I bought the version with 2 batteries so I could swap them when one ran out but so far I’ve cut the whole hedge 3 times and only used a single battery each time and it wasn’t empty. Our hedge is approx. 2m high and totals about 25m in length. The blades are sharp. The Batteries charge quickly. The trimmer is lightweight. Great purchase.
Great machine and easy to use but I am still waiting for my second battery that was advertised as part of the deal and paid for !!! Apart from that happy with the purchase.

I put in the battery with out charging the battery first and the machine worked well. So I did a cutting face up the side of the hedge and it looked lovely. Well worth the money so far.
Not used them yet as not long received them, but. They seem good. A lot more robust than the BandQ one’s they are replacing, quieter too plus two batteries so job’s can be started and finished.

Whilst not an expensive top brand it does the job very well indeed – perfect for the thick laurel hedge – so much easier to use than the old corded version – buy with utmost confidence.
Easy to use, nice and light does what I wanted
Although not as powerful as my petrol hedge trimmer, it is quieter, lighter, less smelly and can cut all but our toughest hedges, including beech and hornbeam.

Very light weight hedge trimmer. Came with two batteries so there is a back up if you have a lot of cutting. Have used a couple of time and battery seems to last 40 minutes in full charge. Tried many corded hedge trimmers in past and this surpasses them and no cutting through the cable!

Used for hedge trimming. This is my first battery powered hedge trimmer, previously using mains and petrol powered machines. No cables to trip you up or cut or spending time refuelling. Very light but the two control switches do not feel very robust. The extra battery is a useful touch giving the freedom to cut for a long time. The batteries charge up quickly although I haven’t fully discharged either.
More robustness in the build and material quality would create a greater feeling of quality.
However, so far the Hedge Trimmer has done the job quickly and neatly and is always quickly available; just fit a charged battery and go!

The Terratek made short work of a large overgrown privet hedge, it cuts really well, seems well made, and is so easy to use. No more arm buzz from the vibration, no more nasty exhaust fumes, and it’s so light. I did 45mins work and the first battery is still going, albeit in need of a charge soon. Very pleased with this purchase, love it!

I’m new to hedge trimming, this is a great product. lightweight, easy to use and the battery lasted well over 40 mins, managed to cut at least 30 feet long over 5 feet high of hedges. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to as i am soooo impressed !

I am really glad I purchased this it does the job and is well made for the money and it’s a great price .
it performs as it should, it is light yet robust enough to trim any hedge, it will be a valued part of my gardening equipment.
Only drawback I’ve found is that if the cutting blades gets damp it stops running – even with the battery at full power! The battery runs for long enough that when it eventually runs out the second battery (if you have one) is fully charged so you’re ready to go again.

Used it to cut a hedge that has not been cut since July 2020 the branches were very thick and the hedge very dense
This piece of kit cut through the hedge very easily without any problem well worth the money we spent and the battery lasted for over an hour extremely impressive

Far better than I had initially thought it would be. I wouldn’t have known that it was cordless as there was no reduction in power. Light to hold and well balanced. All in all very happy with this hedge trimmer.

I bought this for my gardening business i normally use petrol hedge trimmers.
And i am sceptical about battery life however i used these on a customers over grown hedges i used them for around 1hr.
With no issues at all recharged the battery at home this only took 15 minutes so very little power drain. And two batteries are supplied which is ideal

This is much easier to use than a corded trimmer and if you have a large hedge the second battery really helps. Even if there’s more to do, the other battery can be recharging.

This product is very good, just as I expected, but I only received one battery not two as indicated on the description which helped me decide to place the order.
I have also lent it to my son-in-law who lives next door to me for him to do his part of our joint conifer hedge, and he found it much better than the corded one he used to borrow from me before (and has twice cut through the cable).
No such problems with this battery one!
I’ve also used it to trim my 89 year-old mother’s conifers, again with no problems.
I always keep the batteries charged so that it is easy and quick to trim any small areas of the hedges which might have begun to stick out. It used to take longer to get the cord of the old corded one untangled and subsequently put away than it did to do the actual tidying-up of the hedge.

Jolly good tool. I have been using a plug in Black n Decker, and this is slightly less gutless, and quieter, but it does a good job, charges quickly, and saves me getting the extensions cable out.
I think I’ll be using it a lot.
