Excellent torch
If you are looking for a bright, light, pop in the pocket torch with features (from wide beam to pinpoint and everything in between) look no further. I use it for walking the dog and couldn’t hope to better it. Highly recommend.

This is a very good torch which I’m using for when I take the dog out in the evening, I already own a rechargeable ‘REHKITTZ’ torch which I’ve been using for camping since last September and that hasn’t failed me once, so I opted for this torch when my ‘dog walking’ torch failed a few weeks ago, sticking with a brand that works always pays off! I’m pleased with my purchase and very happy to recommend it, worth every penny!

Function and quality
No batteries are supplied so you’ll need to find your own, I’ve opted to use a 18650 rechargeable battery (as shown in my photos) as these last ages and I have a charger for it anyway, otherwise, any 3 x AA batteries will do, just be sure to use the 18650 plastic battery tube to ensure a good connection and remember to have the ‘positive’ terminal on the battery facing outwards.
This torch is top quality in my opinion, has a very solid feel and a strong casing which will protect the structural integrity inside if dropped on the floor. It’s splash proof also, will easily hold up to a bit of rain no problem, the battery compartment has a rubber seal to keep any water out. I’ve got caught in the rain whilst out and the torch was fine afterwards, no issues.
It’s a simple on/off button on the base that operates the torch, you can have low or high beam and flashing. With the retractable focus, you can easily brighten up an area, perfect for when the dog runs off in the woods at the back of where I live or you can use the focus beam, this is all adjustable with the smooth retractable mechanism.
This isn’t a lightweight torch, with the battery in along with the metal outer casing it does weight a bit, although as the construction is very similar to the other ‘REHKITTZ’ torch I own, this will quite happily take a few falls.
Conclusion
At 21.99, this torch offers very good value for money in my opinion, the quality is excellent and it works night after night with no issues, highly recommended.

I bought this torch for general purpose use, it appears well made and VERY sturdy. The torch is not too large (six inches long and two and an eighth inches at it’s widest width) and not too heavy(twelve and three quarter ozs. including the batteries), can be fitted into a jacket pocket with ease. It has a really bright light with the on/off button located at the rear end which is very easy to locate in the dark and going from wide to narrow beam is a simple pull action. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I had bought this for my grandchild . There had been an electricity cut off. I thought if it happens again he could feel safe with a good torch but when it came it says not to be used by children as they could shine in another child’s eyes. I’ve kept it for myself.

A really handy torch
I’ve used this torch most evenings and dark mornings when my dogs wanted to go out into the adjoins fields. It’s very bright, being able to stretch the handle so there’s a small but extra bright beam or pull the handle in to get a very wide beam. It has a carry handle to slip over the wrist when not using so you can put your hands in your pockets. Highly recommended

Solidly buil
Initially, the most impressive thing about this torch is how solid it feels and consequently a little heavy. It feels as if it would survive a considerable drop were it to fall from your grip, as to the weight I feel it to be a little too heavy for carrying in the pocket of trousers or casual jacket but okay for a serious walking style jacket / coat. The torch is quite bright and it is easy to manipulate the beam. I also suspect that it would be quite resistant to water in a heavy downpour. If you are searching for a solidly built torch with a bright beam then this is the model for you.

Is a great flashlight I used it on my night shifts because I’m working as security and I’m patrolling overnight , like a flashlight is great is very bright with 3 different modes but there is a issue (may for someone not be a issue but for some is) the flashlight IS NOT RECHARGEABLE and that’s a negative because if you ran out of battery if have either to buy another rechargeable machine for batteries or to buy new batteries , if it was rechargeable that would be the best flashlight I ever got, it still great I’m not saying is bad but you know is better to charge the battery than you recycled

An extremely well made touch, fairly heavey, a touched I’d feel comfortable taking with me on a night time walk. Very easy to operate with just a single button on the base.
It has excellent light intensity, on concentrated beam it lights up a large area 25mx25m area is fully lit. On zoom the beam shines the length of the street and easily spotlights small areas. This is a great touch, it takes 3AA batteries, I can’t comment on battery life yet.

I don’t write reviews often, but this torch deserves it. It’s wide beam brightness lights up a huge area, as a dog owner it is perfect for the dark morning walks. It’s a very solid & well machined. The zoom function is useful for longer view.

Since the 1980s I have used and owned Maglite torches. This is far superior!
The only “downside” is that it uses 3 x AA batteries, when confronting a thieving ne’erdowell in the dark, a 2/3 C cell maglite is definitely my instrument of choice – light and force!
You could however seer the retinas of scum by torchlight if you buy this excellent torch.
I now own three of these beauties! Coupled with the maglites.

Ideal for dog walking
The torch appears to be just what we are looking for and is ideal for walking our dog in the dark through woods. We have tried smaller torches but they do not give off a big enough area of light. We felt much safer.
The torch is slightly heavier than some torches we have had but there is a strap for over your wrist. I cannot comment on the battery life as we have not had the torch long
Excellent little torch
Used this a lot last winter such that my husband has got himself one. (Lucky to be) Living in a Dark Skies area, our outside lights have to be quite restricted in spread and this torch is ideal when having to go across the yard and down the track in the dark.

Really very pleased with this torch. Nice and bright and can vary the width of the beam. It’s not what you would call lightweight, considering its compact size…. but its perfectly light enough and it feels well made and robust. I’m using three normal AA batteries but there are other battery options which can be used instead. Its lovely and bright with the 3 x AA’s and as its LED, I’m expecting a good battery life, although that’s yet to be tested as I’ve only just received it.

I have the Maglite 3D and the highly rated Anker LC90. This beats them both for overall brightness. Not the spotlight which they are all similar but just brightening up a whole garden! It’s powerful and feels good in the hand.

Took the plunge again by purchasing this torch, well, I am not disappointed at all, really bright and picks out the hound very easily, the high central beam setting is great, neighbours house gets lit up and it goes on forever, wide beam and the whole garden is bathed in light, worth every penny

he variable focus is excelle
The variable focus of the beam is good when out walking, especially when it comes to clearing up after the dog. The beam is very bright, but as always, brightness comes at a cost to how long the charge in the battery lasts.

Excellent value torch bought to replace one that’s become unreliable after 5 or so years of fairly heavy use….shame as it was a great torch. This one has a bit of heft to it, take no notice of the badly photoshopped main picture though as it’s not representative. The zoom function is smooth and everything feels well machined/finished. There’s little point taking any notice of how powerful it is/isn’t, it’s blindingly bright if you’re daft enough to look into the beam, when zoomed it’ll pick out the dog or the odd weirdo that gets about over our local fields/woods at a hundred yards or so…the flood function lights up the whole of our medim sized garden effortlessly etc. so it’s plenty bright enough for general use. Thankfully it turns on/off on main beam with one push of the button, you then cycle through any other power settings with a further light push. Really decent torch for not much money that will run for an age on a fully charged decent (Panasonic for example) 18650 battery. It does come supplied with adaptors for these, AAA’s or 26650’s….these will last for god knows how long.

Great for walking the dogs in dark, country fields. Wide or narrow beam and super-bright. AAA batteries (3) so easy to have spares with you but haven’t needed them so far – will depend on how long you use it for/which beam it’s on I expect. Rather too large to carry in your pocket but very useful when you are searching in the dark and you need as much light as you can get. Not the best quality but good value for money overall.
A decent solid torch
This is not a lightweight torch nor would I want it to be. This is a decent size torch that fits neatly in your hand and feels sturdy. It gives a nice bright beam that can be wide or simply adjusted to become narrow and more focussed. Nothing fancy just robust and reliable.

Seems a great torch. I have not been able to comments on the battery as it’s not included. Great if it did have a rechargeable as part of the package and included a USB charging cable and option as it’s my experience that the need to replace batteries eventually leads to weaknesses in performance going forward.

I haven’t had it long enough to make any good assessment of the battery performance. The other qualities of this torch are superb. It’s a solidly build unit, with incredible illumination. I have used a Lithium battery (26650). It comes complete with some adapters for different battery configurations. Highly recommended!!

There are so many torches to choose from I spent ages choosing one – I wanted a sturdy chunky one – this is excellent – It is really bright and like others say it’s to locate the dog when he goes into the field at night – I bought another T6 torch from elsewhere that too is good very bright but neater 5 inches and smaller but somehow it doesn’t give the width of field that this one does. I love it. Definitely recommend.

Very sturdy, compact and manageable to handle. Wrist strap is quite strong and useful. Extremely bright. Do NOT shine into anyone’s eyes or you’ll blind them. The wide beam to spot beam is easy to operate as a 1 handed zoom action.
I can’t say about the battery life yet as I haven’t had it all that long but frrom previous experience of other LED torches I expect a good battery life.
3000 lumens led torch
Hands down the best torch I have bought for years , I have a 3 D cell maglite and this is much brighter. For the money you can’t go wrong , I have put some rechargeable batteries in the torch to save money too it takes 3 AAA batteries.

Used to take the dog out at night. The brightness is excellent and the ability to focus the light on and object is fantastic. The build quality is sturdy and handles really well. Overall well pleased with the torch. The battery life seems reasonable I use duracell and they have lasted quite well.
Good, bright, beam
We’ve had several electricity blackouts in the last 4 months. I’d got fed up of old, faint, torches & got this LED one. I can’t comment on the battery life as we’ve hardly used it. However, having bought it after the 3rd blackout it was absolutely brilliant during the 4th. Really nice, bright beam. However, it is a bit heavy.

Like this torch , super bright when in concentrated mode, but it does not produce as bright as it advertises when in open mode , you lose depth and brightness, all you get is a low light illumination with no definition..
I purchased this torch for my dog’s walk around the garden before bedtime. We have a big garden and lots of plants which make it difficult for me to find her in the dark.. mwwwaahh no more!! I can say she is spotlighted where-ever she goes – there is no hiding place. When I adjust the light to full length I can see right down the field!! The torch is light and comfortable to carry. I would recommend this to anybody! This is the best torch I have ever had.
Telescopic, from wide to narrow beam.
The wide beam flooded the area you needed but by extending the body a narrow beam resulted. However, the button at the end switched torch between steady beam and pulsed beam after two operations. Not terribly helpful.. But it is a powerful torch and will suit the purpose I need..

Like other comments, I’d prefer not to start with strobe, but two clicks is not that much harder than one. If anything, I’d like the wrist string to be adjustable as it’s a bit big for me.
NICE TORCH
Purchased this torch a couple of weeks ago and I say it was a good decision. It’s quite heavy but it is well-made which is what I was wanting. Good bright variable beam and works on normal or rechargeable batteries. A little irritating when you press the on button and let go to quickly it goes into high speed flash mode. Summing up I would recommend.

A super torch
This has various settings and has a great brilliancy should you want it . The battery life is very good . Not the lightest of torches but not heavy either . This is an amazing torch with lots of settings . It’s so good I bought another one .
