Very efficient, quiet and capacious. Particularly like the delay start setting, which means you can put your laundry in at night and have it clean when you wake up. A great machine.
Excellent washing machine, various cycles and I like the self clean program. It plays a wee tune when your washing is finished, so that’s a bonus, if you’re doing other things.
Its good you can also update the software, overall very happy with this machine.

It’s a fantastic machine. So quiet. The boiling kettle makes more noise than this on full 1400rpm spin!
I use the Mixed Fabric cycle as it suits my needs, but I have used other programs. Excellent results.
Although it’s a max 1400rpm spin garments come out drier than our previous 1500rpm spin Hoover machine. This machine comes with a 2-year parts and labour guarantee but is extended to 5 years if you register it online. An excellent buy.
I love everything about my wash machine and I keep saying to my family and friends, if you have to buy a new one, buy this Samsung. It’s amazing, very easy and unbelievably quiet. I’m very impressed.
I love this washing machine! It has a selection of temperature, spin speeds and number of rinses. Compared with my previous much cheaper one laundry is cleaner and smells fresher and doesn’t mix laundry liquid with softener. No more extra rinse!
Very smart looking machine, and quite stylishly designed. Very good explanation of all the available cycles. Quite flexible in allowing changes to pre-set cycles. Would have been more useful if the ‘Quick Wash’ cycle was, say, 30 mins, rather than the prefixed 15 mins. Quite pleasantly quiet in normal running modes, and very mildly vibrating in spin modes.
Best washer i have owned love the drum clean program easy to use very quiet love that you can add it to samsung smartthings so if your out u can look to see how long its got left and the only disappointment was ths delivery men who thought it waz ok to leave the washer in front garden so my partner had to lift it up two steps then in to the kitche
it is very rear for me to give a product review for Amazon, however an exception is called for today – this is the second Samsung washing machine we have bought – even better than the first!!, and we applaud the team that delivered to us, nothing was too much trouble for them and both went out of their way to ensure we were happy with both aspects, i.e. machine and installation.
Manual provided not very comprehensive and took me a while to get the first wash started.

Although this washing machine is expensive in my opinion its well worth the extra expense. Its very easy to use once set up. Because it does most of the guess work for you. I would also like to mention it does have some braille markings on control panel for the visually impaired. Also good feature is that it has quite a large door opening which makes it easier to put larger items in. It has audible sounds also. If you do set up the smart feature it unlocks alot of other programmes and features. I would recommend this machine highly

Had our last Samsung eco bubble for ten years…. Yes ten years and it was superb.
Only needed a new door release latch as original one broke after 8 years.
Cannot complain about that but in the end it was just not cleaning the clothes as well as it should so time to go.
This one has auto dose and it seems a great idea so far.
The trout melody is a little annoying after the novelty wears off but you will either turn it off or learn to love it.
As for it being more efficient it’s hard to say as the programs are not comparable.
All I can say is that a quick wash is longer and so more expensive and many other programs are longer too so they use more kWh than my old one on the few trials we did.
But all in all after two months it’s been a great start.
Not sure if the black door frame will still look as unmarked in a year or so as I fear it may well scratch of leaving a shabby looking machine.
Love my new washing machine love how you put liquid in and auto dose I was one for putting more than needed I tend to use the mixed wash as only 1hr 7 mins yes it’s only 4kg but most of the time I just put small loads in there’s more programs than needed but love how it connects to an app and when finished tells you also tells me on my TV so the hubby knows when I’m at work

Very happy with this washing machine. Very quiet and washes perfectly, even sends you a message when the machine has finished it cycle.

This machine has loads of programs and versatility. Although it is quite heavy to manipulate into position it is smooth and very quiet during operation. Fairly easy to understand the program selector and window provides useful information about what is happening during runtime. Also has a nice big door for loading. A good price for what it can do. Very happy with this machine.
This is our first smart washing machine. The setup was a little time consuming and not straight forward. Registering the 5-year warranty (great reason for purchase) had to be done via a home call but the people on the other end were nice and it didn’t take long to complete the registration. Once setup the machine is relatively easy to use and the quality of the wash is good. Lots of programmes for all aspects of laundry.
All things considered, it’s a good buy.
Bought to replace a 20+year old top loader. Love it so easy ,put washing in,select the wash and leave to do the job.
Essentially, the washer is great!! It was easily installed and performs well.
It did take me a while to work out the programmes because there is no substantial manual supplied with the machine.
We’re really pleased with this purchase. Was a bit wary of buying this type of goods from Amazon but the whole process worked perfectly.
When ordering, we were given a choice of dates for delivery (including next day), and we also selected the option to have our old machine removed.
The item arrived as expected on the day and the delivery people were expecting to remove our old machine – which they did without fuss.
As for the washing machine itself, it’s great and does everything we expected. Connection to Wi-Fi was simple enough and the machine seems quiet and efficient.

I think it is the first washing machine with everything you need, it washes well and is super quiet even when squeezed, I recommend with pleasure, the manufacture is in Poland, I think it is assembled there
Had the washing machine for a month or so, registration for 5 years warranty (10 on motor) was easy – love the auto dose, it uses what it requires, rather than me estimating. Functional, good and love the little chine for completion.
Our first new washing machine in 10 years and really impressed so far.
Easy to use and integrates nicely into the smart home (if you’re into that stuff). The various wash cycles make me think about what I’m loading in far more than our old one’s simple dial.
Would be nice if you could program and turn on the device entirely from the app, but unfortunately you do need to start the cycle using the machine’s buttons. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Replacement for a HOOVER machine that went wrong after just 4 months, this machine is far superior! Easy to install, Simple direction for use. Simple set up on WiFi if you want to. Clear operation panel. Great so far !
