Great Quality with extra inside shelves
It’s lovely and large. Has a lot of good features like a water dispenser that doesn’t require plumbing. Even the freezer comes with nice touches like the icecube trays are two of them and they are tucked into a shelve not falling around. All shelves are good solid products, not flimsy. The packaging was solid and very good. It’s tall, and the shelves are in a stair order that helps with viewing and managing the products. The whole fridge/freezer combo is actually very quiet when in operation. Lots of good features like a warning bell when the door opens too long. Overall great product and worth the money. Plus 2x day delivery beats a lot of local shop, which I quotes from. Great product.

Very happy with the fridge/freezer. And to have it in white is amazing as it blends in nicely, not so much in your face due to its size. Would have liked to have more space on the fridge door but we can manage because the water dispenser is amazing, a good compromise. Best buy of the year for us.

Handles not factored in to size
The dimensions don’t factor in the handles!!! We had to take the doors off to get it in, as we measured for the fridge but not the handles, so be warned. The handles add another 5cm to the depth.
Product good, Amazon service very poo
The product is very good, like the ability to choose temperature for freezer and fridge sections independently and the ability to chill water without plumbing.
It arrived damaged with a scratched and dented freezer door, the replacement arrived a week later which was OK but the return of the original gas been a nightmare of inefficiency by Amazon thus far, after a month and 4 failed attempts they still have not managed to collect the original one, they appear employ carriers who are not properly equipped to handle bulky, heavy purchases to/from anywhere but a level ground floor area.

The unpacking service was fantastic. I really appreciate thier dedication in regards to manouvering the appliance, with care, through small doorways and extremely tight spaces.
First American style fridge freezer I have owned and am loving it.
The water dispenser has been a real hit with the family. We have the one which doesn’t require plumbing and the tank is easy to fill and the addition of a Brita filter is a nice touch.
The only down side is the amount of capacity in the door. A 4 pint milk carton is a squeeze width wise, and you can not get coke bottles or even juice cartons in the other door shelfs as there is no room.
Worth purchasing but if you are looking for a lot of upright bottle/carton storage look elsewhere.
o problem with the actual product itself but to have it delivered and then they were going to leave on my doorstep.. i asked them if they could put in the garage which they did..
We were not told they would not bring in the house..(this was when masks etc could be worn) and people were back working…
What if I was elderly? Or on my own?
I complained and was told they would pay someone to transfer it in my kitchen 9 days later!!
If we were aware from the off that fridge wouldn’t be bought in our house i wouldn’t have purchased it due to the size of it..

Shame as product is lovely
Brilliant Fridge! The water dispenser is a bit tough to fill up but a large cup can be used instead of taking the shelf off. Not too noisy either, the doors do come off if needed for easier entry into property which I didn’t realise till after a lot of difficulty and chipped door frames haha. Overall does the job we want. Water tank could be bigger but obviously that would take up more room inside.
Great looking fridge. Lots of space, low noise, the water filter is a waste of space I’d say. But that’s because we have a larger water filter elsewhere. It’s only a small container so even for a couple or family it doesn’t hold much water anyway. Other than that seems solid, good quality and we like the 5year guarantee it comes with. Very happy
You can’t get many white fridges, so the fact it is Samsung and white is a real bonus. The fridge looks amazing – if you have a white kitchen – a white fridge looks way better than silver – and the size of this fridge it will be seen in your kitchen – no hiding inside the units etc.
The freezer is good – freezes quickly – and the promo photos of the fruit not icing up – it genuinely does look like that when you freeze fruit.
We did a home automation thing with light strips and a sensor so that after 10pm if you go into the kitchen the light strips on the back of the fridge glow red – it gives enough light to see everything in the kitchen!
The little problems:
The light in the fridge isn’t very bright, so you cant see into the bottom trays if there is no external light.
The water storage for the filtered water is hard to get out and in. Instead we use a 1.5 litre empty water bottle and fill it up in situ – much easier.
The bottom fridge door trays (presumably for storing bottles of drink i.e. coca cola etc aren’t wide enough for standard 1.5 litre or 2 litre bottles. You can force them in after you have drunk some – but full bottles won’t fit.
The big bottom draw is a bit clunky to open – and the front isn’t transparent so you cant easily see into it.
+ves : v good large size fridge. lot of space and very quiet operations.
-ve: handle should be adjustable or foldable so as to make better space usage
make sure you have large enough doors to carry it inside the house as its really large.
