Why It Doesn’t Work?
- Please make sure the switch is on. Cover the solar panel on the top of the light with your hand or flip it upside down, slightly push the on/off button to turn on the light to test if the solar light works. (The top can be opened and the switch button is inside. )
- If it doesn’t work, please charge it under direct sunlight without any shelter in the daytime. It is charging only when the button is turned to ON.
- Auto on/off from dusk to dawn. It doesn’t light up in the daytime or when another light shining on it since the solar light has built-in light-operated sensor element, make sure no other strong light shining on it at night.
- Installed it with no shade from Trees, Buildings, and far from exterior lighting sources like street lights.
Please Note:
- Please make sure to turn on the switch before use
- Prior to first use, please charge the outdoor solar lights light for 1 sunny day
- Please kindly note that as a solar-powered product, the working time is weather sensitive
- If battery capacity reduces over time, switch the light off for 3-5 sunny days in order to boost the batteries
- If the ground is too hard, do not forcefully twist or hammer it. Try to soften the ground with water and then insert into the ground

Absolutely fantastic product, look amazing in the garden, and don’t look cheap or tacky like I thought they would, haven’t had a down pour yet so. I’m a little concerned that they will rust up inside like other customers have mentioned, but still, think I’ll put the bubble wrap over the top, the wrap that they were packaged in, when it rains just to stop any corrosion that may occur inside.so far so good, will buy some more just for back up and will put some clear sealemt around the edge inside, to stop any rain getting in just in case
I got them on sale and one had an issue that was dealt with quickly by their support.
They seem to work pretty well, over 4 hours, and I’m not 100% sure how much of the battery is charged up with the UK sun, hopefully middle of summer it will be even longer 🙂

These were well packaged & easy to assemble. They lit up the first night I put them out in my garden despite only having a couple of hours in the sun to charge. The lights looked very pretty & flickery & had a nice warm feel to them. They were it for a good few hours before they dimmed & I am sure they will last even longer after a full charge. Very pleased as these were also a good price.
Love these lights… Have made my garden look so much better and easy to put together.

These torches are a beautiful addition to my garden and balcony . I would have happily given them a 5* rating had it not been that only 2 / 4 of one of the sets didn’t work, which I only discovered when I came to set them in place recently:( I would advise anyone who purchase these to check them if they are not intending using them straight away!

Brilliant orange flame glow love it Cannot possibly comment on weatherproof battery life or longevity until I have had the for much longer so not appropriate questions here. I love the lamp and they were promptly sent. Instructions on how to turn them on would have helped…. had to dismantle to find switch.
What I like about these is that they are really energy efficient and weatherproof. I bought some last year and they survived the winter very well, even the snow and storms. There was no corrosion and they still work fine. Compare that with the aluminum ones I also bought that leaked and the water got in corroding the battery connections. So I replaced those metal ones with more of these resin ones and I’m happy with them. Being an amber light they last longer at dusk too than the white light aluminum ones. They are still going into the early hours of the morning so I can only assume amber light LED’s drain the batteries at a much slower rate. Ok they aren’t as bright as the white lights but that’s fine as I use them to mark where the steps leading up to the lawn are and the path down to the bins and they are perfectly fine for that. Also being of a lower intensity they are much less intense than white light and probably more nature friendly as they don’t upset the wildlife or attract moths. That they flicker too like a candle makes them aesthetically pleasing.
I love these lights.The flickering flame adds to the garden scene when sitting outside in the evening.I have now sent a set of lights to my daughter who was admiring them,and today ordered a set for my son.

Bought 8 of these lights they looked amazing at first in the summer last year 3 went off before 3weeks was over thought it may have been due to weather change but left them out anyway and no they still do not work even now with the sun out all day. I opened them all up to find the on/off metal switches have all rusted up so they are now totally useless. So 7 months on a total waste of 55.00 dont buy this product.

Bought for the summer so no idea how good they are yet. They are smaller than the normal solar torches.
I bought these to place around the garden during Christmas. At first I could not get the flame to come on. I took the screw top off and realised there is a small on/ off switch that the instructions do not tell you about. They now work perfectly, however if there is not much sun during the day, they go out after about 2 hours. If it is a bright day, they stay on all night. I am very happy with the produc

I charged these for a couple of hours after receipt and they lit with no problem. Bright yellow flame like light. Unfortunately there has not been a great deal of sun in the past few days but the lights still come on at darkness, even for a couple of hours. Today is sunny so this evening we should have a fine “flame display”.
These torches look good in the garden around the pond. Only had them a couple of weeks and we haven’t had a treat deal of sun but they come on each evening – but of course they can only stay on if there’s been enough sun to charge the batteries. The more sun they get the longer they stay on.
After having the lights for 6 weeks we now find that only two lights are working evening though we have had good weather conditions . Unable to contact seller through Amazo

Downside no instructions what-so-ever in box took five minutes to find the on/off switches which are inside the torch and you have to remove the bulbs to access them.
One wasnt working when they arrived so ordered a new pack. It was too much hassle sending them back. Look very pretty when all working which can be sometimes not all togethe

I bought these for my parents garden as I wanted something to give a nice outdoor glow in the evenings. We planted them in a few garden containers – so easy to install. They come on very reliably in the evening and look really great. They give off a lovely almost flame like glow and are so relaxing to watch.
This is one of those that look really good during the day time as well as at night time when it lights up. The colour and randomness of the flame is very convincing. It gives the path a cosy look where we have put these in our garden. It feels well built and sturdy too.
These lovely solar lanterns give a really good cosy flame effect. They charge well, even on the recent cloudy days, and add a lovely touch to my back garden. More decorative than a big illumination but just what I was looking for. Tempted to buy another set.

Absolutely love these lights. The effect is great. The glow is strong and flickers as a torch should. Husband is so impressed he wants a second set they look that good.!
These are just what I wanted, but on of the four has a very short life, stops after an hour or two while the rest carry on for several more hours. All placed in the open, so not a shading issue.
These are just so much fun. I bought these for a tiki garden style party and I love them. They really do flicker. For what I wanted them for to add a bit of atmosphere to my tiki party they are just perfect.
No instructions in the box of how to turn the lights on so di not work for 4days. Unscrewed the lid and found very small swoon under lid now working ok.

One of the lanterns stopped working after a couple of weeks.
I live in London and my only outdoor space is a pretty bleak patio out the back of my flat. These lights were perfect for sprucing it up during lockdown and are great now we have shorter days but still warm evenings. They allow me and my flatmates to enjoy these last of the summer evenings without it being too dark. They faired very well in the high wind we’ve had this week too.
These are beautiful lights 3 out of 4 are working fine but one stopped working after the first day . Im giving it a few days incase its not changed too well
Only problem 2 have only lasted a week, unsure how to contact for replacements. Shame as they are really really nice

I used them around our caravan we are well pleased unfortunately one of the light doesn’t work
Id like it more if the light lasted all night not just around 4 hours after being in direct sunlight for 20 hours.
Love the pattern of these, have not yet put them out in garden.
So I ordered these in May and one was broken on arrival which a was able to mend, when they were all working they were beautiful but sadly one by one the flame went out and now August 3rd I have none
Fairly cheap and nice looking lights. the flame effect is good. as expected with cheaper ones they dont always last too long but if your only out for a few hours at night then these are fine
This is a great addition to our garden. The design and it the flickering lights looks very nice in the dark.
Bought 4 in May 2020,looked nice when working, but now none of them are working,they are well made its a shame reading the reviews they have not rectified the problem if they had been ok I would have bought some more.
These lights were lovely when i got them but i have had them only 2 wks and 2 of themhave stopped working, so very disapointing as we have had plenty of sun.

Have only good things to say about these lights. All 4 came neatly packed in individual boxes. Unpacked and put them in the garden, by evening (after dark) they were glowing and flickering like real flames. Remember to open the top and switch on the little switch for it to work. One of the torches wasn’t working, emailed the seller and within 10 days a new replacement was shipped. Very impressive.

It’s bright and waterproof which is a bonus.
These are very effective, not very bright but they are orange and flicker like a flame. Unfortunately 1 has stopped working will email seller and see if we can resolve issue. I would buy them
I have had three lots of these lights now from different companies and they are all very good indeed, but unfortunately with this order of four, one isn’t working. I am happy to return it for a replacement if you let me have the return details. I don’t know how long it will take me, as I am 80 and still self isolating, so cannot go to the post office yet.
1 light doesn’t work have reported it to seller who said they would replace it so still waiting for it to arrive,the other 3 look really good at night very realistic.
Brilliant for 4 weeks, then the rain came and after 3 days of bad weather 2 of them have stopped working due to water ingress. Not happy. This was a brilliant product until the rain came, which is strange as they should be designed for outdoor use.
These are so much better than some more expensive ones I have brought. They are great value, look great and work well. Very happy.

When torches on they are lovely bought 4 and one already doesn’t work. Torches look lovely when on but only stay on for approx 2hrs and that’s with a full days sun charge. Have tried turning them off and leaving them to charge for 5 days as recommended still only stayed on for a couple hours
