Works well bigger and more powerful than my previous one. Just one thing make sure you check the pipe size before buying, the outlet pipe was too big for my flex pipe had to buy a reducer connector but worked well once all connected up.

It’s easy to instal. 2 screws to open for cleaning. Internal pump removes from casing for easy cleaning. Quiet operation.
Put this pump in nearly 3 months ago and have not had to clean it out yet. Was feeding into 2 filter boxes anc had to clean them out weekly. Made my own larger filt box to cope with the flow and my pond has cleared so I can now see the fish. Will need to clean top sponges at weekend but pump still going strong…
The instructions say about removing the two screws holding the lid closed for transit. Only read that bit when it seemed difficult to open. After removing them it was all very easy to set up. There’s not much inside the case but what is there seems nicely made and put together. Only time will tell how reliable it is in the long term. All OK after 1 month.
I used the pump in conjunction with my Oase filter to pump up to a waterfall.
It provides plenty of flow for my needs and the water fall looks great.

Bought to supply a waterfall feature via a pressurized filter. Good flow rate nod seems to be happy pumping away 24/7 for a week so far (pond water is pretty murky to start with)

At first i thought it was great then along came the weekly or three time weekly de clog
Im using it to power the waterfall in my outdoor tank but it gets clogged to much then stops working
I have a large filter pump in there to but it still gets clogged
I had a oase pump for 25 years finally gave up this new pump is a little better but more output it is a better design and less voltage

Pumps quietly and gives an excellent flow ov water to my filter uni
The hardest part was supplying a safe electric feed to the pond. Once I sorted that out it was fine. The water cleared after 2 weeks and the fish lying near the surface as the o2 levels improved. It’s fine for my 5x4x2 foot pond. Good value and just keeps umping!

I like how easy it is to clean. And sits nicely of the bottom of the pond. Also this model seems quite powerful compared to my previous pump that was rated higher than this one. Very pleased with this pump.
Bought to replace previous pump,was smaller then old pump but same pump rating,comes with about 5 metre of cable,no plug but I wired it to external fuse box with MCB.Cleared pond in about 2 days with separate UV light,and now keeping pond pretty clear since.
Shame there is no flexible output adjustment. Had no option but to leave upright. Runs and pumps well but is noisy.
Easy to fit and does the job , only thing now is – will it last ? Will know the answer to that in a yea

Purchased this product to pump through a fountain and works very well. It was easy to install and so far pleased with my purchase.
i needed a new pump so decided on this one as a close replacement, i like the side water outlet as i didn’t want one for a fountain, it has a good flow of water so does the job for me and i knew it wouldn’t be a proper filter pump.
Plain brown box arrived containing the 13000 model. Photo shows the rather basic contents. A retail box or colour leaflet would’ve brightened up the delivery. All seems a bit ‘wholesale’ . Not installed yet but thought the photos would help anyone expecting more than the very basic level of packaging and instructions.

This pump is brilliant, I’ve had a few different brands and must say this pump is so much better than my old ones. Water flowed down my waterfall within 2 seconds of switching this on. The flow is perfect and the larger holes make it extremely good at sending the larger debris to my filter. Would definitely recommend.
So much better than the pump we had, lighter, more effective, keeps pond clean, half the price of some retail stores, thought it would be a temp solution when actually it’s a great pump at great value. Massive improvement if the one I had which was twice the price
My very old pump failed and was not repairable so I opted for this replacement as it was on sale. I was initially concerned because it was much smaller than the outgoing pump but it works at a similar capacity. I have quite a large pond and the pump is used to push water through a filter and out through a feature. Which it does admirably well.
I must give this company 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction, had 2 pumps from them over 5 years 1st pump ran non stop for4 years awesome! second one ran for 1 year none stop failed last week, rang swell ltd no problem new pump was delivered next day under their 3 year guarantee can not fault for service A HARVEY

This was a replacement for an old pump. It was quick to fit, is a lot smaller and easier to clean than my previous pump. So far perfect for the size pond I have.

Bought to replace a much more expensive pump which has stopped working although only 19 months old. It wa still under guarantee but the company (not Amazon ) wanted it returned to them at my expense before deciding on a course of action?? Decided to purchase a new pump instead. This Swell pump was delivered overnight is half the price, runs like a dream, is very easy to set up. If it lasts as long as the guarantee it will be money well spent!

This little pump is doing a grand job, it’s powerful for its size and can raise the water easily 1.3mtr to the filter box through a UV light box. Very pleased
Works fine for me. Maybe should have bought a bigger pump as they always seem to lose power after a while.
It apparently does not have a water volume adjustment, if it does it is not made clear in the instructions book .
Just installed the pump i am anticipating it will last longer than previous pumps I have purchased from other sellers looking good fingers crossed others have only lasted 3 to 5 months
Not sure on the flow rate being accurate.
I’m going to need a bigger one. Maybe my hose is too long. So should have over sized the pump.
Also a bit fiddly to clean for me the lid always falls off, hinges could hold the lid better

Bought to replace an Oase pump which we have had for about 12 years, seems to be doing the job so far.
Best pond pump I’ve ever bought. What I really liked about it is how easy it is to clean, all the bits can be dismantled by hand in seconds (no tools required) , cleaned under running water and re-assembled in seconds again. Very clever design.
It is hard to say anything about this item so far so good but I only got it for a few days ask two years down the line again and I can say something more useful

Wonderful pump, easy to install and to clean plus a price that is very reasonable.
Used in our fishpond as a replacement for another make that had failed, this one is considerably cheaper but has met with all of my expectations. It is robust and well packaged for delivery. The package contains everything that I would expect.
This replaces a bigger unit (similar flow rate, but 20+ years old & probably less efficient). It has been pumping for weeks now, as hoped. Bags of flow, but it does hum very slightly, which I had not noticed with the old unit – The fish don’t seem to mind.
