I use these with my bedroom google home for lamps and a fan. They integrate seemlessly with it and work perfectly. I will be buying several more for other rooms. The next one will be for a coffee machine in my kitchen – voice activated coffee for when you wake up?? Perfect!!
Second set of these plugs I have bought. I was aware the description did not mention the energy monitoring feature that the original plugs had and so was therefore not surprised to discover that these new plugs did not have the feature. It wasn’t a deal breaker but be aware that there are two versions out there.
The only slight criticism I have of them is that they are slightly wide – you can fit both in a double socket but using the wall socket’s on off becomes difficult. However as the switch is designed to be always on – it’s not a major issue. I still like these plugs and the Meross app is one of the easiest to use

The smart socket was easy to set up to work with an Android mobile phone. To work with a Google assistant you need to link a Meross account (just a registration requirement) with your Google account. Although the Meross account immediately allowed operation of the switch from my phone it took a couple of days to become available for linking with the my Google account. Once the Meross account was linked to Google the switch has worked without a problem. As I was setting this up over the Christmas holiday perhaps the Meross servers were down for maintenance. As you can also create switching schedules from the phone app this switch is a useful product and good value for money.
Great product which works perfectly with my Echo Dot 2. Very easy to set up, control and pair with ‘Alexa’.
Use the plugs for all my living room functions- fire, lamps, chair – along with the kettle in the kitchen.

Bought many of these over the last few years. This purchase was so I could control my outdoor Christmas lights. As always worked perfectly. Have these linked up to water features and lights in the garden and have never failed me yet. For the cost and quality you cannot go wrong.
Looked at quite a few plugs before choosing these. Glad I did. Most plugs are relatively similar, only thr price and the phone apps set them apart. Thr Meross app is well designed. It is simple and way to use and you can assign names and icons for each plug making it easy to identify which plug you wish to control. You can set timers and or daily schedules which is very handy for lamps etc. Overall I was surprised at how good these plugs and the app are and so I bought some more and recommended them to family also. Highly recommended!
These were a great addition to our Hive products but cheaper and smaller. Set up the Christmas lights on a schedule but could override via Alexa. Simple to use although you use a different App.
Like others have said, I wanted these plugs to work alongside my Google Home and my Alexa. The instructions which come with the plugs are good enough if all you want to do is control these plugs from yiur smartphone – but not if you want to control via Google or Alexa.
The only way you will get these plugs working with G or A is to use the ehomelife app. If you use the standard Meross apps when you try and link your Meross account with either of the other two you will get a ” No such user exists” message or similar.
You wll be wondering whether you have entered the login details correctly and waste a long time if you do not use the ehomelife app.
Once you understand this you will get exactly what you want but it is not a straightforward installation
So although the plugs would get 5 stars the instructions and support do no
Meross app is easy to use with step by step instructions. Schedule configuration could be more efficient but designed for simplicity rather than speed. Will consider buying more and would recommend.
Manual mode to turn on and off works well too.
Slightly oversized for using on a 2 or 4 way extension lead with other plugs but these work well.

Took 2 mins to install and get working, very straight forward. Mobile App very easy to use and configure plugs. So impressed with the initial purchase that I bought another 2 plug pack.

I had ordered several of these from Amazon – Meross . I wanted to get a couple more but the item i purchased direct from Meross was on back order . I ordered from WIFI home . They were slightly more costwise but in stock .
Now I’m fine with the plug but what I did not realize is that Meross sell the MSS310 and wifi direct MSS210 . I guess you need to do your research , WIFI direct do not hide the fact that its the MSS210 they are selling , – the difference being is the 310 gives you the ability to track device energy consumption i believe .
This product was my first step into home automation. I’d never heard of Meross but the reviews seemed good and the product looked like a good design so I took a punt. I was not dissappointed! Very easy to setup and the Meross app is very intuitive – I would encourage you to download the free app and see if you’re on the fence about buying one of these plugs. I’ve never had any issues and already after just a few months I wonder how I ever managed without them! I now have 6 Meross products around my home!
Work very well with my set up but a large clunky plug that does cause some positioning problems next to other plugs. Cannot for example put on a four way extension without blocking one socket adjacent. But they work fine and installation a doddle.

At first i was unsure about getting wifi plugs as i have a dual band BT router and alot of plugs say “only 2.4ghz” but these work perfectly with my dual band router which is 2.4ghz & 5ghz. Easy to install and do exactly as you expect. Will deffo buy again. Very happy
These are great for automating lamps around the house. Easy to set up routines for switching on and off or just telling Alexa to switch the lights on. Had an issue with one socket which was resolved by Meross without any fuss.
Great smart plugs, intergrates seamlessly to SmartThings. If you want to use the Smarthings classic app you need to integrate them using the newest Smartthings app then they will appear within the classic app. Works flawlessly with Ubiquiti Unfi AC HD access points.
These plugs are well priced and work great. Have them setup with Google assistant and Alexa. Setup is really easy, both on android and apple. So good I bought 2 more . Very happy.
Bought many of these. Find the price point attractive and the set up easy and seamless. The app integrates well with Alexa and the set literally takes a few minutes. Pairing it to the Echo device is simple a command “Alexa, search for new devices” simple!
When I changed my home hub recently, I could not get my Wemo smart plugs to work and decided to replace them with Meross. What a difference! They were easy to install, no more than 5 minutes each, and are simple to programme. They can be set separately to turn lights on and off several times a day on any day of the week. It’s easy to change the programmes and the Meross app is clear and straightforward, very different from its Wemo equivalent, which was always a pain. I can also control the Meross using Google Home. Thoroughly recommended.
WOW!! So very easy to set up..literally took 2-3 minutes each. And mine was with a BT hub which is notoriously difficult to pair with smart plugs. So very pleased and getting two more.
These smart plugs are just brilliant. Plug in, link to the app and that’s it. The app allows on/off control along with schedules for set times and linked to sunrise or sunset.

After purchasing theise I have bought a few more since. Well made and quick and easy to use. Syncs to the app no bother at all and easily linked to alexa. Especially useful for sockets you cant get to easily. I.e in the garage or underneed the Christmas tree sockets also have a switch on them so u can switch the appliance off manually wothought turning the mains switch off

I bought this product to switch on my electric radiator and light in the conservatory. I set two scenes for both items to come on at once with a touch and off again. I also set on and off times individually and found both were easy to pair with WiFi and set up. I already have items with hive but I think they priced themselves out of the market for items like plug sockets. I will definitely get more items from Meross.

I updated to iOS 13 and it lost all the settings. I deleted the app and took out the plugs and started again like a new user and now all is tickety boo again, I had to set my timings again but now I’m an expert so quick so easy:)
Very impressed with these for a brand that was unknown to me. Set up very quickly using the free app, basically enter your WiFi password. Second plug was even quicker. App is simple and easy to use to set timers or link devices. Will order some more, highly recommended.
I currently have numberous TP link smart plugs throughout my house but on seeing these at a much cheaper price thought I would give them a go and am not disappointed.
Dispite each manufacturer needing their own app, they all sync into a smart home such as alexa/google home.
Compared to the TP link plugs, you can get 2 for the price of one here. Add to that the plugs looking tidier and you are getting much better value for money.
Only downside is the plug are still slightyly too big to have multiple side by side in the same extention lead (My double wall sockets are fine to house 2)
I had an issue with one of the plugs in the 2 pack. Rather than simply giving a bad review, I messaged the seller who immediately offered a replacement. Super service. Would definitely buy again from them.
These plugs are better than the Tuya ones as they work perfectly with Virgin dual band routers without having to mess about splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz into 2 networks

The Meross app found the smart plug quickly so I was up and running in a couple of minutes.
The app is reasonably well done and allows manual and scheduled (timed) switching off and on. The power monitoring seems to work though its not obvious where it is in the app (press the pencil / edit icon in the top right of the plug icon)
Cons
Its much bigger than I thought from the picture so when its plugged into a standard UK switched power socket it comes halfway across the switch, which means you can’t push it completely in.
Perfect. Easy set up and use. Only thing missing is a random setting or perhaps I haven’t found it. Up and running in 5 mins for both units. Control from your phone and/or by a program.
This was my second smart device and my first Meross plug. I was surprised that I had to install a separate app for this plug (my other plug worked straight with Alexa), but app was easy to install and link with Alexa. Now set up and works a treat. Already ordered two more sets as it works and is excellent value for money
I cannot believe how simple these plugs are to install!! Meross thank you for making my life easier than the previous debacle with 2 other plugs that I sent back!! Once you download the Meross App it kinda takes over and installs the plugs for you…but, you must get the Meross Skill and enable it otherwise your mate “Alexa” wont find it!! Meross plugs are like bricks! I mean that in a nice way because of all the safety bits inside and when you set them up they have to be right next to the internet router to first register them, then you can put them anywhere in the house to use them either with Alexa or with your phone anywhere in the world!! lol, highly recommended!

These came in a very simple brown box with instructions on the outside, download the app – plug-in, pair, add your BB details and let it sync to your wifi and away you go. I have Sky Q BB with dual channel and the same SSID but was able to connect with 2.4ghz with out any issue. This is my second pair and so far no drop outs. Able to set up timings via the app but its great that the plug doesn’t need a hub or the phone present in order to remember the schedule. Added to Google Home with little difficulty. Maybe in the market for a 4-gang soon – I imagine this would be especially useful at Xmas with all the plugs hidden behind the tree! Very happy so far!
Use this to switch one (and off) a pair of VR base stations – otherwise inconvenient as they have to be on opposite ends of the room. Works just swell. The scene setting in the app is intuitive – but you do have to set separate scenes for switching on and switching off. Otherwise no issues.
I Setup the devices in a few seconds and they are great. The 16A rating means you can use safely with 3KW devices. I wanted this to control a fan and the schedule function is so easy and intuitive. This is a clean, simple and easy to use solution.
I struggled with dlink smart plugs constantly losing communication and nightmare setups. These plugs couldn’t be any more different – and much smaller too.
Set up took minutes. Simple. Straightforward. Working. Fantastic!
The app is a little basic, and feature light, but it does the job perfectly. More complex on/off schedules can be set up in Alexa or Google.
Some of these plugs have energy usage statistics, but they’re more expensive. Save money and don’t bother as you’ll never use the feature.
I bought a pair of these after buying one of the Amazon Smart Plugs for 9.99. I must say these are by far a superior product to the amazon Plug. Just install the Meross App install and name the plug then export it into either your Alexa App or Google Home – really simple. I love them so much I bought a 4 pack for 36.99!
Overall the Meross WiFi plugs work really well and I have very few issues with them. I have 4 plugs and a surge office protector which are all controlled via the Meross app. Holiday programmes and different routines are very easy setup and work really well. The minor issue I’ve had is where there has been a loss in connection between the plug and the WiFi and I have to remove and re-install the plug in the app again. This does not stop you using the plug with the physical button on the top however it means you won’t be able to control it using the app. What’s good is that the light starts blinking amber as well as telling you in the app that you’re not connected to it via WiFi to notify you. It hasn’t happened often which is why I would say they are reliable plugs. They also work with Google Assistant and Alexa which is an added bonus as they can be added to any voice routine you may have. I enjoy using these products.
I like that the profile of this device is just over the depth of the prongs of a plug, but especially that the button is on the top since most plug sockets are low down. The app was easy to use and has worked without issue on Android and through Google Assistant (Home).
Its quite big but then again it’s the first smart plug I have bought so have nothing else to compare it to. Easy to link up, however i noticed when I came to link the second one that I had got a letter wrong in my email address during the initial set up…..and could find any way of changing it. I had to use the incorrect info on the second and also when connecting to ‘Alexa’…….but it still worked so no worries.
I have only set them up on a couple of lights at the minute to test them and as it say’s …..so far so good.
These are amazing, we were on holiday abroad and I could turn my lights on and off via my phone, gives peace of mind.

I have had these plugs just short of a month and experienced no issues so far and are very stable, (unlike my tp-link hs100 smart plugs which often drop off the network) they are connected via a Ubiquiti Unifi system on a vlan separated network with a firewall enabled to stop cross traffic between networks and they work perfectly. Very happy with these smart plugs.
You are able to override the plugs and switch on and off via the top button which indicates plug on and off or wifi connected or disconnected.
I have also tried these with alexa and work absoloutly great, once you have download the meross skill to your alexa your all set to add them to your alexa and control the way you would with any other device connected to alexa.
Brilliant product. East set up and works every time from the app and Alexa. Delivered in less than a day and set up in less than 5 minutes for two. No irritating light on it when it’s off. I’m gonna buy more.
Initial thoughts out of the box is that they are larger than the photos suggest – but do clear the switch, which is nice. Setup was very simple, following the clear step-by-step instructions on the app – Both plugs in <5 mins. And the system works perfectly! They also have an on-off switch mounted on the top of the plug with LED indicator, so you can override the app settings - Brilliant if you've switched your phone off, or not got it with you.
Highly recommended, and a good price. May well get more.
A couple of years ago I jumped into home automation with both feet and chose Z-wave. When it works, it’s great, but when it doesn’t there are no readily available troubleshooting tools. After numerous problems (and the evolution of much cheaper WiFi chipsets) I have decided to move to WiFi. I’ve tried a few but the Meross range stand out for the quality of the products, the single, easy to use app, the customer support and value for money! 20 for 2 x plugs (Z-wave plugs are 35-50+ each). Added functionality like screens / routines are very easy to use and so far have been very reliable. Very happy and will be getting more.
Great quality WiFi controlled plug that just works!
This is my second set of smart plugs from Meross. Physically they are usefully small, allowing you to fit them side by side into a twin outlet socket. It may be a crush for multiple plugs into a 4 way extension lead. Both the plus and their integration to scheduled control from the Meross Ap has been reliable.
The instructions are reasonably clear on how to integrate to Alexa – 10 minutes of reading and configuration and Alexa will now reliably respond to ‘Alexa, switch the lamp on’ sorts of instructions.
The Meross Ap works OK for simple control of on/off operations, setting up timed schedules or grouping devices for multiple on off (e.g. all lights in the lounge).
If you want more complex/interesting control, Meross integrates with IFTTT – which allows all sorts of external events to trigger Meross plugs on/off.
In summary – happy with these plugs at 19.99 for a twin pack. They work well out of the box, are physically small and have a pleasing level of reliable integration.

I like being able to control items when away from home too. I have bought quite a few of these now and they are all working seamlessly. I have bought a number of these products now including lamps, plugs and extension leads from Meross. So far I have only had one item that failed and I am pleased to say their support team were really helpful and true to their word replaced the item when it did not respond to any of the suggested methods of rebooting the item. So far I am really impressed with the Meross products and they all interface with Alexa which I use for most of my home networks.
Great product. Easy to use and install. Meross own app is clear and intuitive or just use Alexa/Alexa app. Much smaller and more compact than most of the other smart plugs out there.
Have bought Meross products in the past and always been very reliable.
I already have one smart switch which works fine called Hyleton but setting it up was quite tedious so I decided to try Meross. Well what a diference; it took only a couple of minutes to connect with my wi fi. Voice commands from Alexa took a little longer, but, even so, provided you follow the insructions it is easy: Go to skills in Alexa app, type Meross in search box and you’re practically there. Finally don’t be put off by the larger physical size of Meross; yes it is a little bulbous but you can still plug another plug in next to it and in my mind the increase in size give the electronics more breathing space. Oh, I forgot to add you can also check the energy/ power usage of all individual appliance which are controlled by Meross. It also has a manual override switch which is located on the top of the smart switch for easy off/on control

I am using the Meross smartplugs with my Alexa Echo dot. Linking the Smartplugs was quite straightforward (even for a Grandma!). I wanted to be able to switch on a group of plugs as well as use them individually. At first I tried using the Meross ‘scene’ which worked, but needed separate scenes – one to switch them all on and another to switch them all off. Having to ask Alexa to switch ‘on’ the ‘off’ group was quite annoying even if it worked ok. However, I later found that the Alexa app has a section called ‘Groups’ and with this I could set up just one group and tell Alxa to either switch that group on or off. Much more sensible. I may buy more smartplugs in the future and now know how to set them easily into groups so would happily choose Meross again. If the instructions had been a little clearer I would have given 5 stars.
The router/phone found them quickly, and the set up was easy. The photo shows the step at the back to hold them off the socket switch. I linked them to Google Home for ease of use.
I bought smart plugs to work with Alexa so when I am out at night I can turn on lights ready for when I get home and I do not have to have lights left on all night, and if I need to get up during the night Alexa can turn on the hall light for me. The plugs are really easy to set up on my phone from the instructions, I set up 2 in 10 mins with Alexa, the only problem I had was with the bar scanner so I downloaded the app from the play store, then added the devices on Alexa, I am not a young person and app savvy I am in my 70’s. Will be buying more, highly recommended especially for the elderly.
App works very well, covers several Meross products. Very easy to add products. Integrates well with IFTTT. I use one to switch dehumidifier on/off remotely and via IFTT with Netatmo when set low humidity threshold reached. I use another to operate fan-heater remotely for suplemental heat upstairs.
Good product, looks good, works with G assistant and G Home, so I can give a voice command and turn it of or on. Easy set up with the Meross app but it needs for first install. once done and linked to Google you don’t really need the app unless you want it on a schedule.
Downside With smart devices it seems you need an app for each one, which can become a bit difficult to keep up.
This review is for the smart socket. They’re quite a bit larger than you imagine, if you’ve never seen a smart socket. This means they’re great for use on wall sockets but they prevent the use of neighbouring sockets on a trailing adapter. Just like the Meross bulbs these are simple to set up, taking mere seconds. They aapear to be well built and have so far proved very reliable. Essentially this just switches the. Current on or off so the appliance needs to have a hard switch rather than an electronic one. Good for timing electric blankets, heaters, lamps, Christmas lights etc
Easy to use via the app and setup was straight forward, no need for a hub. It connects via wi-fi to your home router. I use 3 to turn on bedside lamp, and two other lamps situated around the house. You can remotely turn them on and off and also set up timers to make them fully automated.
The plug looks good out of the box. The set-up is simple just download the app and follow the instructions. I have three of these now and use them to control lights. Via the app you can set up scenes which allows you to control all or more than one smart plugs at the same time. Or if you want independent switching, that is easy to set up as well.
Not only is the product good but the back up form Meross has proved excellent as well. Have not used it with Alexa or Google.

Now I’m fine with the plug but what I did not realize is that Meross sell the MSS310 and wifi direct MSS210 . I guess you need to do your research , WIFI direct do not hide the fact that its the MSS210 they are selling , – the difference being is the 310 gives you the ability to track device energy consumption i believe .
This product was my first step into home automation. I’d never heard of Meross but the reviews seemed good and the product looked like a good design so I took a punt. I was not dissappointed! Very easy to setup and the Meross app is very intuitive – I would encourage you to download the free app and see if you’re on the fence about buying one of these plugs. I’ve never had any issues and already after just a few months I wonder how I ever managed without them! I now have 6 Meross products around my home!
Work very well with my set up but a large clunky plug that does cause some positioning problems next to other plugs. Cannot for example put on a four way extension without blocking one socket adjacent. But they work fine and installation a doddle.
I was a bit sceptical about this.
But is works like a charm.
Setting up was pretty simple and straightforward.
I connected one to my light and the other to my entertainment system.
I only wish it had Google home integratio
At first i was unsure about getting wifi plugs as i have a dual band BT router and alot of plugs say “only 2.4ghz” but these work perfectly with my dual band router which is 2.4ghz & 5ghz. Easy to install and do exactly as you expect. Will deffo buy again. Very happy
These are great for automating lamps around the house. Easy to set up routines for switching on and off or just telling Alexa to switch the lights on. Had an issue with one socket which was resolved by Meross without any fuss.

Great smart plugs, intergrates seamlessly to SmartThings. If you want to use the Smarthings classic app you need to integrate them using the newest Smartthings app then they will appear within the classic app. Works flawlessly with Ubiquiti Unfi AC HD access points.
These plugs are well priced and work great. Have them setup with Google assistant and Alexa. Setup is really easy, both on android and apple. So good I bought 2 more . Very happy.

Bought many of these. Find the price point attractive and the set up easy and seamless. The app integrates well with Alexa and the set literally takes a few minutes. Pairing it to the Echo device is simple a command “Alexa, search for new devices” simple!
When I changed my home hub recently, I could not get my Wemo smart plugs to work and decided to replace them with Meross. What a difference! They were easy to install, no more than 5 minutes each, and are simple to programme. They can be set separately to turn lights on and off several times a day on any day of the week. It’s easy to change the programmes and the Meross app is clear and straightforward, very different from its Wemo equivalent, which was always a pain. I can also control the Meross using Google Home. Thoroughly recommended.
WOW!! So very easy to set up..literally took 2-3 minutes each. And mine was with a BT hub which is notoriously difficult to pair with smart plugs. So very pleased and getting two more.
These smart plugs are just brilliant. Plug in, link to the app and that’s it. The app allows on/off control along with schedules for set times and linked to sunrise or sunset.
Scenes can be used to group smart plugs for ease of use.
The plugs can be controlled by Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa
WiFi range is very good too.
After purchasing theise I have bought a few more since. Well made and quick and easy to use. Syncs to the app no bother at all and easily linked to alexa. Especially useful for sockets you cant get to easily. I.e in the garage or underneed the Christmas tree sockets also have a switch on them so u can switch the appliance off manually wothought turning the mains switch off

Excellent smart plugs. Not the smallest, but for the price all is very good.
I bought this product to switch on my electric radiator and light in the conservatory. I set two scenes for both items to come on at once with a touch and off again. I also set on and off times individually and found both were easy to pair with WiFi and set up. I already have items with hive but I think they priced themselves out of the market for items like plug sockets. I will definitely get more items from Meross.

I updated to iOS 13 and it lost all the settings. I deleted the app and took out the plugs and started again like a new user and now all is tickety boo again, I had to set my timings again but now I’m an expert so quick so easy:)
Very impressed with these for a brand that was unknown to me. Set up very quickly using the free app, basically enter your WiFi password. Second plug was even quicker. App is simple and easy to use to set timers or link devices. Will order some more, highly recommended.
I currently have numberous TP link smart plugs throughout my house but on seeing these at a much cheaper price thought I would give them a go and am not disappointed.
Dispite each manufacturer needing their own app, they all sync into a smart home such as alexa/google home.
Compared to the TP link plugs, you can get 2 for the price of one here. Add to that the plugs looking tidier and you are getting much better value for money.
Only downside is the plug are still slightyly too big to have multiple side by side in the same extention lead (My double wall sockets are fine to house 2)
I had an issue with one of the plugs in the 2 pack. Rather than simply giving a bad review, I messaged the seller who immediately offered a replacement. Super service. Would definitely buy again from them.
These plugs are better than the Tuya ones as they work perfectly with Virgin dual band routers without having to mess about splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz into 2 networks

The Meross app found the smart plug quickly so I was up and running in a couple of minutes.
The app is reasonably well done and allows manual and scheduled (timed) switching off and on. The power monitoring seems to work though its not obvious where it is in the app (press the pencil / edit icon in the top right of the plug icon)
Cons
Its much bigger than I thought from the picture so when its plugged into a standard UK switched power socket it comes halfway across the switch, which means you can’t push it completely in.

Perfect. Easy set up and use. Only thing missing is a random setting or perhaps I haven’t found it. Up and running in 5 mins for both units. Control from your phone and/or by a program.
This was my second smart device and my first Meross plug. I was surprised that I had to install a separate app for this plug (my other plug worked straight with Alexa), but app was easy to install and link with Alexa. Now set up and works a treat. Already ordered two more sets as it works and is excellent value for money

I cannot believe how simple these plugs are to install!! Meross thank you for making my life easier than the previous debacle with 2 other plugs that I sent back!! Once you download the Meross App it kinda takes over and installs the plugs for you…but, you must get the Meross Skill and enable it otherwise your mate “Alexa” wont find it!! Meross plugs are like bricks! I mean that in a nice way because of all the safety bits inside and when you set them up they have to be right next to the internet router to first register them, then you can put them anywhere in the house to use them either with Alexa or with your phone anywhere in the world!! lol, highly recommended!

These were the first Smart Plug that I had bought as they were in a sale. Wasn’t sure what I would get or how easy to install or work with Amazon Alexa.
Simple to install
Amazon picked them up straight away
Turn on or off via Alexa or the app.
Grouped them etc and so far after about 9 months still working fine!

These came in a very simple brown box with instructions on the outside, download the app – plug-in, pair, add your BB details and let it sync to your wifi and away you go. I have Sky Q BB with dual channel and the same SSID but was able to connect with 2.4ghz with out any issue. This is my second pair and so far no drop outs. Able to set up timings via the app but its great that the plug doesn’t need a hub or the phone present in order to remember the schedule. Added to Google Home with little difficulty. Maybe in the market for a 4-gang soon – I imagine this would be especially useful at Xmas with all the plugs hidden behind the tree! Very happy so far!
got two of these and later got two more, very easy to set up and they work with Alexa
Use this to switch one (and off) a pair of VR base stations – otherwise inconvenient as they have to be on opposite ends of the room. Works just swell. The scene setting in the app is intuitive – but you do have to set separate scenes for switching on and switching off. Otherwise no issues.
So easy to set up. I am more than happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone
I Setup the devices in a few seconds and they are great. The 16A rating means you can use safely with 3KW devices. I wanted this to control a fan and the schedule function is so easy and intuitive. This is a clean, simple and easy to use solution.

I struggled with dlink smart plugs constantly losing communication and nightmare setups. These plugs couldn’t be any more different – and much smaller too.
Set up took minutes. Simple. Straightforward. Working. Fantastic!
The app is a little basic, and feature light, but it does the job perfectly. More complex on/off schedules can be set up in Alexa or Google.
Some of these plugs have energy usage statistics, but they’re more expensive. Save money and don’t bother as you’ll never use the feature.

I bought a pair of these after buying one of the Amazon Smart Plugs for 9.99. I must say these are by far a superior product to the amazon Plug. Just install the Meross App install and name the plug then export it into either your Alexa App or Google Home – really simple. I love them so much I bought a 4 pack for 36.99!
I followed the directions to the letter and, so far, they work perfectly. I use them with Alexa and my television. No problems.
I like that the profile of this device is just over the depth of the prongs of a plug, but especially that the button is on the top since most plug sockets are low down. The app was easy to use and has worked without issue on Android and through Google Assistant (Home).
I was worried I would struggle to set them up, but 2 minutes later they were up and running, really pleased with them.
I now shout defcon 1 and all the lights go out…works with Google. Sets the bar high for others to follow, especially at this price
Worked just as advertised. Very easy to configure and use. Got it set up with Google Assistant too…
Its quite big but then again it’s the first smart plug I have bought so have nothing else to compare it to. Easy to link up, however i noticed when I came to link the second one that I had got a letter wrong in my email address during the initial set up…..and could find any way of changing it. I had to use the incorrect info on the second and also when connecting to ‘Alexa’…….but it still worked so no worries.
I have only set them up on a couple of lights at the minute to test them and as it say’s …..so far so good.
These are amazing, we were on holiday abroad and I could turn my lights on and off via my phone, gives peace of mind.

Bought a couple of these plugs a while ago and decided to get another couple to control a couple of lamps in another room. These are so easy to set up, rename and connect to the alexa echo dot that I have. Very pleased!

I have had these plugs just short of a month and experienced no issues so far and are very stable, (unlike my tp-link hs100 smart plugs which often drop off the network) they are connected via a Ubiquiti Unifi system on a vlan separated network with a firewall enabled to stop cross traffic between networks and they work perfectly. Very happy with these smart plugs.
You are able to override the plugs and switch on and off via the top button which indicates plug on and off or wifi connected or disconnected.
I have also tried these with alexa and work absoloutly great, once you have download the meross skill to your alexa your all set to add them to your alexa and control the way you would with any other device connected to alexa.

Brilliant product. East set up and works every time from the app and Alexa. Delivered in less than a day and set up in less than 5 minutes for two. No irritating light on it when it’s off. I’m gonna buy more.
I bought 2 of these …… they worked so well I bought a 4 way and 4 more plugs.
Absolute breeze to setup and use. I used 2 to replace timers they are brilliant, super accurate and don’t need resetting after a power cut.
Perfect, work easily with Alexa and Google
Initial thoughts out of the box is that they are larger than the photos suggest – but do clear the switch, which is nice. Setup was very simple, following the clear step-by-step instructions on the app – Both plugs in <5 mins. And the system works perfectly! They also have an on-off switch mounted on the top of the plug with LED indicator, so you can override the app settings - Brilliant if you've switched your phone off, or not got it with you.
Highly recommended, and a good price. May well get more.

The instructions are reasonably clear on how to integrate to Alexa – 10 minutes of reading and configuration and Alexa will now reliably respond to ‘Alexa, switch the lamp on’ sorts of instructions.
The Meross Ap works OK for simple control of on/off operations, setting up timed schedules or grouping devices for multiple on off (e.g. all lights in the lounge).
If you want more complex/interesting control, Meross integrates with IFTTT – which allows all sorts of external events to trigger Meross plugs on/off.
In summary – happy with these plugs at 19.99 for a twin pack. They work well out of the box, are physically small and have a pleasing level of reliable integration.
Brilliant plugs, easy to set up on network and I love the simple software lay out on the phone app. You can integrate it easily with Alexa and set up routines. I like being able to control items when away from home too. I have bought quite a few of these now and they are all working seamlessly. Thanks Meross, I’ll be definitely looking at your other products.

I am using the Meross smartplugs with my Alexa Echo dot. Linking the Smartplugs was quite straightforward (even for a Grandma!). I wanted to be able to switch on a group of plugs as well as use them individually. At first I tried using the Meross ‘scene’ which worked, but needed separate scenes – one to switch them all on and another to switch them all off. Having to ask Alexa to switch ‘on’ the ‘off’ group was quite annoying even if it worked ok. However, I later found that the Alexa app has a section called ‘Groups’ and with this I could set up just one group and tell Alxa to either switch that group on or off. Much more sensible. I may buy more smartplugs in the future and now know how to set them easily into groups so would happily choose Meross again. If the instructions had been a little clearer I would have given 5 stars.
Good product, very simple to set up and does exactly the job. App is great and easy to navigate.
Cons: slightly chunky so won’t be suitable for tight spaces (e.g. behind wall mounted TV’s)
Good product, looks good, works with G assistant and G Home, so I can give a voice command and turn it of or on. Easy set up with the Meross app but it needs for first install. once done and linked to Google you don’t really need the app unless you want it on a schedule.
Downside With smart devices it seems you need an app for each one, which can become a bit difficult to keep up.
This review is for the smart socket. They’re quite a bit larger than you imagine, if you’ve never seen a smart socket. This means they’re great for use on wall sockets but they prevent the use of neighbouring sockets on a trailing adapter. Just like the Meross bulbs these are simple to set up, taking mere seconds. They aapear to be well built and have so far proved very reliable. Essentially this just switches the. Current on or off so the appliance needs to have a hard switch rather than an electronic one. Good for timing electric blankets, heaters, lamps, Christmas lights etc
Easy to use via the app and setup was straight forward, no need for a hub. It connects via wi-fi to your home router. I use 3 to turn on bedside lamp, and two other lamps situated around the house. You can remotely turn them on and off and also set up timers to make them fully automated.
Not only is the product good but the back up form Meross has proved excellent as well. Have not used it with Alexa or Google.
