Choose the perfect bulb
The light is equipped with an GU10 light fitting which allows you to choose your own bulb in the colour of your preference. The light is suitable for LED bulbs and light sources up to 20 Watt. A bright and functional bulb may be well suited for lighting doorways or entrances, or choose a warm and atmospheric bulb to brighten seating and dining areas during those long summer evenings. The choice is yours.
PIR motion sensor
The Smartwares 5000.257L Wall Light features an integrated PIR motion sensor and day to night sensor. This means that the light will turn on when either darkness or motion is detected. By adjusting the three dials you can set the lighting sensitivity up to a 8m range, the duration from 5 seconds to 12 minutes and the daylight sensitivity from 10 to 20,000 lux.
Extra security in your home
The sensor has a 1000 viewing angle and 8 meter range. This offers you extra security in your home, as the light will deter intruders. If motion is detected in the night, the light will shine bright and scare away unwanted visitors.
Easy to install
The Smartwares 5000.257L Wall Light is an electric wired outdoor wall light but can be easily connected to any new or existing light fitting. All mounting materials are included and the product comes with an instruction manual.

Die Montage ist kinderleicht und die Lichtqualitt hat klar was mit den Lampen zu tun die eingebaut werden .
Wechsel der Lampen und das Einstellen des Sensors ist super einfach und Recht gut erkl
Really good light, very sensitive and adjustable from how long it stays on, to the the motion detection distance. Took some fiddling about and wandering outside to test settings until I was happy, but got there in the end. I’ve no street light directly near my house, so i’ve set this to come on the moment I step from the car and stays on long enough for me to get into the house, but for it not to be picked up by every passing cat or passer by. Nice looking light too.
These look lovely and light up our doorway really well. Had a bit of an issue fitting 20w bulbs though.

This was an easy replacement of an old lamp and it does the trick. Seems strong enough to last a good while, how it weather’s we can only wait and see but overall suits my needs, lights well (bulbs not included).
Nice lights, sleek minimalist design. . They Look more expensive than the money paid. I’m not confident wiring electrics so had to call in an electrician. Ordered four but unfortunately one of them had a defect therefore this one is being returned. I have now ordered a replacement. A little frustrated as this is now proving a little more costly than originally thought as I have to get the electrician back to fit the replacement. Overall would recommend but haven’t rated 5 stars due to receiving a faulty light.

Excellent quality outdoor light. Easy to adjust sensor settings and it provides a nice light. Provided rawl plugs and screws as terrible as they always are with things like this, so make sure you’ve got a decent set handy if installing in to brick work, but other than that small issue, I’m delighted with the purchase.
I’m sure the light itself is great. It certainly looks good and feels solid. However, I think that the “2 lights” comment in the title is quite misleading as I thought I’d actually be getting a pair of these lights (which is what I needed). I didn’t realise that the “2 lights” meant that both lights were in the one unit (one light points up while the other points down). That particular penny only dropped when I opened the box to find a single unit. As such, it isn’t the bargain I thought I was getting. This shouldn’t detract from the light itself. As I said, it certainly looks and feels well constructed. I can’t assess the motion detection or ease of installation as I won’t be fitting it. That’s the only reason I haven’t rated those aspects. If there was an “As described?” rating though, I’d have to give it a single star rating. But then, perhaps that was just me being niaive.
Great value especially as this exact same light is literally twice the price in Wickes. Good quality. Is a bit fiddly to get the lamp onto the base on final assambly. Works very well so far.
Very good light at a good price, it does exactly the same as more expensive lights the same style. Sensor works great.
lights are well made and good price. rubber grommet on cable entry is quite fiddly. probably easier with flex ather than T&E
Not a lot of room inside for the cables so they have to be exactly the right length. My bolts were too long and thus it wouldn’t seal properly when tightened up (as the nuts have a closed back) so had to add 3mm plastic washer to get a tight enough fit.

Die Wandlampen schauen an der Fassade sehr gut aus und preislich sind sie Ok.
Leider ist eine davon schon nach 1 Jahr defekt.
I have just fitted three of these. So far I’m impressed with the overall quality of the lamps and found them relatively easy to fit. My lamps were supplied with a grey coloured sensor rather than white; the grey looks much better in my opinion. One of my lamps had a fault in that it would activate during the day even when the sensor was set to the minimum light sensitivity. However, Amazon replaced it next day so it was only a minor inconvenience. This led me to purchase a fourth as a spare, so that I can be sure to have an exact match should I need to replace one in the future.
Diese Wandleuchte arbeitet wirklich sehr zuverlssig. Die Beschreibung fr die Montage war git. Ich wrde die Leuchte auf jeden Fall weiter empfehle
So far so good. I have installed three of these lights and they have been working for about a month.
I particularly like that the adjustment for daylight, sensitivity and timer are on the front of the unit and easy to access.
I have 5W daylight LED bulbs in the light and theses are bright enough.
The lights have a nice brushed stainless steel finish and look really smart.
Sind sehr schn!! Ich finde sie sehen sehr hochwertig aus. Lichtgabe wrde ich sagen Mittel. Sind sehr zufrieden, haben 2 bestellt. Vielleicht werden es noch mehr. Leicht anzubringen und anzuschlieen.
Kann leider nur vier Sterne geben weil leider kein Leuchtmittel dabei war .
Bin aber super zufrieden mit dem Bewegungsmelder .
