Great teasmade. Clock gains time but it doesnt bother me as I use another alarm and clock. Tend to use at the weekends. Really good
The teasmade itself is lovely and makes a lovely cup of tea however the ‘make tea now’ feature doesn’t work.
Teasmade was very easy to set up and use and makes 2 good sized mugs of tea in extra quick time. Instructions were easy to follow and controls are easy to use even for tecnophobs. Clock display brightness is easy to adjust and clock keeps excellent time. Teasmade looks great, would highly recommend this item.

It makes tea automatically . Placement of the teapot is critical or is does not boil. Teapot is not dishwasher proof . Works well and it is very pleasant to wake up to a fresh pot of tea
Had a previous model of this which began to leak but only after several years of relaible use. Hoping for similar longevity from this model. looks good and makes a good brew. We make it on demand so do not user the timer.

I am very pleased with the accuracy of the clock. Overall a very nice sensation to wake up to each morning.

I bought this product recently and gave it a really bad review because the clock did not work.
(It lost hours!). However it has be checked by an electrician. In fact it was a faulty plug.
Now this has been fixed the teas-maid works fine.
Bought for my 80 year old mum she can easily manage it and uses it every morning
Best thing is you don’t have to use the alarm you can just press start when you wake up and in a few minutes you have a pot of tea
