The cameras and box were very easy to set up, paper instructions, but also range of helpful YouTube videos provided by Sansco, and fantastic customer services by email. Very friendly and keen to ensure customer satisfaction. We contacted for advice on ideal distance for positioning cameras.
Pictures from cameras are clear, night night vision is excellent too. Easy to install app for phone etc to enable viewing while away from home. Comes with built in hard drive and footage not required deleted every 30 days – which is standard.

We have set the system up on the app and able to access the cameras remotely via our phone which is very reassuring when we are away from the house. We have never had any issues until recently but when we contacted the seller they were very helpful and helped to solve a problem we were having. I purchased this some time ago but due to moving house and covid I hadnt opened the box. As Im travelling more it was time to install. I found the unit to be good quality, and when I did get stuck with the instructions the customer service team were very good and fast with replies. Based on my experience I would buy from them again.
I wanted a simple DIY security camera system, and based on the description and reviews this seemed to tick all the boxes. One of the cameras didn’t work properly and this was promptly replaced by customer support. It was easy to set up, picture quality is very good, and the app that needs to be downloaded onto your phone works fine but isn’t perfect – there’s an advert that you need to click past to get access to your cameras, very occasionally it refuses to connect to the system, and it’s disappointing that the English translation hasn’t been sorted out (“buffering, please later”), which makes it look a bit amateurish. The main problem I’ve had with the system, though, is the motion detection: you can set the camera to “Alarm Record”, which highlights the recording in red when motion is detected, but even on it’s lowest sensitivity setting it’s ridiculously sensitive – the playback is full of red, and I can’t see what’s set it off! Perhaps it’s me, but it seems rubbish. So I don’t rely on this feature but simply use it to view remotely what’s going on, and have the HD recording as a back-up. Customer service is great. Overall then, a good buy for the money.
I must say that this CCTV system is good value for money. The problem was there was no instructions which is not good for the laymen amongst us. Saying that when I finally got it up and running it performs extremely well and I can recommend it to everyone else. I also managed to find a 17″ monitor for just 28 which made it a bargain system all round.
Really good quality, needed a replacement wire as one was faulty can’t fault the supplier wire replaced no issues.
Cameras are really good at night I was worried about that but there perfect.

The system worked straight out of the box and was easy to install and set up.
After a couple of months I had problems with the clarity of the picture at night on two cameras. I contacted Sansco and they responded within hours and sorted out the problem for me. Excellent product and customer service.

This CCTV system was installed as part on an upgrade on the house. The system was installed by the contractors and was easy to set up and use. The cameras give really good coverage and the picture quality is great. The night vision is very good.

Very happy with this kit for the money, its not the best, but definatly not the worst, considering the cost. A few simple modifications, a PI here, PoE there and it works brillianty.
Idiot proof to install, 4 cameras took 4 mins, its that easy, hold up the frame, drill, plug, screw, clip done.

Worked fine for about 11 months then the DVR drive started giving problems by not recording saying DVR error have to consistently formatt to keep it working as seems to be only recording on a small portion of the drive. Also have one of the cameras that fog’s up.

Bought this set up a few weeks ago and I have to say for the money I am very impressed it does everything it says it does the only one thing that I’d say when fitting is the connections on the camera are quite big so can be a bit tricky to feed through walls but other than that extremely impressed.
Great cctv system at a good price. Easy to install and up and running straight away. Any problems and the company gets straight back to you with advice and solutions. Would highly recommend.
For the price point it’s hard to beat . It’s a very easy install and the clarity of images , both day and night is excellent . I particularly like the iPhone app where I can log in with a touch of a button and view my house over 4g with no problems . It’s great that you can rewind footage on the iPhone .
It took me 4-5 hours to install 4 cameras on a large semi detached 1960’s house covering front , back , side and doorway . Really happy with results and the customer service is good too as wanted some help with settings … this was answered within minutes . Night images are decent .
In all honesty bought this as a starter system but won’t be changing it up for quite a while . I have recommended to neighbours and a couple have bought the system and given the same feedback

They are brilliant, only had it up 2 hours and not been able to turn it off since, the picture is great and worth every penny, only bad thing is the screws are not the easiest to use as heads thread easily.
Easy install. One of our cables became faulty after a couple of weeks of working. I contacted sansco direct who quickly sent out a replacement cable. System works well and great customer service.
The user interface is functional but poor by modern standards.
It doesn’t detect a usb keyboard so you have to type on the stupid on-screen keyboard with the mouse, discouraging strong passwords.
After some time of use it stopped recognising the admin password, and I know it’s right because it’s the one in my password database.
Update: got a response now and they were able to reset the unit password.
Up to four stars because they responded, fixed the incorrect email on their website which was the reason for the delay, and got it working.
When I first opened the external packaging and saw the box I almost sent it back, the CE marking which as I understand is a legal requirement and advises the the equipment has passed all EU (& currently UK) requirements was wrong – it is what is termed the Chinese Export mark (the C & E are close together – Google it) which means nothing. However I did decide to look further and the power units have the correct CE mark (if you extend the C into a circle it should just touch the E) and the recorder has the Chinese Export Mark printed on it but also a correct CE sticker, Based upon the equipment and not the boxes I have decided to install it, in part that where a problem started – the instruction both printed and on line advise on how to wire and set it up – but how to take the cameras apart and install them and the sizes of holes to be drilled to run cable no indication, took 30 mins before I found out how to take the camera apart! The other concern is the connectors between camera and recorder, 20m in more than sufficient which is good but in some cases the cable / camera connection has to be outside (due to where the camera has to be mounted) and these connectors do not look water proof, so mine are placed within a small plastic bag – again no instructions. That said so far images seem to be of a good quality and the night IR seems good as well, not played any recordings back yet and have yet to connect it to the internet – as the recorder is a long way from my router.
We weren’t expecting big things for the price especially as it is for 4 cameras however we have been pleasantly surprised. Image clarity is fantastic and the night vision is great. It was easy to install and the system is straightforward to use and takes up very little space. I like the fact I can use the app to log into the cameras from my mobile and zoom in on specific areas and I can play back from my mobile as well, we also have it connected to our tv. The set up comes with everything you need.
The motion detection works but the downside is even on the ‘lower’ sensitivity setting it’s very sensitive and sets off at the smallest movements, I had to switch it off.
I’ve attached some photos to show the clarity but please note they’re cropped to cut out neighbouring properties, the cameras have a wider spread than shown.
The cameras had a small flaw on them as some products sometimes get but the customer service is unbelievably AMAZING.
So the customer service tried to cintcat me about the issue via email. Which I didn’t have time to check. So they managed to whatsapp me, which is great and now the problem is sorted.
What can I say? This is an excellent purchase for two reasons:
The equipment is easy to use and gives great coverage
The quality of customer service has been outstanding.
When I received the equipment I put it up and configured it pretty easily but did have an issue with a couple of cameras and the cable connection to the DVR. I had a little challenge getting two of the cables off the DVR and felt it best to reach out to support for help.
They were immediately supportive and offered useful advice and then sent new equipment to make things as easy as possible for me.
The company’s attention to my needs was very, very high.
My system is doing everything I hoped it would and with their support behind me I would be really happy to recommend this system to you.
When choosing ask yourself where you think you will place your cameras and this might influence your camera choice. The Domes are good for a ceiling/soffit type position and the bullets for side of houses. That way you will get the most flexible positioning. There are options available which do two of each. If you are unsure reach out to the seller and I’m certain they will help you.

On unboxing I was immediately impressed by the cameras which felt well built and look to be of good quality.
Installation was as expected having to fix 4 cameras and route a lot of cabling around the house. There was more than enough cable to easily install the system.
Once the cameras where connected to the hard drive it was easy enough to get the system started using the TV in the bedroom. The picture is of good quality. My friend bought a cheaper system with a lower spec but agreed the picture quality on this system was definitely better than his.
I bought this system for my daughter and once the initial install was complete I left her with it to sort out the mobile phone set up using the app. She struggled a bit at first (this may have been down to her) but can now access the system on both her and her partners mobile phones. She can see what’s happening in real time and can also look back over what has been recorded on any of the cameras. The only thing she had to do was buy a TP Link (Cost 17) for internet access. This was only because the hard drive was upstairs and not close enough to the router to connect by ethernet cable.
Overall:
Although we have only just installed this system, our first impressions are that it is a very good quality system for the money. It has given my daughter and myself peace of mind as she has recently experienced a couple of security issues. I am so impressed I am considering ordering myself one of these systems in the very near future.

I had an issue with one of the dome cameras when it was sent out, it was dead on arrival. I tried to contact amazon support, they told me to purchase a new one on their site and I would be refunded. Big mistake, they only offered me a 10 gift voucher afterwards as the item was ‘3rd party’.
I then contacted the seller direct, they replied within an hour, a brand new dome camera arrived within 48 hours, no charge, and I didn’t have to return the dead one to them. So top marks for customer service (from the seller, not amazon).
I have been testing the unit for a few days now, the DVR is silent and compact. Software is generic and so identical to most other cctv units. Dome cameras are compact, solidly built and metal – they appear watertight but too soon to tell. Cabling is plentiful and appears of good quality.
Picture quality is 1080p, I can make out car license plates at 15 metres, you have to play about with the frame rate to really get the best video though.Night-vision is actually very good at close range, but more than 15 metres detail suffers (but thats with all IR cctv cameras too).
I bought this after my car had a break in, and the quality is certainly more than what I would need for this sort of purpose. I’d recommend this set up for internal or close range outdoor viewing if you really need detail.
All in all a bargain for the price. I spent about a month shopping around and researching before purchasing, and sansco really do seem to be at the top end of the budget range. 1080p is more than adequate for domestic use.
Having read reviews I went for this product. Came next day and I spent all day setting up. So far so good on 3 out of the 4 cameras! Unfortunately the last camera I set up seems to have developed a fault. Started clear and okay, then started fuzzing and cutting out. Now it’s hardly viewable! Quite disappointing….
Good value for a 4-camera CCTV system. Extremely easy to install. Superb customer service from Sansco also; 1 x camera within my system was faulty. Amazon would only replace the entire system (which was already installed) where as when I contacted Sansco direct they were more than happy to send out a replacement camera without me having to do a thing. This system is brilliant, easy to set up, great cameras, great picture quality and a DVR that is easy to use and comes with a 1TB hard drive. It is also easily monitored over the internet with an app for your phone or using the CMS software that you can install on your PC.
Customer service is also very good i e-mailed Sansco about a bit of difficulty that i was having and i had a reply within 30 mins and my problem was solved.

Fantastic system. For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but how wrong could I have been? Excellent value, excellent quality and very straight forward to fit. I have it connected to a very old monitor via VGA, the picture quality is excellent, cant wait to see what it’s like on a modern hdmi one. I have only just looked into the features of this system and it keeps impressing me.

Bought this product as external home security. It offered a good balance between price and features. I was influenced by the reviews which were very positive so I purchased it with eager anticipation.
Product arrived the next day as promised and was very securely packaged. The quick start guide enclosed in the box was simple and easy to read and understand. I had no trouble connecting up the four cameras within the house prior to installation so that I could adjust the settings.
The one downside that I have discovered is that there is not a manual with the product and you are expected to download the online version. This is not an issue but I would have found it more useful to have the manual next to me while setting up the cameras and base unit. I have set up the recording facility and I can view it on my mobile device but have not purchased a monitor yet so cannot set up the recording unit settings.
I live in a three bedroom terraced house and the cabling supplied was more than adequate to run from within the roof down to the ground floor and connect into the recording unit. I mounted a camera on the four corners of the house and after installation discovered that one of the cameras was showing a very blurry image despite being set on HD. I contacted the supplier directly (having bought the product off amazon) and they responded within 24 hours (even in lock down). I explained my problem and they were more that happy to replace my faulty camera. (awaiting delivery of camera at time of writing this review).
Their customer service has been excellent and their communication has been good throughout my dealings with them. I have been dealing with the same person to sort the issue out which has made the whole process easier.
This is amazing product, its accessible via an app so you can always see whats going on and it’s its super easy to use, my sister also brought it. Also say after sales have been great in helping with issues with the picture settings.
Value for money wise this kit is fantastic. Great picture quality for general use and the App is brilliant to allow easy playback on your phone or iPad. If you need to read car reg though or make out really clear facial features you will need to spend more money however. For 9 out of 10 people this kit will please you, the other one person wants a Ferrari for the price of a Renaul

Comparing this item to similar products of considerably more cost I have to say this package provides very good value for money. I’ve had these cameras for about a year and they work great. Picture quality is sound in HD and the night vision is decent at this price range. Footage is stored on the box for two weeks and the playback function is easy to navigate which is great for reviewing your CCTV. Would recommend this product.
I don’t often write reviews but I do believe this deserves one. I’m a very techy person and I got this CCTV as I’ve always wanted a system for a while now but haven’t got round to it. I chose this one as it came as a complete set with the hard drive, I also preferred the dome style cameras.
The cameras:
-I was incredibly surprised by the build quality of the cameras. I wasn’t expecting such good quality for the price But the cameras are solid metal and heavy
– The image quality was again above expectations for this price. I could easily pick up number plates at the end of my property
– The camera unscrews from the mount, which allows you to screw the mount in place, then add the camera. This prevents someone from unscrewing them.
– The camera also swivels in all directions which was easy to do. Once it is in the right position you just screw it tight and it wont move anywhere!
– It comes with three screws and also raw plugs if you want the camera mounted to a wall.
– The camera has approximately 50cm of cable before the plug, This helped me massively as I installed my camera in the plastic overhang of my house. So the 50cm of cable sat inside the overhang of the house which was waterproof ,then from there i connected the main cable to the DVR.
The DVR:
– Firstly the interface is advanced but simple
– It works just like a computer, it has a mouse and an interactive interface. Theres an option for almost everything
– I set my cameras to record all the time, but also to record motion. I liked the idea of this as if the motion didn;t pick something up I could still watch the footage bacm. The playback bar also shows where motion was detected, this is marked in red (as seen in the photos) so you know exactly what time motion was detected
– I liked how you can set motion zones so you can exclude certain areas where the camera wont trigger from.
– There is also an option where if motion is detected on one camera, you can set other cameras to start recording too
– There is an option to notify you by phone if there is motion and also if the camera feed stops or is covered by something like spray paint
– Without writing everything you can do, theres enough features to do pretty much whatever you want
Other good points
– It comes with a remote control to control the DVR, also comes with batteries
– DVR is small which is good to hide in your house somewhere
– I contacted support and they replied quickly
– Came packed really well!
A minor negative:
Only three screws came with each camera but there was four holes. However, I juts used the three screws at that seemed plenty enough

I’d definitely recommend this as a CCTV systems. The quality for the price is brilliant and does everything I needed it to do

Have only started setting up so cannot comment on how long lasting these cameras are but from trying the, out they seem to be working well and for the price I paid good value for money.

Pictures from cameras are clear, night night vision is excellent too. Easy to install app for phone etc to enable viewing while away from home. Comes with built in hard drive and footage not required deleted every 30 days – which is standard.

We purchased this cctv system in May 2019. It was very easy to set up, we have never had any issues. Great value for money. We have set the system up on the app and able to access the cameras remotely via our phone which is very reassuring when we are away from the house. We have never had any issues until recently but when we contacted the seller they were very helpful and helped to solve a problem we were having. I would highly recommend this system if you are looking for cameras for your home.
I purchased this some time ago but due to moving house and covid I hadnt opened the box. As Im travelling more it was time to install. I found the unit to be good quality, and when I did get stuck with the instructions the customer service team were very good and fast with replies. Based on my experience I would buy from them again.

I wanted a simple DIY security camera system, and based on the description and reviews this seemed to tick all the boxes. One of the cameras didn’t work properly and this was promptly replaced by customer support. It was easy to set up, picture quality is very good, and the app that needs to be downloaded onto your phone works fine but isn’t perfect – there’s an advert that you need to click past to get access to your cameras, very occasionally it refuses to connect to the system, and it’s disappointing that the English translation hasn’t been sorted out (“buffering, please later”), which makes it look a bit amateurish. The main problem I’ve had with the system, though, is the motion detection: you can set the camera to “Alarm Record”, which highlights the recording in red when motion is detected, but even on it’s lowest sensitivity setting it’s ridiculously sensitive – the playback is full of red, and I can’t see what’s set it off! Perhaps it’s me, but it seems rubbish. So I don’t rely on this feature but simply use it to view remotely what’s going on, and have the HD recording as a back-up. Customer service is great. Overall then, a good buy for the money.
I must say that this CCTV system is good value for money. The problem was there was no instructions which is not good for the laymen amongst us. Saying that when I finally got it up and running it performs extremely well and I can recommend it to everyone else. I also managed to find a 17″ monitor for just 28 which made it a bargain system all round.
Really good quality, needed a replacement wire as one was faulty can’t fault the supplier wire replaced no issues.
Cameras are really good at night I was worried about that but there perfect.

After fitting camera’s they were great then one had gone due to the bitter cold weather, without hesitation they sent me another camera and cable.

After a couple of months I had problems with the clarity of the picture at night on two cameras. I contacted Sansco and they responded within hours and sorted out the problem for me. Excellent product and customer service.

This CCTV system was installed as part on an upgrade on the house. The system was installed by the contractors and was easy to set up and use. The cameras give really good coverage and the picture quality is great. The night vision is very good.

Very happy with this kit for the money, its not the best, but definatly not the worst, considering the cost. A few simple modifications, a PI here, PoE there and it works brillianty.
Idiot proof to install, 4 cameras took 4 mins, its that easy, hold up the frame, drill, plug, screw, clip done.

Worked fine for about 11 months then the DVR drive started giving problems by not recording saying DVR error have to consistently formatt to keep it working as seems to be only recording on a small portion of the drive. Also have one of the cameras that fog’s up.

Bought this set up a few weeks ago and I have to say for the money I am very impressed it does everything it says it does the only one thing that I’d say when fitting is the connections on the camera are quite big so can be a bit tricky to feed through walls but other than that extremely impressed.

For the price point it’s hard to beat . It’s a very easy install and the clarity of images , both day and night is excellent . I particularly like the iPhone app where I can log in with a touch of a button and view my house over 4g with no problems . It’s great that you can rewind footage on the iPhone .
It took me 4-5 hours to install 4 cameras on a large semi detached 1960’s house covering front , back , side and doorway . Really happy with results and the customer service is good too as wanted some help with settings … this was answered within minutes . Night images are decent .
In all honesty bought this as a starter system but won’t be changing it up for quite a while . I have recommended to neighbours and a couple have bought the system and given the same feedback

They are brilliant, only had it up 2 hours and not been able to turn it off since, the picture is great and worth every penny, only bad thing is the screws are not the easiest to use as heads thread easily.
Easy install. One of our cables became faulty after a couple of weeks of working. I contacted sansco direct who quickly sent out a replacement cable. System works well and great customer service.
I found it very easy to install… you can connect to the internet if you want..night vision is almost daytime…
The user interface is functional but poor by modern standards.
It doesn’t detect a usb keyboard so you have to type on the stupid on-screen keyboard with the mouse, discouraging strong passwords.
After some time of use it stopped recognising the admin password, and I know it’s right because it’s the one in my password database.
Update: got a response now and they were able to reset the unit password.
Up to four stars because they responded, fixed the incorrect email on their website which was the reason for the delay, and got it working.
When I first opened the external packaging and saw the box I almost sent it back, the CE marking which as I understand is a legal requirement and advises the the equipment has passed all EU (& currently UK) requirements was wrong – it is what is termed the Chinese Export mark (the C & E are close together – Google it) which means nothing. However I did decide to look further and the power units have the correct CE mark (if you extend the C into a circle it should just touch the E) and the recorder has the Chinese Export Mark printed on it but also a correct CE sticker, Based upon the equipment and not the boxes I have decided to install it, in part that where a problem started – the instruction both printed and on line advise on how to wire and set it up – but how to take the cameras apart and install them and the sizes of holes to be drilled to run cable no indication, took 30 mins before I found out how to take the camera apart! The other concern is the connectors between camera and recorder, 20m in more than sufficient which is good but in some cases the cable / camera connection has to be outside (due to where the camera has to be mounted) and these connectors do not look water proof, so mine are placed within a small plastic bag – again no instructions. That said so far images seem to be of a good quality and the night IR seems good as well, not played any recordings back yet and have yet to connect it to the internet – as the recorder is a long way from my router.

We weren’t expecting big things for the price especially as it is for 4 cameras however we have been pleasantly surprised. Image clarity is fantastic and the night vision is great. It was easy to install and the system is straightforward to use and takes up very little space. I like the fact I can use the app to log into the cameras from my mobile and zoom in on specific areas and I can play back from my mobile as well, we also have it connected to our tv. The set up comes with everything you need.
The motion detection works but the downside is even on the ‘lower’ sensitivity setting it’s very sensitive and sets off at the smallest movements, I had to switch it off.
I’ve attached some photos to show the clarity but please note they’re cropped to cut out neighbouring properties, the cameras have a wider spread than shown.
The cameras had a small flaw on them as some products sometimes get but the customer service is unbelievably AMAZING.
So the customer service tried to cintcat me about the issue via email. Which I didn’t have time to check. So they managed to whatsapp me, which is great and now the problem is sorted.
Great product for the price. Day picture quality is excellent. Night vision is adequate. Mostion detection etc is tricky to programme and not great.
One of the four cameras night vision failed after 3 months but manufacturer is sending out replacement other then that no issues.
Overall considering price of product with other products of similar spec I would definitely recommend.
What can I say? This is an excellent purchase for two reasons:

The quality of customer service has been outstanding.
When I received the equipment I put it up and configured it pretty easily but did have an issue with a couple of cameras and the cable connection to the DVR. I had a little challenge getting two of the cables off the DVR and felt it best to reach out to support for help.
They were immediately supportive and offered useful advice and then sent new equipment to make things as easy as possible for me.
The company’s attention to my needs was very, very high.
My system is doing everything I hoped it would and with their support behind me I would be really happy to recommend this system to you.
When choosing ask yourself where you think you will place your cameras and this might influence your camera choice. The Domes are good for a ceiling/soffit type position and the bullets for side of houses. That way you will get the most flexible positioning. There are options available which do two of each. If you are unsure reach out to the seller and I’m certain they will help you.

On unboxing I was immediately impressed by the cameras which felt well built and look to be of good quality.
Installation was as expected having to fix 4 cameras and route a lot of cabling around the house. There was more than enough cable to easily install the system.
Once the cameras where connected to the hard drive it was easy enough to get the system started using the TV in the bedroom. The picture is of good quality. My friend bought a cheaper system with a lower spec but agreed the picture quality on this system was definitely better than his.
I bought this system for my daughter and once the initial install was complete I left her with it to sort out the mobile phone set up using the app. She struggled a bit at first (this may have been down to her) but can now access the system on both her and her partners mobile phones. She can see what’s happening in real time and can also look back over what has been recorded on any of the cameras. The only thing she had to do was buy a TP Link (Cost 17) for internet access. This was only because the hard drive was upstairs and not close enough to the router to connect by ethernet cable.
Overall:
Although we have only just installed this system, our first impressions are that it is a very good quality system for the money. It has given my daughter and myself peace of mind as she has recently experienced a couple of security issues. I am so impressed I am considering ordering myself one of these systems in the very near future.

I had an issue with one of the dome cameras when it was sent out, it was dead on arrival. I tried to contact amazon support, they told me to purchase a new one on their site and I would be refunded. Big mistake, they only offered me a 10 gift voucher afterwards as the item was ‘3rd party’.
I then contacted the seller direct, they replied within an hour, a brand new dome camera arrived within 48 hours, no charge, and I didn’t have to return the dead one to them. So top marks for customer service (from the seller, not amazon).
I have been testing the unit for a few days now, the DVR is silent and compact. Software is generic and so identical to most other cctv units. Dome cameras are compact, solidly built and metal – they appear watertight but too soon to tell. Cabling is plentiful and appears of good quality.
Picture quality is 1080p, I can make out car license plates at 15 metres, you have to play about with the frame rate to really get the best video though.Night-vision is actually very good at close range, but more than 15 metres detail suffers (but thats with all IR cctv cameras too).
I bought this after my car had a break in, and the quality is certainly more than what I would need for this sort of purpose. I’d recommend this set up for internal or close range outdoor viewing if you really need detail.
All in all a bargain for the price. I spent about a month shopping around and researching before purchasing, and sansco really do seem to be at the top end of the budget range. 1080p is more than adequate for domestic use.
Having read reviews I went for this product. Came next day and I spent all day setting up. So far so good on 3 out of the 4 cameras! Unfortunately the last camera I set up seems to have developed a fault. Started clear and okay, then started fuzzing and cutting out. Now it’s hardly viewable! Quite disappointing….

Good value for a 4-camera CCTV system. Extremely easy to install. Superb customer service from Sansco also; 1 x camera within my system was faulty. Amazon would only replace the entire system (which was already installed) where as when I contacted Sansco direct they were more than happy to send out a replacement camera without me having to do a thing. Would recommend
This system is brilliant, easy to set up, great cameras, great picture quality and a DVR that is easy to use and comes with a 1TB hard drive. It is also easily monitored over the internet with an app for your phone or using the CMS software that you can install on your PC.
Customer service is also very good i e-mailed Sansco about a bit of difficulty that i was having and i had a reply within 30 mins and my problem was solved.

Fantastic system. For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but how wrong could I have been? Excellent value, excellent quality and very straight forward to fit. I have it connected to a very old monitor via VGA, the picture quality is excellent, cant wait to see what it’s like on a modern hdmi one. I have only just looked into the features of this system and it keeps impressing me.
Nice cameras neat and smart few technical issues to start with but the team are very helpful and dealt with my problems very happy now would recommend 2 anyone only issues ive been having is water getting in when there supposed to be waterproof ive had more cameras delivered to replace them ive now had to buy cctv covers which im not happy abou

Night vision not so good, blurred but i suspect this is my fault – guess i will find out when i finally mount the camara later this week.

Bought this product as external home security. It offered a good balance between price and features. I was influenced by the reviews which were very positive so I purchased it with eager anticipation.
Product arrived the next day as promised and was very securely packaged. The quick start guide enclosed in the box was simple and easy to read and understand. I had no trouble connecting up the four cameras within the house prior to installation so that I could adjust the settings.
The one downside that I have discovered is that there is not a manual with the product and you are expected to download the online version. This is not an issue but I would have found it more useful to have the manual next to me while setting up the cameras and base unit. I have set up the recording facility and I can view it on my mobile device but have not purchased a monitor yet so cannot set up the recording unit settings.
I live in a three bedroom terraced house and the cabling supplied was more than adequate to run from within the roof down to the ground floor and connect into the recording unit. I mounted a camera on the four corners of the house and after installation discovered that one of the cameras was showing a very blurry image despite being set on HD. I contacted the supplier directly (having bought the product off amazon) and they responded within 24 hours (even in lock down). I explained my problem and they were more that happy to replace my faulty camera. (awaiting delivery of camera at time of writing this review).
Their customer service has been excellent and their communication has been good throughout my dealings with them. I have been dealing with the same person to sort the issue out which has made the whole process easier.
Everything good apart from one camera stuck on infra red during the day and normal at night. This means it is useless at night time.
This is amazing product, its accessible via an app so you can always see whats going on and it’s its super easy to use, my sister also brought it. Also say after sales have been great in helping with issues with the picture settings.
Value for money wise this kit is fantastic. Great picture quality for general use and the App is brilliant to allow easy playback on your phone or iPad. If you need to read car reg though or make out really clear facial features you will need to spend more money however. For 9 out of 10 people this kit will please you, the other one person wants a Ferrari for the price of a Renaul
Excellent system as described set-up really easy system, took me day & 3/4 to run cables for the x4 camera’s where I wanted them to go & was on my own doing it by myself so pretty good.

Comparing this item to similar products of considerably more cost I have to say this package provides very good value for money. I’ve had these cameras for about a year and they work great. Picture quality is sound in HD and the night vision is decent at this price range. Footage is stored on the box for two weeks and the playback function is easy to navigate which is great for reviewing your CCTV. Would recommend this product.
The cameras:
-I was incredibly surprised by the build quality of the cameras. I wasn’t expecting such good quality for the price But the cameras are solid metal and heavy
– The image quality was again above expectations for this price. I could easily pick up number plates at the end of my property
– The camera unscrews from the mount, which allows you to screw the mount in place, then add the camera. This prevents someone from unscrewing them.
– The camera also swivels in all directions which was easy to do. Once it is in the right position you just screw it tight and it wont move anywhere!
– It comes with three screws and also raw plugs if you want the camera mounted to a wall.
– The camera has approximately 50cm of cable before the plug, This helped me massively as I installed my camera in the plastic overhang of my house. So the 50cm of cable sat inside the overhang of the house which was waterproof ,then from there i connected the main cable to the DVR.
The DVR:
– Firstly the interface is advanced but simple
– It works just like a computer, it has a mouse and an interactive interface. Theres an option for almost everything
– I set my cameras to record all the time, but also to record motion. I liked the idea of this as if the motion didn;t pick something up I could still watch the footage bacm. The playback bar also shows where motion was detected, this is marked in red (as seen in the photos) so you know exactly what time motion was detected
– I liked how you can set motion zones so you can exclude certain areas where the camera wont trigger from.
– There is also an option where if motion is detected on one camera, you can set other cameras to start recording too
– There is an option to notify you by phone if there is motion and also if the camera feed stops or is covered by something like spray paint
– Without writing everything you can do, theres enough features to do pretty much whatever you want
Other good points
– It comes with a remote control to control the DVR, also comes with batteries
– DVR is small which is good to hide in your house somewhere
– I contacted support and they replied quickly
– Came packed really well!
A minor negative:
Only three screws came with each camera but there was four holes. However, I juts used the three screws at that seemed plenty enough
In conclusion:
I’d definitely recommend this as a CCTV systems. The quality for the price is brilliant and does everything I needed it to do

After installing and setting everything up, I was amazed with the picture quality and how straight forward the user interface was. Detailed settings and schedules are brilliant and play back is a breeze. Love it.
Have only started setting up so cannot comment on how long lasting these cameras are but from trying the, out they seem to be working well and for the price I paid good value for money.
I will update the review once these have been running accordingly as at the moment I can only give 4 stars as I don’t know how well they will last over time and in varying conditions.
