I was charged a lot more then is being advertised and should be refunded the difference. Had the product since July last year no longer works properly. Personally would advise a manual one over an automatic. It’s fine if you don’t care how your coffee tastes and don’t know how a late should look.
Love it , easy to use, great latte or cappuccino with 1 button.
After setting up the machine only the two top espresso lights were illuminated and I couldn’t initiate the latte or cappuccino function – it turns out the milk tank wasn’t pushed in enough as it was quite stiff and it prevented the machine from using those two functions (even though it allowed me to produce steam through the wand).
After that initial bad start it actually produces a good cup of coffee, I’d recommend getting a decent burr grinder as most pre-ground coffee you buy in supermarkets are too coarse and will produce a weak espresso.
Really great machine, saved a fortune on buying coffees out & about!
This wonderful little gem has such a small footprint. Froths beautifully. The only minor point is that there are only bare essential instructions. I’m finding little things as I go that should be highlighted in the manual as people who don’t know coffee machines well may not realise and therefore not get the best out of this fantastic machine.
It’s very pretty, easy to use and makes good coffees. However it’s a lot and I mean a lot of plastic. I thought just maybe for the price it was at the wood would be real but unfortunately that was plastic too. Despite the tools that come with it being plastic I was happy it came with them, saved me money this month not having to buy them too. Despite this one issue I love the coffee machine
Enjoying using this machine. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. Love the colour and the wood. The espresso setting is great but the milk frother isn’t as good. It makes too much foam. So we aren’t as keen. On the latte/cappuccino function. We are happy to use a separate milk frother. Easy to use, easy to clean. On the whole after a week of use we love it.
Not sure if I have the same machine some people are moaning about, I have the Nordic blue and it’s stunning, sturdy and works better than I expected, I have taken note of staining issues so I place another cup under when I remove the one I just made to catch any drips, the milk addition is great, I highly recommend the upgrade, using coffee beans is a great way to cut back on those plastic caps other machines use , and the flavour is so much better, I bought mine on Black Friday so was an added bonus, do I recommend, absolutely
Bought this as it was a Which? Best Buy. Wasn’t disappointed. For the money it is a cracking little machine and makes brilliant coffee. Easy to use and clean. The dial at the front of ours is slightly askew which could irritate those with OCD but the overall look of the machine is gorgeous, very retro. The plastic doesn’t stain as much as others have reported but if you let coffee sit unwiped for days the plastic will obviously start to stain. It does, however, drip! We just leave a small bowl underneath to catch the drips so it’s really no big deal. For its bargain price and sheer beauty this little machine is an absolute winner.

Easy to choose the type and size of your coffee and produce lovely frothy milk for hot chocolate. Simple initial set up and operation. The water tank has plenty of capacity as has the milk tank. Looks good and slightly retro. The only problem with this machine is that you’ll end up drinking far too much coffee!
