Looks way beyond its price.
This has replaced an elderly, industrial designed Dell running Windows 10 Pro. I bought the Teclast via Amazon Warehouse at a very low price.
The laptop looks great. Sleek and slim but as its made of metal rigid with it. I wanted a modern look and got it. Windows setup was smooth and silent – no hard disks of course. Windows Home doesn’t burden the hardware too much. I would suggest turning all the fancy graphical stuff off in Win10. I use my laptop for writing etc and light web browsing so never really stress them. Nice IPS screen. Nice keyboard. Nice option to add M.2 SSD. Battery appears awesome. All the setup etc I did, trying it out etc for many hours and it still showed 3+hrs battery.
Overall this laptop looks and behaves well beyond its price point. If it had a premium make badge on it you would not question it. The screen bezels are larger than the image shows. Therefore off a star. Longevity is the only question – we shall see.
Satisfactory
Great product, strong speed and sufficient internal storage. Also, it is portable enough to be carried around my house to any room and has proper comparability with my wireless mouse. The battery lasts for a while, but the only issue I have is that the laptop goes into hibernate when I press sleep, even after I’ve gone through the advanced settings to try and fix this.
Price-wise it's the best laptop, you can get on Amazon.
Love the metallic body design OS is so smooth and the battery lasts so long.
Best budget laptop
For the price it’s a great laptop. Decent enough speed for Web and YouTube. Great screen and resolution too. The metal case makes it feel like an expensive laptop, the only downside are the keys, they are delicate!
Not as good as previous modles.
It is being a pain updating very slow, I have had a number of Teclast laptops and this is by far the worst. Initial set up was fine, but updating to the newest windows 10 is a pain, don’t know if it is a hardware problem or software problem, will let you know. Ok update of my review finally got all the updates to install took a very long time for it to do this spent a whole day, but once installed the laptop is working fine very clear screen YouTube vids work ok at HD. This is not a gaming machine its ok for casual computing, using office etc, surfing the net and streaming vids. for the price I paid direct from China yes it is worth it now, but only time will tell.
highly commend the laptop
The price is reasonable. I use it for online studying, everything is good for me. and the outlook is looking good as well. Especially the battery can last for longer time than I expected.

Item arrived on time and setting up was really easy. I am still getting used to it but, so far, it hasn’t caused me any problems, unlike my phone and laptop, so all good. I do a lot of video calls when I am out and about so I’m looking forward to taking my tablet which has a good size screen and better quality video.
A Very Good Laptop
I now have had this laptop for around 4 weeks and am very happy with it. It is very comfortable to use , the keys have a very soft touch and the screen very clear.Though it was supplied with the American keyboard this was quite easy to accept once you became accustomed with how to insert the and also the @. I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting a not too complicated laptop. There are a few points which were a little disappointing for me .
1. It would have been useful if a guide booklet had been with the item so as to see the layout plan of it etc.
2. It did not recognize my external disk drive which was perfectly OK for my existing laptop and the need to replace it.
3.On switching on after the TECLAST page the next page is slow to appear and sometime does not show. I have found this unusual.
As i have said I am overall very pleased with this and would welcome comments from TELCAST>
Lovely item worth buying
This is very light weight the battery life is good. Only one problem we had to change the keyboard characters as they were for U.S. took a while to figure that out.
Why No Stirling?
Compared to other purchases I have made in the past, this was better value for money. Easy to set up and very clear screen. The only problem I have is that the @ digit is to be found under the ” sign and visa versa and also the lack of a pound stirling digit. Other than that I am well satisfied.
Excellent little laptop for everyday use
Perfect laptop for my daughter to use for online learning. Quick to arrive. Screen is very good quality, better than my Huawei Notebook that was 200 more expensive, nice and glossy and good colour representation.
Works quickly with everyday tasks. It’s definitely the best you will get for this price point.
it is a solid piece of work
he laptop was solid and did the job it was a bit slower than my other laptop but that was hardly an issue since this one is destined for my autistic nephew it works and it is clean and tidy so it gets a thumbs up from me 🙂

Well it’s a lot lighter than my other laptop and thinner and windows 10 good colour’s on the screen very easy to use.
The product offers good value for money. It’s fast and it works just fine for what I need it whilst working from home.

Not the fastest but for the price....
Once we’d got past the ever so slow process of setting up Win10 for the first time, the laptop is reasonably responsive. Certainly it’s quicker than the item it was replacing which is all we need. I may expand the RAM to its max and possibly purchase a faster SSD, both of which would assist its response without much cost.
This is a good looking piece of kit, its lightweight, easy to carry and the screen presentation is fantastic.
Neat little laptop
So this took me a while to set up as I needed to download every update under the sun, but once that was done, it’s a great inexpensive piece of kit, not as fast as my work computer but does everything I need it to do whilst working from home. I had to download some design software and it seems to be coping with that at the moment.
Looks Expensive.
So far so good. It’s a good build laptop at a great price. Keyboard layout a little different from what we are used to in the UK regards @ Signs. But they can be got by pressing # shift key . All in see how it performs . Liked the fact different adaptations are available for Mains connection.This is the 2and part. The laptop decided not to charge above 34% battery not sure Why. Had seen another review today same problem so perhaps it’s a battery failure as opposed to the power supply I’m an electronic engineer so Guess this correct. I’m resetting it and sending back to Amazon pity as it looks the part but not much good if no Battery power.
Like most people wary of unknown computer companies offering budget laptops, I approached this with caution. I wanted a cheap laptop with more power than my old one as it was seriously lagging in most areas. It was required mainly for web browsing and book writing/designing, not streaming.
I bought this model for this two reasons.
1. It was in a lightening deal (250)
2. The company’s earlier model had been reviewed on a reputable tech website and it was favourable.
A week in and I have spent the day designing a website. Although there was some lag, it did what needed to be done with multiple windows open at once. The laptop itself is beautiful, good solid metal body and clear screen. Set up took 10 minutes, guided by Cortana.
I’ll probably review again in six months or so and see if anything’s changed, but I would definitely recommend buying if you’re after a budget laptop that won’t be required to do too much like gaming or loads of streaming — I’d be surprised if it could handle that.
Being someone who isn’t very tech savvy this is a great budget laptop to have to get used to, it talks you through the set up and is very easy to use. Very happy with this purchase.
Okay.
The laptop is nice, sleek and lightweight. My only issue is that it runs a little slower than I expected eg. I initially purchaced this for my studies. Having one study tab open disrupted also having Youtube open. The videos took a long time to pause or the picture take a a while, despite the music playing.
But I will probably look for a Wi-Fi receiver to better help this issue.
Glad I got an offer from Amazon for this product.
Good laptop
It is a good product, but it is not very good for running games and videos in hd.
