Have returned to this brand
Have tried a few water safe products, as I go through quite a lot, changing 50% water in a 180 litre tank every week, but have returned to this one. It is a good quality product, you don’t have to put in as much as other products which makes it better value for money than it looks, it is more concentrated. The containers are strong which they need to be to not get punctured. It is better value on the subscribe and save which suits me. Just be careful to not spill it on clothes because it does initially stain quite a strong blue.

Don’t add tap water to aquarium without this
I always use AquaSafe on tap water for a water change it removes harmful chlorines from the water before topping up my aquarium – chlorine is probably the most lethal substance for fish.

My tap water PH is around 7.5 – 7.8. After adding this “Safe” it drops to 5.7 – 5.9. Keep checking your tank PH before water change to avoid harming your fish with acid.

Sehr gut und einfach in der Anwendung/Dosierung
Benutzen dieses Mittelchen schon seit einigen Jahren in unseren Aquarien. Macht was es soll und wir hatten damit nie Probleme. Die Dosierung wird auf der Rckseite einfach erklrt und ist auch von Laien gut anzuwenden. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Fish were treated. They never got better until I replaced this product with something else. Maybe it doesn’t work well for all type of fish. I have goldfish. I suspect this lowers water quality in my tank.

As some people mentioned, it is blue and that blue will stain fabrics so be careful! The colour goes away once you put the product into the water.

Great product, definitely works with my fish, easy to use the measurement cap, how ever it was probably better if there was a volume ratio on the label grater then 10L for better use when u start a new tank.

Unfortunately my 11 /12 year old gold fish passed away and had only started my new bottle of said. He was the oldest gold fish I had ever had. I purchased him from young with three others, but I was moving and didn’t want the unknown to happen to him. Hence my carers removed him from my pond along with a toad. My one goldfish left was 7 years old then, but settled well to living in a tank until last month. I always used said along with a filter etc and feel this enabled his great age along with decent feed etc. Highly recommend this product.

I am using it for my African Land Snails, I put it in the water which I spray their tank with, these snails are very sensitive to chlorine so it really works to keep the water safe for them. I am o second bottle now, also I added to the water which I am watering plants with
