Why It Doesn’t Work?
- Please make sure the switch is on. Cover the solar panel on the top of the light with your hand or flip it upside down, slightly push the on/off button to turn on the light to test if the solar light works. (The top can be opened and the switch button is inside. )
- If it doesn’t work, please charge it under direct sunlight without any shelter in the daytime. It is charging only when the button is turned to ON.
- Auto on/off from dusk to dawn. It doesn’t light up in the daytime or when another light shining on it since the solar light has built-in light-operated sensor element, make sure no other strong light shining on it at night.
- Installed it with no shade from Trees, Buildings, and far from exterior lighting sources like street lights.
Please Note:
- Please make sure to turn on the switch before use
- Prior to first use, please charge the outdoor solar lights light for 1 sunny day
- Please kindly note that as a solar-powered product, the working time is weather sensitive
- If battery capacity reduces over time, switch the light off for 3-5 sunny days in order to boost the batteries
- If the ground is too hard, do not forcefully twist or hammer it. Try to soften the ground with water and then insert into the ground

Pretty & Brigh
These were well packaged & easy to assemble. They lit up the first night I put them out in my garden despite only having a couple of hours in the sun to charge. The lights looked very pretty & flickery & had a nice warm feel to them. They were it for a good few hours before they dimmed & I am sure they will last even longer after a full charge. Very pleased as these were also a good price.

This product looks great and works well, but the light does cut out earlier than you’d expect if the day is very gloomy.

Beautiful addition to our balcony
These torches are a beautiful addition to my garden and balcony . I would have happily given them a 5* rating had it not been that only 2 / 4 of one of the sets didn’t work, which I only discovered when I came to set them in place recently:( I would advise anyone who purchase these to check them if they are not intending using them straight away!

Brilliant orange flame glow love it Cannot possibly comment on weatherproof battery life or longevity until I have had the for much longer so not appropriate questions here. I love the lamp and they were promptly sent. Instructions on how to turn them on would have helped…. had to dismantle to find switch.

There was no corrosion and they still work fine. Compare that with the aluminum ones I also bought that leaked and the water got in corroding the battery connections. So I replaced those metal ones with more of these resin ones and I’m happy with them. Being an amber light they last longer at dusk too than the white light aluminum ones. They are still going into the early hours of the morning so I can only assume amber light LED’s drain the batteries at a much slower rate. Ok they aren’t as bright as the white lights but that’s fine as I use them to mark where the steps leading up to the lawn are and the path down to the bins and they are perfectly fine for that. Also being of a lower intensity they are much less intense than white light and probably more nature friendly as they don’t upset the wildlife or attract moths. That they flicker too like a candle makes them aesthetically pleasing.

Flickering flame torch
I love these lights.The flickering flame adds to the garden scene when sitting outside in the evening.I have now sent a set of lights to my daughter who was admiring them,and today ordered a set for my son.

They look very good. And the light at night is stunning. My only disappointment is how long they light for. They do not last more than an hour. I would not or brought them if I knew how long they work for. Especially because of the cost of them. Otherwise, I am pleased with the quality.

Flame Glow torches
I charged these for a couple of hours after receipt and they lit with no problem. Bright yellow flame like light. Unfortunately there has not been a great deal of sun in the past few days but the lights still come on at darkness, even for a couple of hours. Today is sunny so this evening we should have a fine “flame display”.

These torches look good in the garden around the pond. Only had them a couple of weeks and we haven’t had a treat deal of sun but they come on each evening – but of course they can only stay on if there’s been enough sun to charge the batteries. The more sun they get the longer they stay on.

Downside no instructions what-so-ever in box took five minutes to find the on/off switches which are inside the torch and you have to remove the bulbs to access them.

For a great effect in your garde
I bought these for my parents garden as I wanted something to give a nice outdoor glow in the evenings. We planted them in a few garden containers – so easy to install. They come on very reliably in the evening and look really great. They give off a lovely almost flame like glow and are so relaxing to watch.

This is one of those that look really good during the day time as well as at night time when it lights up. The colour and randomness of the flame is very convincing. It gives the path a cosy look where we have put these in our garden. It feels well built and sturdy too.

These lovely solar lanterns give a really good cosy flame effect. They charge well, even on the recent cloudy days, and add a lovely touch to my back garden. More decorative than a big illumination but just what I was looking for. Tempted to buy another set.

Almost very good
These are just what I wanted, but on of the four has a very short life, stops after an hour or two while the rest carry on for several more hours. All placed in the open, so not a shading issue.

Lovely lights but .... one stopped working
One of the lanterns stopped working after a couple of weeks.
Sturdy, pretty lights good for sprucing up an outdoor patio
I live in London and my only outdoor space is a pretty bleak patio out the back of my flat. These lights were perfect for sprucing it up during lockdown and are great now we have shorter days but still warm evenings. They allow me and my flatmates to enjoy these last of the summer evenings without it being too dark. They faired very well in the high wind we’ve had this week too.

So I ordered these in May and one was broken on arrival which a was able to mend, when they were all working they were beautiful but sadly one by one the flame went out and now August 3rd I have none

Fairly cheap and nice looking lights. the flame effect is good. as expected with cheaper ones they dont always last too long but if your only out for a few hours at night then these are fine

Oh dear....
They work as expected. However, one of the spikes for sticking in the ground was not the right size diameter for the pole. It was too big and didn’t fit.
Bad buy.
Bought 4 in May 2020,looked nice when working, but now none of them are working,they are well made its a shame reading the reviews they have not rectified the problem if they had been ok I would have bought some more.

Solar torch ligh
Work well although not very bright. The light flicker is good from a distance it looks like a real candle flickering. Easy to put together, switch on and put in the ground.

Great addition to our garde
Have only good things to say about these lights. All 4 came neatly packed in individual boxes. Unpacked and put them in the garden, by evening (after dark) they were glowing and flickering like real flames. Remember to open the top and switch on the little switch for it to work. One of the torches wasn’t working, emailed the seller and within 10 days a new replacement was shipped. Very impressive.

This looks amazing, easy to install, it does flicker like a candle and looks fantastic at night time.
Neighbors though I had a candle inside.

1 light doesn’t work have reported it to seller who said they would replace it so still waiting for it to arrive,the other 3 look really good at night very realistic.

Brilliant for 4 weeks, then the rain came and after 3 days of bad weather 2 of them have stopped working due to water ingress. Not happy. This was a brilliant product until the rain came, which is strange as they should be designed for outdoor use.

Nice when lit doesn't stay on for long
When torches on they are lovely bought 4 and one already doesn’t work. Torches look lovely when on but only stay on for approx 2hrs and that’s with a full days sun charge. Have tried turning them off and leaving them to charge for 5 days as recommended still only stayed on for a couple hours
