Really good product. Only issue is that only the body is soft. The head is solid.
Great Baby Yoda
My son LOVES this, gutted I didn’t buy it sooner when it was only 26, it shot right up closer to Christmas.
The head is firm plastic, a little soft but you can still bend it in a little if that makes sense.
The body is basically a bean bag so you can sit it up easily, arms a floppy and can be made to play with easily.

Very realistic and life like. Looks almost identical to the one in the Mandalorian series they use. The eyes are great and seem to follow toy around the room.
it is bigger than expected, the perfect size for a child to cuddle.
The head is made of a soft plastic and the body is stuffed with a mixture of stuffing and little round beans like in a bean bag. It has no feet which is not a big deal because it has such a very cuddly body.
The only thing I found wrong with it was the coat it has had not been hemmed which is a little odd. It has started to fray already.
But that is an easy fix with some sowing equipment. It is obviously just an over sight by the manufacturer probably trying to rush to get them out on sale.

He’s absolutely adorable and I dare you not to fall in love straight away. He loves his hugs, you can squeeze him as his body is so soft and squashy with a good bit of weight to him like a baby,.
No legs, don’t care, hem not stitched, not bothered, you have to see him in the plush to appreciate him hes worth every penny and I didn’t pay small. The packaging box is his egg made of cardboard and I’m keeping it for him till he outgrown it, need somewhere to keep him out of mischief at times as you can see by the pic he’s into everything. I cannot fault him, he’s here to stay and no its not for a kid its for me 55yrs old but I don’t care he’s sooooo cute even my dogs are jealous of him , every home should have one tbh

He is beautiful. So cute the head and hands are hard plastic but the body is soft. I read the reviews about the coat.. yes the ends aren’t hemmed but a couple of tiny stitches will hold it in place if I ever feel he needs it… he is adorable and will have a place on my sofa. The box can be kept to store him in if you want. I am so pleased I bought him… for me

He has a little beanie bag body and no legs or feet, which is a little disappointing, but you can’t tell under his cloak.

There’s something about the child that’s making me unable to take my eyes off him. It’s a power I can’t explain.
On a real note this is really good quality and accurate 1:1 scale. The only negative is that the clothing can easily be torn so I would just be careful with it.

This is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen and my son absolutely adores him BUT it is really really annoying the robe isn’t hemmed. He’s only had it a day and we’ve now had to trim and singe the edges with a lighter until I can attempt to hem it myself as it was fraying really badly! I feel this should of been done.

Compared to other The Child toys this one has a good likeness. The cot packaging is suitable for the toy but doesn’t really look like the cot from the TV show as it is flat backed and curved to accommodate the toy. Bought as a gift so hope child will be happy.
Adorable though ears are a bit jabby
This little dude is SO cute! He has a cuddly tummy and his face is so sweet though the head, ears and hands are hard plastic and if you cuddle him you might get jabbed in the ribs by an rogue ear. Softer ears would be a good upgrade.

My mrs loves this more than she loves me. Its very detailed and she said hes cute.
I bought this for my girlfriend who was thrilled by this cute little fellow. I’ve compared versus two other Baby Yoda options out in the market to adopt:
– a 25 basic animatronic version which makes noises when squeezed which is fine if you need that function but it’s half the size of this toy and the facial resemblance is a bit off.
– a 60 version with remote control which moves and follows you which is great if you want the bells and whistles but you pay for it.
I could list the downsides with this guy: no feet, hem of the jacket is frayed, the packaging could have been an actual cot like in the TV show. But he’s very into the environment (doesn’t need batteries unlike the other two) and very huggable (a soft bean bag body although hard vinyl head) and now a much beloved member of the family.

I am a 26YO woman who ordered this for myself because I desired an accurate replica of The Child to add to my collection. The plush is accurate, the ‘clothing’ is soft, the body is squishable, and the face is cute. What’s not to love? I have him stood next to my PC monitor.
The only things I would alter would be to hem the coat (I will be doing that myself) and to perhaps add a small amount of fuzz to the head.

It really does have a cute face! So many other have funny looking faces and the eyes are really realistic. The only thing that made me chuckle is it’s got no legs just a bean bag stump under the coat but it doesn’t really bother me. The vinyl is good quality, the material of the coat is a bit scratchy and not very cuddly but I might make it a new one

I have beed a huge fan of Star Wars since I was a 7 year old (1977) When I seen this Baby Yoda I just had to buy it. For me this is not a toy but something to sit on my shelf and make me smile. If you are using this to display its perfect. They have really thought about this toy being displayed and the packaging is designed to do that. Its a great size (its life size…..baby Yoda size.) Looks like the real thing.

Perfect! A baby is a lot of work, and we don’t have space for a puppy, but The Child is a perfect compromise of adorability and low effort! Highly recommended.
There is nothing negative about this Child. I absolutely love it. His robe is unhemmed yes, but I feel it’s part of his heritage. A thin layer of PVA glue round the bottom edge would prevent shredding. He’s a perfect size for cuddling, he sits beside me on the settee and gets a cuddle every night. The cardboard crib has a plastic backing so you can’t sit him really any other way in it. I kept it but don’t use it. His face is just do adorable. No legs or feet but that doesn’t bother me, his robe would have covered them anyway. Can’t recommend enough.

Delivered on our doorstep by the delivery man and tied to his pod packaging which was wrapped in brown wrapping paper and placed inside a cardboard box, ready to greet you when opened. Probably the most “realistic” looking baby yoda I’ve come across and very cute, with glinty, sparkly eyes and a soft stuffed body. Designed to have no legs so he can be held and sat up more easily but so perfectly made that you won’t care!

My son likes the Yoda that much that he insist I call it a baby Yoda.
When this arrived, it was well packaged and the box itself was designed like baby Yoda’s cradle so my son kept that as part of the toy. The toy is quite large and feels substantial to hold. The head is plastic and the body is stuffed with a mixture of stuffing and little round beans like in a bean bag. So it’s got a cuddly body. My son loves it so much. But I marked it down to 4 stars as the robe it wears is not hemmed and within a couple of weeks that became quite tatty. I can’t sew so I can’t hem it myself. I can either keep chopping off the frayed bits or get someone to hem it for me. Considering the price of the toy, it should have been better finished. Especially since it’s for kids.

I bought this as a surprise for my teenage daughter and she fell in love with him, as have I! His eyes are very realistic and his body weighted to feel lifelike. He can often be found on the sofa watching tv with us lol!

upon receiving it however we all couldn’t believe just how damn cute he actually is, to the point where I was promptly told to order another one as my girlfriend wanted one, so now we have two of the little nippers. As for the build of the toy, its great, the texture on the head is very well done looks just like the TV show. His shiny big eyes give off an almost alive look, and I swear his expression sometimes looks sad and sometimes looks happy. I didn’t expect the way its weighted to kinda feel like a baby either, you almost want to just pat his bum when your holding him.

Incredibly Cute Plush
Fantastic plush toy with an incredible likeness of the character. Definitely worth the money if you can afford it. There’s even articulation on the neck, so you can turn the head left and right. The lack of legs/feet also does not bother me. If I had to give one complaint though, the bottom of the robe isn’t hemmed, so it frays very quickly.

Really high quality
I ordered this for my sister, she loved the show and the toy really captures his likeness. The box was smashed to bits when it arrived, but Amazon did a good job packaging it so nothing was damaged inside. The only downside is that even after more than a week out of the box he still smells really weird, we even washed him and the smell won’t go away.

OK, apart from cute what can you say.? Well it has eyes that follow you around the room and depending on the angle, sometimes he looks wistful, concerned, engaged or quizzical (sometimes all at once). He now has a ‘spot’ in our living room and you always find yourself seeing how he is when you enter (though that is probably lockdown affecting us all psychologically). We’ve taken him out of his transporter crib thing and he seems happier. Apparently there were plans to make a really expensive one that you had to feed slimy frogs and could actually lift things with the Force, but presumably because the battery power requirement and the lack of slimy frogs meant that there was no way of making it cheap enough. Though it would cool if he could operate the TV remote, unpack the shopping, cook, clean and help me around the house. However, just being cute is OK for now.
