Screen problem
After a few days screen wasn’t working easy fix by pressing it and making sure it was firm

My son cracked my Huawei screen & needed a replacement asap but didn’t have the budget for a “known brand”.
Read mixed reviews before buying but I am pleasantly surprised. Comes with silicone protective case, screen protector (of which both i nearly bought separately) & charger.
Lovely big, clear screen. Louder than last phone. I read a few reviews about no headphone jack….it has 1. Also doesn’t allow wifi hotspot…. I’ve ran my 2 kids tablets off it & now tv box no problem. Battery is not too bad as others said- I use alot for social media etc & lasts a day.
1 thing I will say is the charger that came with it gets very hot very quickly!!! I used a different one plug & ordered a new lead- not your typical charger adapter like a Huawei or samsung.

This phone is as good as any hig end brand
I’m older and wiser…and I’m not looking for the latest “fruit” logo phone with a whole bunch of features I will most likely never even use. I believe in value for money, decent security features, ease of use, good length on battery time and quick charging. I dont pretend to be an expert on phones but compared to my previous Samsung Galaxy this one wins hands down. I will never own a Samsung phone again. I can sim lock, have 2 sims, battery saver, biometrics for security, smooth scrolling and fast reaction times. The phone came with a case and screen protector already applied, how many brands do you know do that!? Think about it, you spend 300-1,000 on anyvof the big brand phones and all you get is the box it came with, charger and maybe a cheap pair of earphones which you probably won’t use. I’m looking to buy a spare charger so I can leave one at home and not have to worry about if I left it at work, I have no conplaints. This phone doesn’t start to malfunction every time they bring out a newer model (you all know who I’m referring too ) My upgrade will be an Oukitel. If your thinking about buying, do it.

Have had this phone for a while now so could write an honest review. The phone is great, really quick and functions like a top brand phone. The only downfall is that O wish the battery life would last longer, but other than that it’s an ace phone.

I have no problem with the phone itself, it does what it says the can, so speak. I have had it since May but now I am having problems with the charger. I can only use for 30 mins before it the plug gets very hot, unfortunately they won’t replace it. If I use another charger my guarantee becomes invalid. As I said pleased with phone but bad Customer Service.
I had a Cubot X19 phone purchased in spring 2020, an OK phone, but after about 10 months of use the microphone started, by degrees, to malfunction. It got increasingly worse to the point that it was unusable. So I looked for a new phone in the 100-150 price range. I shortlisted a few, but after reading reviews and watching video reviews I bought the Oukitel C21. It’s a very good phone for the money. It is notably faster than my old phone, with a newer CPU and GPU. The charger is OK and mine came with a black rubber “rugged” case rather than the clear silicone gel case. I actually prefer it.
The screen is much more vibrant, the microphone is very good, the mono speaker is better than most (all?) phones in this range. The touch control on the screen is way faster, smoother and more sensitive than my old phone. It just seems everything is better. Wifi calling switches dynamically between wifi and cellular much faster than my old phone. The camera is better by a degree. It has less artifacts and speckling than the previous phone. It is a bit fiddly to get the Quad camera focus right. The depth of field looks strange. I’m not used to it yet though. I feel that Oukitel source their components better than some in this price range.
Negatives:
Only 4GB of RAM. Standard on phones in this range, but it could do with 6GB because you want to use so many apps due to the excellent performance of the phone.
No 3.5mm headphone socket. I have bluetooth earphones and a wireless stereo bluetooth speaker box, but the speakers also have a 3.5 to 3.5 socket so that you do not have to use wireless. I know you can get USB-C to 3.5mm speaker/headphone adaptors, but I am not sure of the compatibility with the C21.
No notification LED, not even to show a need to charge with a red light and green for fully charged, let alone notification flashing.
Minor, but I don’t like the punch hole camera. It is a bit out of place and intrusive.
Overall: Go for this phone if you are going for a phone in this price range. It is one of the best, if not the best for the money. It feels in many ways closer to a 300 phone due to the performance, smooth control, screen quality etc.

I have had an OUKITEL phone for years and have always been ok with this brand but, the OUKITEL C21 Pro(2021) is beyond all my hopes, really is a smashing phone.
Easy to use and with 4 gig ram has lots of oomph…….

ITS ACTUALLY A DECENT PHONE
The phone is just like a Samsung but a cheaper version. Its very easy to set up and the screen quality is pretty good, battery life lasts quite awhile and the sound level of the phone is awesome, i recommend this phone.

There is no headphone socket.
I was disappointed there was no headphone socket, because my car has no bluetooth and I can’t use it to listen to audiobooks while driving (I do a lot of driving for my work). I do have bluetooth speakers and headphones but I don’t like the latter while driving and it means I have to take a separate speaker or use a very old phone to link it up. I know it seems trivial but I did not realise it when I bought it.
Otherwise, I am happy, it is very fast.

After much debating & searching through many phone’s & reviews , I decided on this C21 pro , well I’m so pleased I did it’s georgous luv , luv the colour green , & my granddaughter thought I’d got an I phone 11 , battery life is brilliant & nice large screen too , fits lovely in the hand & easy to use ..well I’d just like to say if debating please don’t it’s fantastic .so so pleased with it .
Large, clear easy to read screen and fast.
The screen is large, clear and easy to read. It has all the features of a mobile phone I nead and at less than half the price of the leading brands. It doesn’t have NFC so it can’t be used to make payments via Apple Pay etc. but for me that isn’t an issue, I’d prefer not to have this feature for security reasons. Google Sky/Sky Map doesn’t work fully as phone is missing either accelerometer or compass or both apparently. A bit of a disappointment but not a big issue for me. The large screen and ease of use are the main features I was looking for, and these it provides.

I actually bought this as a stand in phone, while I decided which mainstream phone to buy. I chose it because of the reviews and actually they’re spot on. I’ve been used to Samsung, and although the Oukitel lacks slightly in camera vibrancy and speed when changing apps, it is just as good as the latest mainstream models. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back, pretty decent cameras and I have a feeling that I’ll stick with this phone for a while. The picture quality is amazing. You’ll need bluetooth headphones, as it doesn’t have a jack port, but hey it’s time to upgrade anyway right… 2021 and all.

I bought this as I am disgusted at the prices being charged for new and refurbed brand name phones .
This phone looks and feels like a quality Samsung only hundreds of pounds cheaper.
It has a very good screen and sound. Too early to say about battery etc. It has all the tech and functionality of a much more expensive phone. I am genuinely surprised at the quality compared with what a 100 buys at the EE shop. My only criticisms are it has a non euro standard power fitting and it’s a bit heavier than Samsung. But if like me you want a full functionality phone not a ‘lite’ version I think it would be hard to beat this phone for VFM. It would be interesting to know if other OUKITEL phones are of a similar caliber.

Great phone, excellent image quality. Super easy to use, sound quality is really nice. The cameras take really good pictures too. The disclaimer on the back of the phone was a big red flag the phone was excellent but not for long as soon I turned it off it would not turn back on again so after 2 days when I was boxing it back up to send it back it came on buy it’s self and has been fine since for the money it is a good phone ???
Good VFM
Thus is an excellent phone with good battery life, good aesthetics and large screen . The camera was quite important to me as I send pictures to my children in a daily basis and it was easy to use with good results. I cannot fault it for the money spent. My one gripe is that the cases offered for it are expensive and whilst robust they are very boring. I am very happy with the phone

Early days, but the large screen looks great and setup is easy. Good with an impressive spec. Can’t comment accurately on battery life yet but so far so good.
Further edit – the 2 handsets I purchased came with a voucher for a 32gb sd card. When I emailed them about their offer they immediately replied within minutes that I had to post a review before they would fulfil the offer. I did that and did everything they asked and emailed them everything they asked for, but since then (over a week) NOTHING. No response to emails and no sd cards. I suspect they are forcing reviews by offering sd cards but not actually making good on their offer.

Brilliant colou
This light and large handset has been a God send to my mum. Her eyesight isn’t brill but the large screen makes it easy to manage. Fast screen to screen scrolling and you can download any apps you want. The battery life is about 2 days and she mainly messages and texts. Got her a nice case and she’s really pleased with how easy it is to use. For the price it rivals a Samsung handset but when someone doesn’t use all of its features this is more than enough.

I have always had Sumsung Phones but no more. The Oukitel C21 is my replacement.
I always thought, why would you want all that fancy stuff it’s a phone for gawds sake. Not that I could have it any way, with 8GB.
Oh boy were my eyes opened! The Oukitel C21 is a phone, a browser, a computer in your pocket, a compass, even a diy tool. The total installed memory is 68 GB, even more with an SD card, or a dual Sim if needed. It comes with a high speed charger and a rubber phone holder, it even bounces. It also has a replaceable battery, which is something you can’t do with a lot of the new phones.
I thought battery life was a bit short, but that could just be me playing with it all the time.

I am amazed by this phone, Had a look at my sons’ Galaxy and iPhone and this OUKITEL has MORE features. So easy to navigate, too, even for a techie dummy like me.
– HOWEVER – The attitude of this company seems strange. They offered me a ‘bonus gift’ but only if I gave them a good review. I had no problem giving them a good review, based entirely on my judgement of the phone and – surely – sellers should rely on the quality of what they sell and not appear to ‘cheat’.

Value for money, Very good phone at that price. Good clear screen, good battery life. There is not much difference between this phone and high end phones like Samsung and iPhone given the price difference
Excellent value for money, appears to be a great phone thus far and superb battery life. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that initially after setup some technical issues arose causing a glitch where the phone was spontaneously pushing back with no human interaction causing me great stress and frustration! However a factory reset and downloading the apps from scratch appears to have fixed this issue.

Good value for money and amazingly, it has face recognition for unlocking your screen. my samsung S9+ was playing up and had a crack on the side, had it for 6 years and didnt want to upgrade. so i found OUKITEL C21, had the phone for a week its just like my old phone. took hour or so to transfer all my apps and details over. I normal buy a case for a new phone but OUKITEL adds with the purchase. and it even sorta looks like the new Iphone. even after that they will add a bonus card to thankyou for you purchase, for a free 32gb Micro SD card. dont get that with popular phones today and quarter of the price.
Very good phone. It is as good as they say. Great pics and great design. My only wish is that the full dimensions were explained as I wanted a wider screen but having said that this is great length wise and very acceptable width wise. I would recommend purchasing it as its excellent value for money.

Very impressed for the price
My husband’s phone died and he had one of these. We were so impressed that I bought one too. Does everything i need it to and more. Easy to set up and you don’t even need to take the back off for the SIM it comes with a pin to release a slot at the side. So far so good.

Really good phone
Recommended, you don’t need to have Samsung galaxy, Sony Xperia, to be happy. You can get pretty good phone for good price and you don’t see any difference between in daily use. I bought it for my daughter after her iPhone died, and she’s really happy with this phone. Good camera, fast web browsing, and good quality when you actually call.
