Sturdier than I thought it would be. Nice bit of kit.

This was a replacement for the first one I bought, but since the first one lasted for over two years, and I use it a lot, I think it’s safe to say they’re good quality. It really does work, and is so effective for muscle tone.

Easy to use, comfortable and ready works. There is an adjustment that increases the strength of the workout, so as you progress you can turn up the effort needed to carry out the exercises.

This is my second purchase of the wonder core smart. The first one was not completely to my delight. This one is sturdy, smooth and easy to use. Big improvement on all areas. Wonderful.

So nice to have equipment that is easy to understand and doesn’t require a degree in computer science. I am 70 and find it perfect for me to exercise with.

I suffer from arthritis so this is very helpful in keeping my pain at bay. I had just bought a second one in the U.K. but had to leave it behind so now I’ve bought a third for use here in Prague. I use it almost everyday before I start my day.

ice product , my son whose autistic has had 4 of them. The tensioner adjuster is a weak spot on these, there made cheapley and break easily . They need to be made of a stronger material to last. Its a resonable price and he uses it for a 30 min work out evreyday so it is a good buy but it dose need to be made of better materials to las

Love, love, love this machine. I’m 65 and due to arthritis can’t kneel down for all the floor exercises so I was dubious about how useful this would be. I currently use this on the bed for sit ups, biceps and triceps exercises. I’m sure you’re supposed to use it on a firm surface but it works for me and means those exercises are still accessible. So portable and easy to use and best of all it folds down and stows away neatly.

Was unsure about this, expensive but my other half uses is regularly and as it can fold away doesn’t take over the room.

Both my wife and I have been using this now for a few weeks – it is very helpful in toning up provided you follow the guidance. We have purchased bits of kit in the past – nearly all of which have ended up in the bin as they are either useless or to big to lug from room to room for use/storage. This fits nicely away in the spare room and is easily carried into the front room to do a workout in front of the telly. Worth getting as log as you use it properly – and it’s more for toning up rather than losing weight.

Good machine and gives you a good work out but be aware that the DVD comes in NTSC format and will NOT play on your DVD player unless it is Multi Region.

Excellent product. Takes up little room to store when not in use. Does most exercises to help with mobility and fitness.

Wonderful WonderCore thats what it is. I was very dubious about this but drastic action was called for as the dress I bought for a summer wedding
would not zip up!!!! Yes I could have bought a bigger dress but that really is the slippery slope. So exercise and diet the only answer. My niece recommended this machine, she uses it every day. Being 60+ I thought it would be far too strenuous for me but you work at your own pace and you set the amount of help the machine gives you by tightening the 2 springs, what is hard about that. I now do 100 sit-ups and 50 arm pumps to keep bingo-wings in check and that is it. You can do much more for toning different places but I dont want to do more as the battle between me and the zip will be won by sit-ups for now. A very useful bit of kit indeed.
