This was a replacement for the first one I bought, but since the first one lasted for over two years, and I use it a lot, I think it’s safe to say they’re good quality. It really does work, and is so effective for muscle tone.

Bought this to replace my old one as it had broken. This is slightly smaller than the one I had. Not a problem though. Yes this exercise machine does what it says quiet and easy to use. Free cd workout and a poster with workouts on. Would recommend this.

This is a second purchase for the Office (other @ home) … it’s sturdy, easy to use, can be adjusted to suit strengths. Ive been using it for years & it’s still as new to use. I recommend it 100% … there are others on the market but this is tried & tested by myself & family (including an elderly person that uses it daily also) … I’m a intermediate – advanced use

Myself and friend are disabled but need to keep some muscle mass, so we use these to strengthen arms and legs. i have it on the lowest setting as i am still in the early stages, but my friend has had one for a while and lost weight with it too!

Let’s be frank if you can already do three sets of sit ups or pushups without any difficulty this is not for you. This is a tool to bring those of us beginners, who haven’t quite got that strength up to speed. It effectively reduces your body weight when doing these exercises. You can then gradually reduce the assistance provided week on week until you find you can finally do these exercises without needing the wonder core. Be clear though this does not add resistance it removes it, and is therefore a great tool for beginners building their strength and confidence.

ice product , my son whose autistic has had 4 of them. The tensioner adjuster is a weak spot on these, there made cheapley and break easily . They need to be made of a stronger material to last. Its a resonable price and he uses it for a 30 min work out evreyday so it is a good buy but it dose need to be made of better materials to las

Love, love, love this machine. I’m 65 and due to arthritis can’t kneel down for all the floor exercises so I was dubious about how useful this would be. I currently use this on the bed for sit ups, biceps and triceps exercises. I’m sure you’re supposed to use it on a firm surface but it works for me and means those exercises are still accessible. So portable and easy to use and best of all it folds down and stows away neatly.

Good quality!! Worth the money; but unfortunately I had to return this item because I recently had a C-section so my doctor did not recommend this because I was told that it would put too pressure to my tommy.

A quality product which works well and is simple to use and set up to your preferred resistance. I like the fact that it helps to push you back up again when doing crunches as I have to be careful with my back because of a previous injury. The foam pads give good padding support on contact whilst exercising and the base has pads to protect flooring though I use a foam exercise floor mat as well as I do other standing exercises with resistance bands too. Collapses easily and stores away behind my sofa in the lounge.

This is exactly what we expected (except it doesn’t say WonderCore on it – it says Aureole, for some reason). It came promptly and seems to work ok.
The strings are a bit creaky and it’s not clear how to address this. I tried WD40 but it wasn’t very successful. It would have been handy to have some exercise ideas, too.
Othere than that, it’s good.

I can’t recommend this highly enough, If your balance isn’t very good you can sit on the floor and work out which of the exercises are best for you.

It’s a brilliant product and right from the first use I can feel the effect. Storage is very simple and easy to carry around. In fact most times it’s in the boot of my car as I take it work and work out whenever I can. However, I’m a bit skeptical about increasing the strength to the max as I fear it could snap. Overall, I will recommend it to anyone!

Both my wife and I have been using this now for a few weeks – it is very helpful in toning up provided you follow the guidance. We have purchased bits of kit in the past – nearly all of which have ended up in the bin as they are either useless or to big to lug from room to room for use/storage. This fits nicely away in the spare room and is easily carried into the front room to do a workout in front of the telly. Worth getting as log as you use it properly – and it’s more for toning up rather than losing weight.

Good machine and gives you a good work out but be aware that the DVD comes in NTSC format and will NOT play on your DVD player unless it is Multi Region.

Really pleased with the WonderCore. Easy to set up and use. Only drawback is that I find the pads quite hard on the back and have to use a towel or cushion to make it a bit more comfortable to use. Easily folds for storage.

A very strong-built machine but very easy to fold away when not in use. I purchased it approx three weeks ago as I fractured my hip and wanted to strengthen my legs. Although elderly I feel it easy to use and the accompanying DVD is easy to follow. An excellent machine for toning up the whole body and I would thoroughly recommend it.

My partner & I have been using this regularly for several weeks now and beginning to see a difference. Easy to use, great for beginners like us. We keep it in the lounge to prompt us to use it and its light and easy to move around when needed. Only slight criticism is it can be a bit squeaky but its not a big issue. So far so good.

Wonderful WonderCore thats what it is. I was very dubious about this but drastic action was called for as the dress I bought for a summer wedding
would not zip up!!!! Yes I could have bought a bigger dress but that really is the slippery slope. So exercise and diet the only answer. My niece recommended this machine, she uses it every day. Being 60+ I thought it would be far too strenuous for me but you work at your own pace and you set the amount of help the machine gives you by tightening the 2 springs, what is hard about that. I now do 100 sit-ups and 50 arm pumps to keep bingo-wings in check and that is it. You can do much more for toning different places but I dont want to do more as the battle between me and the zip will be won by sit-ups for now. A very useful bit of kit indeed.

I’ve just had my wonder core arive .
I’ve used my friends wonder core be for I brought one to try out .
As I was very impressed with hers . And happy so this is why
I brought my self the wonder core . I can’t believe how easy it was to do sit ups , press ups ,
As be for it was hard but thanks to the wonder core it’s easy with the help of wonder core .
It’s like haveing some to help you . I belong to slimming world group .
