fence. For now I simply put the lights on the poles and spikes and took them straight outside to put in a flower bed. The same day as I ordered the lights, I had a lovely flickering effect along the edge of the garden.
The batteries must have been well charged when they arrived as they were still going about 8 hours later. I expect they will return that length of time once the sun shines again. However with the poor, dull weather we’ve had recently I didn’t expect solar lights to work properly again until spring. I was wrong.
Even after a really dull day they were still going at around 10pm. That’s the time I would probably set a 12v set to turn off with a timer anyway.
I couldn’t be more satisfied with these lights. They are strong, easy to fit, have a fantastic flicker effect and even work well in the evenings after dull British days.
These lights arrived so quickly and were well packaged. They were extremely easy to put together and install.. all done within 5 mins on spikes .. would take just a little longer if you screw them to a wall or fence but templates are provided to make it even easier… I am absolutely thrilled with the results and intend to buy more, the lovely warm and flickering lights are just perfect to give the impression of candlelight .. really love them. Highly recommended
1. Everything you need is included in the kit – see photo; even a drilling template, not that anyone needs it.
2. Easy to fit – I screwed straight into a wooden fence and (don’t tell anyone) used only one screw; they’re completely secure.
3. Forget about them. Each light is equipped with an on/off switch, but I can’t imagine using it. They have a photosensitive cell, so they come on automatically when it’s dark, and go off when it’s light.
4. THEY LOOK GREAT. I can’t understate this. Our neighbours want a set too.
5. Don’t buy a set of four…
…because you’ll want more! Buy eight. or even twelve. Just screw them to a fence or stick them in the soil in the border.
6. They last for hours, even on overcast days. In fact, I’ve yet to see them run out. I can’t guarantee what happens after 1.0 in the morning, but from dusk until I go to bed, they’re still going strong.

Lights were really easy to install and come with a lawn spike or attachments to fix them to the wall, literally just a case of turning them on and letting them charge up via the solar panel. Very nice flickering flame effect that produces a yellowy orange glow and they omit enough light to light up our front path as required. Also nice as a decorative piece during the day. Very pleased.
Fantastic lights everything you need is in the box including garden stakes for the ground and brackets for putting them on the walls and all screws and fixings. I let my lights charge up for two days in the bright sunshine then placed them along my garden path. Each light is fully water proof with a rubber push on off button, and each light has a built in dusk to dawn sensor built in so you can leave them on and let the lights turn them selves on and off. One of the best features is the flame effect each light gives off, it looks that real I keep forgetting when I look out side and think something is on fire in the garden
I would definitely recommend this product and have bought a second set to put on the wall in the back garde
I was looking for outdoor solar lights to cheer up my back garden.
These lights caught my eye as I liked the pattern on them and the warm colour of the light they produced.
They come well packaged, complete with fittings for spiking them into the ground but also little mounts and right angle brackets to enable mounting on a wall or fence. They have even included stickers to help you align the drill for mounting on the wall or fence. I had originally planned to stick them all in our rockery but have now decided to mount them on the fence behind the rockery as this will look much better.
I will do this when there is better weather but have included photos of what you get in the kit and what a light looks like when on in the dark.
I have also included a video to illustrate the flickering effect. The light sensor works excellently, only switching them on when dark. You can also switch them off manually if you don’t want them to come on.
This is a fantastic set of solar lights, ready to go straight out of the box. And the warm yellow flickering effect makes them stand out from other solar lights we have.
These are a really quality product, a variety of fixings mean they can be wall mounted, free standing, or ‘planted’ as shown in the picture. Despite it raining for the last few days, the nice and large solar panel seemed to soak up the power. The flame effect is really authentic too. There is also a useful option of switching the lights off manually and of course best of all is no wires to run. Not sure where to mount them all yet, we wanted to see how powerful they are first but so far they look impressive. The mounting template and fixtures are included which would make installation a lot easier, nothing worse than having to guess which size screws and plugs to use. Well impressed so far with these.
These are a little plasticky but at least they won’t rot in the ground. The flame effect is quite sweet really, and it’s nice to have some light now the clocks have gone back. Quite where they are getting their power from (I know it’s solar!) I couldn’t say, as they seem to run from around 6pm until well after I’ve gone to bed. They haven’t been bothered by heavy rain, either. There are standard plastic spikes to go in the ground included and also 90 degree wall mounts, which I might make use of at some stage or maybe just buy some more. To look at they are nice, with a pleasant colour to the ‘flame’, and they are quite large – they certainly look more expensive than they are.
I bought these to line the path in my back garden as you can see from the pictures. I was looking for something that was not too bright and these fit the bill. They give off a soft yellow flickering glow that looks like fire.
The sun is getting low in the sky here in Ireland so there is not that much time for charging and it hits the solar cells on a sharp angle, but it is almost 12 midnight and they are still on.
They are dead easy to assemble. Just press them together and put them out. There is a switch to turn them on and off as well.
My wife is a fussy gardener, but she approves of these lights.
However, as we are coming into winter I thought I’d try one more time to make the garden a little less gloomy in the evening/night and decided to try these out, which provide a flame effect rather than a steady light.
The lights come with a selection of fittings and adaptors, although I used probably the simplest configuration of simple columns which could be anchored with a spike into the earth along the flower beds. The spikes and shafts seem more sturdy than those I’ve bought in the past (and have already held up well to some fairly atrocious wind and rain over the last few days).
Once I’d set them up and it tuned dark I was immediately impressed with the flame lighting effect, and the degree of warmth they add to the garden over and above that you would get from steady lights.
They also keep lit all night long on a fairly modest solar charge it would seem (as the weather has been mainly cloudy during the daytimes since I set them up).
We haven’t yet decided the final location for the lights, but they do look rather nice where they are as they can be seen from the lounge and kitchen windows, and I will now consider buying another set for another part of the garden.
They come with different kinds of mounting structures so you can put it up on a wall as well as in the ground like I have in the garden. I really like that you have guiding stickers included for screwing to the wall!
The light flickers like a candle and is alot brighter than I expected 🙂

I wanted some lights to go round the outside of the pond that would add a nice appearance.
These are great as you have different mounting options either a spike to put them in the ground, a vertical screw down base to fix to decking or the 90 degree mount to fix them to a wall or fence.
Came with everything in the box just a case of push the button to turn them on.
The flame effect is very realistic.
Really pleased with them and they are well made.
I bought these to replace some cheapo Homebase lights that gave up after just a few months. The lights are fairly solid and have a flickering effect to imitate a real flame. The colour of the ‘flame’ is warm, so it gives off a nice cosy vibe. I attached a photo of the light sitting on my table before I put it in the garden. They are also very simple to set up if you are just placing them in the ground.
Even though I will just be placing these in the ground I liked that they came with so many different options for placement. They even come with wall plugs. I can’t think of anything else they could include here.
You get a lot here for the money, hopefully they’ll last a long time!
We’ve only recently got these lights but so far, so good. They arrive with some charge already in them which is useful to see what they’re going to look like. We’ve used ours to light the path down the garden to our chicken house which makes the journey a lot more pleasant.
The lights seem solid and well designed, with both ground spikes and wall mounts so they should be pretty flexible for whatever you need. I’ll be interested to see how they cope with reduced daylight during the dark UK winter but the little solar panels on top are pretty big and I’m hopeful they’ll continue to shine brightly!
Order came next day (Prime). Well packaged and no excess packaging. These 4 lights are very sturdy and well made. Option to stake in the ground or screw them to something like a fence or building. There are templates in the pack if you intend to mount them. If you Are staking in the ground you have to use the long tube you cannot put the spike directly into the light. The lights are warm looking and of orange colour. They are not the type of light to put up if you want to brighten an area up because of low light. These light are made for decoration with which they are very good. The flickering and brightness are good and look very convincingly like a real candle. Very pleased with the product.
These look very sturdy, made out of thick plastic. They come with screws and hangers to be mounted on walls or with sticks to be put into the ground. The light is very realistic with a torch effect as seen in the video. Looks wonderful and very bright. I don’t know if it can be seen in the photo or video as it adjusted itself on my phone to look better but I can assure it does a perfect job.
flame effect will look very good on my kids play house, worked straight out of the box and easy to assemble.
its quite nice they come with poles or wall mounts for both but personally there a bit gothic to be placing on my house.
I have 4 of these flickering light garden torches that create a pretty display along my garden path. I chose to use the ‘stick in the ground’ style which literally only took a few seconds to assemble and locate where I wanted them. Wall mounting brackets are also supplied for a different style if wanted. Even in October with very little sunshine the solar system keeps the lights working beautifully from dusk till long after midnight.
Great addition to any garden especially this time of year with Halloween and Bonfire night ahead. My daughter and wife love how they have transformed the patio and give the garden a great if spooky look. I have uploaded some images and video to show them in use. They are very easy to push together and spike into the ground. They also come with screws and angle brackets to hang them on the wall. I would recommend these to anyone.
Nice garden torch, made out of quality plastic that will not rust over time, when exposed to humidity. The battery seems to charge at satisfactory levels, even during days with not much sunshine. Produces a sweet amber-ish light with a flame-like pattern that does not flood the area, but is bright enough to guide someone. Comes with all necessary accessories for soil or wall mounting. Very good value for money.
You get 4 in a box and they’re pretty sturdy. You can use them in planters or borders, or you can fix to flat surfaces or even on to a wall. They come with the parts to allow you to choose how to use them, and they come with wall fixings.
What I also love about these is they have an on / off button so that you don’t have them on all the time. This means that you can turn them off and save battery when you know you’re not going to need them on each night, which is especially great now we’re into October and sunshine is a bit more limited.
When they arrive, they do have some charge already, but it’s best to charge them for 5 or 6 hours in sunlight before using them so that you get the best from them.
These make my patio look so nice at night, so I can’t wait for our next “night out” in the garden!
They are made extremely well and feel very sturdy.
In the box you get the stakes in you want to put them into grass but there are also fixings if you wish to mount them to a wall or fence. They are packaged very well and individually placed in bubble wrap too for safe transit.
I think these are great value for money and I would highly recommend them for your garden.
I bought these to add a bit of a lighting effect around our pond and was not disappointed. The flame effect that the lantern produces is amazing and really adds to the look of the pond at night. I have tried to capture this in my video but it does not do them justice, as they are really fantastic.
During the day they charge themselves with the solar panel and then automatically turn on at dusk, to give 12 hours of illumination. If you are using them to stick in the ground there really is no installation required. However, if you want to wall mount them, they come supplied with wall brackets and fittings.
For a simple lighting effect at a great price I highly recommend these.

I have been very satisfied with the solar lights that I purchased. First of all the lights are very easy to install and come with spikes if you would want to insert them into the ground or you can attach them to walls or fences if needed. Because they are solar powered you do not have the issues of messy wiring and having to connect to mains.
The 4 lights emit a nice warm soothing glow and it provides relaxing illumination. A good thing to note is that these lights are waterproof and have worked even after several days of heavy rain which is reassuring. A fantastic addition to anyone’s garden.
i ordered these lights as something a little different, delivery was via prime and arrived the following day.
the build quality seems to be very good, strong and robust. i left them to charge in the daylight turned off for a couple of days to charge i put them into the garden and they stayed illuminated all night (circa 10 hours).
the flickering flame affect is really good from only a few feet away they really do look like oil lamps flickering. they are not bright lights, but they do what it says on the box, give off a lovely soft flickering light.
highly recommended for a relaxing flame effect. They would be excellent around a hot tub in the dark.
These torches can be mounted in many ways, either post mounted, on a spike in the garden or vertically mounted, everything you need to mount all 4 or some of them in different ways is included. They are well made and appear to be completely waterproof which is good as i’ve had problems before with water ingress on solar lights. Thanks to the charging panel on top, they don’t take long to charge up even on a cloudy day, and will automatically switch on at dusk (a switch is provided to turn them off if you need to). Once lit they give a nice flickering flame effect which is very pleasing to the eye. My wife has bought lots of solar lights but mostly they don’t last very long due to bad construction, but these are well made to last. Highly reccomended!
I don’t have any electrical sockets in the garden so they had to be battery, and I also had experience of non-solar battery garden lights (bottle lights) that went through batteries at a phenomenal rate therefore they needed to be solar re-chargeable too. I bought these because they fulfilled all the criteria above, plus they had the candle effect, and that intrigued me (although I admit to being a little sceptical), also they were very reasonably priced, four for just a tad over 30.
When they arrived the box felt quite substantial with some weight to it. They were well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap and came with a choice of soil spike or a screw bracket for fixing to a wall. All the screws and wall plugs that you might need are also included. The lights need a small bit of assembly (slotting the lamp into a pole and the pole into a spike or bracket, depending on how you intend to fix them in your garden). The batteries come charged so the lamps work from the get go. Covering the solar panel after toggling the on/off switch was sufficient to get the lamp flickering. Once they were setup in my garden and dusk had fallen the lamps flickered delightfully, as I suspected they don’t look exactly like an oil lamp or candle lamp close-up but from a distance the effect is quite good and adds enough interest to be worthwhile.
I know that this time of year that we don’t always get enough sunlight in the UK to fully charge the batteries of these types of lamp but so far they have operated all evening. Time will tell if that is true in the depths of winter (although I may put them into hibernation before then).
Overall they are well worth the money and I think that they will be sturdy enough to do the job that I need them to.
